The 2 Ladies and the gentleman that helped me in this particular VAPE store were amazing they treated me courteously and helped me with all of my questions and had the perfect answer. I was happy when I called ahead and found out they had the specific nic salt brand and flavor I was looking for. The visit and service was swift. Sam the associate did a decent job of finding the juice I had called about but didn’t seem very familiar with the product telling me they only had my flavor in 30mg salt. When I reached my car and examined the bottle it was indeed 50mg nic strength which was fine, but the information the associate gave me was mis leading.I got the flavor and brand I was in search of though! Store was clean and organized.

I cant say enough about how great my experience was at this location!I drove from Nampa to this store and Jocelyn was a joy to deal with and made it worth dealing with the traffic to get there!I hope the company appreciates her as much as we do!Thank you Jocelyn for your kindness and your extra effort you demonstrated.Im guessing youre like that with everybody and I wish more businesses had employees like you, your location and the company are lucky to have you!MrBill

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have always been very helpful when I go in there to get my regular stuff or find something new. They also have reward points that are good towards future purchases. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my cape stuff.

I have never been lead astray by these guys! Athena and Sidney have always given the best recommendations from juice to mods, kratom and wraps, they really know their product. I wont shop anywhere else and neither should anyone else. They genuinely care about their employees AND their customer base. 10/10 would recommend!

Athena (MB) and Aurora are absolutely wonderful. They are eager to help you find what you are looking for and often offer great suggestions for trying new things.Athena is impressively knowledgeable about not only what they sell in this store but also what their competition has. If you cant remember a name of your device or flavor just give her a description and she can figure it out.The staff here has also helped to check sister stores to see if there in stock of a product I may be looking for. They even make a call to let the store know I am on my way.If you do stop by, make sure to say hello to Walter and tell them Papa Jim sent you.

I was helped out today by a really kind girl and she really took her time explaining the vape to me, the flavors and what she recommended, she assembled my vape for me. I’m not a newb but it has been several years since I had something other than a disposable. She was super sweet and really took her time with me. Wish I got her name. Thank you!

People’s are always so nice and helpful in these stores.

Staff was unhelpful and unfamiliar with the products being sold. Visited twice recently, same experience both times. Sigh.. I really, really, really dont like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes Im left with no choice :(

Had a great experience at this location. Went in there just to get some questioned answered on coil choice. An employee named Marcus was able to help me, not only did he answer my questions. But he was able to make suggestions on what worked best for me as an individual. I went in for advice and walked out with coils / juice / and a new mod! I would have made some dumb purchases had I gone elsewhere. Marcus was instrumental in helping me get set up. Couldn’t have had a better experience with this young man. 5 stars for great customer service and product knowledge

Ricky was awesome! Not only did he help us pick a awesome vape juice he also was just amazing at his job. I’ll definitely be only coming back to see him!!!!!!!

Worst cape store EVER! I’ve never had worse customer service experience ever in my life. Horrible employees and management, I’ve been in several times and always had a awful experience! Not to mention the devices have not worked and they didn’t refund or work with me. BEWARE DONT SVWR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! the cape loft is right up the road and has better products and way better people selling them to you.

The guy working there was helpful and extremely friendly but its pretty gross to walk into a shop that size and not be able to see across the store because its smoky. Multiple people constantly vaping. They were pretty proud of it too. I think a good business practice would be to keep it clean and clear while people are making purchases. Theyd get 5 starts if it werent for that.

This place USED TO BE my favorite. Points rack up quick for discounts that count (WHEN THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED WHICH NEVERS HAPPENS ANYMORE SO I go to another shop that has better prices. The manager said that his “system was down so I couldn’t redeem my points last time and was supposed to credit me back later but didn’t. It’s impossible to get somebody to answer the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail and the last time I called they said they had what I wanted but when I got there they did not.

On my way to work today I decided to pick up some disposables. I stopped here and got two cali bars. It wasnt till I got to work I realized one had leaked in the bag and was burnt/defective. I figured no big deal Ill get it swapped out after work. Once I got off work I figured I should call and make sure it would be ok. I called 4 different times with no answer. The first 2 times (spaced about 10 min apart) it rang until it hit the voicemail, fine maybe theyre busy. The other 2 times I called they answered the phone AND IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP. I heard the click, heard a breath for a second, then they hung up. 2 times!!! I get that closing sucks but are you serious?? I am so frustrated. I guess I spent $8 on a broken device for nothing. Will not be stopping at this location again.

Poor stock was out of everythingThan 2 employees were there just one was in back while people waited in line no worries... Than my card was approved and the employee looked at the screen and said idk what to do either accept or void my card after it said approved on my end... Will be taking business else where

Hands down the best vape shop in Idaho, no matter what location. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been helpful, patient and knowledgeable! They arent going to try and upsell you on anything that you do not need and they have always been 100% on top of product recommendations. Not to mention the awesome reward system that they have (who doesnt love free juice!) And their happy hour. I wont shop anywhere else!

Great customer service, got my first box there and had problems with it over the next two months but they were great and worked out a deal since they knew I was having problems and left happy. Best vape store I have gone to.

Good service I was helped out by Brandon and Kaylee they made me feel at home in the store and was very knowledgeable about all the products and its become my number one vape shop.

I went to Vape and the person that was helping me could not help me, the individual did not know about anything I was asking. Im sure this is not reflective of the company as a whole though. They have a nice place, good prices.

Guy that was there was very rude and unfriendly all because i had to bring me child in with me. I couldnt leave the at home they are to young and i was not goin to leave them alone in the car. Ive taken them in there befor and they sat on the couch and waited yell we left. Not this time with how he treated me and my kids, i will not be going back to that Vape again.

Amazing. The guys are so friendly and helpful, and extreamly knowledgeable. The only vape store I frequent. Ive been to others but this one is by far the best in the valley!

I went in and ask for a USB cord to charge my vape and they gave me a whole kit that if for a battery mod when all I asked for was a USB charger for my pin and and when I left and opened it up it was a kit I didnt even need and they charged me 13.99 plus tax for it I even showed the guy what kind of charger my pin took.

It’s a very friendly place. they will do their best to accommodate ur needs. large amount of product.
