Elements Massage

I’ve been going to Elements in Mansfield for massages for years and intend to continue to do so. I’ve seen several different masseuses over the years at Elements. Each has their own particular techniques and/or variations on similar techniques. Whether I have needed general stress relief, loosening of tight muscles, or relief of pain or knots in specific muscles, every massage has been a beneficial experience. The hot stone treatment has been a great occasional treat.

Front desk staff are very friendly and professional. My therapist is second to NONE! She always asks if there are any new areas of concern before my session even begins. I have tried numerous therapists at other facilities. Once I found my therapist at Elements I have never gone anywhere else. Danielle you ROCK!

I had called Elements and made an appointment over the phone. After arranging childcare and driving the 30 minutes to the facility, I was told that no appointments had been scheduled for me, today or any other day. The woman at the front desk mentioned that this was not the first time this has happened due to new staff working at the front desk. Clearly the new staff is not being trained properly. Since I no longer trust making appointments over the phone and todays visit actually ended up costing me money for no benefit, Ill be canceling my membership and giving another massage facility my business.

First the good, my therapist Mayra is great and was the only reason I went there. Now that she’s no longer there I will never book there again.The bad, 100% of the times the appointment I booked online was never honored. I would inevitably get a call the day of or the day before asking if I could change the time. It got so annoying that I canceled my membership because what’s the point of making an appointment that fits my schedule and is available to book only to have it change. Every time i made it clear they have an issue and it was never fixed. The owner and receptionist blamed the company and the scheduling app. Terribly frustrating and mismanaged

Elements in Mansfield is great. I have had several therapists and all have been wonderful. I recently had leg surgery and Im convinced my massages sped up my recovery. Highly recommend.

Elements massage in Mansfield MA has owners whom in 3 years I have met once at an employee cookout held at the managers house. They didn’t speak to, engage with or acknowledge employees. They have no idea who their employees are or their integrity. Many therapist work hard, have returning clients, get compliments and great reviews, it’s never taken into consideration for raises nor does front desk staff stay on top their duties to help the situation. No holiday pay no benefits and sick time is used at their discretion. The facility is ran by horrible management. A prior hair salon manager who walks up and down the hall in high heels speaking loudly while therapist are in session. A manager who listens to respond rudely rather listen to a concern. Above many other concerns, I have complained about the HIPPA law being violated as my personal illness was shared with all employees and clients were told my city of residence by front desk staff. If you call out or leave early all clients and coworkers knew your personal business as it’s always shared. We were forced to sign a paper stating we give up our right to a lunch break after working 6 hours. Not every employee is treated equally nor is there any type of humane respect. Upon giving 2 weeks resignation the manager walked away in the middle of conversation and texted me the following morning stating I was terminated. Reaching out several times to HR (the owners wife) I needed a letter stating my last day of employment for financial and personal reasons she refused to send it. The one thing I can say is when I first started there was no guidance. You are simply a massage therapist with a schedule and they provide space and clients, other than that your on your own. Once there was a new therapist lead she did better but could definitely change her way of speaking to staff and gossiping about others. This establishment clearly does not care about their workers.

Fantastic experience at Elements. The staff is always friendly and detail oriented. My masseuse, Lynn, was great. She was attentive, professional, and made everything comfortable. I re-booked with her instantly and I look forward to having a massage as part of my fitness recovery rhythm. Thanks!

Elements massage is an excellent place to have a massage. All of the therapists are concerned If you have an area that is bothering you, and the front desk staff is very professional and courteous, they always run on time. They always offer water. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The temperature of the room is perfect. In the massage Bed is always heated .

