Husband went in and tried to buy something but didn’t have his ID. whatever. I WHO HAVE MY OWN VAPE came in and they refused me and associated me to buying something for him. They were rude and dismissive. If you do anything good for yourself, don’t shop here

Came in looking for a new piece and Eli who was very friendly and helpful made the process easy in finding the best one for me. I would recommend this shop over any other shop here in the valley.

Frank was great with giving me information about the issue that I was having good place overall.

Went in with a buddy. We showed our ID’s. While he was paying I was looking at the water pipes and the tall dude with long hair (who looked under the influence) said “if you’re with him go stand with him “ to which I said “how do you know I wasn’t planning on buying one? So I can’t look at them?” To which he replied “NO”. Been going here for years never again.

I usually get the 2 for discount. I took advantage of it because it is cheaper than my 1 pack in 2 day habit. So, I bit & expected a good outcome, but # 2 didnt work well & this is why...They have you test it, on their 12hr return policy, and I did, as was requested. It worked and after 7 puffs later, it died.Hence, not satisfied with my purchase..

This has always been my go to spot for all my smoking needs, and very convenient since I live a few blocks down. Noe is top tier the best employee/smoke shop specialist! Always answers all my questions if Im ever unsure on a vape or product, and super patient and polite! Ive seen him jamn packed with a line almost to the door but treat every single one with the outmost and kindest costumer service!

I still havent gotten my [suddenly missing] $100 store credit reimbursed to my account. Ive gone in person, and Ive called to ask about it. Its been since the end of June. General manager, your staff wrote down my info as you requested, so please reach out to me and make this right. I was looking forward to splurging all my points and when I went in to do so, cause my fav vape was finally back in stock, I saw my account no longer had the option to use that tier. I felt like a kid dragging a popped balloon and empty ice cream cone.

Where to begin…. The two individuals who helped me were on some kind of substance. They couldn’t even explain anything in full sentences and you could see how fast they were breathing. The woman was just standing back as more people walked in and she would just hit her vape. It was the worst experience I have seen in all my years. Never going back.

They had great products...Great location...Wonderful Service. I will definitely return....

Just went here. I first ubered to two locations in Edinburg and both only had the tobacco flavored esco bars. I spent 46.80$ round trip just to go here and get the items and a Uber home. I spent 32.45$ in store and immediately after I was told to leave. And that I wasn’t welcome to wait 8 mins there for my next ride to arrive. I was told to leave immediately. I stated it was very hot outside and I was in warm pajamas cus Ubers are cold and she said she didn’t care and it’s store policy and tried to make it seem as if she wasn’t being rude. The cashiers name was steph. And she was on her phone the entire time and didn’t want to talk to me while I was trying to be friendly during the transaction. I asked a couple questions she ignored blatantly and acted like I didn’t say anything while just giving me a death stare. I will not be returning and have filed a complaint. But shout out to Shelby at my usual store on east university drive who always always is friendly and knowledgeable she is amazing at her job never once made me feel unwelcome as a customer.

Was looking for gummies,person sold me a container that she said were gummies,I opened it inside store it ended up being some kind of powder,so I asked to return it,they said no because I had opened the container...but the girl said they were gummies ,I think they should have let me exchange it it was not my fault

Went there to get a coil and some juice for the first time as I am from out of state. The manager changed the coil but then the smok vape would work because he had put the coil in wrong. After 30 minutes of him playing qith it. I was forced to buy another tank which didnt make me happy because it worked when I came in. He said he would work on my old tank to see if I could use it as a spare. He said he couldnt even open it. So I spent way more money trying to get my vape to work because of their inability to work on products that the sell....I would never go there or use them as long as I here and I suggest the you sont either because you might have the same issue. I have him one star because he gave me a discount on a tank that I didnt need to buy if he had known what he was doing...

All Im going to say is that if you buy something and at the next day is not working it should be a type of warranty. Now, the manager a short guy with glasses that is the person who is supposed to help you out....was super rude, he was 100% unprofessional and was yelling at us saying that he was the manager and he was going to do nothing. How can you have that people working in there?
