I was nervous booking here because of a few reviews. Now I understand that they just weren’t able to communicate or clearly understand the process of a massage. Elbows are a great tool to use for deep tissue and it cracked all of my tense knots. Thank you so much! My husband and I have two under two, our bodies were in much need of a good massage. Amazing!!! 10/10 recommend. They are knowledgeable in the body’s anatomy and check in about pressure often. The routine they have is perfect for restoring a tense body to renewed. Definitely will be returning

I’m actually so upset writing this review I had to wait a few days to post it.I booked a massage this past Saturday and it was the worst experience of I’ve ever had getting a massage.The massage I received was horrible to put it politely, the woman who was massaging me was not relaxing at all she dug into me with her elbows and kept poking at me with her fingertips, in no way shape or form was what I received a real massage. I asked for hot stones which was an up charge, she took the stones and literally rubbed them up and down my back for maybe 45 seconds.. and continued to elbow me in the neck. She also got in the table!?! Like whole body knees up on the table with her body hovering over me!!! Why I have no clue… she kept kneeling on my hair and I kept moving so she would get off.. she literally got on the table above me 3 separate times!? Like ma’am what are you doing? Nothing about the experience was pleasant or relaxing. It was so chaotic in the middle of the service someone came in the building (you could hear the front door bell chime) and they literally ran out of the room in the middle of my service and left the door open!!! During the massage it wasn’t painful except when she was stepping on my hair.. but it wasn’t enjoyable and after it literally hurt to move it’s Tuesday and my neck is still in so much pain! I had to book a physical therapy appointment…The place is clean sure I’ll give it that but it’s cold and dark and empty and I should have left when I entered the establishment and was less than impressed and I should have probably gotten up and left in all the chaos but I was trying to tell myself it would get better and to trust the process but I should have trusted my gut. Also they didn’t actually massage any other part of my body either they assaulted my neck and just rubbed lotion on the rest of me.. and the lotion smelled bad like it was old.When I say the worst experience ever!I cannot stress that enough!Seriously I give myself a better massage after the shower when I’m putting my moisturizer on…Go literally anywhere else.I’m sorry but that whole hour was horrific and unacceptable.

Second time here for a couples massage with hot stone and Lisa and Laura did not disappoint. They definitely know what they are doing. It’s hard to stay awake because the setting is very relaxing and peaceful. The temp in the room was perfect. They take their time and they are both very friendly and professional. I definitely highly recommend and will be back next month.

Massage was very relaxing… at the end when paying we chose to venmo the tip, the workers asked us how much tip we sent and judged the amount. Very unprofessional ending to an otherwise amazing experience.Update: Owner reached out to explain that the therapists need to note their tip amount on venmo to be tipped out correctly. I appreciate the clarification from them.

I can do a better massage on myself. Absolutely horrible made my pain so much worse. And the massage therapists do not listen. Don’t get scammed for hot rocks! They literally leave them on you for less than a minute and tell you that’s normal. This whole place is a scam.

I had a couples massage with my wife today and it was amazing! The women who did are massages were artist at their craft. They put the pressure in all the right spots and make the whole session as relaxing as it should be. If I could give this place more stars I would. I live down the street in the center of town and I can say I will definitely be back. My wife was so happy I booked this for us.

Me and my sister had a last minute massage during the memorial holiday weekend. The older woman I got was completely terrible. She was just massaging me because she had to. I had terrible knots in my neck and shoulders and she was getting none of it. When she used her elbow in my spine which is very sensitive she slapped my back to relax and also sucked her teeth. Not professional at all. My sister enjoyed her massage from the other woman which I’m glad. Will never return again and a waste of money. Still gave a tip because that’s me being generous. Also how they professionally respond to bad reviews that is not professional either.

Had the best deep tissue massage here! My boyfriend and I did a deep tissue couples massage. Julie and Grace were great. We told them what particular areas were bothering us and they really seemed to tailor parts of the massage around that. I would highly recommend Apple Spa, and we will definitely be back!

I went here for my first ever massage, I did a couples massage. And I felt comfortable & safe, and welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, and even triple checked that my online reservation was correct because I had forgotten what I booked. 90 min deep tissue. The massage best my expectations. My husband and I had our first ever couples massage here during our honeymoon and it was AMAZING! This was much needed after years of wedding planning stress and was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. We left here feeling so relaxed and very excited to go back!!

