LONG HAIR DREAM COME TRUE!! Couldnt have had a better experience on changing my look. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Ambiance top notch. Felicia went out of her way to ensure my comfort during the long process. Old color was lifted out (many box colors on my end trying to remove a previous bad experience) and a colorful balayage was put on my very long, fine hair. Having white hair is fun finally! Had a vision in my mind of how I wanted to rock it; Felicia brought it to life. Went to my previous beautician for over 20 years but recently moved back to the area. Hard for me to trust a new place, however, I felt comfortable after my consultation to not check out any other places due to the ease of conversation and skill set displayed. Will not go to another place in Mansfield after my experience here. Cant wait to try some other services. Spa environment with a very classy touch. Not only did I walk out feeling confident with a completely different style I felt as though I made friends as well. Shout out to Kathryn as well, thank you all!!!

I honestly hate to even do this as I never leave negative reviews, but I’ve had many different experiences at this salon and every single one has been bad. My recent experiences have been with hair and pedicures. I paid a significant (in my opinion) amount of money to have my hair lightened and a balayage. My hair was already blonde but was much warmer and darker than I prefer. I’ve been blonde for 10+ years so my expectations were not unrealistic. I left looking exactly the same as when I walked in. Even my coworkers commented about how they thought I was getting my hair done. They were shocked when I told them I already had. So I called back and told them I was unhappy with my result and they had me come back. I was so hopeful given that this is supposed to be a higher end salon. I left disappointed yet again. I actually ended up going somewhere else and paying even more to get what I was asking for. I never even bothered to call back and let them know I was still unsatisfied. I let it go and chalked it up as a loss and a lesson learned. Today my sister and I came in for “essential spa pedicures” which I specifically booked because this was her first pedicure, and I wanted her to have a good experience. It was booked for 1 hour and 15 minutes and we were there about 35-40 minutes total with drying time. The ladies were nice and it’s not that the pedicure was necessarily “bad” but it was definitely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And I paid for a service that I don’t feel we received. There was nothing “extra” about these pedicures like stated on their site. It was very underwhelming to say the least. It’s not even been 12 hours and my nail polish is all flaking off already. I personally don’t feel that their services reflect their pricing at all. I would definitely not recommend this place at this point. There are far better options for a fraction of the cost.

Im very unsatisfied with my hair I went in to get my hair done. I asked for dark brown. My hair was my natural color for the most part which is brown my ends were lighter because I was trying to grow out blonde I had done MONTHS ago ( else where) when she was finished my hair was very reddish orange I called in and had them fix it. Unfortunately its still pretty orange/red. I paid almost 200 dollars and I look ridiculous. I tried emailing and reaching out to owner but Ive been ignored. I wish i could post pictures of how bad it was/is.

Resorting to a review since Ive gotten nowhere with my emails and phone call to this business and people should be aware of this, I think. After reviewing pricing online, I scheduled a 90-minute dermaplaning facial, for $130. Unfortunately, I only received a 60-minute service, but I was still charged the same rate. I am super non-confrontational so I decided I would contact them through their website to inform them that they should update their online prices, descriptions, and scheduler to accurately reflect the services provided, assuming the website was incorrect - not that the esthetician didnt give me the right service. If its $130 for 60 minutes fine, but your website should state that. After my emails went unanswered, I finally decided to call in to bring my concerns up and was told that I would be called back. That was two days ago and still havent heard anything. In my experience the price listed is usually what you are charged - this business charges you tax and a fee for using your card. So, with taxes and tip ($143.30 service w/ tax plus $25 tip + $1 card fee) - I spent way more than I ever have on a very basic dermaplaning facial from someone fresh out of school and didnt get the length of service I expected. It was a fine facial - but I wouldnt pay that much here again. Ive been to other spas that have provided way better service for much less and no extra fees.

Such a chill relaxing environment. All the workers are so sweet and uplifting.Went to have my nails done by Jade. Shes very informative and helped me pick what I was wanting! She is amazing at nail art! She has amazing ideas. She is literally the most gentle nail tech I have ever been to! She always has conversation starters, very social and that made me feel very welcomed. Cant wait to have them done by her again!!

I understand when you go to high dollar salon you expect them to be experienced hair stylist. Not butcher someones hair because they dont know what theyre doing. And then when you contact the owner hes rude and disrespectful. Thats a really sad thing I will not refer anybody to this place.

Amelia was a really nice person and very comfortable talking and helping on what needed to be done with my hair.

Had the full package. The girls all did wonderful. But the spa feeling was lacking. No lemon water was available for hydration. No snacks at all. I came from Cleveland was there most of the day. This was unacceptable as a Spa.

