Each stylist has their own eccentric style that they have decorated in their suite. I see Darla to cut my hair and Ive never trusted anyone more than her! My experience here is absolutely fantastic everytime!

Walked in to see about getting a haircut and stood at the front desk for 15 minutes with at least 2 employees seeing me there and ignoring me. I know they typically cater to women but I have 15”+ of hair that I’m getting ready to donate and wanted to get any split ends trimmed and a good shampoo/conditioning. Guess I’ll find somewhere else.

Mansfield location...I love the layout of this place. Each vendor/artist/specialty has their own room. Its like visiting a mini mall of talented stylists/massage therapists/nail techs/aestheticians each running their own business under one roof! Its perfect

This place is amazing. My stylist is so professional and friendly! She knows what she is doing and her prices are very reasonable.. There are lots of stylists there but I prefer Jennifer.

Haley scheduled a hair appointment for me on the 8th which was canceled the same day. She rescheduled it for the 20th which I thought was unusual since that was a Monday and I knew most salons are closed on Mondays. I showed up on Monday at 10:30 only to find the salon was closed . I have a major event to attend the following Friday so this has left me in a very difficult situation, she had also made a lash appointment for my daughter on the same day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL-making appointments that she knows she can’t keep, leaving people hanging-basically lying. She just lost two customers due to her negligence!

They dont accept walk-ins. You will get the run around and the everyones booked answer. The receptionist didnt even bother trying to set up an appointment for me.