I first called to book a couples massage here for my fiancé’s birthday, the woman who answered requested she call me back as she was the only one there and was unable to check in/checkout customers and help me. I said that was no issue and she called back later and scheduled the couples massage for the following week. Since booking they called me two times afterward. The first was because they had a “scheduling” issue and tried to move our time. During the call they realized they had no other available time so left it as it. Later on that same day they called yet again and down-right cancelled the entire thing. When asked if I wanted to book another day entirely I said no as it was meant for his birthday and the staff member (Joyce I believe) hung up on me! Incredibly unprofessional services: they sound either unprepared, understaffed, or both. If my regular massage place (Relaxation Works in Raynham: they’re fabulous!!) hadn’t been booked I would not have had to deal with them at all. I definitely will not be booking anything here in the future.

I had an amazing massage with Lettie this week! She really listened and did a fabulous job honing in on the areas that were most bothering me. Her technique was very effective and I left feeling like Id really gotten a thorough and deeply healing massage. Highly recommend her!

Honestly, the older woman at the front desk was beyond unprofessional on the phone booking.Massage was okay, but I waiting 8 minutes after undressing and the therapist Ash still finished at the scheduled time so I lost time there. Didn’t seem fair.Went with a friend who had a similar experience.

My upper back, shoulders, and neck have been a mess since having my second baby. Lettie listened to just what my needs were and I left knowing I would be coming back! Hurt so good!

I have been going to this Elements for over a year and a half and its because of Freya. I have experienced recurring pain, particularly in my neck, back and upper gluten. She has been able to relieve a lot of the tension that have caused me pain.

Ive been visiting Elements Massage in Mansfield for the last 6+ years. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and kind, even when attempting to book out multiple appointments in advance or when having to adjust an appointment due to changes in our schedule.Out of the last six years, Ive been visiting Debbie for the last 2.5 years. Debbie is incredibly kind and provides a personalized massage with the care and attention to areas requiring more work. For me, this is my shoulders and my iliotibial band.Its often difficult to find the right masseuse that understands the muscles causing discomfort and one that will spend the extra time on the areas really requiring some work. She adjusts the massage time to ensure that trouble areas are targeted without ignoring other areas either. Its the best of both worlds.For those interested in an upgraded massage, the hot stone treatment is an added bonus. As the name implies, the hot stone massage is great for those that can tolerate a little bit of extra heat, but if you are sensitive to heat, this may not be a good option for you.

Lilly was awesome! The whole experience from start to finish was awesome! The girls at the front were so helpful and so funny!! The massage obtained beyond better results than I could have imagined! I feel like a whole new woman!! Thanks ladies❤

I have been a client of Elements Massage in Mansfield for quite some time now and I love this company! Rebecca was a new therapist for me and She was the best therapist I have ever experienced there. Rebecca was professional and wonderful to work with. She listened to everything I needed covered and fully relaxed me in my 90 minute session. I will be back!

I have been looking for deep tissue for a while and I finally was able to find Ernesto. The stars speak for themselves, but just in case youre unsure he is always checking in that the pressure is right and if youre enjoying the massage. I tend to not enjoy a completely silent experience and hes great at keeping conversation. What Ive noticed the most is that the post massage instructions and take homes have made a huge difference in my day to day

Today I had the best experience at elements massage. This was my first time at elements massage and I can say that I will definitely be back. My masseuse was Lucy (Not sure if that’s spelled correctly), she is so genuine and helpful. This was seriously eye opening to me about how helpful it is to go to a great masseuse. I’ve been to other massage places and left feeling as if my needs were never completely met but elements massage completely sold me. I left feeling the most relaxed I’ve felt in years!

Made reservations for a couples massage one month in advance. Got a call the morning of and was asked to change the time. Then got another call only a few hours before the appointment saying they were all booked for the couples room. Very disappointing way to spend my first Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. After calling around we were able to go to Lina Spa in north Attleboro. Much better prices and they actually held our reservation.

Been about 5 times now, always a great relief. Also hugely helpful for my fibromyalgia - pairing deep tissue massage with the cbd massage oil seems to provide the longest lasting relief of muscle knots personally. All of their staff are thoughtful and skilled; just let them know your bodys needs (both before and during, when they inevitably find your secret muscle/tendon lock-spots!) and they will make sure to masterfully work them out until your muscles finally release that tension.