This was my first time here. What an amazing experience I had here. Olivia did a great job on my hair. I have done many styles and colors to my hair and this is by far my favorite. She listened to what I wanted and achieved it as well. The salon is amazing, beautiful and clean. The whole staff was happy, and you could see they enjoyed their work. This place is the place to go with all your beauty needs.

What a treasure for Mansfield! I recently went for the first time and had a great experience. I followed Brianna here from her old place in Shelby - she gives the best massages ever. I especially appreciated her helping me through my pregnancy. The whole ambiance of Bankz is really special, it quite literally took my breath away when I walked in for the first time. A wonderful place and I can’t wait to go back! The pedicure room looked amazing too.

I had a hot stone massage with Lindsey and she was fabulous. Ive never felt so relaxed. I then followed up with a haircut with Madison which I love. The salon is very calming and everyone is so pleasant and the salon is gorgeous. I would highly recommend . Spend the day and let them pamper you!!!

Had a great experience, from booking my appointment to the completion of my color, cut and style! The atmosphere is very professional, the decor is awesome! I love they way they kept the overall design of the Bank and incorporated the salon and spa into it. Mattie is my stylist and did a wonderful job on color, cut and styling. I will definitely return!!!

I love it every time I go. Massages by Rachel are amazing, hair by Emily Thomas is gorgeous and waxing services by Lindsey are so so so good, somehow she makes my waxing appointment relaxing! make an appointment because they book up quick. very friendly staff and always accommodating, never pushy and always willing to listen.

Had a pedicure here just before the Christmas holiday with a friend from Columbus area. We had a great time, but more importantly the salon is a real treat for the Mansfield area. We were very impressed with the facility, the professionalism and the service. So classy and wonderful to not have to travel to the big city to get a top quality experience.

I had the opportunity of meeting a very incredible young lady by the name of Emily. She was so sweet, professional, funny and one of the best nail techs I have ever had do my nails. She not once hurt me while taking care of my acrylic nails. My nails are are so beautiful and perfect. She is amazing if you want perfection then make an appointment with Emily you will never go to anyone else again. Thank you Emily for a great day and beautiful nails .

EXCELLENT STAFF AND INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I had a bamboo/hot stone massage with Lindsey and was impressed with her skill level. She is amazing and I will be returning. The prices are more reasonable than what I typically pay at Charles Penzone and the services are actually better. The atmosphere is luxurious, relaxing and give you that feeling of a high end, upscale spa in a small town

My first experience at this salon did not disappoint! It is absolutely beautiful inside, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I was offered water or coffee as soon as I came in, they made my visit feel relaxing, and pampered. Jessika did my nails for an event that day, and they looked beautiful! I will be back, highly recommended!

Gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere, reasonable prices for upscale salon. Lavender scented towels at the shampoo bar and scalp massage were pleasant surprise. Madison was wonderful, had great suggestions, and was knowledgeable about current trends and styles that work with my thinner hair. I didnt feel rushed at all and I would highly recommend this establishment!

I have been going here for awhile, really liked it. But on Saturday I had a totally unacceptable encounter. Someone had called to cancel my appointment on Monday because the stylist was sick. I called them back on Tuesday to reschedule and talked with who I assumed was a manager. She was very knowledgeable. Rescheduled with a different stylist. Received 2 texts confirming my appointment. One Thursday and one Friday. Got there Saturday morning only to be told I was called and told I didnt have an appointment. Not very professional!

I had a massage with Lindsey. It was the perfect amount of pressure and very therapeutic. Just what I was hoping for. Ive already scheduled another. And the salon is gorgeous. Great atmosphere. I like it better than any of the big names in Columbus.

My first impression was made while making an appointment over the phone for my daughter. A very professional gentlemans voice greeted me on the other end of the phone...very refreshing! When we arrived at the salon, it was again, very professional from each employee you encountered. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean. Very happy with the appointment! You cant ask for better service! LOVE coming to Bankz - you literally feel like youre in the city getting pampered. They really go all out here - from the amazing products they use to the hand and arm massages you get when youre getting your hair washed. The salon is beautiful. My stylist was friendly and I Loved the two people at front desk. They were very sweet! The price was so expensive & I also had so many questions before my appointment & called front desk four times and emailed the website on the contact page and never heard back.

If you need a massage or facial Lindsey is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable and very professional. Fantastic experience every single time. I enjoy the upscale experience, always very calming and relaxing. I appreciate the special touches.

