Irena was very helpful and patient. She listened to what I was looking for in a vape and based on that made great suggestions. She helped me pick everything out and put it all together for me and walked me through a tutorial. Outstanding!

Ive been here a few times for a couple different things and the staff are very helpful in finding what you need. I was helped by Ryan and he helped explain a few of the products there to help me decide on the vape I wanted and explained the different juices to me. They also have a good selection of glassware and bongs!

I went to the store thinking it was going to be like any other vape shop but it was so much better than that. I had so many questions because I didn’t know the differences between products and Ryan helped out so much! He really knows what he’s talking about and I’m going to him from now on. Very kind, educated as well as professional

I have been coming to this location since it opened. Having had over 49 surgeries pain management has always been a struggle especially with a mass distrust of big pharmaceutical practices as well as the darkened fear of addiction to unhealthy pain killers. These wonderful people set me on a path of better heath and healing with their knowledge of safer alternatives. I not only manage my day to day pain better as a result but they all have become marvelous friends I always look forward to seeing. They are all so welcoming and kind with cheerful demeanor and a working knowledge of what their products can help their customers achieve. The only dumb question is one you dont ask. Truly I am grateful for all of the help these people have shown me since my first visit. Definitely worth the visit.

Was given the wrong vape juice after asking for a particular one and because I was charged before seeing the product when I said it was wrong and realized they didnt have the one I wanted I asked for a refund and after waiting about 15 minutes was told sorry I cant do that but I can take your information and have someone get ahold of you?? Seriously, so I left with a charge on my account and nothing to show except frustration and the rude clerk Ryan said I gave you what you pointed at and when asked what am I pointing at now he said sir I understand and thats why I read it back to you, well thats not what I asked for 3 times and he just kept repeating I did everything I was supposed to do..Horrible store and was only stopping because I had passed up my normal store remembering back I dont go there because the previous couple juices I got from them were expired. You cant expect a store to sell that many so what you are buying is most likely old and stale . . Buyer beware!!!Update we were contacted by upper management believe her name is Natalie and she was great and processed the refund and agreed that the person we dealt with was cocky and arrogant however the people working are the ones who should have the customer service skills this nice lady possessed. Had that guy not seemed so condescending and keep stating he did everything he was supposed to do maybe we wouldnt have let so upset but I have changed from 1 star to 3 because of Natalie and her going above by offering the product they didnt have for free but we are just happy that the situation will be handled and we dont have to go back in there.

Time after time I come here and shall continue to do so. Any questions Ive had are answered thoroughly. Making the jump from disposables to a juice setup . I was recommended a smok pod set up . Was shown how to set it up and fill . Shout out to the entire staff who are always helpful and friendly and to the girl that made sure I knew what I needed before I left . 😊

Woke up at 7:15 AM and all of my devices (Mag Solo) were on the fritz…burning coils, no atomizer, etc. Went in to POTV in Mentor and Alyssa totally saved me! She helped me trouble shoot the tanks/coils that I was using and explained what could be going on. I walked out with 2 disposables for the emergency and a single coil to try in my tanks at home. Saved me from an absolute meltdown and gave me some great advice. Thank you Alyssa!

I absolutely love coming to the Mentor store. Every time I walk in, Im greeted with such politeness and genuine smiles from the staff. Whenever I have an issue or a question, theyre always ready to assist, no matter how many questions I throw at them. Alissa stands out as incredibly down to earth and helpful – shes a gem.One of the best things about this place is their hours. They open early and close late, which is a lifesaver for me because I tend to break my vape glass around closing time at many other stores. Its such a relief knowing theyre there when I need them.Even when theyre temporarily out of my favorite juice, they go the extra mile. They always give me a call within 2-3 days as soon as its back in stock. That kind of service is why I wont go anywhere else for my vape needs.Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great selection.

Jake! You rockstar! I stopped in just after opening looking for my specific juice for my smoker. Although the shelf was empty he stopped and looked at the box of stuff that had not been checked in. There was my juice, after warning me if it does not scan he cant sell, he still tried. Luckily it scanned and I was able to get what I have been looking for for weeks. I was referred here by a friend and it has become my new regular spot! All types of selection, for whatever you are looking for. Knowledgeable staff on their products! Very friendly atmosphere! I have never been let down. The passed couple times I’ve been in, Alyssa has been so helpful and shared tips of her experiences with the products.

Excellent service on planet 9. Journeyed far out, our spaceship on low fuel, rations low. Rosie was very helpful in our mission, and even left us with a few laughs. 10/10 would travel from the distant galaxies again

Went there for the first time after driving by many times. Store is very clean and organized, and Phil was super helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy on sales. Were definitely going to be back in again,and I recommend looking for Phil if you ever want to learn more about any of the products in this shop!

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this store almost a year ago and we love it. The staff are all friendly and know so much about every product. I don’t know much and tend to ask a ton of questions and every time the staff have been very patient and informative with me. Today Rosie helped us. We took up almost 40 minutes of her time and the whole time she was patient and kind helping both of us find products we liked. She even helped us set up a watch vape mod and walked us through how to use it. The variety of products is why we went into the store in the first place but that mixed with the staff is why we keeping going back week after week

Ive had various issues with my devices and Luna was very informative and knowledgeable about how to properly charge and care for all of the devices. My boyfriend and I went in the vape shop to just get cones. We ended up spending over $100 just because Phil was such a great help and showed us the new items. He also informed us of the rewards program they offer, so of course we signed up. He was very intelligent and explained things when we had questions. We will definitely be going back!!

