Had my first massage at the Midtown location yesterday. Raven was excellent and I felt wonderful when she was done! Will definitely request her again.

Ms. Tina is the TRUTH! Thats why she has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. She listens and tailor make your massages just for you! I feel rejuvenated after every massage. She is a 10/10.🙌🙌🙌

So looking forward to my 90 min massage today with my favorite therapist Aubrey ☺️ such a sweetheart, its been a while. He is so popular with his clients when u catch a opening you better snag it quick 😆 He always bring the pressure whichever one you desire I like mines deep. Pure relaxation!

Follow Up August 8 - Even after confirmation that my membership had been cancelled on July 13th, my card was charged again for membership in August. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!! Cancellation of your membership is APPARENTLY IMPOSSIBLE!! Two weeks ago I inquired about cancelling my membership due to lack of use on my part and the fact Im moving out of town. I did not cancel it at that moment as I felt I had time before my renewal in a few weeks. I mentioned this and AT NO time did they say that it would take 10 DAYS. I called last week to cancel my membership and I was told they would send me a form....NO mention of how long it would take to cancel my membership. AND NO ONE SENDS ME A FORM!! So I go in again to cancel my membership but NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP. Finally, they got in touch with the manager who mentions the 10 days to which I said was ridiculous because no one mentions it. GO LOOK ONLINE - theres nothing there. So I completed the form and was ASSURED that my membership would be cancelled the next day before my renewal and now - theyve charged my card for another month AND I still have NO CONFIRMATION THAT it is cancelled. WHAT A FRAUD!

Very cozy, and safe massage spot. I’m already a member and go back every month. This was my first time and it was good. The check-in takes time, as they want to make everything clear by signing consent forms etc. they take care of the Covid situation. Mask is mandatory and they sanitize everything. An African American young guy ( don’t know his name) massaged me after asking all my problem area and requirement. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The bed and sheets everything was very clean and warm. The masseur knows his job. It was super relaxing. The only complaint is, I stated the session at 7:40, but he finished by 7:30! I thought I was paying for full one hour! However, I enjoyed my time.I have been going here for a while. Please ask for Mr. Aubrey. He is the best. Usually he is mostly booked, but it’s worth waiting.

It was my first experience visiting Massage Envy. My body was feeling tired during my work week, so I decided to pay them a visit using my daughters Mothers Day present. Im so glad that I came because I felt great afterwards thanks to the therapist Shenika. She was absolutely wonderful!! I will visit them again soon, too !!

It was my first time visiting tht location and David was great. He hit all my most needed areas. Deep tissue was my preference ❤️

Good experience. Would have received 5 stars but something bit me (insect bit). It happened while I was in the massage room (not sure if it was the bedding or insects inside). Please check the environment ensure it is clean and spray for insects. My massage therapist was amazing!

Signing up for a membership has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I used to have tremendous shoulder pain, but all that has been taken care of thanks to Shantria (Tria). I now see her once a month. Not only is she great at massages, but she’s also great at giving life advices. I always enjoy my time there due to her music choices and because of our conversations. I can’t recommend her enough.

Do NOT purchase gift cards from ANY massage envy location. They will just make up dates to expire them even though it LITERALLY says on the gift card that is does not expire. I reached out several times with no resolution. They are thieves. Give your money to businesses who dont steal from you. Also the corporate office is just as bad. Bunch a damn criminals stealing money from people.

David definitely has a passion as a massage therapist! Even more so, after a couple of massage visits with David as he has “magical hands”, for total relaxation or deep pressure!

Shenika is PURE MAGIC. I have been going to her for 3 years now and I followed her when she relocated. She is so patient, so in tune with your body and what you need and I have never had an experience close to this with a massage therapist. I recommend her to everyone I know!

McKiya Turner was my esthetician. She knows her craft and does it with ease and and professionalism. She and Raven, my masseuse had me feeling like a million dollars! I will be back!

The therapist was very knowledgeable about her craft. She made me feel very comfortable and refer to to products that I needed to utilize.

