I.T. M. Thai Massage

All I can say is, WOW! I had a 90min traditional therapeutic Thai massage from Amy, she did an INCREDIBLE job. Ive been a licensed massage therapist myself for over seven years, and I can tell you right now, with my personal insight, Amy has a gift. Shes extremely intuitive, she seemingly read my mind, and worked on ALL of my trigger points, which hurt soooo GOOD. Shes incredibly receptive to feedback as well, despite the language barrier. She accommodated me in making sure she massaged all the areas I asked for, plus she did it all with the perfect amount of pressure. She, like myself, is much stronger than she looks! This was my very first Thai massage AND she incorporated hot stones, which Id also never had before. Thank you so much, Amy! I will be back again and request you, for sure.

Recently I moved and had to find a new massage therapist. I. T. M. Massage is close to where I live now. I decided to try them, and at my first appointment Davey was assigned as my therapist. I have had 3 appointments now. Davey does an excellent job of flushing out toxins and providing relief for my chronic pain. He is well deserving of 5 stars. Davey has a kind, gentle personality, and I plan to continue seeing him for therapy.

I.T.M. massage is the best place to get a massage. Their staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The rooms and beds are very clean. It’s a great relaxing experience. 👍👍

Tried for the first time and had an excellent massage. Interestingly enough I almost didn’t go in when I arrived because the entryway was very uninviting. But I’m glad I did. The interior is as nice a space as any non-spas I’ve ever been in. Bottom line of course was the excellent massage itself

I.T.M massage is amazing! They were able to take us in within an hour of us first walking in the door! This Thai massage was the best massage Ive ever had. Lucy was very professional and attended to my every need she applied the exact pressure to all the problem areas that I had previously. I will definitely being coming back next time I visit and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I have painful osteoarthritis and until recently, due to the pandemic, hadnt, until the past several weeks, been able to receive regular massages for 14 long months.I met Emma about 2 weeks ago when I visited ITM Thai Massage for the first time. She gave a very careful, deep tissue massage that helped loosen up tight joints and muscles in my neck, lower back and hips. I was sore for about a day and made sure to drink plenty of fluids to help flush out my body after my massage. It was wonderful to have my muscles and joints relieved of some of the built up tightness.Today, Id scheduled a 90 minute massage with Emma and with the increased time, she was able to treat my usual, tensed areas more thoroughly. Yes, Im going to be sore for a day or so, but like physical therapy, the payoff is more strength, and range of motion and the big one, less overall pain.ITM Thai Massage is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great massages for all types. I go often and have a great experience every time. They target problem areas and I always leave feeling good.

Very poor massage. My back was converted into a oiled slide that Lucy glided on with very little massage. I wanted a full body massage and she spent 45-50 min on my my back... she didnt even touch my feet. Not sure of any Asian massage that doesnt massage your feet.

The massages here are great! Go here about once a month and really have never had a bad experience. The people there are also very nice!.I only have one complaint and that is sometimes it can be a bit noisy. They dont fully close the doors to the massage room (could be a safety thing but not 100% sure on that), so because of this you can hear people walking around or talking in the hallways. This problem from my experience only happens when they are busy.

This place by far is the best!! My husband and I go there quite often. We had a lot of massages overseas and were spoiled so we’ve gone around the valley including Scottsdale and tried quite a few massage therapy places and this place is the best and reasonable price too. I’ve referred people there and agreed that therapists there are excellent.

Just had an hour deep tissue, Cant wait to come back for 90 minutes. A wonderful experience.

I can’t express what a healing experience I’ve had with David, who is the best therapist I’ve ever had work on me. I came in with a pinched nerve and a great deal of discomfort. After my first massage with David, I felt so much better and in less pain. When I think of massage I think of healing. I’ve been to many massage therapists and can say with extreme certainty that David and I T M Thai Massage are by far the most healing. I highly recommend a 90min massage as the stretching they do and the work on your sore muscles 60mins will leave you wishing you chose 90mins instead!

They are my GO TO. I was so sad when I got pregnant and couldnt get massages here after a certain point in pregnancy, but I understood why! I was back just a couple weeks after my daughter birth! They are SO healing and relaxing. I go as often as I can and get a Thai massage with aromatherapy. They treated me SO good on my birthday too, and we upgraded to 90 minutes and it was just heavenly! I took my brother here for his birthday last year! He will be coming back and bringing more customers for sure! Thank you ITM!

The massage here was completely awesome!!! the only thing I would change about my experience is if I wasnt forced to leave a tip @ the end ( I was it ask the amount To Tip, She told me what my total would be including the tip). you should let your customers leave a tip on their own. I was Definitely going to leave a great tip anyway because of the amazing job that was done. Its just a bad way to end a great visit overall.

Excellent. Jenny was really deep, which is hard to find. Perfect massage, and a very kind person. The place is clean and has a serene ambience. The only thing noted was the owner pointed to a sign at the end asking for 20-30% tip, after I had given a ten dollar tip for a one hour massage. This seemed intrusive. I hope the staff get paid well, they deserve it. No owner should ever ask for a tip. This is highly in appropriate. It makes me feel like they underpay their workers.

Great place for an incredible massage!! I have now been here three times and each massage style has been great. If you get Amy she is fantastic! And don’t worry, even with the lomi lomi massage they are nothing but professional! Best in the valley!