Signed up for a 60 minute couples massage. Here are the reasons for my negative review:1.) Massage was worse than amateur. The therapist did both arms and also both legs differently. It was rough and fast and didnt follow any rhythm or pattern.2.) They started a few minutes late and ended a few minutes early.3.) They have a sign with suggested prices for tips, which starts at 33%. When I tipped less, they pointed to the sign and spoke angrily in another language.4.) They performed the massage with the door open and then left it open when they exited the room.5.) Also, I suspect (cant confirm?) that they sold my email address? After signing up for an appointment online yesterday, Ive gotten multiple new spam emails all from the same media group of companies. I havent had this issue previously.

I had the most amazing experience! Booking an appointment was extremely easy. Your temperature is taken at the door and the spa is extremely clean and sanitary. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage and Grace did a phenomenal job. I have been getting massages for years now due to upper and lower back pain and this is definitely now my go to place. Grace was not afraid to get in all my knots and I left feeling so much better and relaxed!!

My husband and I made an appointment for a couples massage. It was easy to make an appointment. The building was easy to find and convenient to get to. Ample parking. The spa itself was very clean. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and taken back to the room. They had soft music playing and the room was relaxing. The beds were headed and comfortable. I opted for Swedish and my husband deep tissue. Both of us had a wonderful experience and are looking forward to returning for future massages. It was very reasonably priced and they went above and beyond with hot stones and aromatherapy. If you enjoy massage this is the place for you!

My husband and I were gifted couple massages for Christmas, we were extremely pleased with the whole experience! I am 6 months pregnant, my masseuse, who happened to be the owner, took extreme care and worked on all my problem areas. It was amazing! My husband is particular about his massages and he was very satisfied with his deep tissue massage as well. Not only did we enjoy the massages, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend coming here!

My friend and I booked massage appointments using text line...convenient! We arrived early and were greeted with a sign asking us to please remove our shoes. Then there were flip flops lined up for us to use inside the salon that were nice and clean. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our massages. Very well done. Would recommend. And whenever I come back I will definitely schedule another appointment.

My husband and I booked the hot stone massage for Valentine’s Day weekend and they went above and beyond. The spa is very clean, spacious, quiet, and calming.The massage was very relaxing but they also focused on tight spots on our backs, legs, arms, and necks. We left feeling like we had new bodies. They are very professional and know exactly what they’re doing. We will absolutely be returning for another massage!

Grace is amazing! I’ve had a lot of good massages over the years and have to say this is the best one I’ve ever had! I got a therapeutic massage for the first time today and Grace really honed in on my problem areas. Her pressure was perfect and although I was nervous it would be too much, it was exactly what I needed, and was still 100% relaxed the entire time! Not to mention, I booked the massage an hour before hand on a whim and pricing is very reasonable! I’m so glad I did the 90 minute instead of 60 minute and could have laid there all day. Highly recommend this spot and I will be booking again for next month!

Trip to visit my friend and she introduced me here. I did full bodywork, the price is reasonable. The therapist Lulu is professional and nice. She asked my body situation before we start. My waist was hurt in the past, so she massaged gently. The whole process is so enjoyable and comfortable, so I fall asleep. Lol. Highly recommended Lulu.

The owner Grace provides amazing massage work. I love deep tissue massage and I’ve been multiple places and they never use enough pressure- Grace did a great job, the pressure I was looking for and got the relief I needed. The salon is very clean and quiet. Grace is very kind and has a great personality which made it more relaxing. Will be returning for sure.

I called Apple Spa for a same day massage, and they were able to accommodate me within a couple hours. I loved that they were open late, which allowed flexibility on timing, and the staff was super friendly! It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. As a former massage therapist myself, I’ll be honest, it isn’t like any other massage place I’ve gone to/worked in terms of technique and the setup in the rooms, but it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.She wasn’t afraid to get into the knots, and was receptive when she could feel me tensing up. I love this place (especially for the affordability) and will absolutely be back!