Manager is barely ever there for you to speak with so the front desk receptionist are the only people you deal with until you’re able to speak with her and let me just say awful nasty attitudes. I don’t recommend this place at all. Professionalism doesn’t matter to the front desk staff, you call to ask a question you get attitudes. Every time I’ve called up there other than to get a massage I’m greeted with a nasty horrible attitude. I guess they don’t know anything so they get irritated when you ask them for anything else besides booking your massage.

It was a very pleasant experience when visiting for my facial. McKeyla explained the process and went over the process step by step to ensure I was comfortable with what was about to take place.

Started monthly massages January 2024 and David is awesome!

I had an appointment set for a hour long massage for my wife for her birthday. The appointment was set two weeks ago,an only two hours before we were to arrive it was canceled by text not even the common courtesy to call .I heard a lot of good things about this place wish I could say the same.

Tria is AWSOME! She is very knowledgeable & really good at what she does, let me also acknowledge the excellent customer service of the young ladies up front/check in.

Shantria is an AWESOME massage therapist and it is evident that she is very passionate about what she does!!! I always have a wonderful experience when I visit!

Tina was great!!!! However the carpet is always damp & I’ve been in several different rooms.

I had a great massage but was disappointed when the receptionist ask me in front of staff and other customers whether I tipped the therapist or not. Not only that some of the staff thought it was funny. Just to let you know I did give a generous tip.I was told later that it is the policy of Massage Envy to ask customers if they tipped or not. Its interesting to note that I saw a note on the counter that gave a suggested tip amount. I had no problem with that, but to be ask if you did or not in my opinion is totally unprofessional.

Let me tell yall something bout Massage Envy, specifically, David, at the Midtown location. I went in with shoulder tension and a terrible headache. Luckily, some unfortunate soul canceled their appointment with this King. He asked me where my areas of concentration were and when I tell you he hit every one of them with the precision of a soul who is obviously half man half God. By the time he was done, the pain in my back and shoulders was gone and I was considering proposing to him that I be his sugar mama. I was legit considering taking a second job just to keep him in the in the lap of luxury and all in exchange for a 60-minute massage. I ended up signing up for a membership and booking David as far in advance as they would let me. David, or Massage Bae, as I will secretly refer to you from now on, thank you, King. You the real MVP.The space was also beautiful, clean and tranquil. Also, Dana was very nice and her haircut was everything. I STAN!

I locked up a rib and was having trouble breathing , coughing and sneezing hurt my ribs and i was very slow with walking and in a fair amount of pain . Saw Aubrey for deep tissue massage. Breathing improved , able to walk much better and feeling somewhat human again. Excellent massage , i would highly recommend Aubrey to anyone. I am also a tourist from Melbourne, Australia and had never been to Massage Envy before. Katrina.

I have been a member of this location for 3 years. I can definitely tell its under new management by how nice everything is. The front desk staff is always so nice and pretty. And the new decor is a plus too! Previously I wouldve only bragged about my therapist but now the location is great all the way around.

I Have been going here for over a year now. Tria is the best massage therapist. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for awhile now, and the massage combined with cupping works well for this condition.

Worst experience ever— signed up for a membership because I’ve been having a hurt back and thought I needed a monthly massage. made it very clear I needed to be able to cancel at any point if I no longer needed it. They promised up and down it was not an issue. When I tried to cancel, they said on the phone they would take care of it and 2 months later checked and I was still being charged monthly. On top of that, for my birthday I had received a $150 gift card, which is what motivated me to get a membership after getting my first massage using the gift card. I only used half and after cancelling, when I tried to come in to use the rest of it, they could not find the gift card and when they finally did after much difficulty, said it had been completely used.With a membership, you get a massage every month. After I had already paid for 2 months I didn’t want to pay for and then cancel, I tried to then use the massages I had paid for. Of course; they said I had to be an active member to use those massages I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR UNWILLINGLY. The manager tried to say she would refund me for the 2 months I didn’t want to pay for and of course never was refunded, and never got the massages. And lost the money left on my gift card. Hard to communicate with; and the massage itself the first time was cut short. The lady seemed very rushed and didn’t want to be there. Will never come back here again unless the fix this.