Over the past few years, I have been to multiple professional Asian massage spas in the East Valley. But none compare to the great deep tissue and reflexology sessions I have experienced with ITM in the past 2 years. All of the therapists are awesome, but they are all different. So, regardless which lady that the manager, Lucy, pairs me with, I am always relieved of my aches and pains. I cannot find a better spa with several excellent therapists, so I return at least once month. And a great massage deserves a nice tip.2/19/22 Another great deep tissue massage from Amy. I always get a 90-minute massage. Amy seems to instinctively figure out what parts of my body needs the most work. Usually, its my neck, shoulders, upper & lower back and legs. Today, she worked hard on my arms and hands too. And I had asked her to give me some stretch segments, which she did, going to the extremes that I knew she would.

I was expecting a traditional Thai massage where they soak your feet in water then massage your feet first. They never did that. However my massage therapist did walk on my back which has never happened 😅 it was cool but a little too intense. Also I have never had someone work the knots out of my arms like that! Overall 4 stars because it wasnt the best Ive received but it was good in some ways.

Just had another great massage. I started coming to ITM soon after it opened, 2 years ago. All of the therapists give a great massage. These ladies always deserve a nice tip. Lucy, the manager, is always pleasant and helpful. The spa is exceptionally clean. I feel refreshed after each 90-minute massage, especially with a walk-on-my-back. I hope that Covid restrictions will be over soon, so I can get a Traditional Thai Massage. Ill be back soon.

Superb massage. I get massages every 2 weeks and this was one of the best I’ve had. We were in town for a softball tournament and my husband and I both got 90 minute massages which were amazing. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Ive been to ITM several times now both before and after the global pandemic started. Their customer service is always great. The place is modern and clean. They offer different types of massage and none have disappointed. They are a real find and a local business Im happy to patronage.The one negative review I read here just does not seem like it could be about the same place. They have always adjusted pressure and/or focus areas to my request and I have never had anyone there even mention a tip. They are always super courteous, professional, and accommodating.

The man that gave me a massage had no idea what he was doing!!! Did not listen to what I wanted even telling him many times. I should have gotten up and walked away. It was NOT a massage in any way shape or form. He just kept poking his elbow into me. Terrible!!! At the end he gave me a karate chop on both shoulders.......Hard!! I felt like slapping him. Worse place ever to try and get a massage.

Its not cool when you cant relax bc despite pointing out the massage you wanted AND the lady acknowledging by asking what temp you want the poultice...you NEVER GET IT. Then when you check out they say next time without any attempt to correct it so you pay full price for what you didnt want. Haha maam, Im not coming back. Massages are supposed to relax you, not cause anxiety. Beware, their website is also out of date. No continuing education offered AND massage prices are uped. I still tipped my therapist bc thats who I am but noway theyll get my business again.

Went today and had a 1 1/2 hour combination massage. Linda did an amazing job. I walked out wobbly because I was so relaxed. She knew just the right amount of pressure for my back, neck, arms and legs. I will definitely be returning.Thank you Linda

I got a Hot Poultice Massage by Emma. It was good. I will return for a Traditional Thai Massage next time. The facility is clean, beautiful, comfortably furnished, quiet and just the right temperature; all the things you look for in a relaxing space. Im going back and I would recommend it to others.

Soothing massage. LIN was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxing, friendly, and I would recommend the Thai massage over any other.... Lin was great!!!

It’s been a few months since my last visit to ITM tonight I had a new therapist named Lena she was absolutely amazing one of the best messages I’ve ever had.

She Demanded I give her more money and not just any tip, 30% of your service. There’s no way I’m giving $43 of a Tip for an hour massage. This is not a way to keep customers. We Wont come back.

In from out of town, randomly ended up at ITM Thai Massage. I wanted an Authentic Thai Massage.. they are hard to find. Emma was really nice and did a great job! I recommend Emma! Treat yourself to a massage. Make an appointment.. she stays busy.

This is a legit place that is excellent in Asia pressure point massage. I have feet issues and left shoulder/back issues due to serious accidents years ago. I am from Chicago and loved the Asian massage techniques at King Spa. When I moved to AZ, I thought that was lost! I was lucky to find this place... I do admit I truly miss King Spa and there facilities, but at least I get a great massage.

We have been here several times with zero complaints. These lovely ladies work hard at taking vare of your body needs. They to simple and deep tissue massages. We prefer the deep tissue walking massage. Yes you are a bit sore for a few days but afterwards like a million bucks. We highly recommend this establishment!!

I had an awesome massage. I have had massages at day spas in Sedona and Scottsdale but this by far was the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in years.

Amy was my massage therapist and relieved all my back pain with a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend I T M Thai Massage and will be there again in the future.

They were prompt in getting me in for a 1 hour massage. Cant say it was good as my regular spot but its wasnt horrible either.

Always feel better and much less pain after deep tissue massage by Amy. Similar to massage for physical therapy.

Total wasn’t worth the trip.My masseuse new nothing of reflexology and she had the pressure of a child. I asked three times for deeper pressure.I still tipped her 10% to be kind.She then demanded I give her a bigger tip. Repeating to me “I want more!”!!!I will never go here again!!

If I could give these place 100 stars I would! Jenny was absolutely amazing! The prices can not be beat and I really appreciate not being pressured to add on or add additional time but it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted so I added 30 mins .

Great massage by any of the masseuse. I have made appointments and just walked in. They have accommodated me every time and didnt wait more than 15 minutes when I walk in. I do allot of driving and a good massage for shoulders and back relieves tight muscles.

Good massage. Many different techniques available. I had a thai massage a d felt like a folded pretzel, afterwards I could tell its what my body needed. Definitely remember to drink lots of water afterwards.

Good massage, there were a few things I mentioned wanting different but she didnt seem to understand me. Other than that it was good. I did the deep tissue massage.

Charged more than what the website was. When I told the lady. She just said it wasnt updated on the website. So its not $60 like website quote so when you get there its actually $70 for an hour basic
