Grace was wonderful. She was very good at checking with me to ensure i was doing ok. Her touch and pressure application for my knots were perfect. I felt so much better, less tight and stiff afterwards.

Wade was incredible! His deep tissue massage greatly helped my neck mobility. I had been in a lot of pain before coming in (neck, shoulders, and back mostly), and I felt so much better after the massage. It was a painful massage, and he spoke with me throughout the process which really helped to distract me. Hes also very knowledgeable.

I received a deep tissue massage from Angela last week and she did a fantastic job! She was excellent at finding the spots that needed extra attention and applying the right amount of pressure. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good therapist.

I am post-stroke, with shoulder and arm muscles out of sync. Michael was respectful, and totally understood my condition. The massage was intense, but very beneficial. The support staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit.

This place is an absolute scam! I signed up for a membership, but was unable to continue the membership after 2 months. I paid for 1 month and was owed one massage and because the second payment failed they wont even give me the massage that Ive already paid for. Not to mention the staff is rude and the place is covered in dust, definitely not the place for relaxing restorative massage!

I bought my wife a membership Because I love her and Care about her health 4-27-22 .My first impression is very good. Im giving elements massage a chance after being very disappointed with the routine cancellations from another well-known competitor.The staff was very helpful and kind. The building atmospheres was very nice and clean. The process was extremely easy and clear to understand. Their is no high pressure sale. You can get something that will fit your needs and your budget. I will update this review later to let you know how everything goes.

Trevor was the best! I usually request a female therapist but forgot when I made the appointment. Now I’m glad I did! I travel a lot and get massages every place I go; along with regular massages when I’m home. So I’ve had a lot of massages. I can honestly say this was in my top three massages of all time. And I just got a massage a couple months ago at a top spa in Bora Bora. Trevor’s massage was better than that! I wish I lived closer and could come back regularly!

Contract fraud! I was scammed! Its a franchise but theres no one keeping the owners accountable like other franchises Ie seen. I was continually charged for massages even though I canceled my membership. I didnt notice theyd charged me for over a thousand dollars worth of massages because I was in and out of hospital. Then they avoided my calls for months until I tracked down the owner on Facebook. This place intentionally loses membership cancelation forms so they can keep charging you. The owner sent me a copy of the contract that I supposedly signed... but its clearly not my name and signature! I was charged for 13 massages that immediately expired when I filled out the membership cancelation form (which had to be driven to me because couldnt get out of bed. This business punishes people for being poor with their shady practices.

The staff is so friendly. They know you after a time or 2. They work to find the best therapist for you.

I really love this place. I work hard and enjoy self care time. I’m sad that I’ll be moving and can’t take this place with me. It’s always clean and the massage therapist are always on point! The front desk staff is helpful and always courteous. It’s a nice place to join as a regular.

I took my granddaughter to Element Massage because she was visiting and she knew I used to have massages at least once a month before I retired and moved to Arizona. We both thought our massages were fantastic. I had forgotten how relaxing it is. I will definitely go back and may look into getting a membership. Everyone was very professional and Estevon, my therapist continually asked how the pressure was, as did my granddaughters. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Definitely worth traveling to! I will make a point to go now when I come to az every year for this! Wade knew what he was doing and fixed so many long going issues I had with my lower back and neck! Thank you guys!

This is my new favorite place! The last year I’ve gotten monthly or more massages! They are all fantastic and you can’t go wrong! I’ve had man’ many massages with many of them but my favorite lately has been Eric! He has done such good work on my shoulder and back. Try them out!

Never have appointments available for anything spontaneous. Usually you have to wait at least 4 to 5 days to schedule a massage. Therapists Ive encountered are okay but not experts or anything better than Ive ever experienced. A $20 premium for an expert is a bit much on top of what you already charge. Membership is a joke. Fees and fees and more fees. Want to cancel a massage. Its $30. No thanks. I willl go the Asian massage places that offer more for less and actually Ive received better massages there than anywhere else. Save your time and money. Very disappointed after trying both massage envy and elements massage. For the record. Envy had better therapists too with less experience.

