I cant say enough about Mansfield Vape. Clean, friendly, competitive prices and store hours are 9am - 9pm daily. If youre looking for a legit vape store, Gary and his staff have a wonderful selection including Hookah products to glass, to CBD items.

Far removed from the dingy and sometimes off-putting stigma of vape/smoke/head shops, they run a good business and offer a very nice buying experience. I just called asking about a product to see if they sold it, the guy wouldnt even take the time to go look at it and was so rude, Hes lucky hes such a smart and creative businessman and was the only person with the idea to open one of these stores in the area so he doesnt even have to try to be competitive.Usually would never take the time to review unless its a stellar place But if you cant look At a product that youre trying to sell and tell me if it has three or five parts then congratulations you have my attention.

This store is great! Cant say enough good things. Its a combo smoke/vape shop and tea shop. What a cool combo. Ive bought 2 kinds of tea and both were an A+, and the man and woman who Im assuming own the place could not be nicer or more helpful. I got a new vape pen from them and it has been awesome. Holds a charge for a very long time, and I always get nice clouds when I use it. Highly recommend this place!

Nice business with a cozy feel and friendly staff who were knowledgeable with their products. There was never a lack of conversation, which was a definite plus.The prices were reasonable compared with other vape shops we have frequented across the country. A wide variety of juices, but their choices of hardware were very limited, as with most stores, which is understandable. I gave it only four stars because it was the first store that I have ever frequented that charged my wife and I $2 to sample their juices. Second, their juices for sampling were behind the counter and had to ask continuously for each flavor you wanted to sample. Thank god they were not busy, would be sitting there waiting awhile. First store that did not have their samplers on display so a customer could sample juices without asking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we walked out with some good juices and a really nice mod for the wife !!! I would definitely come back and spend my money there again. Visited Mansfield Vape for the first time today. Was having issues with my vape mod not charging and stopped in, fully prepared to buy a new one. The owner, Gary, asked what the problem was and instead of selling me a new mod for $80, he let me know that all I needed was a battery charger. He saved me $60 and earned a new faithful customer! I will not shop anywhere else ever again... AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!THANK YOU GARY

Wicked Vaped Mansfield has a great staff. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful and they are not pushy or rude or just trying to make a quick sale. It is very apparent that they care about their customers and what they do. The store is extremely neat, clean, comfortable and inviting. If you are trying to quit smoking, I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

I love this shop. The folks there are always friendly and willing to help. They dont mind a weirdo like me coming in and chatting about silly stuff while grabbing my juice and coils. Tonight 8:55pm Friday night August 19 . I went over for some CBD edibles i know i could have gotten them early but i was busy with family problems. But i Remembered that they were still open and i get there . The store was closed before 9:00pm the scheduled time to close is 9pm . Come to fine out you had 4 Potential customers i was standing there at the door with 3 other people. WHY WTH

Im from the south shore and make the drive here almost weekly. This is due to their extremely friendly staff and huge selection of juices so I can always get something different. Havent had a cigarette in about 15 months thanks to these guys. There was one time when I had a problem with my set up and they fixed it that day without me having to pay anything. Before leaving the store they make sure you understand all of your purchases and that you know how to use it

This place is great. I am glad that I found a nice shop that caters to beginners intermediate and novice vapers. The owner and sales staff are very knowledgeable about all of their products. They have a great selection of juice available also. You can try then buy.I highly recommend this place although it is a bit off of the beaten path.

Ever since ownership changed this place has just gone downhill. What used to be a great local shop, with a great staff has turned into yet another run of the mill garbage convenience store. Horribly disappointed in the direction the new owners took the place.

Such a wonderful vape shop! All of the employees are super friendly and knowledgable about the products they sell. They have a great selection of juices and even have some one-of-a-kind mods that you cannot find anywhere else. They stand by their products, and will help you in the event of a defective device...unlike most of the other shops.

It is so worth it to buy your stuff here instead of online. You might spend a couple extra bucks, but these guys stand behind what they sell you, and they only sell the good stuff. They do the research, they back up their products, they are friendly, very personable. They always remember my order and know me when I walk in the door.