I had a 90 minute message with Lindsey. It was the most relaxing, healing massage I have ever had. She listened to my problem areas and even concocted an aromatherapy oil blend to use in the massage. I dozed off a few times, which has never happened to me before. I don’t live in Mansfield, but will definitely come back next time I am in the area.

Stopped in and scheduled a massage for about a week out thanks to a cancellation. Everyone was nice and the building is a site to see. The massage room was nice and clean. I had the deep tissue massage and it was well done. The hot towels was a bonus. The only thing I didnt care for was the scent that was used in the walk in. Being a guy, maybe it just didnt suit me. Overall, a very good experience I would recommend.

I recently moved from GA so I had to find another place and person to do my Brazilian wax and I am so glad I found Bankz salon and Renee! Renee is awesome and made me feel so comfortable. She was very professional and very good at her job! I will continue to come and see Renee and have referred her to 2 of my co-workers.

The atmosphere and customer service have always left me feeling pampered. And the services have always met my expectations. (And I rarely say always!) Give yourself enough time to book appointments though, because they are busy! I highly recommend Lyndsey for facials and massages ❤️

I had my fist visit today for a pedicure. Aurora was really nice and professional. My feet feel amazing afterwards, and they had great polish choices. Atmosphere is relaxing...I’ll definitely go back in the future.

So I have been going to the same salon for years and it is over an hour away so I was really trying to find something closer to home. I looked up Bankz and looked at some of the gallery photos and decided to give it a try. I am super happy I did. Kailor did my hair and worked with me and my budget. I did not get done what I had initially went in to get done but I still left very happy. I was not expecting to spend that much this visit, that is okay, I do not mind spending money on amazing service and talented stylist. I just wasnt prepared. Now that I know what to expect I can plan ahead. I honestly felt very confident leaving and the ladies that worked with me were phenomenal and I am definitely going back and I would recommend Bankz to anyone. Thank you

I finally used my gift certificates for my January birthday, and it was well worth the wait! Rachel does such an amazing job with the massages!!! I highly recommend booking an appointment or buying a gift certificate for that special someone!

Had a couples massage with my child and it was amazing. It was my childs 1st massage and he was nervous. The massage therapist did a great job making him feel at ease. We will be back!!!

Stylists are great. Estheticians are great. Manicure not so much. 3 nails came off within 2 days. It can be difficult to schedule because no one answers the phone. When I tried scheduling via the website, my browser blocked it stating it wasnt safe, so calling is the only option I will use.

I got a hair cut there and the woman who did it cut very short layers in the back of my shoulder length hair. I wanted layers but not that short. I had to get the rest of my hair cut and inch or 2 shorter by someone else at different salon to make it not look so bad. She also colored my hair and it came out too dark then proceeded to charge me again for highlights. Spent about 250 total including tip and was never satisfied with my hair. I will not go back.

The space is beautiful, BUT my dip manicure took three hours and then started chipping after two days. (These usually last me three weeks). Very disappointed with the quality.Update: i did call to schedule a new appointment and was not told it would be a free repair. That is appreciated. I could not confirm my 10am due to work, and wasn’t given any other options. I’d also like note my complaint isn’t solely about the time it took to complete but rather that they only last the weekend.

My nail tech (Kristi Shrimplin) is fantastic. She knows what shes doing but also is so fun to spend time with. She is the only reason I go to Bankz. The owner and the lady at the front desk are rude and their prices are crazy high. Kristi and the other girls Ive had dealings with get 5 stars but the facility and the other two only get 1.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Brittany and it was amazing!! She worked absolute magic on my neck!! I was so sad when it was over!! I will DEFINITELY be rescheduling with her!! Very professional and relaxing atmosphere! ♥️♥️♥️

Ive been seeing Emily Miller for years now, I even followed her to Bankz from her prior salon and Bankz is a total upgrade!!! She is the best stylest and I come from a background in the salon industry so I dont let just anyone touch my hair. I even suggested her to my girlfriend who is from NY and she sees her regularly now as well. She is fantastic with color and cut and I am NEVER dissatisfied with my hair. She is kind and easy to talk to, very professional! I highly recommend her. If you want your nails done, see Kristy Shrimplin! She is an amazing nail artist, is cute as a button and also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to!

Brooklyn was extremely rude, her schedule is that open for a reason*UPDATE* Bankz Salon Facebook page blocked me for leaving a negative review, which seems to support the claims that they delete and block all negative critiques of their business. I wouldn’t trust this place.

I enjoy going to Bankz because it is a beautiful environment and my stylist was the best. It is a relaxing experience! The hot towels, arm and hand massage, after getting your hair washed is a wonderful added ‘feature’.

