First time at the store and I have to say I was impressed and more than satisfied with the knowledge and patience and overall great attitudes. Inventory is great they have whatever youre looking for. Special shout out to Mo and Seph for great service and smiles. I highly recommend dropping by and letting them make your day better.

Ive been going to this shop for 2 years now. Since the shop has changed owners, theyve really stepped up their game with their products. Last time I was there, I was helped by a young lady named Seph, and she was extremely informative, helpful, and patient. Best time Ive had there!

The worst, I was told the manager had to be their to make a return but they never show up. Left class to get their when they told me he would be and then they said oh he wont be here for a couple more hours. Three times i went and they couldnt do anything. Whats the point of having staff if all they can do is take money and stand outside getting high. Super shady and obviously dont care about customer service. Back ally shady, avoid.

Would give a 1 review if it weren’t for the other girl that usually handles me. Shop supposed to open at 9, came on my break and nobody was here. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Finally came back an hour later to get a vape and they don’t do 2 for 30 on the raz vapes so I wasted time when I could’ve gone to Melbourne tobacco on 192 where they always have the same deals. Wasted time, gas, and $30 on 1 vape🙃. Don’t waste your time here

Sold me blatantly counterfeit products not once but TWICE in a row. first time the qr code verification attached the product was invalid. the second time, when i went for an exchange, same deal except this time they were trying to play it off as legit even though as soon as you scan the qr code on the back it says its also a fake. please dont trust what youve gotten here is legit or safe.

This is a great shop for anyone needing vape products and accessories. I went there on Monday to buy my first mod and they set me up. Fast forward six days later and the tank was leaking and giving me all kinds of issues. I’m new to vapes and didn’t really know what the issue was. So I went back to ask for help. The attendant there at the time was new and he wasn’t sure how to help either so he called the owner. The owner dropped what he was doing to come in and help troubleshoot my tank. After a couple minutes checking the tank out he said it seemed like it was some type of manufacturing error and gave me a new one. And not just the same one my geek vape came with, but a better, upgraded one. Free of charge. It was a really cool thing to do and I appreciated it a lot. I just quit smoking and I needed some help here. This is a great shop with good vibes all around and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Seems like a nice place but, unfortunately, I purchased the only D11 vape pen they offer and its absolute garbage. The oil clogs up the mouth piece and oozes out when trying to take a puff.

Short story long, Customer Service is what brought my business to Hydro Vape & Smoke Shop. Ive little knowledge now about vaping and had none when our paths crossed. I made the decision to quit smoking about 2 or so months ago and during the first few days it was difficult fighting the urge to give up on quitting. While I was working I took a break and went online with hopes of finding a CBD disposable thinking it was the solution to my problem fighting urges to light up a cig, (I already take CBD religiously to destress, relax, etc.) and Im a believer, it definitely helps. Two days into the process and 15 or so emails later, not one CS call from any of the shops I reached out to, (You all know who you are), I decided just to go on a few websites that I had bookmarked for various reasons and roll the dice, Hydro- Vapes ( bgpuffs.com) site caught had already been the most appealing to me so I dug a little deeper and found out that the were local to my location and were the manufacturer of their own products, the decision was made. Unbeknownst to me I ordered what I thought was CBD disposable (told you I knew nothing)) and when it arrived I immediately started using it and realized I had purchased the wrong thing, but I gave it a shot as I liked the flavor and it helped with the cravings from quitting cigs. < was a Friday morning when the vape was delivered. After work I decided to investigate what had happened and if I could find a resolve since I was trying to go the CBD route and not Vaping . I called Saturday morning talked to Jada, whom from the very first word that came from her mouth was super friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and most importantly part of the solution, because I was kind of a PIA. Like I said they are local to me, so I thought ordering online would be no big deal being they are like 2 miles from me, but it took a week to get to me. I addressed that issue first, and her solution was, call us well bring it to you if you cant get here -- At this point Im now a customer so we move on to the purchase (Esco Bar Pastel Cartel Kiwi Dragon Berry) which after getting used to it is perfect for having in my desk drawer at work for those moments I want a cig, few and far between now so, long story shortened by 15 minutes, in the last 2 months Ive called numerous times and spoke with both Jada, and Ben at length about any questions or concerns I had regarding CBD disposables, Salt Nic Vapes, and everything in between and they never stopped being polite and helpful. Ben had a CBD disposable brought to me free of charge to try before I actually bought at full price, in case I didnt like it. A week later he came to me himself and brought me an (Esco Bar Pastel Cartel Kiwi Dragon Berry) and handed it to me with a smile on his face. All that said I highly recommends Hydro Vape, especially if Youve no knowledge of what to buy for your desired needs. They never tried selling me something just to sell me something. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I (the customer) was satisfied. Buy small, buy local.. Give these guys a shot. If they could deal with a PIA such as myself, I promise youll be happy with your results as well. Gave me his personal number to contact him. Delivered to me twice. Above and Beyond my expectations.. 10 stars.. Check them out. Buy some products. Give them some great reviews. Move them to the top of the list on the interwebs.
