This location has a very simple and welcoming appeal. If you’re looking for an incredibly skilled massage, you should come here. The price point is excellent and you get excellent service without all the bells and whistles of other salons that would probably double the price.

The massage therapists here are probably the best in the area. They certainly do a fantastic job and are very skilled. The business has kept their rates at a reasonable price. I always give a 30% + tip to the therapist because they really work hard, and the tips they receive are part of their income. The staff is courteous and polite. You wont be disappointed with the massage you will receive from the therapist here.

We have gone here several times and it is incredible every single time. Definitely our go-to. We can always get in and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend!

If you are a spa-snob like me, you get over the bells and whistles real quick and prefer 100% skill. I highly recommend this place if you really need healing. 3rd time here!

Best massage I’ve had in a year…no funny business, they get straight to it and they actually listen to you.I’d like to point out, they are very gracious for tips vs being pushy about it and they let you pay at the end.

I’ll start off by saying that they have a few good massage therapists. This review is related to their customer service. Several months ago I booked 2 appointments. When we arrived, we were told that we were not on the schedule and were asked to come back in a few hours. I spoke to another person who was actually the one that took my call and was supposed to have scheduled my appointment. She said she was sorry but she didn’t write it into the schedule and no one was available. I decided to give the place another chance since mistakes sometimes happen. The next time I went with a friend. During the massage he asked the therapist to go lighter on the pressure. I was in the same room and could hear how rough she was being. After mumbling under her breath, not only did she not go lighter, at the end she slapped his legs and back extremely hard. So hard it woke me. The last straw was when we were paying. I handed the lady 2 twenty dollar bills and asked for change. She said we ask for a 20% tip and held onto my money. I was shocked. At this point I just wanted to get far away as possible so I walked out. Tipping culture has gotten out of control these days. But to hijack my money with such entitlement is entirely different. I’ve read other reviews where they have done this. Please be aware. You might plan on going in paying one price and end up paying a whole lot more.

I have been going here for 9 months. I always get a really good massage. I have bought two gift certificates I gave as gifts. But today ruined it. Lily gave me a good massage. I paid and added 20% tip,which for me is huge. Lily got angry it was so little. She was very rude to me for my small tip. 20% is not small. I will be looking for another place to go.

I had severe back pain for the last 3 weeks and decided to go get a couples massage with my friend.My masseuse was a very nice lady who got really deep into the muscle and really worked the knots on my neck, shoulders, back, lower back, thighs, and calves.I would Def Comeback for another appointment.I tipped 30-25% since I was happy with our services.

The massage itself was good but I was not at all happy with the service at the end the therapist was quite rude and language was an issue her English was very poor I expected their English to be better she also had a bad attitude when I gave the tip she expected me to give alot more than I did. Im a big believer you tip what you want to give them and what you think is reasonable. The attitude she gave ruined the whole experience for me because I really enjoyed the massage she did a great job very thorough but due to her attitude and lack of professionalism I will not be going back to them and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

It was relaxing.The Swedish massage had enough pressure for me since I am a petite female. If you are more muscular or have extremely deep knots then the deep tissue ashiatsu will have extra pressure to resolve your pain.There was a slight language barrier but they speak English well enough-- just be understanding and patient. I asked for a pillow to lay on for my chest & it just took the masseuse a minute or so before she understood my request.I enjoyed the instrumental background & Chinese music. I wasnt sure where to put my things when I went in the room, it would be nice if they could have a designated basket or point or which shelf was okay to set my things.We tipped 25-30%. I would come here again.

An excellent experience. I was shown to my room very soon after arriving, and the therapist had perfect pressure. I prefer a deeper massage and she was able to get deep into the muscle.I had an hour massage and she was able to do a good job on my back, neck, arms, legs as well as a bit on my head face and feet.Definitely worth the money and a great experience overall!

Today was my first experience here. I dealt with chronic pain from injuries. I would highly recommend this place. The massage was amazing. I am actually a little sore from it. But this is the best my back has felt in i dont know how long. My only regret is not getting a 90 minute massage. Only did 60. Thank you!

