The Maryville location replaced all their employees suddenly and every since the store has been an absolute joke!! No matter what time or day you go, no matter which new employee helps you...NO ONE there has the slightest clue what theyre doing!! When you enter the store they just wander around the register instead of coming to help you. They will tell you it will be in Wednesday when truck comes and it never does!! When none of them can answer questions about their products and you have to Google things yourself to know anything, what is their purpose? Im frustrated having to drive to St. Joe weekly to purchase what should be available locally!!

Was Pleased with service the red head was very helpful and informative. Make sure you have your ID Available. Prices were fair.

The dynamic duo that runs that place and theyre not even the managers! Praise them.

They never can have anything in stock they are always running out of everything within a day or two of getting their shipment on Wednesday. Trying to get geek bars is a joke especially strawberry banana. Its more worth driving to St Joe knowing they will have what you want. I dont Vape because I think its cool it help me quit smoking cigarettes I dont want to have to change my flavor every time I go into the smoke shop, I might as well just go back to smoking cigarettes they at least would keep it in stock

This place is so much better than it used to be, Im not sure if its under new management or whatnot, but out of the dozen or so times Ive been in this location this last time was the only time I felt welcome. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Ill definitely be going back to this location for all my vaping needs.

Frankie and Rich helped us out today and they were so very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! Great prices and good quality gadgets. We will be back!

Richard Stinson was great help. I hardly ever have issues with getting what I want. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was some products I’ve bought have been foggy and chemical tasting. ( delta 8 products mainly I don’t use mods or vape so this is a delta 8 review). Richard was also very helpful on helping me pick out the strain that suits me overall was awesome experience

They have everything you need for CBD and other types. Prices are a little high but worth it. I bought some candle wax to burn and OMG the whole house smells great! Got rid of the cigarette smoke smell.

Absolutely terrible experience, New staff have no knowledge. You lost more than your old staff that actually took pride in what they do you lost customer as well. To any newcomers do your own research before going they do not care to hire competent staff, just warm bodies.

Great friendly service! Knowledgeable staff! Definitely will be back! Selection of products is outstanding! If your in need of a vape product I recommend trying them out! I definitely will make the hour drive again! I am really hoping they expand to a bigger building and a larger inventory. Again, you really should give them a try you wont be disappointed!

Love the atmosphere,the employee was very helpful and didnt just try to sell me their most expensive model. He told me the pros and cons of the various models and helped me pick so i could have the best experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, from the second you walk through the door. The prices are good and there is a very wide selection to choose from. The staff is straightforward about the products and what ones they have heard complaints or praises about. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you havent already. Super great group of people. Only place I go to for all my vaping needs, now

Im glad that they restaffed a couple of years ago. I find the current staff very helpful and personable as opposed to 4 years ago, when it seemed like they didnt care. 1 time in 2019 I went in and saw someone sleeping at the register. Im glad that has now changed.

They had exactly what I wanted, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely made the switch and will continue to go there moving forward.

Recently my friend and I were here to buy disposable vape and my friend allegedly took vape near his mouth is what they felt but that we are very sure that he didnt put it inside his mouth and store guys from that point started the hate of not accepting us we were treated as criminals.When I asked to check the CCTV footage they said they dont have access.

Best place for glass and CBD products! The staff knows what they are talking about and are incredibly detailed oriented. Every time they reorganize it just gets better. They go out of their way to cater to your needs I highly recommend this place

Nice place to get glass and other smokin accessories, but the staff there was not very good. Not too knowledgeable on some stuff but that comes with time and one person in their needed alot of practice cussing. I mean wow every other word was a cuss word, my opinion that is not very professional.

This store has a very large selection of products. Their employees are very knowledgeable and ready to assist with all questions about product and recommendations. I appreciate all they share with me. Cassy is a rockstar!

Previous review 4⭐Updated review 7-3-18: Todays sales associate was less than hospitable, did a poor job of listening and helping w/o confusion. Asked for a pack of coils. Wasnt paying attention to what I said threw them back on the shelf, missed, tried kicking the pack back up to catch. Not another full pack on shelf. Went ahead and purchased it. First one out was dead. Not able to try a second one due to time constraints. Not at all pleased. Hopefully next experience will result in a better update.

The employees were all very nice and seemed pretty knowledgeable about what they were selling, I bought some cbd wax two times and one had a lot more than the other. Besides that this place rocks.

Every time I go here to get my vape juice the employees are always very welcoming with greeting me at the door. They usually help right away too.

Went in looking for some oil. The kid working was knowledgeable dont get me wrong but he was more interested in his phone. When it came to having questions about some of the CBD products you could tell he was struggling to have an answer so hed grab his phone. Theyve got tons of products but more of a head shop than anything else.

The fact you require identification upon entering is completely ridiculous, it goes against our constitutional freedoms. That are protected by law in this country. I dont even have to show a cop my identification unless Ive broken the law. This policy needs to be changed.

A good selection of juices. Plenty of the current regulated devices. No real mech love. Friendly staff. For some reason theyre anti lounging, and dont want you to stay and socialize with others. Shame, I always thought that was kinda good for business. Minus one for that issue.