I was initially drawn to this place because I am a geek and OMG the name is great! Alyssa both times my wife and I went in greeted us with a friendly hello and immediately helped us with what we were looking for. Both ladies on our first visit were kind and knowledgeable about the products. The store is clean and well organized with any and all of your vaping/ smoking needs. We will definitely continue to shop at this location if for no other reason than how friendly and engaging Alyssa is with all customers that she interacts with. She ensures that all customers are taken care of with out hovering which is something I really appreciate! I give the store 5 out of 5 and Alyssa get 5 out of 5 for her attention to details and customer service. She definitely deserves a raise for all she does.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I came in a few days ago to get some vape juice as well as a new coil. The person who helped me greeted me and was very nice. He explained everything very well and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The particular juice i wanted they were out of with the nicotine level I needed. He told me I could just do the 0 nicotine and he would add it for me, which was perfect. He also was able to clean out my vape for me and he also changed the coil and filled it with the new juice. Over all he was extremely kind and helpful! I hope he sees this and can claim the praise because he deserves it!

Would give 10/10 stars if possible. Great people, clean and sharp store, everyone was friendly and really helpful. Id like to give thanks to ryan. Best of the best, knows what hes working with and selling. Great attitude about his job and just overall quite welcoming. Will recommend more to come!

So...... I just wrote this super long and detailed message about your employee Jake and how he convinced me to buy accessories for the venty after I just paid for a whole venty and didnt come in to buy the accessories specifically.Im not retyping it. But just imagine me typing this neat 4 paragraphs recap of my experiences and due to his excellent product knowledge, tenacity at upselling and juat chill friendly vibe... after I just dropped almost half a grand on a piece that I already had a fixed price budgeted for. He convinced me to spend more money in your store after i had honestly already researched these accessories and had deemed them unnecessary he sold me and then I had to hear it from my girl that I got hustled but those accessories made my venty experience so much more enjoyable and the least I can do is leave Jake a good review,So give that Dude his $5 for this review 😂🤣

Had to transition to a higher wattage vape to accept lower nicotine juice. Rosie was super helpful and walked me through everything. She recommended the best mod to transition too and things going forward that will help me transition to a lower nic level.

Very cool store with a variety of products. Even if you don’t vape, there are other neat little doo-dads available. The staff is really helpful and super funny. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

I stopped in for the first time this afternoon. Bought a funky republic disposable that was recommended to me by the clerk. While driving home I realized it auto fires for several seconds after each draw, so I turned around to get this issue resolved and was told no returns, no exchanges, just buy a new one. It’s appalling that not even 30 minutes after purchasing a defective product you’re told to spend more money. Especially a product that poses a risk of injury, firing when you don’t intend. It would be a shame if something did happen and this became a legal matter wouldn’t it?

I had arrived here after going to multiple head shops that were incompetent and lacking basic product and knowledge. I was BEYOND impressed by planet of the vapes mentor; the large inventory, variety of product, and most importantly undertsanding their products. I was helped by PHIL, who immediately knew what i was looking for, answered all my questions about the different styles and tiers to the name brand quartz bangers and inserts. My NEW go to for any vaping or glass needs.

This place is just amazing. I walk in and immediately have the most happy sounding hello from the girl with glasses (we later find out her name is Alyssa). She was so nice and helpful. I don’t know much about vaping and I’ve been trying to quit smoking for a while so she helped me find the right alternative and I’ve been vaping and coming to that store for almost a month now. Plus it’s so close between work and home. I’ve had other staff member Briggs help me too. They both are so smart. Wish I could give them individual 10/10 ratings but I guess this will do

LOVE THIS STORE!! Stopped in last night and was stoked to see a bunch of new product hitting the shelves!! Went in for juice, pods, and a piece to replace one I broke 😩 Tim was sooo very patient and helpful with me. He asked great questions to try and determine the correct size I needed. I really wasn’t sure on size, so he helped me pick out a whole new setup instead!! We absolutely love what I picked out. This store ALWAYS has everything I need and I LOVE not having to stop somewhere else for mine or my hubbys products because we vape different devices and juices. Until Planet came to town there was always a second trip lol You guys are the best around, thanks for coming to Mentor!! And again thank you Tim, for all your help!

1 star is too much. Bought a vape and woke up 2 hours later for it to not work. Came back the next morning and the workers didn’t even care about the defective product they gave me. I refused to spend any more money there and went to Amir Vapes down the street. Much better customer service over there.

Man the store is very big and cool but I got the sales pitch from the guy working for their popular vape “blueberry rice crispie” and it is… awful. No one would think this is good it just tastes like nothing and then chemicals. I don’t know if I got a bad bottle or their just randomly advertising flavors but bar none the worst 20 I’ve ever get spent on juice

Wow!! The selection and variety in this store are awesome. I have never seen a place that literally had everything I need all under one roof. I’m sooo relieved that I no longer have to search for my pods and juice!! Employees are super kind and very knowledgeable. Not happy with how things went i bought a vape that broke 2 hours later and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do they would not give me a higher ups number to try and fix the issue not a pleasant experience
