Best store and staff out there! Each and every staff member is highly knowledgeable, as well as outstanding personalities. Wayyyyy better than these chain headshops that enjoy screwing people over with faulty/poor quality products. Unlike your average shop, you can tell the management here takes time to research legitimate suppliers and distributors, as well as quite a few local brands! Theyve always been willing to take time and help me pick out specific products, and theyve never been wrong either!In the past Ive managed a vape/distribution chain, and I thought I was pretty dang good, but these guys have me beat by miles. Great environment, location, staff, products, and prices. Icing on the cake, any time I bring my friends they agree with my thoughts as well! Will never go to any other vape shop, Id be wasting my money if I did! Always a smile on the staffs faces, and a warm welcome right beside it. If you are looking for either a one stop shop, or a go to store, this is it! No other place comes close to competing.

This is a legit vape store, they actually know Ohms Law, pod resistances, carry a wide selection of salt nic pod devices, full sized mods, and most of the disposable flavors and brands. Ill drive 30 min each way to make this my shop now that I moved back to Brevard. Keep chucking clouds, gang.

Ive stopped in a LOT of these shops, but tend to go online as the selection is always so limited and the prices are always 25-50% higher. Moe was an awesome help, and they had a LOT of the Voopoo devices, as well as all the color options. Moe vouched for this little guy and Im very happy I picked it up. Best part was I paid MSRP. Great atmosphere! The people behind the counter are knowledgeable about the products they have on hand. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure they are providing the product to suit what you are looking for. Recently they have been doing monthly comedy shows which is a great vibe. Can’t wait to come back for another show.

Nice looking shop, polite salesman. I will concur with the other reviewer where these guys are a bit pricey, even for a brick and mortar. Two 60mls; one on what I would assume a clearance discount, the other with my military discount cost me 37 and some change. I was disappointed with the few dessert flavor choices, as they sell mostly fruit. Wish them the best

I had intended on buying product and simply leaving with that but in turn I had left with much more. My experience here has differed from those I have had at other shops and it goes without saying I will be coming here from now on. If not for the chill environment, for the customer service you receive. A willingness to not just sell product, but to further educate so you may fully understand what you are getting and what would be best for you. I came in looking for a tank, and left with much more. Would DEFINITELY recommend anyone come here who would like to shy away from the norm and be in a place that feels so much more than just another shop.

This is the Best Vape store in Melbourne!! Whenever I have a question they take the time to answer, no matter how silly the question seems. They have helped my husband and I so many times in the past 10 months. Dan, Amber and Mo all go above and beyond to make their customers feel like family!

The staff member was very polite but the prices were outrageous. $30 for a single e-juice that I later found online for prices ranging from $9.99 to $15.95. So depending on the seller, this juice was marked up double to triple the actual value. That is a borderline scam. Do not buy e-juice from this establishment, you will likely find it elsewhere for 1/3 the cost.Response to Owner: If you really feel the need to be this defensive about your prices, it might be time for some introspection. Of course prices in a brick and mortar shop will be higher, however that does not justify 100-200% markups from a price that is already set at retail value. The juice I bought was a 100ml, and the price including tax was over $30. Either you miscalculated your $28 and under statement or your employee overcharged me. My comments here are for you to use as a tool to improve your business and to share my experience with potential customers, not as a personal insult. Your snide response has solidified my resolve to never again do business with you.

Ive visited a lot of vape shops in Brevard County, and I can confidently say that the staff of Vape Florida is one of the most knowledgeable around - if not the most.They are genuinely interested in making sure every customer gets the right merchandise that will suit their needs. Theyre not there just to sell you. They want to know the how and why behind your intent to buy.Theyre also knowledgeable about the regulatory and social issues behind the industry, which makes me trust them even more.I tried to buy a product from a competitor recently - out of sheer convenience. It was terrible. I will not make that mistake twice.They also take part in billiard tournaments, they have video game nights, an espresso machine, and a wine and beer bar. And their prices are best in the area for quality products. What more do you need?Vape Florida is my shop, and you should definitely give them a shot to win your business. You will not be disappointed.

Cool shop because you can get a vape and sit at their little bar and order a drink.The workers are always nice and professional. They do not have tobacco products but that’s ok.

Vape florida is the best store in my opinion in the suntree area and also they are the most reasonably priced in my opinion. Also as far as customer service goes anytime I had a problem with any purchase they either resolved my issue or replaced the product! Highly recommend!

First time at this shop, vape was fine but the juice was horrendous. Couldnt even smoke just choke. Took it back, no refund. They suggested a better one, this had same results. I dont think they know what theyre doing. Now Ive spent more than $50 for nothing. Need to learn how to mix correctly.😱

Vape Florida is such a stunning shop and is even more relaxing to hang out and chat, have some drinks, shoot some pool, or even play fun little games for some fantastic deals on the hottest high tech e-cigarettes and the most delicious liquids (they even carry CBD oils). Dan and Amber have created an amazing place for strangers to become friends, and friends to become family, all while making healthier life choices. Cant wait to go back!

Bought the Aegsis Super Mesh MOD from them today. I had hoped this would replace my VooPoo MOD, which has been great (I dropped it). The Aegsis reads great, its water proof, drop proof and uses the AS chip. BIG problem is that it over heats within a matter of minutes. I called the store asking to exchange the device for a stronger one. Meaning I wanted to return this and then spend more money on a stronger one. The clerk said no returns because you have already added juice to the device. You dont add juice to this device. You put the tank on it.So, im stuck with a device that does not meet my vaping needs.Ok you got one over on me. That will be the last time you do though. I will take my business elsewhere. I am an avid vapor too.
