Good very good the service was the best, the girl on the front was super nice!! 10/10 ⭐️🙏

The staff was very good, but I did purchase 4 disposable cigs and one didnt work at all the other one taste really bad like burn plastic and the other 2 did not taste bad but it was not close to the original flavor, I have purchased the same ones many times at another Vapeshop so I know the flavor really good and this were not even close and when I tried to look into the brand website with the S/N of each device to my surprise all of the had the same S/N even that they were different flavors and in the website it shows that does not exist, when I went back to the girl in the store she called the owner and then she told me I can have any other brand and she told me that because they have a big warehouse sometimes they find some fake ones, and I did notice that the devices were a little bit different that the ones I usually got from other store and that I had confirm on the brand website that are good, so even when I got the replace of all 4 with a different brand I was not confident to use them because of that.

Return policy is pretty reasonable and the people that work here are always super lax and take the time to talk to you. Legit the only chain I go to

When I went to vape city the employee helping me really knew so much about their products!!! I would highly recommend going when the employee Andrew is there. Hes fantastic.

Ive purchased plenty of Esco Bars from this location without incident. Last night, I stopped after work to purchase 2 of them. 1 of them had an issue tasted burnt, I stopped by today within the 24-hour mark and was denied a replacement because the manager stated esco bars could be killed in a day. Pretty ridiculous to offer 24hrs to exchange it and then be accused of lying and assuming I used the product and Im trying to pull a fast one. Im not here for freebies, I work all day I stopped as soon as I had a chance and was within the allotted time. The guy at the register knew it was wrong but whoever is making the decisions over the phone shouldnt be in charge if his first thought is to blame the customer. You should empower your employees or have a manager on site making decisions. And to the owner who responds to these reviews, if you dont have a solution to provide you can save the generic copy and pasted response of Sorry this happened we good!

I couldnt get help at this location for anything. There was a new employee that tried her best and I give her kudos for that. She was friendly and apologetic. She really tried and let me know she didnt forget I was still there. The manager acted like I was bothering her after I waited for her patiently while everyone else got service. She had more important things to do in the back after dismissing my need to replace my aegis tank or a new unit or disposable use tanks or something. After walking here from Walmart (because semi trucks dont go that way) Im not impressed, left without buying anything.... not for lack of trying.

They have good selection of vapes and are open 24/7. If you are going to buy here, some of the pens have a buy one, get second one half priced. So I suggest buying at least two of the items youre getting each time.

I recently went to get some things for my vape and I had an awesome experience! the lady who was talking to me was very kind and very professional, her name is Anilath. You guys should hire more excellent employees like Anilath. Great service, definitely recommend it!

Very fast Im friendly service but the prices on Kratom and other cvd delta-8 products were very high , double what I would normally pay another places. That was knowledgeable about all their items. And they was open 24/7 so you never had to worry about waiting for them to open up.

Got scammed with some Puff disposables. They sell Puff Max which is fake and not even available in the Puff official website. The seller told me it was original when I asked. I wont go beg for a refund and lose time. But very disappointing. I was buying a lot from that store.

I went in because of their buy one get one half off deal. I bought two RGV Quizz vapes, when I got home I opened up the packaging and there was two used vapes inside one of the boxes!!! I don’t trust this place anymore, they’re selling these expensive overpriced vapes and putting used vapes in boxes. I’m guessing when someone comes in and returns them they are reselling them. During this covid pandemic I think it’s very awful that someone would do this. I called and spoke the guy who sold me the vapes and all he had to say was “let’s swap it out”. Inside the box was a used skittles vape, and used kiwi strawberry vape. I hate this place!!