Rebecca was amazing! She made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. She also listened to my requests for how much pressure I wanted. Best massage I have ever had.

I have been an Elements Member for a few years now and have only found one person that I really loved and sadly they left just as fast as I had found them. I know I need get incorporate massage into my life but I was getting discouraged paying each month and not really being super happy. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service is great but I just personally couldn’t find the right therapist for my needs. Well, I have recently found the best person and she is so good at my favorite add on, Himalayan salt stones! She even really loves giving the salt stone massages and was known as the salt stone queen before she came to Elements! Rebecca In Mansfield is so amazing at what she does! She is so so sweet and made me feel so comfortable right away. She really listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my massage! She also just knew what to do with what I told her and she really used the hot stones! I’ve had those messages before but the stones were only used a little bit. She had a whole system so she could keep using them during the whole 90 minutes and it was incredible! To be honest, I had recently decided I was going to put my account on hold and use up my massages and close my account. I just wasn’t happy overall and didn’t want to keep spending money on something that I was hardly using. After having Rebecca, I have changed my mind and I’m thoroughly looking forward to my next hot stone massage with Rebecca! If you are new or are like me and having a difficult time finding someone you jive well with, ask for a Himalayan salt stone massage with Rebecca!! You will not be disappointed! -Kate

It is very, very odd that the manager or owner of this place NEVER responds to the reviews on here. Never. Whether good or bad, management never responds to the reviews. I find that to be incredibly unusual and rather callous. It is obvious that they really do not care about what others are saying. Every owner of a reputable business, in general, always responds to reviews whether they be good or bad. Educated consumers always check out a business reviews on the web prior to utilizing their services. It is just good practice to check out what others are saying about a business that you are interested in visiting. Whether it is a doctors office, dentist, restaurant, mechanic, airline, hair salon or law firm, it is always good to check out what others are saying about a particular business. Due diligence is the key to having a positive experience. Dan Caeran, who commented here on Elements, mentioned that the woman, Danielle left the room, came back 3 minutes later and asked him to leave. He said that they even kept his money and refused to issue a refund. He was given no reason as to why he was asked to leave. That is positively outrageous and he should have taken legal action, in my opinion. How could this have possibly happened? If he did something inappropriate, then, Elements should have IMMEDIATELY called Mansfield Police and had him arrested for whatever offense Danielle thought he may have committed and issued a trespass warrant to never return to the facility. After reading Dans comment, I am tending to believe that something does not add up here. I have been to Elements a few times. I saw Barbara, Caitlyn, Danielle and another therapist whos name I cannot remember at this time. All of my interactions with this facility have ALWAYS been 100% positive and I have always had a pleasant massage experience. Barbara, who I believe is also the manager, is especially good at giving massages. Barbara and Caitlyn were attentive, considerate and had a gentle, yet firm touch. Danielle is a very young, nervous woman and is relatively inexperienced. Perhaps she was spooked by something Dan said or did during the first few minutes of the massage, though it was obviously not criminal, otherwise Elements would have called the Mansfield Police Department and issued a complaint to have him arrested and charged with whatever crime he may have committed. Either way, Elements should have refunded his money and someone should have called him to provide an explanation as to why he was asked to leave. One more thing: They say Karma always evens thing out. Well, a few years ago a woman crashed her car through the front of Elements Massage and destroyed the front of the building. Fortunately, no one was injured. However, the place was shut down for several days while they repaired the damage. Dan, if you read this post, the video of this incident is on the web. You should check it out. Now, I am going to guess that maybe, just maybe, an Elements employee will read this and respond to my review. However, I seriously doubt it. They simply dont care.

I saw Lynn today for my massage, She did an absolutely amazing job, she was very thorough. She was very in tune to what my needs were. I highly recommend her. I feel sooo much better! Definitely5 stars!