Went in for a 1 hr with Amber K today and she was WONDERFUL! Had some neck and middle back pain and she really helped me feel so much better by the end. I loved that she was explaining some of the things she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Front desk ladies were also very welcoming and sweet.

Great massage center. They were able to accomodate me last minute and had some openings. Front desk people at this location are very friendly and welcoming. Note, they will need your card over the phone just in case you no show. Also, show up 15 min earlier if its your first time at the location since you will have to fill out paperwork. Plus, that way you can sit down and enjoy some of their free bottled water and relax before your massage.The therapist- Estevan- was great. He was laid back and easy to talk to. Got a relaxing massage and my pain spot is feeling much better. Although I wish it didnt have to be 50 min and the full hour... (though this seems to be the trend with Elements/ Massage Envy locations- they deduct ten minutes off for dressing).Other than that, it was great. Therapist did amazing and I felt so much tension released too. He also made sure to check in on how the pressure was feeling and he did amazing, customizing the massage to my focus areas.

I had a great experience here. My sisters and i came in for a massage. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful when they greeted us. The space was clean and pretty. My massage therapist was great. I had a cold and she not only gave me a very good therapeutic massage but helped with my cold symptoms to make me feel better when I left. I would recommend Gilda if your looking for a therapist with strength and care.

This place is awesome! Im like a little kid at Christmas time, waiting to go in for my monthly massage. I wish I could afford to go in every week.The staff are super friendly, the space is clean, well kept and relaxing. They tailor your massage to you, your needs and liking.Estefan is amazing, his technic and pressure for me, relaxes not only my sore and stiff muscles but also my mind. I will not go anywhere else again.

This was my first massage experience. The staff at the front were very kind, helpful, and personable. The therapist, Michael, was very knowledgeable and professional. He has me on the road to recovering from years of injury to my neck! The facility was very clean with a calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I will absolutely be back!

Dont have a ton of money so this a a gift I splurged on for my husband. I bought him an hour massage. His appt was 9am. He was taken back at 905. Then given 10 mins to get undressed. He looked at the clock when the therapist said they were done and it was 956. You should allow time to get undressed and dressed without it affecting the hour that was paid for. Advertise the massage is only 40 mins instead of an hour and maybe charge less.

I was able to get a next day appointment for a 90 minute. The process was easy and no sales pressure. Kerstin was my therapist and she did an amazing job of patiently working on my trouble spots. I have found huge relief in her work and will absolutely be going back. The salt stones are divine.*It has been a couple of months since my first review. I just recieved another great massage at this Elements location, this time I was with Kayla and she also did an absolutely amazing job really paying attention to my problem areas and helping to alleviate the tension and pain in my body. I am so relaxed right now. I believe you are likely to always receive a quality relaxing and therapeutic massage at this location. I have not been disappointed. The therapists for therapist.

Nancy has a gift of muscle healing! She has been absolutely wonderful. The tension in my neck and shoulders has decreased drastically since Ive been seeing her. Nancy is really sweet, at the beginning of the session she asks what specific problem areas are present and really utilizes the hour I had to provide the best service. Im excited to try out the cupping service next time for deep muscle relief! My husband and I really enjoy going to this location!

Sharon worked on a knot in my shoulder that I have had a long time. Wow! She was able to release it. I am overjoyed.

Super easy to book and has been a relaxing experience every time.

Update 9/28/2021: I have since moved to Palm Beach, FL area hoping I would find an Elements that is just as awesome as this location. But talk about disappointment! Worst customer service ever. So I reach out to Tyler Burton(East Mesa Manager) to cancel my membership since I was not having any luck at the 2 locations closest to me(both about 30min drive). Tyler has been amazing to work with and easily helped me through the cancelation process. I explained the experience I had and he gladly called on my behalf to explained what I had went through. He is a keeper and truly cares for his(Elements) customers.I may no long be a member but when I am in town I will definitely be stopping by to get a quality massage from an amazing team!!!!!The customer service has always been EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Also very accommodating with scheduling and restrictions for my health issues(chronic back pain/herniated discs), I have been to other types of massage places and their customer service is no near yours.

