My husband told me of this location & and the prices he stated were really good so I thought Id d try it out.. I made appointment on line. Prices had gone up since he had gone in there but I kept my appointment with Ana.I had a positive experience. I like a deep tissue massage and she did an excellent job. I especially loved the scalp massages!! The only detail I would recommend they keep all their supplies in the massage rooms. Ana had to leave to obtain hot towels and stone and opening the door several times disrupted the zen mood. However, I am excited to go back!PS: I want to try the foot reflexology soon.

I was a little concerned after purchasing a Groupon and then reading a few negative google reviews . I purchased a couples massage for myself and my daughter and we had a very positive experience. Disappointed by painful massage by male in which I asked repeatedly to be softer. Same deal as others with complaints of Groupon switch. I would not have not tipped over 20% - $15 and $20, other than I didnt want my cousin to feel bad about her present to me, as we were spending the day together. 1/4 of my massage was bad for me. I read other people had similar experiences. The female massuse straddled my cousin on the table, too, like what happened to other posters here. My cousin was uncomfortable, I was told. I will not return.

Outstanding massage. My boyfriend treated us to a couples hot stone massage. They went above and beyond to pamper us. This massage had everything, deep tissue, hot stones and exfoliation. The masseuses were super friendly and talented. I highly recommend.

My friend and I called for foot spa treatment and were able to get appts same day. 60 minutes spent on feet and lower legs was so relaxing! The price was right too!

All the 5 star reviews here are fake!!!! Do not go to this Unlicensed Asian Massage Place they will hurt your back! They were busted in May by the Department of Health Florida for not being Licensed! They will be shut down! They were told to close their doors!

I get massages all the time but my regular guy was booked so this place was close by I decided to try them out. They do not speak english and can not understand it either which makes for a difficult time to start with. I had to say no stop way too many times finally asked her to get the guy from front desk who also spoke NO ENGLISH so this is when I should have just left the building. I decided to stay hoping it would get better but it did not. Instead of muscle groups she was pressing on veins and it hurt badly. I know she could not have been trained to do this!!! I have never had to tell a massage therapist to STOP especially that many times. I can not believe they can speak no english yet run a business where everyone only speaks English. Good luck I think someone needs to make sure they are legit!!! They could not pay me to return.

I have visited many of the local establishments. I have to say, I am glad I found Town massage. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly, cordial, polite, and aims to provide quality service.They made me feel comfortable. The location is safe, and there are plenty of parking spaces. This is my new favorite massage parlor. They worked magic with my back. And with muscle spasms, I frequently get in lower extremists. Aida is the therapist who took care of my pains. Highly professional and friendly.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a reputable establishment.

I travel across the United States quite a bit doing music and DJing. I stopped in here to relax some and get a massage and let me tell you what... I can honestly say it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. They have a wide variety of styles on the menu for more than reasonable prices for the area, and even for the South. Next time I get booked in Orlando I will definitely come back!

I walked in and was taken in right away. Ada was incredible. She was very strong and attentive to help heal my body. She focused on the areas she could feel were in need of assistance.Her methods were extraordinary. The oils, seasalt scrub, hot stones, hot towels, and heating pad added to an already incredible experience (at no additional cost at the time).I will definitely go again. And I will choose Ada again because she was great and very personable. But I wouldnt mind checking out the other professionals that work here.I highly recommend it!

Jane & Aida were both very good masseuse with Great pressure. Complimentary hot stone & hot pad were very nice & relaxed us more. Highly recommend.