Awful customer service!!! My husband booked through their website/booking link, pick a time that was AVAILABLE made and appointment for us, then they texted him saying they can’t take us at that time, went back and forth with him and wanted us to come an hour earlier or the day before. Like what??

Booked a couples massage days before and needed to cancel because the time didn’t work for me. The day of we were available but all the time slots were taken. I texted the phone number available and received a response right away and she was able to squeeze us in a time slot. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back !

I made an appointment through the text number today and received a response right away. I booked a 30 minute swedish massage with the hot stones add on for the same day. Best decision. All of the tension I had is gone. The women who gave me the massage focused on the spots I asked and then moved on to places I didnt even know were tight. This was the best massage I have ever received. I highly recommend giving Apple Spa a try. I will be coming back here again and next time will opt for the longer session!

I was surprised to enter the business and find such a beautiful and welcoming waiting area. We had scheduled a couples massage and we arrived a little early. We were taken right away to a massage room, no waiting!Grace asked for our input on what we wanted for a massage and she actually listened! Other massage therapists have asked but didn’t do anything about it. Perfect pressure and a wonderfully relaxing treatment! The stretching out of the hips, hamstrings, and quads at the end of the massage left me feeling fantastic. I had no more aches or pains, and felt I was moving better than I had been.This will definitely be a more frequent treat!

Went there for first time today. I only like deep tissue massages but good luck finding someone good. I AM IN LUCK!!!!!!! I met the owner she is doing the massages now. Grace is a pro! She found every single knot every ache and pain and dug in and I am on cloud 9 now. The best ever. I am 50 years old have had close to 1000 massages with therapists across the country. This place is amazing! I highly recommend this place for a massage. when we came in the place was clean, we took our shoes off and put on comfortable sandals and then we made our way to the massage room which was dimmed and smelled good. the table i laid on was heated and felt so relaxing! they made me feel like a limp noodle after i left. They also used hot rocks and a hot towel and it felt really good. i will definitely be coming back with my boyfriend for another couples massage ☺️

Ive been other places with my boyfriend seeking a great couples massage. Massage envy disappointed us so much well never go back. Apple spa was perfect, my boyfriend was very pleased and he has a bad back and feet. We got a 90 minute full body massage with hot stones. And it was just perfect. They were very professional, thorough, polite and just welcoming. We felt 1000% comfortable which plays a big part in making a massage great in my opinion. This was my first ever professional massage, and I’m so glad that I got to experience it at Apple Spa. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage, which was incredibly relaxing and left us feeling brand new. The therapists were kind and welcoming. I didn’t think I could feel so comfortable! Would strongly recommend to anyone with aches or pains, as well as anyone just looking for a nice day of relaxation.

The massage overall was good and I enjoyed it. However, I was disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) at time of payment. The 60 minute massage cash price was $70, so I paid and left a $15 (20%) tip. The masseuse pointed at the sign saying recommended tip was $20 - $24 (30 - 35%) and was looking at me and holding out her hand for me to tip more. I was disappointed that I succumbed to the pressure and added an extra $5.. Ive been to massages at Newport and resorts in Breckenridge, Im fine with tipping more if the circumstances justify it. That being said, I wont be returning.ETA (in response to the owner): I work as a mathematician and can understand how much I paid and dont like accusations of me being dishonest (which is why i reduced from 2 stars to 1 star). I paid $85 and said heres $85, the rest is tip. I understand being a masseuse is hard work, which is why I tip 20% regardless and more if its justified. But the base salary is what should compensate them for their work in addition to their tip.

She said that Tom was amazing and made sure she was comfortable.Linda provided me a deep tissue massage. It was better than I have ever gotten. My entire body is completely relaxed now. We did the couples massage and absolutely loved it and realized we needed it more than we thought or ever talked about in the past! The only thing about getting the couples massage (that wasn’t a problem for us) was that we had to take turns getting the massages done one at a time due to pandemic but it was actually perfectly fine doing it that way for our first time! He went first and enjoyed it so much he felt so relaxed he fell asleep and slept through my hour session which was after his! Lol ... great job Grace! We really appreciated the massages and we will be back in the near future! Apple spa was a great experience. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage there this past weekend, and it wad fabulous. Grace and Tom obviously have a lot of experience and got kinks out of my back that I’ve been dealing with for months! I saw a groupon for a couple’s massage and when I asked them if they would honor the price, they offered to match it instead! I was much happier giving my money directly to this small business instead of giving it to groupon. Highly recommend!

