Wonderful massage! The owners are very nice! They don’t speak much English, but if you use tour translator app for Mandarin, then there is no problem at all. That’s how I was able to have a conversation with them; very nice and genuine people. I would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice massage!

Oh my goodness BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!! I highly recommend this establishment, we my spouse and myself treated ourselves to a couples massage. Feeling great have all the knots and stress worked out. Thank you, I slept great for the first time in months. Definitely going back next time I’m in Memphis.

I went here for an afternoon relaxation session. The gentleman that massaged me was extremely ROUGH! The next day my entire body felt like I had ran a marathon. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Went here after driving 8 hours down from Chicago in a cramped U-Haul. Desperately needed firm hands and an intuitive soul. Cao Yun did not disappoint. She was thorough and well paced, and picked up on communication well even though there was language barrier. She didn’t miss an inch of skin! I left feeling completely brand new and relaxed. The place is a little bare bones, but it’s clean and the price is right! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

I had a very good massage at a Great massage Downtown today. The Spa is clean. It was so relaxed. The masseuse there did a very good job. It was very deep. The soreness in my lower back and hamstrings was reduced a lot. The Thai stretching made me energetic. I felt very good and happy. I recommend u try it out once u have a chance!

I called them in the evening for a quick appointment. The lady on the phone advised me to walk in. When I walked into this location, the lady told that she had no idea about that phone call! 🙄Anyway she had one client waiting, so I could come back an hour later. That was alright for me. I came back after an hour. The place looked a bit shady with a very poor sense of aesthetic for the room decor. The massage room was very basic, however, nothing cringe worthy. The masseuse lady put too much pressure, inspite of me requesting her to put less pressure on my muscle. Her English was not good, so maybe the communication was bad. I took a royal Thai massage for 30 minutes. It was good but less relaxing as she was almost hurting me. She applied oil, and then hot stone and hot towel. Overall my body and muscle liked it, but it could have been way much better and relaxing. While paying, she kinda tricked and snatched a huge tip from me.

I had a relaxing and highly spiritual experience there. Honestly, It was the best massage I ever had.

This place never misses! I frequently come to this location when I can and every time the massages are an A+. I always leave satisfied and the masseuses always go above and beyond!

As a guest in the city , planning. I found this place online since Massage envy was booked. I choose this place and booked online. I booked a time and they was not available at the time, had to call someone to come because I booked a couple massage! Then at the end of the visit, was told a different price than the booking website and was told the website was not update and was 2 years out of date! Showing my booking they still demanded a different cost. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!! The website states 60$ not 80$ an hour!!! Scammers. They to update website or close the booking website!!!!!

Hands down, one of the best massages I have ever had! The massage was firm, but not painful and the gentle stretching made me feel like a new person! I asked for the focus to be on my back and they did not disappoint! To top it off, the price was beyond reasonable! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This place deserves zero stars. They made me and 2 other family members pay upfront, which was suspect but okay. Then after the massage, they demanded a tip of 20.00 a piece which was way more than 15%. I know for sure we were treated like this due to our race. A Caucasian man came in for service at us and didn’t pay upfront.

Booked appointment for couples massage. Walked in early and there was a lack of communication and understanding with the service person. Had to wait 15 minutes for us to get massaged. While waiting overheard a misbilling and arguing in an Asian language was not relaxing at all. We just got up and left...

My husband and I were traveling through Memphis and were really wanting to get a massage. We called to see if they had any availability and they immediately asked us to come in which was awesome! Summer and Ella did a fantastic job. They knew exactly where to massage and made sure we were happy. This is was the BEST massage ive had. I HIGHLY recommend stopping here.

