Im writing this review based on a consistent lack of satisfaction. Sometimes I leave with what I want, but walking in I never know how Ill feel afterward. I purchase 5 packs of coils because theres always at least one faulty, which Im told by the manager is common. Ive had to try different types of juice, trying to find something that is consistently not harsh to the throat. Ive thrown away multiple bottles of varying brands and flavors because its so rough on the throat sometimes. Ive stuck with one brand because it seemed to have less issues than others, as well as have flavors I enjoy. Yesterday I was disappointed over a $40 purchase of that brand. It also ruined 2 coils of mine before I realized the juice was bad. I returned with the discolored juice and another bottle to compare, to express my dissatisfaction. I was told it may just be the flavor. My rebuttal was countered with a repeat of may be the flavor. I walked out at that point, not wanting to waste more of my time arguing with someone being paid to stand there and disagree with me. The manager witnessing it stood by silently and watched me walk out frustrated.This summer there was a man sitting outside trying to discourage me from being a customer at Valley Vapory. I disregarded his opinion and walked inside, only because I felt there were too few other options.To that man: Im sorry for not hearing you then, and thank you for trying. Shout-out to your morality.To the manager running the store: you drove me to find somewhere else, and I did.To the fella behind the counter: no hard feelings, I know its just your job.To my community: heed that mans advice that Im echoing today.Good Luck

Love this store and the staff. Great environment. I am disappointed the cosmic surfers are out of stock. I feel like the face melters brand is not as good. I will periodically check back to see if they get the cosmic surfers back in.

The worse!! I bought 2 bottles of juice and upon the first use it ruined 2 of my coils. Tried the second bottle with the same result. The man behind the counter smiled and laughed about it blaming it on the flavors. No consideration for their customers. I wound not recommend unless you want to waste your money!!

This is a great place to get some e-juice. Tanner helped me find the right juice that I would like. He was very attentive with what I was looking for. The shop is clean and very well put together. The prices are pretty good for the size bottles. Iwill definitely be coming back here for my supplies.

Been dealing with these guys for a long time and I have never had a bad experience or bought anything I was unhappy with. They have good products a great friendly staff. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else.

This is hands down the only store that has my loyalty. The staff is amazing...friendly...informative...and has always provided excellent service! I am glad everyone is staying safe and taking the best precautions during this time....i miss my store and will be thrilled when they reopen.

Terrible members of the community. During a crisis they screwed over many people in the community. If theyre willing to do this to the elderly and home bound folks in their personal time, what are they willing to do to you in their business practices? Would not trust this business.

Wow! Great Guys in there! Guided me to finding the best vape that suited my smoke style. I was there to upgrade and they took the issues I had with my old vape ( leaking) to one that would suit my lifestyle. I purchased the lost vape by quest. He even guided me thru mechanics of the new vape. They answered all my questions and explained everything quickly and efficiently. Very professional staff. Very clean shop!

Their house juice is amazing. Personal favorite is raspberries and blackberries you vape. My fiancé works out of town a lot and when he runs out he has me pick some up and bring it down. We have ordered offline before. The only problem I had with that was one of the lids was not on tight enough. So when I went to juice my Vgod it exploded, now we just check our caps before using but haven’t had a problem other than that one time. The staff is always super friendly and courteous whether it’s in person or over the phone.

I will never purchase another product here again! as i was living in marietta i visited this store and was talked into buying a yocan dive pen, this was about a month ago, never dropped it never bumped it never even opened the package. i moved to ny, and today i go to open it and go to charge it to find out that it wont charge wont turn on not a single thing. if you guys cant take it upon yourselves to make sure people are getting what they paid for then you dont deserve the buisness. sold me a faulty product and now i cant get my money back. thank you for stealing my money with a smile

I love this vape shop. It’s close to home and they have a house juice that is amazing. It’s blackberries and raspberries that you vape. I woke out of town a lot and I’ve even ordered it and had it shipped to me out of state just so I have it.

Buddy went and bought himself some puff bars, when he opened one it was covered in juice and wouldn’t hit I told him to take it back in and ask to change it out, was told that he’s out of luck basically and he spent $13 on a broken vape.
