Since Tru cant seem to be open at any given time I turned to them. Sold me the wrong stuff. Now I get to go back into town to try and find a decent vape shop. Whats my time worth?

Ive been to every vape shop within a 30 mile radius just checking inventory and prices and knowledgeable staff. This is THE BEST AROUND for price selection and the gentleman who is there 6 days a week is not only kind but he knows his stuff.

The best customer service, they really go out of their way to please. They didnt have my favorite liquid, and the young man ordered it for me!! Just awesome Ill be back. Great prices too, great staff.

Went to get a new set up and the staff was very helpful and was patient with my indecisiveness. Prices seem fair and the juice selection is good. The owner also sells guns and ammunition, and will do special orders on either products, so could be a one stop shop for two hobbies. Theyre def worth a look.

Super friendly staff. I bought a new mod from them a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Then last night I knocked off the table and messed up the tank. I went in this morning thinking I was going to need to buy a new tank. Rather than sell me a new tank they fixed it on the spot for free. I greatly appreciate the honesty, most other people would have just taken my money and sold me a new tank.

I have visited every single vapor shop in the area after I had a terrible experience at a competitor, let me tell you that this is the definitive place for vaping products. Prices are fair, no one tries to up sell you on anything, instead they just provide great conversation and a knowledgeable understanding of the products. Do yourself a favor and avoid the other places where police are called weekly, instead come to a relaxing environment that feels professional and courteous; and most of all safe.

This place is an all in one stop for everything Ive needed. I havent found that in Tennessee yet. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wont be going anywhere else

From the time I walked into this store, I was immediately greeted with some of the best staff. This crew is very knowledgeable and helpful and coming from someone who’s visited a lot of vape stores in the past, this is beyond my favorite. If you’re ever on their side of town, check them out. Needed a vape juice while in town with medical services. Checked reviews on all in the area and this store really stood out so, went out of my way to visit. Passed it because its such an unassuming building. Glad I turned around.So many vape/smoke shops have such an unwelcoming vibe when you enter. I dont know why that is. As soon as you enter this place, its easy to see why the reviews heap such adoration on it. Lady and gentleman inside the business could not have given a warmer welcome. You immediately feel like youve been a longtime customer. They were super helpful, didnt try to upsell anything unnecessary and seemed ready to answer any questions you can throw at them, very accommodating. Looks like they carry all that you may need and some pretty cool brands. Turns out also, they were also less expensive than any shop Ive purchased from. Ill make it a point to return anytime I need anything in the Maryville/Alcoa area. Thanks yall!

I came in not really knowing what my issue was or what I wanted to do, but these guys went out of their way to help me figure out the problem and had a lot of patience helping me find the right juice for me. Very good atmosphere and determination to help. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Best shop I’ve ever been to- This place is fantastic. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The man who helped us was a heckin rockstar. He patiently explained all the different products, and didn’t try and push anything or upsell more expensive vapes. He went above and beyond setting it up for me and making sure I was good to go. There is a vape shop next to my house but I Will drive the extra miles to broadway from now on. 10/10 great business.

I have been to many different shops and though a few in Knoxville I really like I wanted one closer to home, so I went to several and then I finally went to Broadway Vapors. All I can say is my experience here has been the best of any shop I have ever been into! They are knowledgeable, kind, willing to help, and always smiling! I went here for the first time today to try and find a replacement for my favorite liquid that was discontinued after the pmta bill. I was very attached to that particular juice and used it everyday for 3 years. It helped me stop a 22 year cigarette habit. The two people working (not sure their names) were very helpful and went out of their way to try and find more of my liquid that I ran out of and also found me a replacement that I actually like! Im very picky and was surprised that its really close to my old one. Great place that I plan on going back to in the future.

I love the people here they are very patient with me . I am so picky and also did not know much about the products and how they work. I really like Kimberly she is very nice and always explains everything to me she breaks it all down so I understand everything I am doing. This is the only shop I go to for all my vaping needs.

I called to get information to see if they had a few juices stock. They were out of one of them and have to be specially ordered. I also asked what the price of 1 of the juices was that come with 2 for 3 mg and she stated it was company policy that they could not give prices over the phone. I also stated that I live 30 minutes away and I didnt want to drive if it was overpriced. She also repeated herself and said his company policy that she could not give prices over the from. I think that is a major inconvenience and should be assessed professionally.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. I came in with my husbands device and they showed me step by step how to use it even though I didn’t purchase it there that day. My husband had purchased it from them several months ago. They still took the time to answer all of my questions.