Just had a couples massage and it was by far the best massage I have ever had! We had Lily and Mike and they both made sure all the knots were taken out. The hot rocks made it an extra bonus. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and will be back soon! Oh and by the way the are open 7 days a week until 10:30pm!

I myself am a massage therapist and I am definitely wary to spend my money at a chain like elements or massage envy, Apple Spa is a great small business to support and the therapists are highly skilled and professional. The hot stones and aromatherapy were amazing, and the facility was very clean. A perfect relaxing setting, very reasonable prices and lovely staff, we can’t wait to come back :)

I noticed Apple Spa was right down the street from my house and wanted to give it a try. I called and was able to get an appointment that day in a few hours, I requested a Swedish massage. Walking in I noticed it was clean and the woman who greeted me was friendly and professional. I have to say the massage itself was exactly what I needed. A huge plus was she took the time to stretch me at the end, which almost no where I’ve been does that. That added touch made the whole experience that much better. She did do some foot massage during my regular Swedish session which makes me want to try the reflexology next time. I will definitely be back.

Today was my first time here at Apple -I had called to see if they could do a last minute sports massage. They were able to accommodate me so I booked a one hour sports massage with Wendy.I’m a hockey player and I had just played six games in a tournament in a two day period. So needless to say my muscles and body were extremely tired and achy.Wendy gave me the most thoroughIntense massage I’ve ever had!She was able to work every specific muscle that is exhausted & overused as a hockey player.This place is an A++ in my book.The price was unbeatable! $60 (if you pay cash) for a 1 hr sports massage!Wendy put 110% into that massage.The staff is friendly, personable, professional and clean.I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here!

All very good hitting all the right areas and able to focus on my shoulders where I most needed the massage.My weakness is a good foot massage for I always fall asleep. My husband and I went for a couples massage. My husband had a female who was amazing. She helped work out his back really well, was relaxing and strong. He didnt love when she had had leave mid massage to ring out a customer., (so unprofessional) I had a male who was the worst massage I have ever had. There is no way he is a licensed massage therapist. It was painful, rushed and I could not wait for it to be over. My husband will be back, I would never!

I received a Groupon for a 30 min massage for Mother’s Day. When I went to book my massage I was informed that I can’t book it during the weekend or any weeknight. It HAS to be redeemed during the day for some reason. (Sorry, I’m not bringing my baby with me!)There is no mention of that on the Groupon - I would know, I’ve reread it a million times. Thoroughly disappointed with this place.

I’ve been lucky enough to get massages often at nice hotels on vacation and spas at home where it’s like a billion dollars and I’m serious this was probably the best massage i’ve had in my life. my Boyfriend and I had a couples massage with hot stones and the works and it was so affordable. It was his first massage and I don’t think either of us will shut up about it for a while. We will 100% be back!

She was nice ans it was a normal relaxing massage. I scheduled a deep tissue massage and double checked before she started but let me tell you there was nothing deep about it and she kept rotating my knee wrong causing pain ..i gave 2 stars because it was a nice massage but my 12yrold niece pressed harder..if your looking for a pleasant hohum massage this is your place but if your looking for someone to get in and work those knots not the place!

I told the masseuse it was too hard and the entireTime my body hurt so bad. It was not relaxing at all. I was supposed to have aromatherapy and there wasn’t. We barely got the hot stones. My Groupon was also “refunded” even though I never asked for a refund so I had to pay for the massage twice. Never will I go back there again.

