If zero stars were an option, that is what they deserve. My wife went into this establishment to have highlights and a haircut. The highlights were supposed to be blonde, NOT HER WHOLE HEAD!! Shes a brunette and has been getting blonde highlights since 2007 and never had an issue. And the haircut looks like a 12-year-old did it. Peggy, the owner had to step in and try to fix the cut, but couldnt. So, I took it upon myself to see if they would be willing to fix the problem, and 3 days later, their response was basically, sorry about your luck. We will not service you. Our sons baby shower is July 28th, and she doesnt even want to go because of how she looks. I explained to my wife that her color and cut would be the equivalent of me shaving my head. That is how drastic of a difference it actually is. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, and I strongly encourage people to avoid the same fate as my wife. This could have been completely avoided with proper customer service.

I love this salon!!! The owner Peggy is always kind and helpful and so is the rest of the staff. They always do a great job helping me find new hairstyles or colors for my hair and the nail techs do a wonderful job! I get my hair and nails done here every time I am in town.

I came in for a massage that was recommended by my Dr and they are the best. Im relaxed and my sciatica is feeling pretty good. I also go in for my haircut, nails and body wrap and facial yesterday and I feel really good about myself.l finally do things for myself

Headed back to Texas in a couple of months and I just had to get Kennedi Norris @ Allure cut my hair, gonna miss her for sure, only stylist that cut my hair to my satisfaction! Thank you Kennedi and Good Luck in the future!

Probably the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had

Ive never been so happy with my hair!!! My stylist was the best and actually talked to me about my hair. Everyone i talked to was so nice. I think i found my go to salon

Where are you even going if not to Allure studio for a day of pampering and relaxation? Each visit is as impressive as the last. Every staff member is friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat. Its like going to a friends house but with the added bonus of spa treatments.Kim is the best massage therapist Ive had the pleasure to visit. She takes care to work any problem areas and cater to individuals needs.Amberlee did such an amazing job on my acrylics. Im very sensitive to the primer used for acrylics and the sensitivity only increases the more drilling done. I had zero issues in our session and not a single knicked cuticle.UPDATE: Unfortunately, the acrylics were not long lasting. I had 3 break within a week. The set was compromised and needed removed. The nails came off as a whole - it looked like they were press ons.She also did my pedicure and I always dread them with how ticklish I am but no dread during this one.

Went here for a brow lamination and tint. Stylist didn’t inform me that I should stay away from water and steam for 24 hours after the service and everything had just wore off later that day. $80 down the drain

I would give 10 stars if I could! Lindsay does AMAZING lashes, im satisfied every time. Love that it’s a one stop shop for literally anything. everyone always has a smile on their face, the place smells good, and so many different people tochoose from. If you don’t prefer how one person does something that have so many other people to assist! I stopped going to four different businesses and just came here for everything.

As a plus one to the salon, the staff was super respectful and nice, and explained everything very thoroughly during the consultation when I watching the process. The color was phenomenal that my friend received and she couldn’t stop talking about it when we left. However the checkout process honestly ruined the experience. The owner was questioning the stylist on every little thing that was done making it sound like the stylist had no idea what she was talking about, making the stylist visibly upset. I tried saying something to try to help the stylist and the owner acted as if I was the one that didn’t know anything. All together unprofessional and extremely rude towards the stylist and then towards me when I tried to back the amazing work and professionalism from the stylist. 0/10 would recommend.

Arrived early to our appointment waited 5 minutes after appointment time then asked how long it would be because were on a bit of a time crunch due to prom. Cassie was rude and got loud with me saying we arrived early. Then the person who scheduled her appointment only booked for a cut and blow out and it was supposed to be for a cut and half updo. $85 dollars later my daughter comes out with her hair down half curled looking like I would have done better at home! Thanks for ruining her prom! We will never be back and never recommend anyone to come here!

I will not go anywhere else but Allure. The staff is great. I have had manis, pedis, massages, hair cut, and highlights. Each service never disappoints, plus its all in one location.

In all the years Ive gotten my hair highlighted, Ive never been charged extra for the cut and toner. Was shocked at the total. Everyone was very polite and professional.

The staff is always so nice and helpful! The owner is very knowledgeable about products and different problems you may be experiencing with your hair. Jenn Porter is a great hair dresser and is amazing at what she does!!

Debbie was amazing....I told her my needs and she completely met them. I was looking for a second massage therapist to offset my first one due to scheduling issues but Debbie may just become my first massage therapist! Cant wait to reschedule!

This was my 2nd time there and I was even more disappointed than the 1st time. Right when we arrived the owner asked if we wanted to go ahead and pay and leave a tip even before we even had the services. My friend and I had pedicures and mine was over and done within 20 minutes (she did not do a complete pedicure). The young woman helping me was checking her phone the entire time and took off as soon as she possibly could. I sat and chatted with my friend who got a 60 minute pedicure (we asked for the same one, but apparently did not get the same treatment). Her young lady (Euruselem) was AMAZING. Hopefully she will move on to another location or consider opening her own place.

