Called Rob the Owner on phone today asked about his price on Kangvape 8000 Blue Razz Ice. He sold me in past a total of 3 that 2 wouldn’t hold a charge and a different brand that the juice ran out in same day purchase. I tried to return the same day was told sorry couldn’t exchange or get money back. This happened over a year or maybe 1 1/2yrs time. I HAVE BOUGHT ALL MY TOBACCO PRODUCTS HERE FOR MANY YEARS was a regular that he knew me very well spent THOUSANDS over time was very loyal to his business key word is “Loyal”. I stopped buying there for several months. Today I called him today to check see if he would match another market by Alcoa elementary they have buy 2 they are 17.99 each plus tax. Kangvape 8000 Blue Ice Razz. Rob told me on first call to him his for same is 24.00 but really it is 24.95 ( tobacco store by Alcoa credit union on East Broadway in the old bank building or 19.99 when you buy two for king vape 8000. He told me hey come back to me cut you better deal keep in mind just asked if he would price match 17.99 each he words was HEY BUDDY I MAKE YOU BETTER DEAL THAN THAT SPECIAL DEAL, I asked again would he match he said better deal. My son was picking up pizza on Hannam Street at the Pizza Hut told him to go by there ask for Rob tell him you were picking up the two king vapes and go ahead and buy two pack Marlboro lights in a box. Rob was going to at least match but told me he would beat, WELL, again he showed he doesn’t know what a be back customer is, he screwed me charged 24.99 each vapor as well as the cigarette price for 2 packs. BUYER BEWARE THIS GUY IS VERY PLEASANT UNTIL YOU QUESTION WHY HE DISNT DO WHAT HE SAYS HE WAS GOONG TO DO! He didn’t stand behind his products or promise instead he comes over as he got best prices and service in area. Shop the other 2 stores I mentioned up top they are very nice as well as kill MR ROB’s prices. THIS MAN IS A CON-ARTISTAND A CROOK. He prices on vapes are 5.00 higher than all other places in town!!! Stay away from this please he cares nothing about you only you money and how much he can steal from you!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! Didn’t want to give 1 star deserving of ZERO! Pricing is 10.00 higher than anyone in town!Rob you are the highest in town everyone in town sellls that carry’s Kangvape gets from same place you do and you are at least 5.00 higher and your response should be challenged by letting people price shop you! I will be posting products and proof of receipts showing you are conning people. You sir are a crook!

The Maryville 5 Point roundabout is sometimes a little too busy to see the sign, Discount Tobacco Pack, but theyre worth the stop. Theyre a drive-thru only store. Although this store is small in appearance theyre larger than life with their friendliness and customer service. I have been to several local shops, but the owners here have worked hard to provide quality vapes as well as severalother products. They have offered to provide any flavors and their selection is impressive. I visit them regularly!

I visited this convenient drive thru store on Sunday November 20th 2016 to buy a pack of Marlboro Smooth shorts. The young lady came to the window, I told her what I needed, she stared at me awkwardly for a couple seconds and then told me my total was $5.76.. I proceeded to hand her $20.01. (I only had 3, $20 bills and a $1 dollar bill and some change) she came back and handed my money back folded up...now it doesnt take a math expert to know my change would have been and SHOULD have been $14.25.... However, due to my distraction of talking to my children, I didnt pay attention and put the folded up money straight into my wallet. Later, as I stopped at the store, I unfolded the change she had given me and low and behold... It was only $4.... I left the store immediately and went back to the tobacco store and they were already closed. I called first thing Monday morning (Nov.21, 2016) when they opened at 8am... spoke with the manager, whom I explained all of this to. He said he would check the drawer and speak with the young lady and call me back. And if the drawer was over he would return my $10. I knew it wouldnt be, but hoped maybe she was honest.... So here it is Wednesday November 23rd 2016 and I just got off the phone with the manager again, because he never returned a phone call. He informed me that the drawer was even and she had said she gave me back the correct change of $14.25.... She most certainly did not and I am livid. He says now that he will pull the cameras but I highly doubt I will see my $10 but, one can only hope. Moral of the story, if you want to chance buying from somewhere who employs a thief, then I highly recommend counting your change before you leave! 😠😡😲
