Wow. Wow. Wow. Been going to yoga with Eden and love her classes so much and went for a massage today. It is evident that she has 15 years experience. I have had a lot of massages and this was the best one yet. I especially appreciate the blend of stretching and massage with the hot stone therapy. I usually prefer a practitioner who will come to me, but I will drive for Eden’s massage. HIGHLY recommend.

Came here for my 1st aerial yoga session with this studio, it’s a great place to for beginners as the space is much smaller than the other places in the area so it’s less intimidating.Space is nice as they also have other instructors like Anthony Profeta in their roster.It was nice that it’s closer to my house but I’ll give them a few more months before I visit again.

I did a beautiful Mandala retreat at Blissful.Energy and loved the space. As a facilitator of the event, it was wonderful collaborating with a local studio. Eden and her husband Rob were very helpful getting me all set up and the process was easy. I would definitely recommend this place for events and wellness.

Blissful Energy is such a beautiful and tranquil studio located in West Melbourne. I love the community of teachers and practitioners and various services they offer. Absolutely amazing!! I love doing Aerial yoga with Eden, so much fun! She is insightful, knowledgeable, educated, and patient. A great instructor indeed! Additionally, the Floating Sound Meditation is hands down the best in all of Florida! Such an rewarding experience

Eden is super sweet!! My sister and I enjoyed an aerial session for some mental, physical and emotional health. It was fun rekindle with my sister and Eden was very patient with us. Cant wait to also start hosting events!!

Blissful Energy offers services to heal and help the body and mind. I initially went for a massage and it was an awesome experience. Eden takes the time to find out what you expect, taking into consideration medical needs and limitations. Massages can include cupping, hot stones and stretching. I have more flexibility and less pain. I’ve learned stretching and meditation techniques as well. I love the fact that Eden offers opportunities for other professionals to promote their business, her work with autistic children and the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Everyone deserves to have a Blissful Energy experience.

Blissful.Energy is such a hidden gem! I love holding classes here! It has all the essentials for a awesome yoga space and location is great as well. Not only is the studio clean, and professional, but its also cozy and comfortable. It even has capabilities for aerial classes! The owner is super sweet, considerate, and provides reasonable rates too. I highly recommend renting this space for your own fitness classes!

This studio was genuinely welcoming and professional without pretension! I loved Edens aerial yoga class and have already been back for more. Based on my experience, I would readily try other class offerings or massage at this studio. As a traveler, Ive visited countless studios - this ia a gem of a find that offers a lovely complement of modalities. Looking forward to the next visit!

Eden was a great instructor! I was completely new to aerial yoga, but she helped me through it. I felt amazing at the end of it. Her techniques and instructions were easy to follow and we had a lot of laughs. Highly recommend to anyone interested in peace of mind and a great workout!

Came here last night to do my very first sound bath experience for my birthday. My friend purchased the tickets for us as a way to celebrate my birthday. The silk I chose was beautiful and as soon as I got into it and laid flat, I fell. It was not tied well on the left side so it became loose which led me to falling onto my back and hip hard. The instructor retied it but it didnt look secure to me and I was scared to get back on due to soreness I was feeling. So I tried a different one while my friend made sure I was emotionally okay and secured in the new one before going back to hers. I tried to get comfortable and listen to the different sounds while feeling the swing and movement in my silk hammock but I found myself distracted at times from the next doors clients. They were outside so you could hear them through the entrance door. Wish this place had a better sound proof door. I know its not their fault for the outside noises. Other than that, this yoga studio is very clean, very intimate, nice ambiance inside, felt warm and inviting.

Eden offers amazing massages and a variety of classes, which was so convenient for someone like me who has no idea about this stuff. She was really sweet and the prices are phenomenal. Absolutely recommend if youre looking for a more casual experience without any pressure.

Great massage! I have been in several serious car accidents and suffered from a herniated L3. Eden was able to work out a lot of the stress out of my traps and lower back. I cant recommend Blissful Energy enough! A+

Lots of little attention to details that make the space, the yoga, the full moon events, the massages just that more personalized. Everytime Ive gone, there are lots of smiles on peoples faces, laughter, and respect for the activities and individuals all around. Whether you are seeking something new or looking for a new place to practice yoga, this is a chill place to start.