Went in for a couple massage for our anniversary. Booked at the Lexington location so ignorantly we went there to check in. We were told it was the Mansfield location so we had to hustle to not be late. We called to let them know we were running late but again, reached the Lexington branch, but she said she had text the other branch to alert them to our tardiness. When we arrived we found out nobody had contacted them at all. Since we were late we were rushed a bit but nothing drastic.The massage itself was great! I had Debbie and she was very empathetic and great at reading body language! The atmosphere was a bit distracting since theyre located in a house on Lexington Ave. Street noise, traffic, and construction quickly took you out of the tranquility of the moment, but the massages were fantastic!Overall the service was a little let down, but the actual massages were wonderful!

Let me start off by saying I never rate and review, but I had a massage and pedicure today at Allure Studios and I must say that Shannon did a wonderful job on the pedicure! She took her time and was great to talk to. She even went over to the other building to get me change for a tip on two occasions. I will be coming back!

I have been to multiple massage therapist over the years, but never had one as professional and knowledgable in massage as Devin. I happened to find him on chance and it was a blessing. He has done my massages for the last 2 years. Every visit I left feeling 1000x better than I did when I arrived. I hated to hear he was moving to a new location, however he is worth the 30+ mile drive for my future massages.

Massages are always awesome here. Billy Joe is the BEST! Will be going back to see her. The front desk is never friendly unfortunately, they barely acknowledge you and seem annoyed and this has happened more than once. I also got a gel manicure and 8 out 10 nails were peeling, bubbling and chipping on day 2, no cuticle maintenance was done either, seemed weird. I had to argue to get it redone which was a hassle in itself. The technician claimed the polish was old and my nail bed was too oily. I will be going to Aqua Nails for manicures from now on. Stick to a massage and you will be happy. I have given Allure chance after chance, I swear.

I have been going to Allure Studios since it opened, and Peggy has been giving me great haircuts and highlights since the late 90s. She is a real dynamo with great enthusiasm and drive, and she has always made me feel at home while I get my hair done. She has a passion for helping those in need which I really admire. Its amazing how her little salon has grown into a thriving day spa with a new salon opening in Lexington this summer, along with a non-profit thrift store called Addies Attic whose proceeds go to Harmony House. Peggy has made all this happen through her faith and commitment.Im proud to recommend Allure Studios for all their great services. Id like to add that Shannon gives wonderful pedicures!

Had a pedicure with Cassie and it was great. She did an excellent job. I highly recommend. Ive also had several massages and I highly recommend them too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Marvelous.

Amazing staff that make you feel so comfortable (got trim, color, massage, and pedicure). Will continue my monthly massage and trim there. Even buying my mother-in-law a gift certificate for her next birthday.

I cant in good conscience give one star because my massage, haircut and pedi were of average quality. However, paying $30 for a spa manicure that consisted of pushing back my cuticles without doing anything to soften them, clipping my cuticles and putting oil on my nail beds is completely outrageous.Seriously, that was it. I requested no polish. I didnt even receive a regular mani, let alone the spa upgrade.I should know better than to patronize Allure spas. The last time, in Colorado was the same thing. Except on my pedicure.Never again!

I was given a gift certificate to treat myself to manicure & pedicure. I chose to get a pedicure on my first visit.I was greeted upon entering as in this location it could cause confusion because of several doors & housing BUT it wasnt a long journey into a main area to sign in with the secretary. After reassurance that i was at the right location, it wasnt long before my regular appointment when i was prepped by an assistant who was very attentive!My pedicure was met with light, friendly conversation with an escorted leave at the end and friendly conversation of suggestive returning service.Overall-nice, clean, relaxed atmosphere with friendly service!😁

I am so disappointed! I wouldnt call this place a spa! And the older receptionist was absolutely the most judgmental person I have ever met. She took one look at my dirty snow boots and gave me the worst stank eye ever! She didnt even bother to smile. Then she lied about the massage I was about to receive. I wanted a relaxing massage and she put me with a therapeutic massage therapist. Didnt bother to ask what I preferred, she only cared if I had an issue with a male masseuse. I told her I did not have a problem with it and she went on to assure me it would be the best massage ever. It wasnt. I didnt get to relax and enjoy myself. The massage was more medical than spa like. I will NEVER go here again nor recommend this place to anyone. I will say the girl who did my mani pedi was very nice and I would see her for services if she didnt work here.

I took my mom to get a spa pedicure done as well as I decided to get one too. So we made an appointment. First time ever walking into an Allure. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so trust me I know how everything should be cleaned and sanitized, to tell the least I was not impressed by the unwelcoming we got when we walked in the door, the cleanliness of the salon and the service we got. I was not impressed at all. The girl I had did not talk to me or engage in any conversation until the last 10 minutes of my pedicure. This service was a scope out for me I was considering to apply as a stylist but I surely found out this wasnt a salon I wanted to work at.