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops in and outside of Massachusetts and Wicked has by far the best customer service. They even remembered my order when I walked in! They’ve always taken the time to answer all my questions and really give a full experience. Highly satisfied customer.

Went in today for my first time and I really enjoyed it. I tried buying some stuff online but really didnt like the flavors. I like how you can try all of the flavors of juice here. Very poor customer service. first and last time i will go there. wanted to try out some new juices and the young kid i dealt with was more concerned about rebuilding his mod than helping me out. Overheard another salesman telling a customer that the setup he had bought elsewhere was terrible and he will have nothing but problems. Terrible sales pitch if you ask me. Also, dont rush to tell me you only deal with authentic mods and you wont work on a clone.I never once asked for that opinion.

Outstanding selection of juices outstanding craftsmanship on building a store very nice detail of the shop very nice gentleman that work there I understand customer service is key but if the customer is walking around looking at stuff from the store there is no need to fall in them from counter to counter the counter let them in their partner talk about what they may or may not want to buy and fall back a little bit that will make a customer buy more not with the sales rep right over you I understand if you work Commission well then you need her in the wrong place you need to be in a car dealership otherwise please respectfully let the customer come in let them get a feel for the place and you never know could buy the whole store

Brian ( i think is his name ) is incredibly helpful in educating me on what I may like or need since Im new to vaping to kick my cigarette habit. I travel 30 + mins to come here when I have 3 other shops within 10 mins of my home. As long as I vape this will be my shop!

This place is ok. Only pros i have with this place is. They have a nice juice selection. The staff is nice. An for a dollar you can set an sample tons of juices. CONs they are one of the most expensive vape shops ive ever been to. They dont have much hardware at all. Do not recommend going to this vape shop unless you just plan on sampling juices or you are rich. Just order your Vape products online or find a cheaper shop.

Their staff is knowledgeable and they have top quality juice. However a younger member of their staff is rude and condescending. Not a shop for people looking to start vamping. Not if you like rude and impatient customer service at least.

Well uniformed staff when it comes to the vaping industry. They know their products and know them well. The staff asks all the right questions in regards to your vaping use. They will also let you sample their wide variety of flavors. I never believed quitting smoking would be a viable reality for me, now I know it will happen a lot sooner than later. RG-

I tried everything to quit smoking, and the only thing that helped me was vaping. Wicked Vaped was my first vape shop and right when i walked in i was greeted and they didnt just say what would you like to buy They asked me how my days was. Very nice establishment, they allow vaping inside. Customers may try out vape juice before they buy, however, this excludes salt vapor. They do not carry that much for salt nicotine vapor. Employees here are personable and helpful!

Sold me a $70 vape with a defective tank, which I replaced, worked well for a couple weeks and the Mod breaks because the chip is corrupted. Wicked caped refused to replace it or even give a discount on a new vape. Never going back

I found out about this business through my son who was trying to quit cigarettes. I decided to check it out since I also was smoking about 3/4 of a pack per day and had developed a smokers cough. I knew nothing about vaping and think it was still fairly new or unknown to a lot of people in my age group (mid 50s) who have smoked their whole lives. I wanted to quit cigarettes but I was afraid of the withdrawal factor and also failing in my attempt. Trust me when I say I enjoy smoking and didnt want to give up the habit if not for the expense and the cough. Im happy I made the trip that day with my son since it proved to be a success. Ive been off of cigarettes, no longer have a smokers cough and I can still enjoy vaping when I feel like Id like a smoke with my coffee or after dinner. Its hard to break old habits but this is the way to go. I use my vape occasionally during the day when having coffee or when Im out having a few drinks. Believe me when I say it does the trick. Its costs me about $60 a month as opposed to almost $200. a month with tobacco. Im back to working out without losing my wind and I feel 100% better. Every smoker who wants to stop being a slave to smoking and the ridiculous cost of cigarettes needs to check this place out. The prices for the items are definitely competitive, but the staff isnt quite as helpful as I wouldve liked as I was misled into purchasing the wrong product (granted at a decent price).
