Tropical Reiki and Healing

One of the best massages I’ve ever had!!!I have always been a mass of muscles knots particularly in my shoulders, neck, and back! However, following back & foot surgery several years ago, I had been nervous to have a massage. I no longer need to be!!! I completely trust Alison as a Licensed Massage Therapist and look forward to regularly scheduled massages with her! She knows her stuff and focused in on my individual needs!!!The day I went in I had been fighting a migraine after traveling by plane all day, lugging bags through airports usually takes days of recovery for me. Alison honed in on my challenge areas and worked on the tightness in those areas especially. I walked out with the migraine eased and my back & shoulders much looser!!I highly recommend Alison!!! She is an excellent LMT!!!

Alison has a very calming and inviting space. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and checked in with me during the session. Alison utilizes just the right balance of deep tissue and myofascial techniques, and stretching to achieve just the right balance for for tired and tight muscles.
