I didnt catch the girls name that helped me yesterday. But she is amazing, she has a tattoo up by her temple. Not only did she help me with my products, but she was also an amazing listener when I broke down. I believe I have also gained a friend. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I have been to a lot of Wild Bills, and the Marshall location is my favorite its clean and the team is very chill and always helpful and nice! My #1 Wild Bills to shop at!

My favorite location! The manager, which is a girl with shoulder length hair is the best, Infee bad for not remembering her name at the moment! I haven’t seen her recently as I was told she was in Coldwater for a bit, but she is one of the reasons I love this store so much. I frequent almost every Wednesday.She knows her job, she knows the products well, she is so friendly, and makes me feel like a friend everytime I visit. She makes the experience fun!I hope she is brought back to this location soon though!The last time I was there the internet was down and I didn’t have cash so I had to go elsewhere and the experience just wasn’t the same, the guy that was there was still super friendly and extremely apologetic, I’ve never had a bad experience there.

What the hell is with wild bills closing at 8pm on a weekend. Thanks from someone who works 13 hrs a day!

2 out of 3 times out of any type of vape juice I wanted. Ill be going to vape ape in BC from now on instead of wasting a trip.

I usually see one employee every time I go but hes super nice and helpful.Location is not far and they typically have what I need.

This store and its staff are awful.1. I joined the rewards program and had accumulated enough product purchased to redeem the reward. Was printed a slip for the free product on my next visit. I presented the slip and was told that it wasnt registering in their system and that they couldnt do anything about it. Great! $44 reward lost2. I purchased a large bag of product and noticed that it didnt seem to work very well. I commented on the new packaging next time in the store, and the girl explained that it was actually their old backstock from the Coldwater location. Thanks for letting me spend $120 on old product.3. I purchased 5 $20 extracts and when I got home, 2 of the boxes were empty! I live right behind the store and returned immediately. The sales associate said that had happened before. The manager interjected and said that it hadnt, and that i must have lost them. In a bag from shop to car, I lost them. Still had the boxes which hadnt been opened? They did nothing and I was just out the $40. Didnt get any type of apology, nor did they try to make it right.4. Went in 4/20 week to buy something , but their credit card machine wasnt working. Staff said that the item I wanted was on sale all week, so I could just come back tomorrow and still get that price. Great! Come back the next day and get from the same great girl that sold me the old product, that he was new and told me the wrong thing. No apology, no help, wouldnt honor what I had been told. Thanks!5. Today I went to buy something that was on sale until the end of May. I had received a flyer in the mail advertising the sale. I was told i needed to bring in the flyer even though im in the computer as a rewards member? Its always something. The same girl was in there and as per usual, was no help. She just blew her vape at me and said have a nice day. So professional. Wild bills sure does make it hard to be a loyal customer. I will never be back.

Great selection, always in stock, the cigars I buy are never stale. Everybody is always polite as well.