Ive been going here for over a year and OH MY GOD they are unbelievably amazing!!! There has to be some witchcraft because the moment those therapists put their hands on you over the sheet its like they do a scan of your body and they can tell EXACTLY what is up and what needs attention, and boy do they deliver!Do not be fooled by the aesthetics of the place. It may not be a spa, and it doesnt need to be because all you need are the magic of the massage therapists. Its a healing place, not a spa. I have taken countless skeptics and ALL have come out shocked at the quality of the massage, not because they expected less, but because it is SO MUCH better than anything theyve ever had before.Ive gone with neck pain and they loosen my neck from some point on my back. Or ill think my upper back is sore and theyll unlock my lower back and shoulders, releasing my upper back. Theyll grab your arm and put it behind your back so that they can better work on things. They will step on the bed to get more pressure where its needed, theyll walk on you, theyll pull and push your limbs, and they really just have an incredible ability to diagnose and attack the problematic spots.I could get into specifics like different types of massages, or how I never knew that a face massage could feel so great, but bottom line is I dont know that Ill ever be able to go back to massage envy type places. Hell even tbe massages ive gotten at resorts abroad do not compare.Just dont be shy, dont be prejudiced, and let those women heal you. I dont even go to the chiropractor anymore, I just do this regularly.

Massage was great, but the guy who checked me out made me feel very uncomfortable. I went to tip $14 for two massages, and he said “how about 20%”It was extremely unprofessional. I could have not tipped at all, but I still did. He ruined the experience for me. In American culture, you accept whatever tip you get. You do not have to like it, but unfortunately it’s extremely rude to tell someone to tip more.I’ve gone to this place twice and have enjoyed the massages, but the front desk man was the worst. I work in the service industry and a tip is better then no tip at all.

Whenever someone pay for something rather its at a discount price or full price that customer expects to get the best service. I dont recommend this place, I brought a massages for my boyfriend birthday and the service was horrible, he enter the facility excited and left disappointed. Rush service, never again he said, I felt absolutely bad for him, I do not recommend this place ever.

Went here Monday evening (Labor Day) and the massage was so good that I went back today. I had Coco both times and what an amazing experience. I am visiting from out of town and it has been very hard to get a good massage when I am on vacation at any price and the price was good here also. This was the best ever and I will definitely come back when I come here on vacation again.

Today was my first time at Energy Health. Jing assisted me with a reflexology session for my head, face, and feet. She was very good at communicating and asking questions about what she was doing and where I was experiencing the most pain or discomfort so she could pinpoint the areas that needed the most attention. I am looking forward to additional reflexology sessions as well as deep tissue massages.

The deep tissue massages here are very deep. Im sure my masseuse reached knots that hadnt been discovered before. I was totally relieved on day 1, sore on day 2 and felt more agile after day 3. The place it self needs some serious renovation but if you can look past what your eyes see, your aching back will be very pleased

Best massages Ive received anywhere. I have chronic knee pain which causes the muscles in my legs to tighten painfully. I have had 3 different masseuses and each was able to provide relief with deep tissue massage. If you ask for hard pressure, you will receive it! Very reasonably priced, so tip well.

I purchased 4 groupons as a Spring Break gift for my entire family. I had mine last Friday. It was good, although the massage with stones on the back were too hot for me and burned me a few times (I have a skin condition that I shared on the comments when I scheduled the appointment, I am guessing they didnt read it but no harm was done.) Nonetheless, I enjoyed the massage and tipped. My husband and 2 sons were scheduled for Monday. Unfortunately, my 15 years old wasnt able to go because of a last minute school play rehearsal which wasnt under our control. My husband explained this to the lady at the massage office and she replied that my son could go any other day of the week with no issues (the groupon wasnt used nor redeemed). We called today to schedule for Friday and she said that we need to pay $10 additional fee for canceling on Monday (which she never mentioned when he spoke to her personally). Although I understand how cancellations work, this wasnt mentioned beforehand and we were not aware of their cancelation fee (it isnt mentioned in the groupon). In addition, there was no other client at the massage office on Monday afternoon only the owner, the 2 massauses, my husband and son. They didnt lose money because of his cancelation as we were going to return this same week (online schedule is empty, lots of open slots). I wish some businesses understood the importance of good relationships with clients that goes above and beyond a fee cancelation they should mention beforehand. Sadly, we wont return nor recommend.