I like that there are different options for the type of pressure used during my massage as well as additional options to add for additional benefits. It truly assisted with the knots that I had in my neck, back, and feet where it assisted and increased my mobility with stretching as well as everyday tasks. After the massage, I overall felt less stressed still even days after. I am looking forward to the benefits that I will receiving with the membership moving forward as well as my next appointment as this makes it possible for me to maintain my self-care at a reasonable monthly cost rate on a month to month basis instead of signing a 6/9/12 month contract. Friendly staff, professional, clean, and relaxing. I really enjoyed the upgraded CBD oil. Also I really appreciated the way they position the sheet over you to only expose the exact body part they are working on. I don’t get massages often and this allowed me to be completely relaxed during the session. Nancy was great and very professional.

Everybody had their masks on and I saw several staff members cleaning and desinfecting common areas while I was waiting for my massage. The staff was very friendly. I would go back for sure. Everyone was kind and professional! My husband and I got a couples massage. Husband got a swedish-style massage. I got a prenatal massage. Both massage therapists asked us where our biggest problem areas were, asked if the pressure being applied was okay and adjusted accordingly, and overall, they did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Elements Massage - East Mesa. Tyler, at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable when I walked in and as well as when I left the facility. It was a very clean and calming environment. My massage therapist, Kayla, was awesome! I had been having some back pain as well as knots in my hamstrings from a sports related injury a few months back. Kayla really listened to my needs and did a great job with my massage, I felt like she was able to address all of my problem areas. I also added on the Himalayan salt stones to my session, which I would definitely do again.

From the walk-in to finishing my bottle of water before leaving, it was such an amazing experience overall. Everyone was kind and explained anything I was unsure of. Eric took such good care of me, I am so glad I was able to meet him. Thank You to all!

I have been to several massage places and with all of my aches and pains with arthritis from surgeries Elements Massage has done their job in making me feel a live again. I know I am not different when it comes to stress where it all goes on a person. They work that area where all stress goes on a body and make sure they have taken the ease off of me. The massage therapist mentioned after I had my 90 minute session that my aches are much deeper and will need something else to get into that deep tissue to ease my aches so she let me know that the next time I come in that that will be on the house. Liz took care of me and wants me to feel good. I will be back to see her again.

Hannah is very professional and customer focused. I moved to Colorado and had issues with using my membership at a different location. Hannah escalated this to her manager and helped resolve this matter in a timely manner. The therapist were also fantastic and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Signal Butte location.

I got my first massage ever from Elements Massage East Mesa with Himilayan hot rocks and aroma therapy and it was amazing! I experience a lot of back pain daily from working a desk job, but after the massage with Albert I was pain free for while! Of course one massage wont cure it permanently, but anyone with daily pain can understand what a miracle it is to get even a day of relief. At the end, Albert went above and beyond and recommended specific exercises and stretches that have helped improve my condition. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience at Elements Massage today. I went to the Signal Butte location and couldn’t have been happier with the results. I did a 90 minute with Embree, and she couldn’t have been more nice, polite and above everything else, she was amazing at her craft!!! I will definitely be going back!

Everyone was very professional and very friendly from the person who answered the phone when I called to make a reservation to the receptionist when I arrived and the massage therapist that gave me a massage. Sean is great about asking if the pressure was too soft or too firm, if I had any pain when he massaged certain areas, etc. He gives an excellent deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend Elements and their staff in the Mesa East location.

First time in, everyone was nice. My massage was magical, Curtis was friendly, polite, funny and did a great job hitting my pain areas. Deep tissue is not for everyone but if it’s for you, Curtis is your guy.

Everyone was very pleasant and the massage I received really helped with my shoulder pain. I do a lot of retracting for work and have always had terrible muscle knots and trigger points in my shoulders. We made some headway with my first massage and came up with a plan to manage my concerns. Everyone was very helpful in offering ideas to help reduce my pain.

