The Spa Midtown

Thank you to my better half for booking me a massage and facial here. The facial was only the beginning, it was so soothing and relaxing then followed up by an incredible massage session, hot oil scalp massage, body dry brush (that was a different feeling, wasnt bad but wont do that again), back and foot scrub, and a full body massage. The ladies were so accommodating and made every part of my body relax. Very serene, calm and clean facility. Great location if you want to grab food or drinks before or afterwards. Will definitely be back for more pampering!

I have been going here for about 2 years for Botox. Theresa is amazing! I always feel so relaxed coming in. My appointments are always so quick and Theresa always has great recommendations for what will look best. Ive always been super happy with my results too!

I’ve been seeing Kaye for facial treatments for over a year now and each time I leave feeling that both my skin and my soul are well cared for. These moments of relaxation and self care do so much for my well being. Thank you Kaye, and thank you Spa Midtown!

Hands down the best spa experience I’ve been to since Los Angeles . I got the pleasure of getting Teresa to do fillers for me and She is so methodical & precise about being perfect ! The atmosphere is located 1 street over from Overton square so u miss all the congestion but it’s still in the heart of midtown ! Parking is perfect ! I can’t wait to go in for a facial , their machines are the newest and most updated I’ve seen thus far ! I found my new place ! I try to stay anonymous so I’m not posting pics of my amazing results but I am sooo pleased with my outcome and usually very Un - bothered.. I highly recommend all the way !

My husband and I came in for facials. It was his first time but I have had ones in the past from other places. We both had amazing experiences! I was so thrilled to see the attention they paid to getting through his facial hair to treat the skin beneath. And I was blown away by my results. We will definitely be coming back here! Everyone was lovely, caring, and kind. Worth every penny.

My husband booked a facial as an anniversary gift to me. Kaye was my aesthetician, who absolutely blew me away with her gentle, yet thorough treatment. I asked for a relaxing experience and I know I drifted to sleep at least once! I will be back. In fact, I’m online booking an appointment today!

Sheila is the only way to go if you’re wanting deep tissue massage. I payed for a deep tissue with the other therapist previously, and even asked for additional pressure, but still only got a Swedish massage.Sheila does a great job of addressing your goals prior to the massage, and ensuring you are getting what you want and need throughout the session. I melted into the table, which is always my goal.The receptionist is quite lovely as well.

I’ve been seeing Nicole at The Spa Midtown for years. She is beyond incredible! She always shows concern for my skin, and does everything within her power to make me feel beautiful! I will forever be a customer of hers! I recommend her at every chance I get.

I have been coming to the spa midtown 3 months now. Each visit has been amazing and my skin is thriving like never before. Nicole is absolutely incredible each time and she’s so knowledgeable about skin care, I truly trust her and her recommendations. Chritianne (not sure if I spelled that right) at the front desk is so so sweet and made me feel welcome from the day that I called inquiring about services. The owner is super kind too. Good service is so important to me and it seems harder and harder to find these days but not at spa midtown. I love this place so much I joint the membership! Def recommend them!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Massage was wonderful! Very relaxing and I felt so much better afterwards. The facial was a first for me but definitely wont be my last! My skin feels amazing and Im so excited to try my new skincare products that were recommended to me. Will definitely be back!

Teresa took the time to really understand my needs and concerns prior to providing Botox treatment. Spa is beautiful. Sophia provided an excellent diamond glow facial that took all the dull away And left my face radiant. Very relaxing and pampering. Definitely my first choice for a spa day!

This Spa is absolutely the most beautiful place I have been to in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable; the atmosphere is so luxurious and comforting. The managing director and owner Teresa is able to perfectly tailor a Spa plan that will hit both your relaxation desires and medical spa needs. I would highly recommend the Spa Midtown to anyone who is looking for a first class experience, one you simply cannot find anywhere else in this area.

A great massage is hard to beat, but Sheila takes it to the next level. She spends time listening to whats going on and works with you to come up with more long-term solutions to dealing with back pain. Lots of good advice and fun conversations, PLUS one of the best massages Ive ever had. If I could give 6 stars, i would.

Oh my gosh, best experience ever! Went for a couple different things I left presently surprised with not only the expertise and professionalism but how friendly they were! This will be my home spa from this point forward! I will be utilizing all their services! I went for a facial and Another service but I’m going back next week for yet another! I highly highly recommend!

In addition to being friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative they have both gone above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied and remain satisfied with the services I’ve received on every visit. The Spa is conveniently located, extremely clean, and so relaxing! So happy I’ve found them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was in Paris recently and saw that SkinCeuticals was touted as the #1 Skin Care product in Paris. Imagine, I learned about it in Memphis from the great skin care professionals at The Spa Midtown.
