Only vape shop Ill visit. Ive purchased 2 mods, and TONS of juice and coils. Always a great selection, and always have my favorite juice on hand. Both staff members are polite and helpful. Sometimes I even just let them make recommendations and a new flavor, just to change it up a bit. I never feel like a stranger when I visit, and Im always in and out quickly, which helps me go on about my day!Thank you guys so much! Keep up the GREAT job!

This is a great business with very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They helped me transition from smoking cigarettes to vapes finding me exactly the kind of vape that would help me do so! Highly recommended!

Kalamazoo Vapor has every vape, accessory, and juice available. They even have a stock of RPM accessories, which no one has. I appreciate they add the nicotine after you make your juice selection because its more pure and consistent.Jean Michael or Jean Marc, general manager, was knowledgeable and has this radiance that makes for a pleasant visit. Im happy I found a vape shop in Mentor, Ohio. It does not disappoint.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is laid back. They have a PS4 and several big screen tvs with couches set up and welcome you to come hang out!

Vape juice taste is ALL personal preference. It is hard to judge based on just that. However I will first start by saying that their staff is AWESOME. It is the reason I gave it 3 stars. If I had to base my review on the STAFF ONLY then it would be 5 stars!! Unfortunately the review is based on product too. For my personal tastes their house juices taste... Chemically I guess is the best way to say it. They all have a strange taste along with the flavor. Its not the PG or VG either because I actually make my own juice and have never encountered that taste. It very well could be the tanks they use and how they clean them and wick them. I am not sure. Perhaps whatever cleaning solution they use on the tanks is effecting the juice. Regardless... If I go there I just buy the branded juice.

Been dealing with KV for years now and theyve always taken good care of me and my wife when she goes. Probably the easiest vape shop staff to deal with of any in the area as well. Products are always in stock and the prices are definitely the best around.

This place is the bomb!! So much knowledge about products and the juices.Marc rocks,Im a 65 year old woman and a heavy smoker for 45 years,he snd staff guided me and graduated me all through trasitioning from smoking to vaping, from 2 packs a day to 3mg of juice.And my goal was to get my youngest Son to quit smoking,and that happened last year thanks to my friends at the Zoo.

Went last year 2016 for this 1st time.Went ok.Stopped today, closed at 6, I didnt know, doors unlocked. Wanted to get new fluid and ask if mine broke or why not charging.As soon as of walk in theres 3 people in there, 2 vaping, were closed.Ask if hell at least just answer a question about mine not charging, the look of not wanting to assist was all over his face.Im sure the job isnt that difficult cant spare 5 mins for a sale.2 stars

The prices are actually reasonable for a vape shop! Plus the staff are all incredibly friendly. I continue to go here because they have a great rewards program and their choice of juices is great.

Walked in to buy some e-juice... Clerk and 4 other people sitting there watching a movie. They looked at me like I just ruined their night.Told the dude what I was looking for, and he acted like I just asked him to clean my house.Wasnt even sure if anyone there was old enough to be vaping lolMuch better vape shops within a 10 mile radius!

This is an awesome vape store. Always friendly and informative. If I didnt have such a tight schedule Id love to stay an chat for a few. A must visit for vaping.

Just quit smoking and been using cheap e cigarettes and wanted something better quality. Walked in and felt like I was inconviencing the guy at the counter. He wanted to watch his soap operas or something. Ill buy elsewhere.

Dont shop here..spend your money at a different shop.should give them negative but you cant. They sell things that they know are defective and when you call them they say that you bought it no one forced you to. Was told one thing in the store but something else on the phone.TBEY DONT CARE A OUT CUSTOMER S ONLY MONEY!