Unfortunately my bad review stems from management. The technicians and hair dressers here are amazing, but when there is an issue, management is nowhere to be found.I received a gel manicure which after only 1 week had fallen off over half of my nails. I contacted management twice via email and received no call or email back. I wasnt looking for anything special, just wanted an explanation and to speak with someone. With all the choices available in the Ashland/Mansfield area, I will be taking my business to a place where customer service actually matters.

Their website doesn’t highlight each stylists work, which is unfortunate for the stylists. When I have been there, I never get a receipt and the price is always higher than what I calculated based on the websites pricing.Just because it’s a cool building doesn’t mean one will get great hair.

Called in to set up an appointment for a pedicure for my moms birthday and the girl I had talked to was not helpful in trying to get me in. Any time I would try she just said NO. Did not even seem the want my business. After experiencing how rude she was I will not even step foot in this place. Sad because I was actually excited when I learned about it.

Loved the atmosphere! It is a remodeled bank with open vault and amazing high decorated ceilings. Staff was professional and friendly. Get my hair done by Ashleigh, she is an amazing colorist!

Wonderful place for great curly hair care! It can be tough to find someone who knows what they’re doing with curly hair, but every time Madison does my hair, I walk out of Bankz feeling like a million bucks. :-)

I hesitated to post a review but then after thinking about my experience there not once but twice, I feel compelled. The atmosphere is beautiful, the hair stylist and the appointment setters are friendly and engaging. The services are very customer oriented, the ladies go above and beyond the norm. My less than stellar review has no reflection on the service, the staff or the atmosphere...it is because of the owner. On both of my visits she was face to face with me. The first time she checked me out and was short and rude while taking my $ 150. I dismissed it as everyone has a bad day. Today I gave her my business my 2nd (and after consideration of her attitude toward me) and final time and she once again dismissed me as invisible. As the business owner her customer service skills should be a model for her staff as well as her clients. I dont look like I can afford her salon nor is my hair a stylist masterpiece but my money is as green as anyone elses. I hope she reads this and thinks twice next time she wants to pick and choose which of HER OWN customers she wants to appreciate for patronizing her establishment. I scheduled a 3rd appointment on my way out, considering giving her more business but I think not. Customer word of mouth is a small business owners best marketing tool. Heres to hoping this review helps the owner more than it will future clients. I am one client that will spend my money where my business is appreciated.

I went in for a cut and color and asked for medium brown w caramel highlights i got dark brown with red highlights. along with a botched hair cut. it took 7 hours for whatever reason. she said she had to cancel plans i felt bad and made sure to tip pretty well i gave her $20. so for the total it cost $210. i had to rush out without getting a good look because i was late for my plans. i contacted the stylist who did my hair on instagram she never answered. i’m not one to call and complain so i didn’t around two months later i went to get my hair fixed and my hair stylist said their was a chunk of hair missing in the back. i decided to call to see if there was anything to do about it and even if not report the hair stylist. they said they didn’t know if there was anything they could do and that they would call me back as soon as they desk manager talked to the main manager. they didn’t call for around 5 hours. so i called. they said there was nothing i could do and the stylist was going to text me. i let them know i was disappointed. the stylist still never texted me. and on top of that the manager that i talked to, that i don’t know went to a family member of mine that had no connection to the situation to complain about me leaving a one star review, and to say i was rude. i’m guessing they recognized my last name, but extremely unprofessional to talk about a customer to a family member of theirs and to talk badly of them. so if you go to banks you better be perfectly happy with whatever you get because you will not get a refund and you will get talked badly about for complaining.

The salon is beautiful, offering everything you need from amazing massage, pedicures, and wonderful stylists. My daughter and aunt enjoy Bankz and look forward to our next appointment with Summer!

Super friendly staff, beautiful salon (I could stay in this salon all day!) and reasonable pricing. I was stressed over getting my hair practiced on for my wedding day but the overall experience was so enjoyable! I LOVE my hair!

Treats employees terribly, owner is mean, nasty and rude (acts like shes better than everyone). My girlfriend worked here for only two months, her teacher was Emily Miller. During this time she embarrassed her multiple times in front of clients. Was mean to her countless times and just downright stuck up. Before you go spending lots of money here be sure to know this is how they treat employees that are different than them. Its sick and pathetic

Love this place, Emily was recommended by a coworker after I got a horrible hair cut somewhere else, she fixed me up and I’ve been coming back to her ever since! All the staff is super friendly, love the renovated building and whole atmosphere!

For my first experience getting a Brazilian, Renee was wonderful! In a potential awkward situation, Renee was very professional, courteous, and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend going to see Renee if your considering a Brazilian.
