This is my go to place since I moved to the area. I love the service, and do an amazing job with nails, theyre very detailed. Also, I recently got a haircut as well and they did an amazing job, Love this place ❤️

Awesome service! They did my hair and nails while I was in town and needless to say IM OBSESSED!!! I showed Vivian pictures of everything I wanted and she nailed it! I witnessed a very rude woman walk in there and give them a hard time while I was being serviced and they handled it so well! Not being able to understand someone’s accent is NOT a reason to be condescending to the workers sorry not sorry! I will definitely return when I’m back in town and continue to support this establishment!

Holland Salon and Spa is very clean and everyone is so friendly. Tracy did my gel manicure and she did a fantastic job! She did exactly what I asked for and it looks great! Nina gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Absolutely phenomenal! Nina and Tracy were both so sweet and I enjoyed every minute with them. I’m not from Dallas but I will definitely come back before I leave!! Thank you ladies!

Great service. Friendly staff. We’ll definitely be coming back! Don’t let the negative reviews fool you. They took care of my girlfriends ingrown toenail. She has dancers feet and the process is not fun (when is it ever?) but they did a GREAT job and she’s now pain free after the process. These ladies do great work so I understand why they’re so busy and ask to reschedule sometimes.. but hey! At least they ask. Better than leaving you waiting for hours and wasting time.

Great Service! They value your time and they dont have you waiting for long periods of time. If you made an appointment they try to have you in the chair at that time. Tracey and Nina are the best! Tracey does my nails and Nina does the pedicure. They are good at what they do and always smiling and happy. I took my mom to the shop one time while she was visiting after the death of my father. Everytime I go in they ask how my mom is doing and when is she coming back to visit.

I have been coming here nearly four years, and Im obviously quite satisfied. I get dip nails now, though until recently I did gel and acrylic before that. The ladies keep up with current trends and colors. They are very accommodating of my schedule, and I can get my eyebrows waxed along with my nails and pedicure. In the two instances when I was unhappy with my nails, I went back the next day, and Vivian fixed them happily at no additional cost.Most recently, Tracy did the ombre style tattoo on my eyebrows. She took great care to draw them first so I could see the exact shape. She used plenty of numbing ointment, and in the end I was delighted. Of course the brows were exceptionally dark the first few days, but after nearly two weeks, they look natural but with the fuller shape that I wanted.Walk-ins are welcome, but use good judgement. If you want a full treatment on a summer Saturday afternoon or on prom weekend, make an appointment a few days in advance.

Very friendly employees, easy to make an appointment that is convenient for me, and prices are decent. However, my pedicure was painful and the paint job wasnt as great looking as I had hoped. Didnt get gel nail polish, yet the paint destroyed some of my toe nails which was odd.

I love having my hair cut there. Vivian does a great job - shes super professional, my hair always looks great after she cuts it and the prices are reasonable. She does a great job with my eyebrows too.

They did an awesome job!!! I’ll drive hours to get my nails and hair done by Vivian before I let anyone else do it. Very friendly staff. I hadn’t been back in a while but LOVE the new paint job!!! :)

I have been going this salon for 4 years and have always had great service. They are always willing to do what you want. Very helpful and personable staff. They do a little bit of everything at their salon: hair, nails, eyebrows, tanning, etc. Highly recommended!

Nina does the absolute best pedicures!!If you are looking for a new salon, try here. I have tried the other salons for dips and pedicures - - I landed and staying at Holland. Not the fanciest but best customer service by far.

I decided to get a massage one Saturday morning. One of the ladies walked me to a back room that was cluttered with boxes and musty shower towels hanging from the walls. I noticed the folded towels that were stored away were covered in hair! The lady giving me the massage had long fingernails that were scraping up and down my back. The massage was horrible. I dont think she had ever given a massage before. This place doesnt take a lot of pride in their work. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!!

Customer walks in, is immediately told their too busy come back later.. not once asked what services are needed, not asked if they would like to wait.. store was not packed full of people.. this has happened twice.. thanks little lady I WILL NOT EVER.. EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER return to this business??

Super happy with my experiences here! I use Vivian for all of my hair needs (cut and color) and Bang for my pedis! Love, love, LOVE!!

They cut my hair very uneven, even after going here multiple times. when they did my nails they rushed n did not focus on the quality. my nails were uneven, shape had no effort. overall i don’t recommend coming here.

They do a great job on men’s haircuts!! Appointments are preferred. I Highly recommend. They are always friendly and nice place

Staff is not very nice, they are always on a rush, you don’t get time to choose the colors and it is expensive for the service. Not many colors and not many designs.

Bad customer service. Waited for 15 minutes and one person walked up and said is too busy but I should come another time . No apologies. Horrible service since it was my first time there
