He will also order something for you if they don’t have it in stock. All the employees are extremely helpful and super nice. 10/10 Definitely recommend stopping by.

I bought a Hyde vape that only lasted me 4 days. I usually get at least 10 out of them if they are authentic, so I assumed I was being sold counterfeit product (my bad completely). I wrote a review that stated my disappointment, and J, the owner, immediately responded and offered for me to come in or call and he would replace it right away. And he did! With an upgraded Hyde vape. The first vape was indeed authentic, just faulty. I had been a loyal customer of Smoke Rings, but when I bought a faulty vape from them they only offered me 20% off purchase of a new vape. End of story, 321 Smoke Shop is doing good business and I will be returning customer. My apologies for assuming the worst!

Had a U-Haul experience with this shop. NOT A GOOD ONE! After aranging in advance with a small trailer drop off with both an advance call and a printed contract (with this shop noted from 3days before) the young man behind the counter said that he was not going to take the drop off. I asked him to look at the contract and he refused, got very defensive, and disrespectful. Keeping in mind that I had just driven thirteen hours and unloaded the trailer most of the day, I was not a happy camper. I requested that he call U-Haul and he said that he didnt work for U-Haul. He said that I didnt pay his salary (even though technically I do)! I requested that he call the owner of the store and he refused. After much verbal altercation he called Hector ( I assume the owner). Hector said that he had too many trailers on the property but finally advised the young man to accept it!I dont uinderstand how a business can hire a fellow that treats their customers so poorly!

Mrs. Tiffany is the sweetest person. She always remembers me and what I like.

This is my favorite smokeshop in maryville they have always been very respectful and helpful and have good attitudes towards their customers and they know their products and they have the cheapest prices for nic vapes and ciggs. I would definately recommend this shop to anyone around here!

My buddy my buddy....... I like to shop here specifically due to the friendly fellow in the store. Plus its where and my brother go and get our tobacco and vapes. Really nice employee and some of the best prices on certain products.
