First time going to this shop and had a great experience! The store is clean, have a great selection of juices, and very helpful! Scott is awesome, had never met him before but we were talking like friends! Go see Scott, he knows his stuff! 10/10 definitely will be back. 🙂

I have been coming to Tru Vapor for near 4 years. Scott has always been extremely helpful and always knows what I’m looking for most of the time. Me and my husband will keep coming here as long as we can!

I really like the shop, great service , cool vibe, very clean. I actually recommend tru vapors to all my friends all the time. Just got a couple new bottles of juice today and it tastes pretty great, they never fail me.

The owner is probably one of the realest guys Ive ever met, he doesnt keep up an image for customer service, hes genuinely a cool dude whos honest about his products and experiences with them

I have been a customer for the last year. I have to disagree with the other statement. I absolutely love the folks that work at this store. Scott actually set me up with my first vape and I couldnt thank him more. Its been almost a year and 1/2 for me. He is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. i send everyone their way!!!! Recommend this place 100%

This place was truly a different experience. As soon as I walked in it had a positive vibe in there unlike outside. It was an amazing experience. I was instantly in a great mood and it lasted all day. They sage there folks, everyday! Sometimes to think about. I think Im gonna try it. Love this place. Its my go to spot.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. Ive only just started activity going there but they are the nicest people Ive met and have the best knowledge about the products they sell. Also try to arm wrestle tru, hes a beast. You can try arm wrestling Scott too, I did and I won. But he will say differently. Feel free to ask about it.

Larry is always on time and keep this establishment clean 24/7 would give 10 stars but only gives me 5

They have what I need but they are more expensive than any other vape store between Maryville and West Knoxville. Usually pay $15 or $17 for a bottle of vape juice they charge $25 thats almost $10 more I say Ill probably just wait to get it elsewhere next time until maybe the price changes!

Huge variety, knowledgeable, and kind??? My first experience was really awkward here and it kinda pushed me to not wanting to come back. People were nice but I felt pressed to buy stuff, they werent super friendly, and it was just a different experience overall. Not a bad place just a weird vibe for my taste

Highly overpriced and not clear about the way they do business. I tried to return/exchange an unopened $30 5 pack of coils that I dont even have a tank for and one guy told me yes we can do that tomorrow. I came back and now they arent aloud to unless its a manufacturing defect. You should probably get everyone at your store on the same page.

Very disappointed in experience yesterday, walked in to purchase products and soon as I walked in was ask if had an Mask and told if not I had to leave and couldnt be in store while an older lady was in sitting on an stool right in front of him with hers down around her neck?! Was very rude never giving chance to purchase, as if I was wrong for trying to walk in an store and support an business?! Never will I return back or have anything to do with this place again?! Dont understand if your open and needing business to have an careless attitude and of an customer trying purchase from you

This is my home spot! These people have a very professional business with a comfortable feel down to being easy to breathe because of some type of air filtration system they must have. There is a place to sit and there is cases of equipment and juices. All at a very reasonable rate. Almost comparable to online prices but these guys go the extra mile with helping out with your mod, any type of parts or maintenance or repair they you can do it.

Typical brick and mortar vape shop. Pretty good selection of all things vape. It was my first visit and it went well. The associate was attentive and patiently helped me choose a new juice to try. Im gonna to give it four stars because the people seem patient and knowledgeable and in my opinion that makes up for the difference in prices.

Really good service at this store. Great selection. The Ginger Scott set up my first rigg at Daddy Trus request. Captaian Red Beard Chris(hope it is spelled correctly) has patiently watched me try every flavor in the building. Good guys. Tru is their Daddy and custodial parent. They only cry when Daddy spanks them.

Im from Maryville but Ive been living in Ireland for a few years. Came in on a vacation and wanted a vape. Met a guy named Scott, told him my budget and he got me everything I needed and was still 30$ under budget. I would pay shipping cost if they would ship to Ireland. I felt well taken care of there.

This place is the greatest. If youre new to vaping Scott and Tru are very knowledgeable and can help you get exactly what you need. There are only five stars here but if I could I would give them a ten.

I have rescinded my last negative review and have changed my star rating. My wife broke her old vape and went Into Tru to get help with it not charging. They ended up selling her another of the same vape which ran about $70 and they did not help her set it up which led to her not understanding how to hard reset the power on and off. As it would turn out both vapes actually charge and disperse power fine she just didn’t know how to turn them on after hard turning the power off. So this was on us not the store, however it still shows us that they could have informed her about this problem instead of selling her a completely new vape. To speak plainly the prices at Tru are inflated, but you go into that knowing you get great help and customer service with the purchase. We did not feel like she got that service; I don’t vape and she is still new to it we went to Tru for the expertise we did not have instead of ordering things far cheaper online. I’ve improved my rating as these guys were great for half a year but I won’t be returning to this particular shop.

Best shop in both Knox and Blount county. Honest about the products and knowledgeable enough to help you pick something you need instead of selling stuff you dont.

Every other vape store in maryville I have been to will sell one pod out of a pack of 2 for 5 bucks. Tru would only sell me the pack for 14 bucks and some change. Ill go to my regular store on 411 from now on they have better prices, better people, and better product.