I recently scheduled an appointment at Allure Studios and Day Spa, Shannon was my stylist. After explaining what I wanted, she expertly cut my hair. The result was what I had requested, the style gave a bit of bounce to my hair, and now I can quickly run my fingers through and my hair looks great with minimal upkeep!

This place just amazes me more and more all the time! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond for their clients if at all possible.Someone had a question about pricing.. We do have a website. The question was about the price of gel pedicures... Theyre $55. First time clients can often receive a discount. We also offer a membership that discounts your services for a year.

I have been going to Devin for the last few years. I always made sure to schedule out for the year so that I could see him every two weeks and not fight for time slots! He is an amazing therapist. Listens to both what you tell him verbally and what your body says. Never had better than him! Not sure what I will do now that he is so far...other than drive an hour when I can 😉

The spa is always clean and pleasant, and the staff is always friendly and wonderful. I go back over and over again. Debbie is the best massage therapist and Erica does the perfect color in my hair every time!

I have been been seeing Devin for a few years now. I have had multiple therapists before we met, he is by far THE BEST! I was so bummed to hear he was relocating but luckily I work minutes away from the new studio! See ya soon Devin!

I have seen Devin for massage therapy for at least the last 2 years. It had been a long time since I had found someone who really knew what they were doing in helping truly relieve stress and the muscle discomfort I frequently have from being an avid cyclist. You will never make a bad decision getting a massage but you are if you choose to not schedule with Devin!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible there is no one in the salon that knows how to do hair. Bleeding and crazy colored streaks that I didnt even ask for is not normal which the owner told me it was. The owner of the salon is a woman with a bit of an anger issue. She actually started yelling at me over the phone and talking to me like I was a child. The place stinks literally smells bad and it aint hair dye. I would not give any business to this place they might have some decent stylist but the woman who owns it is very righteous and obviously does no wrong in her own eyes. She could not even bring herself to be understanding to the situation at hand. I have never encountered a worse owner of a company well I wouldnt exactly call this a company. Or a spa its not even close kind of a hole in the wall dumpy looking suits the attitude of the owner. I mentioned to the owner that they had horrible reviews online and she said well dont come here if I reviews are so bad why would you ever come here and I said I dont know it was close and I didnt think you could mess up a simple cut and color. The woman yelled at me that I do not know what I was asking for ha ha I dont know what Im asking for to be done to my own hair? When I called back she told me they would not fix it and I said you know what youre unreasonable and you were going to get another bad review and she said go ahead see if I care and hung the phone up on me the owner of the salon not just some receptionist I was in shockI wouldnt send my dog there to get groomed.

I went to Allure Studios for the first time today and have to admit I was bummed when I left. I went to get a mani and pedi for my wedding which is in a few days.... my manicure was probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten... and o just have to deal with it... for my wedding day in a few days. 😔nothing was done to my cuticles at all, which I thought was super weird... and so the paint job doesn’t look like it’s even covering my whole nail... I don’t usually complain or speak up, but I even asked the girl if she could pain further down and touch up the bottom of my nails... and she basically just said my cuticles were in the way.... well, ya isn’t that your job to fix or at least push down my cuticles and then paint??? Just very disappointed in the quality of the manicure over all and the paint job

Had massages from Devin at Massage Envy...we drove over an hour to see him!! So happy you are going to be closer (like 5 minutes from work)!! Looking forward to a relaxing massage tomorrow!!

I have been receiving monthly massages from Devin for over 2 years. I have severe scoliosis and a desk job, both of which contribute to a lot of neck and shoulder pain. Devin has helped me manage my pain and stress so much. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had called ahead and booked a package for $110 for me and my mother. Which I thought went good. Massage was amazing and manicure and pedicure was pleasant. Manager was super nice and easy to talk to

I would like to thank Jen Porter and Shannon Howell for doing such good work. I have always left Allure satisfied. The girls there are always friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. I wouldnt go any where else for my hair or nails or for products either. They have a great selection of Paul Mitchell products and OPI nail polishes to die for. Allure Also has a variety of candles and lotions. Love love love Allure Studios. You must go and experience it for yourself. Bring a friend too such a blast getting pedis togeather.

I’ve never had a massage from Devin, but as a Certified Personal Trainer, I can vouch for his knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics as a whole. He has a good understanding of how to fix postural imbalances in the musculature leading to chronic aches and pains.

I visited this salon for the first time last week I had an exceptionally great experience!! My hair color didnt turn out exactly right the first time but they went above & beyond to get it perfect!!! I will certainly be a returning customer the people were nice and the owner was truly sweet and kind!!!