I have heavily debated posting this review, as I do not want to say anything about anyone’s business that is disparaging. However, I feel like I have a responsibility to share my experience and to inform others who may visit this establishment… especially victims of SA/PTSD.I found this business through a $59 Groupon online, and called to check availability. They advised me not to buy the Groupon because they would match the price. I agreed, and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. When I got there, no one was at the front desk, and it took a minute for someone to come running up. When I said I had an appointment at 12:30, the woman up front was perplexed and asked the other woman working that day. However, they ushered me to a room anyway. I used the bathroom and went into the room to undress and cover myself with a sheet. I then laid there for 20-30 minutes waiting for my masseuse to enter the room, even though they confirmed my 12:30 appointment. Once the massage started, there were no problems. However, maybe 5 minutes into the massage, a client walked in, so my masseuse said nothing and left the room abruptly. This was the first of about 5-7 times she left the room while I was on the table, and she left the door partially open, leaving me exposed. At one point, she also took a call. It’s important to note that this woman did not have any conversation with me prior to establish comfort and boundaries. When she returned to the room, with no warning, she pulled my underwear down, revealing about 75% of my buttocks. I was mortified, however, I’m so non confrontational that I said nothing because I didn’t want to upset her, and additionally, she spoke English poorly, so I wasn’t even sure she would understand what I was saying in the first place. The only thing she kept saying to me was “Is the process fitting you?” which made no sense to me. She focused on all of my exposed areas, including my buttocks and thighs. She repeatedly moved and lifted my underwear to get around them, and on two separate occasions, she was so far up my inner thighs that she grazed my labia. Again, I was mortified. Near the end of the massage, she had me flip over on the table, but when she came back in, she crawled up on the table (with me face up) and straddled me in order to apply pressure to my legs, which could easily have been done without climbing on top of me. At this point, she told me she needed me to leave her a 5 star review and that they would compensate me for that review by extending the time of my next massage. So, in essence, they’re buying good reviews. Finally, when the massage was over and it was time to leave, I had a hard time getting dressed because there was so much body scrub on my side, it was like dressing over sand. (I had to shower when I got home to remove all the oil and scrub). When I went to the front desk to pay, she confirmed that she was honoring the Groupon price, which she said was $68 (roughly $10 more than I would have paid to Groupon), and she advised me at this point that there would also be a $3.99 service fee for using a credit card. Had this been disclosed on the phone when I booked the appointment, I would have brought cash to the appointment. When the transaction was processing, she asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave. I said $10 (feeling like that was generous given my experience). She then said, “Oh. Usually the minimum is 20% but that’s ok.” I was livid. The service, attention, and respect I received was abysmal, and I was absolutely floored at that comment. I know that everyone has bad days, and maybe that’s all this was. Either way, I will not be going back to them or sending business their way. They say you get what you pay for, and I definitely feel like that rings true in this case. I’m not saying not to give them a chance… maybe I’m an anomaly. But, buyer beware. For what it’s worth, the place was clean, and the two women working there were friendly. That just isn’t enough to salvage my experience, unfortunately.

Ive been getting massages for chronic back pain for a long time. I was surprised to see a new Spa open up so close to me. After my first visit I can say I will never go to another Spa again. My masseuse identified all of my problem areas and focused on them for the entire hour. At the end when I walked out I didnt have a single ache, that is the first time thats happened in over 10 years. I work in construction and Im up and down ladders all the time carrying heavy things everextending and stretching. Youve got to come to these guys to visit. The staff is super friendly, and eager to please, and heal.

Great place! Walk-in availability or you can schedule ahead. Massage therapist listened to what I needed and did a great job with good pressure.

As soon as I entered the store, the staff greeted me warmly and gave me a full body massage. The whole process was very relaxing! I also bought a gift card for a friend and will go there next time! Recommended

The massage was decent but the lady spoke very poor English and misunderstood me many times I kept telling her no upper body and she kept working my upper body after about 5 attempts at communicating I think she finally understood however for a 90-minute massage all I got was the tops of my legs worked through a sheet no oil no massage on the front part of my body no stomach no legs which I specifically asked for in the beginning a stressful massage to be sure especially when youre so misunderstood I dont think I would ever come back here

Got a 1-hour foot massage, it was the best I ever had. You get a 10-minute neck massage, then they do your feet, then after the hot stone massage on your feet and calves, you lay down on your stomach and get another 10-15 minutes done on your back!

The best massage I’ve had in a long time! Ada is very talented. I’ll definitely be back!
