The worker at the front, Terran, was knowledgeable about the products I asked about, and even was able to upsell me on some items. Customer service is always fast and the store is always clean.

Prices on pod mods are higher than competitors, but they have a good assortment of reasonably priced juices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

Place sells defective disposible cbd carts the work are horrible products. not even 12 hours complete clog and waste of money. when u go to attempt to return or switch for a working one make up a there is scratch so whare house wont accept back the only thing they offered is a 15 % discount and me pay out more money. Terrible policy Terrible Customer Service will sell defective products and its your fault

I frequent smoke shops on my days off and look forward to my arrival, however, I tend to not be acknowledged as a regular or a return-customer. As if the year has not been arduous enough, it is safe to say feeling invisible at businesses I spend my paycheck in began to get under my skin too. I was a new customer to Cloud 9 canton rd. just a few weeks ago and have remained one ever since being greeted with enthusiasm & even being called by name. My 1st experience in the store was welcomed by a man named Dylan whom not only was there to assist my every need but has instilled me into a community I remain loyal to by being a true regular. In my opinion, if youre looking for an immense variety of selection accompanied by positivity and politeness, this is the go-to spot no doubt.

Decent place to get your vape and hookah setup, Terran is an employee and helped me find exactly what I was looking for when I was there and even put me on to a great brand of disposable called the KadoBar, they had a gpriv-4 that I got from Terran and he gave me great recommendations on juice and what coils I should run on the mod, the glassware they had was amazing and definitely worth taking a look at.

They’re great at this location, Kristen and Jesse are the coolest with great customer service!

One of the guys didn’t know anything about vapes then proceeded to sell me coils that don’t fit my vape saying they would, $20 coils that I can’t exchange or return.... maybe you shouldn’t hire people that have no idea what they’re doing or maybe don’t have those that don’t know anything about vapes helping customers that need vape stuff...

Very friendly and laid back staff, very knowledgeable and able to make tasty recommendations on e-juices if you give them an idea of what youre looking for. They also have a beautiful selection of handblown glassware. Their kratom prices are comparqble to the online bulk order deals you get with the reward system in place; and kratom is great for combating the shakes in alcoholism at least in my personal experience. One of my bros up there also has experience with linux sysadmining so we get along quite well!

Came in looking for a pen. The guy tried to sell me something I already have, I just needed a different one. He sold me something not in a package and my gut said ask for one in a box. But I didn’t. Surprise! The pen doesn’t work. Tried 4 different things thinking it must be me. But no. I went back and I told him, he said oh it’s not getting power I don’t know why? But I can’t help you. 😒 Guess it’s my fault tho. Should of went with my gut.

I like this place, dont go there much as Im not an avid vaper, however I have been to MANY other vape and smoke shops and find that their pricing is not all that competitive, ive found the same and/or similar items at other shops for $10 less and some things even HALF the price. Should do some research on what your competitors have and the prices they charge