4 o clock appointment for a 60 minute massage. Didn’t actually go in until 4:11. By the time services started it was 4:17. Message completed at 5:03. Massage itself was good, but after massage the person that was doing massage was standing at register and stated “tip” you gonna “tip me”. I then explained to her I needed to get more cash from my car. She then watched me go to my car. I then retrieved more money and she didn’t even say thank you. Very unprofessional

Do not go here if you want a nice quiet relaxing massage. We gave it a try based on other reviews and boy do i wish I didn’t. First, my husband made the appointments and then asked if there was a later time. There happened to be one so we changed our original appointment. We received a call the day before saying they forgot to move our appointment and someone else booked that time. They did however honor the time and worked with us. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. When our message started, my husbands masseuse asked if there were problems areas that she should be aware of and what kind of massage he would like, and my masseuse only asked what type I would like. We both wanted to relax so we wanted a Swedish massage, but did not receive that at all. Felt more like a deep tissue for both of use, my husband asked to do less but still wasn’t relaxing. On top of this, my husbands masseuse was consistently texting on her phone giving him a one handed massage. They use way TOO much oil, walked away feeling like a slick track. This was not a quiet place at all;Banging, vacuuming, and other patrons being loud, and to top it off their door bell. Since no one is at the front desk there is a constant loud chime.UPDATE: Yes, i take the time out of my day to review any place i go to the is amazing or not so amazing. I don’t know what planet you are on or where you went to school for this, but every massage is done with two hands! We have gotten plenty of massages and they have never been done with one hand. Maybe you should have your phone at the desk during massage appointments or hire someone to take care of reservations. Weird that we were silent during our couples massage, If some couples want to go get a massage and be silent that should be fine. I don’t think most people talk during a massage. We Do these to relax and take some quiet time for ourselves. I find it weird, that she couldn’t go light or ask any questions through the hour massage to see if i liked it. I did tell my lady that I would like a nice relaxing massage, but not my fault she couldn’t deliver that. For saying you decorated the room let’s be real, there were no decorations besides you leaving a glass rose that i didn’t want nor need so why would I take it if it’s not my cup of tea and waste your money to only toss it in the trash? Yes, you did aromatherapy but that was included with the groupon along with the hot stone. We knew that you were not a luxury massage parlor that’s why we bought the Groupon. We have gone to other ordinary massage places and have had a great experience. Also, how do you know what I look like happy, sad, or mad?? People don’t walk around with a constant smile on their face from the moment they wake up to the moment the go to sleep. You don’t know me from a hole in the wall and shouldn’t comment on my face( unless I was giving you the stink eye, which i was not) should I comment on your looks and appearance?

I saw an ad for a couples massage on groupon and thought it would be a fun afternoon to do some selfcare with my best friend. It was a clean environment and the staff were very friendly. The massage was so relaxing and therapist was very aware to check in to make sure the pressure wasnt too much. I am very much looking forward to going there to for another massage and to try some of the reflexology.

My boyfriend and I went here today for a couples massage. Both of the ladies were very friendly and professional. The place was very clean. My lady made sure to work on the problem areas I mentioned at the beginning of the visit. We both left feeling very relaxed!

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage. When I try to book they tell me I can only book for 9:30am Mon -thurs. When I said that time doesnt work for us as we work during the day I get no response. No one answers the phone either. There is nothing on the Groupon ad that states the time restriction only that they are good Monday -Thurs.

Do not bother using a Groupon or telling them that you have one. From the beginning it was not your standard customer service. You will be booked very far out with one. The owner or whoever does the text messages is not professional or polite. You will not receive a reminder call or text about your appointment. I am choosing to not use my Groupon and lose money instead of going here. I accidentally missed one appointment due to work and now they will not let me reschedule on a weekend. After apologizing and explaining my situation, they will only allow me to call same day. My work issue was apparently “without a reason”. When I asked why I could not book ahead like before they took a screen shot of my text and sent it back. I never received an actual response until telling them I no longer would be using their services. Based on how difficult it was to book an appointment and not being allowed to reschedule unless I call ahead, I would not recommend this place. In Canton there is a great spa called Alluna Skin Care that I highly recommend! I would be shocked if the owner does not respond with something sassy like the other negative reviews.

I received my 1st foot reflexology and it was Absolutely Amazing! I originally booked for 30 min but it was soo good and relaxing I had to go for full hour. Grace did an exceptional job in providing great conversation & a serene ambiance.😃 The place is impeccably clean and Covid safe. I definitely will be bringing my friends and adding this to my self-care routine. Thank you for providing great care to 1 of the most overworked parts of my body! See you soon 🤗

I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and I, we loved it, a nice relaxing massage, very friendly and have a gentle touch. Even during these times a nice relaxing massage does it beyond, clean and sanitized. Will be back again!

