Vitrum Smokeshop Mentor on the Lake

My girlfriend and I choose to come to this shop over any others in the area because the staff is top notch and they have everything we need. This shop is always clean and fully stocked! A big shout out to all the lovely people who run the store and make sure we are welcome!

I have to definitely give a HUGE thanks to Amanda at Vitrum. She is the nicest,kindness and educated on whatever I have questions about person. She is my go-to for anything. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I suggest everyone to come here bc they have everything under the sun you may need. Definitely a five star!!

10/10 experience!!:) we went in with the intention of buying a gift for a friend, and ended up buying more than that because of how awesome our customer service was:) We were guided through the purchase by Miko who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable!!!:) we were not rushed at all! in fact, there were other customers who came in while we were looking, he helped them and immediately came back to us, AND he gave us a few freebies “for the inconvenience”, but there was absolutely no inconvenience at all!!:) couldn’t be happier with where we chose to do business ♥️

Extremely knowledgeable and personable staff at the Mentor location. Scott greeted me with a handshake and answered all of my questions with ease. I left happy with my purchases and will definitely be back. He even commented on my super obscure concert t-shirt and told me some interesting stories about the band which I hadnt known. I would probably go back just to hang out with Scott.

Great pricing great staff .. exchanged a glass pipe that had a Crack it it that was hidden until I took off sticker ... overall great place

Greatest disposable vape selection out of any store Ive been to and the cheapest vape prices Ive seen. These ones have 5,000 puffs 10 mL of nicotine.

Its a great store everything you could needHowever when I walk up to the door at 5 minutes till 10:00 and the girl rushes to beet meTo the door and says I already counted my drawer .And then locks the door . I ASK THE OWNER ? Are you open until 10PMOR 9:45 PMornot

The young man who works here has waited on me many times. He is not very friendly or helpful. I think he doesnt like being disturbed during his nap time. I have spent alot of money here. This kid needs to learn a little about customer service.

Im so obsessed with this place already and it just opened! Ive already been here twice. The employees are super knowledgeable about everything in the store, which is awesome. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. 10/10 for this place!

This place is Huge and beautiful! I always have such a great experience every time I go. Miko is very kind and knowledgeable. I totally recommend vitrum.It smells good too. (The store).

GREAT EXPERIENCE. My first time there. I knew exact piece I wanted and the guy got all excited and was super nice. Been looking for this piece for a while and this was the only place to have it. This is my new go to shop. Place was big and clean too.

I purchased new coils for my vape, and it died that night. I went in the next day to buy a disposable vape, when the employee informed me that a replacement vape would only be a dollar more expensive. I had my coil from my previous vape with me so I was ecstatic when I got a new one and didn’t have to waste my previous purchase! Great place with friendly and knowledgeable employees!

Just checked this place out for the first time, super nice inside with a huge selection of everything you could be looking for, the salesman working the register was super helpful, friendly and was knowledgeable, he also even set up the product I bought for me, 100% will come back again

Great little smoke shop, the employees are super nice and knowledgeable about what they are selling. A great addition to mentor on the lake with a wide variety of vape and tobacco accessories and set ups, so happy to have this so close to us.

The delta 8 Chocolate 🍫 bars are to die for! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have, and they have a very good selection of different products that I personally love trying out from the delta 8 edibles to their concentrates I love them all.