Perhaps one of the best massages Ive ever had. Shanika is methodical, intuitive, and truly has a gift. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is perfect. I couldnt be more satisfied with my session.

I did like massage envy until I found out how unprofessional this place of business does when people want to cancel their membership. I feel like if people want to cancel you should not have a hard time canceling their membership. Please do not sign a contract with them. Every time I call to speak with the manger “She is not here”. I never get the right one to massage me that is the reason why I stop going unprofessional the one on Union very unprofessional. Please please do not sign a membership from them. It is coming off desperate that they need our money that bad.

Ive had a membership here for awhile now. There is only 2-3 people here that can give a good massage. But even with a good massage you do not get the time you paid for. Out of 12 massages there has been 1 time that it lasted the full 50 minutes it should have. Other times it would end up to 20-25 minutes early. I also have a friend I recommended to this place. He paid for an hour long massage and it only lasted 20 minutes. They ended up giving him another free massage but this is supposed to be about relaxation, not dealing with employees that dont know how to do their job. Last comment, I was in a room with a blown speaker for my last massage in February. It would sound ok for a minute then it would go in and out with a static sound. How is that soothing at all?

I went for a deep tissue and she used the massage gun for most of the hour. My back is swelled and I cant wear a bra. I cant go to work. I will not be back.

I had to try a few different therapists, but now love my regular treatments with Ms. Tina. She is an experienced professional with a real knack for getting out the computer kinks in my neck and back ... hooray :-).Ive been a member here for a few years now and have never had an issue with billing or scheduling, and the desk personnel are as courteous as any comparable establishment.

He did a fantastic job. I will definitely come back to him.

Please do not go here. They hold spots for a potential customer. I wanted a hour spot but could not receive it because they could only book that spot for a hour and half. Which was the dumbest thing I ever had but the receptionist informed he can’t be left without 30 mins without anything to do. 😂😂😂🤣 Gould’s is more professional and give you time you want unlike Envy. #TeamGouldsmassages

My appointment was canceled when i walked in the door due to people quiting, some sick, gone to hospital. This has happen before. I dont know the therapist so if one calls out just use another female. I get a email when im booked why not send email when there is a problem. This will be my last year. I never have a problem when i go to Germantown location or Cordova.

I scheduled an appointment here and arrived about 5 minutes late, once I was sent to the back I waited for 30 minutes for my massage therapist. By that time, I decided to ask the receptionist at the front desk what was taking so long and the receptionist comes back after a few minutes and says the therapist had an emergency, you all didnt realize your therapist that I scheduled an appointment with wasnt at work when I arrived?? I wasted valuable time and gas waiting when the therapist wasnt at the place to begin with. To say Im pissed is an understatement!!!!!

This was my first time getting a massage and Shenika is the best!

Worst customer service, attempted to cancel an appointment, no one answered the day prior so I left a message. They claimed the message was never received and I would be charged for the missed appointment. After, a long conversation and several people getting on the line, they informed me they had phone issues. They did agreed to refund my account. I have yet to receive a refund. I have closed all accounts associated with my family and ME. I will continue to fight for my refund.

I give 4 stars to this location and 5 stars to my massage therapist Dalicia. I have a monthly membership, which is well worth it. It is decorated very nicely and there is a special tranquility room for customers with monthly memberships. They offer an assortment of beverages (different teas, coffee, and water) and candy (mints, butterscotch). The candy bowl reminds me of candy my grandmother would have in her purse (lol). This location sometimes have events and I think thats really cool.It took me about three tries before I found the best massage therapist; some are too rough, dont do enough, or dont apply enough pressure. Dalicia is the best! I love getting my scalp massaged and there are some therapist that dont do it or consider to ask. I never have to ask Dalicia. If I ever win the power ball, Im taking Dalicia...sorry Massage Envy lol.

David boooooaaaaa y’all better book him.. when I say I feel refreshed and rejuvenated I feel like I can take on the world!!

Please be aware that signing their contract means that if you cancel, you will not be refunded massages you have not used but paid for. You are given 60 days to use your prepaid services. If you cannot use them, you will forfeit the money you have paid.