On Thursday, January 4, and on Friday, January 5, at night, he sent me for massages for sciatica. The nerve was his last patient of the two days. The pain went away thanks to the girl whose name I think is Cimmy. Very good I recommend it

I was in Memphis for work and decided last minute to get a massage. I walked into the salon and was greeted by Lucy. I explained that I was looking for a deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure. I enjoy massages that are painful and work out my knots. She listened to my needs and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She worked my back with the amount of pressure I asked for and hit all the right trigger points. She laid my arms in certain positions so she could really get to the muscle. The oil and hot rocks were also very relaxing. We had great conversation and I could tell she was very experienced in massages. She also said positive things about the owner of the salon and how he was helpful when she first moved here. Happy to support his business. Highly recommend Lucy. I will 100% return next time I’m back in town.

Very convenient walk in service with a minimal wait. I have enjoyed every massage I’ve gotten there, Summer is a deep tissue expert; she made a weeks worth of pain disappear in less than an hour and is always very helpful in every way. Extremely grateful and cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff.

1st couple massage in Memphis was very good. The masseuse was exceptional and focused on my problems areas as requested. I will be back! Be sure to by for a massage if you’re ever on Union Ave near Beale St.

Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had. The gentleman that did my massage was very rough and moved way too fast. Nothing about the massage was relaxing. On top of that they answered the phone and made outgoing phone calls during the massage. When I was paying at the end the woman cashing me out demanded more tip than I originally left which was bold considering the massage was terrible.

Summer and Ella did and outstanding job on the couples massage that my wife and I got. They both are both very skilled and made sure we were both happy. I highly recommend stopping here.

My wife and I first visit here. Scheduled appointment at 1pm. We got the Royal Thai Massage for one hour. My massage by Eva was excellent! Massage, stones and stretching. Awesome!My wifes massage with Lisa not so good. She kept getting on her phone at least 3 times. How can you get a good massage with that distraction?Nonetheless we made another appointment for the following weekend. Hopefully my wife will get a good masseuse this next time.

I’m never disappointed! Always a great massage even when I walk inEdited: I have visited this location for over a year-at least 5-6 more times since my initial review & the last two visits were less desirable. The prices have increased, which is fine, but each time I was pressured to up charge my service when I already made it clear the services I wanted. This last visit today, I declined services because the masseuse insisted I get a massage I didn’t ask for and when she finally said ok she insisted that I pay before service. When I inquired about why I needed to pay before, something I never did on any prior visit, she said she didn’t know. There should be a way the customer can request who will service them instead of whoever is there that day. I highly doubt I will be returning to this location.

Love this place, if you are looking for a great Asian massage spot, I highly recommend you come through. I had the Thai massage with hot stones for thirtyMinutes and it was amazing.

I got a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. It was my first time ever getting a massage. I didnt know that on certain types of massage you have to give a 15% tip. The parking garage across the street has a sign saying $3 for one hour and up. When you leave the sign says $10 no matter how long. So be ready to pay about $25 more!!

This was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The therapist was responsive when pressure was too much and adjusted accordingly. As a bonus, my shoulder which has had lime mobility limits now has an increased range of motion. Would definitely recommend and return.

I went there yesterday afternoon at 6pm appointment. Although communication wasn’t great and I would say 2/5 stars on that but the quality of massage I received I considered it 10 stars!!! Aahhh... finally! It’s been about 2 years since the last time I got a good massage. I’m a travel nurse and I’m not from around here. Had a couples massage. Mine was amazing. The gentleman was very strong with his hands, but gentle enough that I felt relaxed and sore muscle relief. He hit every area on the full body massage well. Sometimes it hurt so good.

Had a reservation set up for a couples massage get there 15 minutes before the appointment time and we are seated and told to wait we wait about 15 mins before another customer walks in the other customer was taken back for their appointment we continue to wait before finally being told that there is no masseuse there to give our massages. Very unprofessional and the lady acted like she had no clue of our reservation from almost the beginning.

What a disaster! We are in town visiting so we called to see if they had a last minute massage available. They scheduled a time if 1:30 so we waited around until close to time. Once the time came we took scooters across downtown only to arrive and they said they gave the time to someone else. Now $20 in scooter fees later we still had to get back from a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional!!!