Good lil local shop. I found this my favorite vape shop around town compared to other local competitors. They have great juices, and a very friendly staff. Although, hardware is limited. They have a little bit of everything but not a huge variety, also they no longer sell single coils anymore which really, really sucks. Besides all that I pick to shop here because everyone is friendly and they always make sure I leave with a juice I love. They do s wonderful job listening and helping out how they can so I feel like it deserves 4 stars

I had been vaping with a low budget mod for nearly two years, when I found Broadway Vapors about a year ago. I first went when the previous owner was still there. She was awesome and introduced me to a nice vanilla flavored liquid. After the shop sold I was worried I wouldnt get the same quality service I did before. Boy was I wrong!!Alex helped me to convince by boyfriend, a 2 pack a day smoker, to start vaping too. Chris the owner also stepped in and helped. They both worked with us to find a simple, easy to use and fill mod that works very well for him. He hasnt stopped thanking me! I liked his mod so much I now use the same one. We have even started trying different flavors and we both enjoy.The prices are super fair. The selection of liquids is excellent. These guys know their stuff and have even gone out of their way to find a coil that wont burn up so quickly. THANK YOU ALEX! They will all go above and beyond for you!

I have gone to these guys a couple of times now. I had another vape shop I considered my go to. However, the other shop has been consistantly out of most merchandise ,rarely get it in on time or when they say it will be in. Ive been misinformed several times as well. After trying Broadway Vapors in desperation Ive found that EVERY encounter I have with their knowledgeable staff, I leave satisfied. I would recommend them to new vapors as well as veteran vapors. My new shop for sure!

I have been a customer of Broadway Vapors since it was bought by the new owners (over a year ago? ). The people are awesome and are always helpful. If they dont have what you need, they make sure you find it. I love the atmosphere of the shop. Id recommend it to anyone who is interested in vaping in any way, but especially if they are quitting smoking. The wall of quitters always makes me smile.

Great experience, people working know what they are talking about and are great in pointing you in the right direction. On top of that there isnt people just hanging out on a couch seeing who can blow the biggest cloud in the corner of the shop. Speaking from experience Ive been to multiple different vape shops around Maryville some were good some were okay others I wont go back, but this place I will definitely return to and continue to return to because its one of the best vape store Ive been to in maryville. The people are friendly and just like most people if you treat them with respect you get respect if you dont you wont theyre honest with you and they always have a smile on their face and they will always do whatever they can to help and if they cant theyll let you know up front theyre honest and if you need something specific and they dont have it they will try to get it if they can all in all this place is definitely worth visiting its also definitely worth returning to its a good vape store and probably one of the best in Maryville.

Went there for the first time today because Im new to town, my vape was stuck and the man behind the counter helped me get it undone. BEST prices Ive ever seen at any vape shop as well. The two women and the man also was able to educate me and answer every single question I had! This place is awesome!! I look forward to seeing where this place is going to go. Went in early this morning and talked to Steven. Very friendly and informative dude. Shop was set up nicely and had a great atmosphere. Was nice to be able to talk about rebuildables and learn about new things, also to browse shelves that weren’t just over stocked with Smok products. Helped me find a new favorite e-liquid. Infused is amazing. The cucumber bit through me off but it’s defin my new go to. Gonna start coming here more often. Highly recommend this place to beginner and advanced vapers!!

If you buy a bad coil, to bad for you. There are other shops that will replace bad coils, but their policy is they are a small business and cant replace something you buy that is bad. The people are very nice, very polite. To bad they have such a bad policy. Well know we know why they are and will stay a small buisness.

Went to get pods for my Novo, and they only had the ones with the mesh coils in them. My normal shop was out, so i ended up getting them. They were quite expensive. Unfortunately I think they were defective because they all leaked so bad that both my devices were completely ruined. I literally filled up the pod, left the house, and within 20 minutes it was empty. I got a mouthfull of hot juice a few times. I tried to change back to the regular pods, but they wont stop running after you hit it. I never let then know, because idk what the could have/would have done about it. I had to buy 2 replacement devices. :/

I have been a smoker for over 10 years and never really tried to vape. Twalked in today and told them I have no clue what I need and they took the time to explain everything to me and set me up with what I needed in my price range. Very helpful staff and great customer service in my opinion because I did not feel rushed and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and kept my price range in mind the whole time. I’m new to the idea of vaping. A friend recommended I go to this particular vape shop. I went in and the man I spoke with was competent, patient, and kind. I have a tendency to ask A LOT of questions and he didn’t just answer every one, but he gave explanations that I could understand. Got my first flavor “blunomenon” as per his suggestion. I’m impressed. Can’t wait for his next recommendation!