Awesome experience. Been going there for a long time. I’ve seen many therapists and Leddy, Lilly and Danielle really have a gift. Happy to be a member. Johnna from the front desk is extremely helpful too

I visited 321 School Street, Mansfield location, it was my fourth time. My therapist was someone I hadnt had treat me before, I believe her name was Danielle O.? Im not sure what her level of training is, but she was FANTASTIC. It seemed like she had been doing massage therapy for years, or had taken special training or something. She seemed to have an intuitive, almost spiritual approach to treatment. I could feel my muscles respond immediately to her approach. Ive had a lot of massage treatments but Danielle has a special talent!

Leddy was an excellent massage therapist! She had great pressure and a relaxing touch. Very therapeutic.

Ive had only good experiences at this Elements! Recently I got a prenatal massage by Mayra that was heavenly!! Highly recommend.

I had a full body massage performed by Lettie. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. The bottom line I felt very good and rejuvenated afterwards. I think with gratuity it was over $110 for an hour which is a little pricy in my opinion.

Disappointed, I called made an appointment stating I had a 90 min gift card. didnt get 90 mins. I should have said something then. Not knowing how much was on the gift card as it was a gift. I received a call from the spa to tell me how much was on the card there would have been a balance .I was told they dont split gift-cards. They wanted me to pay the first time special for new people or I just had to give the card to them. well after being annoyed because they dont save the remaining balance and put it towards a future massage I just gave to them. to bad nice place. I dont understand why they cant. oh well

Very clean and love my therapist Danielle. She always takes the time to explain different techniques and things that I can do in order to stretch and loosen muscles. She’s very professional and very good at what she does!

I highly recommend Elements Massage. They are wonderful. I cant say enough about my massage therapist, Kristy. She is wonderful as I am an athlete and she always knows how to work on certain muscle groups to make me feel better.

As soon you walk you you greeted with smile and they are so nice. The front ppl make you feel special. My massage speacilist was very nice asked all the rt ? Before I got undress. She was very attivive to my needs thru the massage to make sur she wasnt to hard on my back. Crystal was a great fit for me I look forward to going back. For my budget its expensive even with the deal thats why I left before, but I decided that I need to go back with my history of chronic pain and migraines and everything I am going thru it is worth it. I did it last year for almost 5-6 mos started to feel better and this was the only for of treatment working for me to this date today.

Danielle and Una are my favorite. They are very professional and cater to my needs. I always leave feeling refreshed and less tense. It is very clean and safe even during Covid.

So I was really looking forward to getting a professional massage for the first time in my natural life. It was great for about five minutes then the girl stopped and told me she would be right back and that she just needed to grab somethi g for the massage . left the room. Came back three minutes later told me she could not continue the massage. Go grab your things and shell check you out at the front desk.they Took my money and told me that someone most likely will be in contact with you. so I thought ok, thats ok, theyll just set me up another appointment. Not true. The phone call I was PROBABLY MOST LIKELY going to recieve was just to discuss why I had been kicked out the door AFTER JUST FIVE MINUTes. Overall it was a heartbreaking experience and I regret the decision fully and Im never going back. I dont even know if Id be allowed. ...they had no trouble taking my money, though. ..like I had done something wrong and it was my fault so I had to pay for it. FIVE MINUTES. Thats how long it took to basically be robbed and humiliated. Everyone seemed OK with it, though. Thanks for ruining everything. Worst experience of my life so far. If youre thinking about making an appointment. Dont. Find someplace else. I imagine anyplace else is better . very unprofessional.

Came in for a massage the other day and the beautiful receptionist was the sweetest girl I’ve talked to. So nice and welcoming . Really enjoyed my visit. Believe her name was joanna. Very nice

This was my first time at Elements Massage. I had a wonderful experience. The facility was beautiful. My massage therapist was fantastic and made me feel relaxed from the beginning. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful atmosphere, pleasant staff, great massages at a value price. The massage club has also made getting a massage more accessible more frequently for my husband and I who trade off every other month.