Don’t bother coming here if your going through Groupon, you will be treated like a 2nd class citizen! Owner will say Groupon visit goes base on their availability not yours! Even though the Groupon doesn’t state that when you purchase.Then when I arrived they wanted me to pay in cash instead of the Groupon lol .. their trying to market themselves well but at the same time they scare new potential clients away .. KEY WORD ! (customer satisfaction) .. also the Owner talks to you as if your the fraud instead talking to you like a new client lol it blows my mind on how people run their business… please be better!

Bought a Groupon since I was having back pain and figured I would work on getting appointment. I texted the number on the website and received a call back within 15 minutes and an appointment the next day... 😳already amazing service... arrive to very clean spa and friendly owner. The massage itself was wonderful!! Somehow 60 minutes flew on by but I left so relaxed and ready to book my next appointment. I won’t use Groupon next time since I learned that they keep 60% of the cost... for the 60 minutes of work, I can’t do that to the owner... she is great and I will be back!

Massage was okay, but while waiting for my wife to come out of bathroom I watched the lady not change any of the sheets. She just fixed the beds and reused all the same sheets that I was just laying on naked, and most likely did this between every other client. DISGUSTING, now I know why my face rest smelled like cologne. BEWARE OF THIS DIRTY PLACEUPDATE: Owner reached out to me via telephone and gave me and my wife a full refund and explained that the girl doing this was new and apparently she was being fired, she said they have a sheet cleaning service and there was no excuse for her actions. My one star review will remain because my experience was still that if one star.

I have had at least 50 massages in my life if not more and this was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. I had grace and my boyfriend had Lee. BOTH were fantastic. Highly recommend!

I got an hour hot stone massage! They got me in within the week of my call and at the time I chose! I loved my massage! They are super professional and you feel very clean there! I’ll be back again very soon!

We called 2 days before Valentines Day to book a couples massage and they stayed open late to accommodate us. They had complimentary champagne and gave me a glass rose as a Valentines Day gift. I have back pain due to scoliosis and left feeling limber and pain free!

What a great experience! If you are worried about safety don’t be. She takes your temperature before you start. The place is clean and I was the only client at the time. And $59 is a steal! I highly recommend getting a massage here. Treat yourself!

My wife and I first discovered Grace ( owner of Apple Spa) through Groupon.We have been a bunch of times, she is VERY GOOD at deep tissue and does amazing reflexology. 10/10 - Highly Recommended

I was there March 11, 2020 at 4pm. Made a last minute appointment and regret it. There was one woman there, and Ilm not sure the woman knew what she was doing, specifically ignored my requests for lighter pressure and to stop massaging my arms. Only worked on my back when I got up to leave. Worst experience ever -- aggressively asked for her tip as I was leaving. Avoid at all costs.

Received a groupon as a gift. The groupon expires in November. I am currently 4 months pregnant. I want to book a couples massage with the groupon and let them know that I was pregnant. Now I cant use the groupon because groupon doesnt apply to pregnant people.

First time visiting Apple Spa. Very peasant atmosphere and staff. M husband and I got the Swedish message and it was wonderful. Very reasonable pricing. We are not from the area but would definitely return!

Unfortunately that date and time did not work so I asked for a specific day, & the response was no. I tried to be open so again I asked what is their availability and I will work around it. But there was no response.Update: I purchased the groupon deal weeks before I sent a message seeking an appointment. When reaching out for appointment availability I asked multiple times in different ways what was your availability. The response received was one time frame that unfortunately did not work for me. So politely I again asked, “Ok then, what is your availability and I will work around that please ?”Not only that, in your response the last part was not necessary. Your business chose to advertise on Groupon not me. As business I was looking for clear communication if you were booked and busy, a simply response would have be appreciated & professional. Groupon helps open the door for potential customers, but the way you carry your business is what helps the customer decide if they want to return again.My review in no way is to offend anyone, it is only to help others see my experience and hopefully better your business depending on how you chose to take it.Thank you for your time in responding to my post, I only wish I had a response when I asked for your availability.