Today I had a fantastic massage with Brett. Im a difficult client in that sometimes I feel I need deeper work to relieve my tightness from being a massage therapist myself. However, due to an inflammatory condition, I need the inflammation flushed before I can tolerate deeper work. Brett, listened to my request and my body. Methodically, she worked out my knots and tension without added pain.

Michael is amazing. Hes helped with relaxing, but also with specific problem areas. He suggested cupping for one session which amazingly helped with shoulder pain that I had been experiencing for over a year. The whole office is welcoming and helpful.

Every one there is really nice and friendly. My massage therapist Brett and Embree are very amazing. I am never in pain afterwards and have noticed such an improvement. Highly recommend this place. And its not overly price.

I just got a massage from Kaytlinn. Y’all she was AMAZING. She focused on my problem areas, gave me tips to prevent future issues and was super nice and friendly. My body hadn’t felt this good in sooooo long. Definitely worth it! I promise!

This was my first massage. My gf booked it for me to see if it would help relive some back pain. The therapist, Michelle, was very helpful and tuned in to exactly the points that were bothering me. I will be returning.

Melissa did a wonderful job. She found my knots and worked on them. She also brought up some ideas for future sessions to get rid off the stiffness and pain. Different trigger points to help with issues I have been experiencing.

Scheduled two, 2 hr massages 2 weeks in advanced, for my husband and I. Was looking so forward to it all week and 20 minutes before our massage I get a TEXT, not a call, just a text saying my therapist is ill. I understand therapist getting sick and having to leave but very unprofessional of the front desk to just text me about it 20 minutes before hand. Cancelled the other massage, wont be rescheduling at that location again.

Got a prenatal massage with Jonathan on Friday hoping to push along labor quicker. Great, relaxing massage..would highly recommend! On my drive home I started having contractions and went into the hospital Friday night...Saturday, I had my baby girl!

Wade SAVED my body earlier this week! I woke up and while doing my daily stretching/Pilates, I realized I was so knotted up - I hurt so bad. I made an appointment online early in the morning, then phoned when they opened. Jonathon was so helpful in describing each of the therapists styles, and I knew what I needed - deep tissue. Been to this location twice, I prefer the 2 hour massage, that they offer, but have yet to get one as they are hard to come by. Either the select people are not available when I am or they don’t have time allotment available. I have enjoyed both sessions that I have had.

The facility is very clean and everyone at the front desk is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Thats a big difference from other places Ive been. All the therapists Ive had have been amazing too!

Was having issues w my upper back neck trap area...was able to get an appt on super short notice. Kaycie did an excellent job in helping me return to normal. The ladies in front were very attentive also.

I had my first appointment with Elements Massage Mesa earlier this week. I have a serious Achilles injury and wanted that area treated with special care. The front staff were excellent at recording and passing the information on to my therapist Ryiah. Ryiah did an outstanding deep tissue massage on my sore muscles and also an excellent job of lightly pumping my lymphatic system to significantly reduce the swelling in my foot and leg. If you are looking for either deep tissue or also light work to speed healing of a damaged muscle or tendon, I highly recommend Ryiah.

Ben just gave me a great deep tissue massage catered to my special needs. The flow was nice. I feel much better now! I normally get a massage every 2 weeks and I will be back.

Wasnt a full hour as advertised, let in after scheduled massage and out more then 5 minutes before the hour was up, but Mike was professional and polite

I have been seeing kyla and she does a awesome job..I just went and kyla was not there so I got Laura for the first time...if you want deep deep tissue massage, Laura is who you want..I get 2 massages a month and all over the world..Laura has to be one off the best I have ever had...

The therapist, Albert gave an excellent massage. The staff overall was helpful and courteous.

AMCs takeover and upgrades were sorely needed. Nice to have reserved seating and recliners. Though the recliners could be a bit wider, it was a snug evening for full size patrons.

I enjoyed my massage given be Celina. I highly recommend her. All staff were warm and welcoming.

I didnt like the way I was treated. I paid for a one hour massage that lasted 40 minutes. No explanation given, the entire ordeal was somewhat wierd
