I had my Esolé Therapy massage today and it was GREAT! The spa is conveniently located right off I-75, spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and smells awesome. As soon as I walked in I began feeling calm. Sahias has amazing energy and knows how to tune into your bodys unique needs. During my session my muscles were stretched and tensions relieved. Afterwards I felt extremely relaxed, energized, and focused. I would also highly recommend the Guided Meditation sessions...they helped me specify my life goals and lose over 30lbs.

All I can say is OH! MY! GODDDDDD!This was an AMAZING experience! Ill definitely be back for many more appointments to come. Im the type of person who loves to see progress and this form of stretching was instant gratification for me. Being a US Army Veteran and Mom-Prenuer of SEVEN blended family children Ive experienced my share of aches and pains! This is THE BEST massage Ive ever had & Ive gained additional mental clarity in only 2 hours!Thank you for pushing me past my comfort zone and making me laugh (awkwardly 🤣) along the way!
