Sally does an amazing job. Sally always checks in to see if there are any trouble areas to focus on. She also checks to make sure pressure is ok throughout the massage. She truly cares about her clients and ensures she provides the best service. Love my monthly massages at Massage Envy. Thank you Sally!

I really like going to this massage envy. Front staff is helpful & kind. My therapist today, Missy is phenomenal. She has great technique and can do firm to deep tissue.We just clicked and my body feels so much better. A lot of muscle released. I’m definitely booking with her again!

Lester is a great massage therapist because he always asks what I want him to focus on and he hell give the extra time needed. His many other clients must feel the same because I have to book out far in advance for an appointment.

Office staff are great. They do their job and push packages and other services they provide but not to hard or to the point of frustration.My main reason for writing this semi negative review is due to the actual massage.I had only 1 main area of focus I wanted worked on. That area was beyond neglected and instead areas I specifically said I did not want at all worked on.After almost $150 spent I left feeling ripped off and the area I wanted worked neglected.

My wife’s therapist started late, took far too long returning to the treatment room (a common occurrence) and wore gloves due to eczema. While she appreciated them wearing gloves for her service…had she known in advance that her MT would need rubber gloves- I would’ve rebooked with another MT. She receives treatment once a month for 30+ years. Never has anyone massaged either of us wearing gloves.

Sonja is been my therapist for a couple months now. She is been amazing always listening to my needs when I’m there. And also she always make sure I leave with the best experience possible!!

I love my massage therapist! She has the skills & knowledge of various therapy moralities & is able to help me feel so much better during each session. I have pain before a session; I have no pain after the session! I giver a 5+++ rating!

I suffer from really bad backache/neck from a car accident and joined ME years ago and met Enrique, I was blown away but had to leave. I came back bc I needed my massage to feel better. Enrique listens to you, checks in on you while massaging and hes excellent. If you want a great massage and feel better, come see Enrique..you wont regret it.

The front staff particularly was extremely nice and very helpful. I got a facial and was very pleased and she gave me advice about how often and what types of facial I should get on a regular basis. This was very helpful to me.

Called at 3:30 pm and asked if any spots available with the female therapist for one hour. Was told they had one at 5 o’clock which worked great for me. I headed there. I got there at 4:45 and 4:50 checked in. I was brought to the relaxation room. Waited till 5:13 and no therapist. I go to the lobby and asked if perhaps I messed up my appointment, time wise. She looked and said it was at 5 o’clock. They looked for the therapist couldn’t find her. They said she had possibly gone home. They apologized. Needless to say as I was walking out and expressed my concerns and wanted to cancel my membership that I signed up for a month ago. What appeared to be the therapist walked out from the back and nothing was said. Never had this happen before. The Manager on duty was apologetic. still doesn’t take back the drive time and almost 40 minutes of Sitting there. Hopefully this will be a teaching moment for the therapist and massage envy so something like this doesn’t happen to someone else. Frustrated and still sore. lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

Rachelle was amazing! I’d been dealing with a muscle spasm in my neck for 36 hours and she was able to work it out in 90 minutes. Would usually be dealing with the pain for a week or more. Can’t thank her enough.

Kien was great! Very communicative about the whole process. Real Deep Tissue restoration and repair. Honest, friendly and respectfully professional. If you NEED deep tissue, he is your therapist!

Dana is something special! She is VERY good at what she does and will find all the problem spots and.. attack hahaha in a good way for sure!!!! I appreciate her so much. And I am not someone who enjoys being touched by random people, but she makes it very comfortable and I honestly feel as comfortable with her as I would a doctor! A very nicer doctor 😊. Thank you!!!

I will be seeing Sonja moving forward! She was amazing. I really think when you book you should request to be away from the waiting area. I was in room 1 and people are really loud before they get their services. So the noise was coming through a bit. But Sonja was great!

Kien was absolutely amazing! His medium pressure in my opinion is a heavy medium but it was much needed since I’m in the gym daily! I typically don’t have male therapists but he made me feel very comfortable.

AWESOME! I was so relaxed I think I may have fallen asleep. Great experience. Only thing I did notice was that the 10 minutes they mention about getting ready was actually 5 minutes in the beginning and then 10 minutes at the end. So my 90 minute massage was actually 75 minutes. Hope the team works on that. Other than that it was incredible!

Ive been going to this Massage Envy location for several months now on a weekly basis. Gabby has been an excellent therapist. Shes attentive to focus areas and has provided valuable suggestions for activities that I can do outside of the salon to help with pain / discomfort. She seeks feedback during the procedure and adjusts her pressure and technique accordingly. The staff at this location have been excellent. They are friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Im highly recommend this location and Gabby as a therapist.

I enjoyed my facial from Jacqueline at Massage Envy at the Superstition Gateway, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Jacqueline’s gentle touch and attention to detail made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Not only did my skin look and feel amazing afterward, but she also provided valuable skincare advice tailored to my specific concerns. Their professionalism and passion for skincare truly shone through, and I left feeling not only pampered but also informed and empowered to better care for my skin. I cant recommend Jacqueline enough and I’m thrilled she is available on the weekends.

Sally is great. A nice mix of relaxation and working muscles. She is vocal and personalizes the massage to your preferences as therapists should. Thank you Sally!

Marianne was a great massage therapist. She listened to what I needed and did a great job. Being a member of Massage Envy’s frequent use program has really helped me book massages more frequently. I know I can always get a great massage here.

Dana was the massage therapist at my most recent visit. The massage was exceptional. I went in with almost debilitating pain and walked out almost pain free. I had a 90 minute massage, she was able to find my trouble areas and work out the tension in those places. A++++

If you need someone to really work your muscles go to Missy! Shes amazing, knowledgeable, so sweet and truely takes your needs into the massage. Love her!!

By far the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had! She fixed a chronic back and shoulder issue that has been plaguing me for years. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with her, and will be renewing my membership specifically because of her!

My Massage with MaryAnne was nothing short of amazing! She really listened to what my body needed and was able to help me relax when I really needed it!

Enrique is an excellent massage therapist. He listens each time you see him, and always knows how to work out even the toughest knots.

Gabriel is my go-to massage therapist. He knows exactly what pressure I prefer/need and really pays attention to my focus areas. Great massage therapist. And the front desk was amazing per usual as well.

We had a massage on 29 april 2024, dec 10 2023, 11/12/2023, 10/1 and 9/3 with sally at signal butte branch . It was awesome .Me and my husband has been using massage envy for years. We recently moved to this area and have been using their services for a year now. We are very happy with office staff as well as their therapist.the front desk person was also kind and helpful .

Gabriel does a great job! He listens to your needs. He remembers what we worked on from the time before. I would recommend him especially if you need a deep tissue massage. Thank you for a job well done!

As I’ve said in the past, with the rate increases at Massage Envy over the errors. I probably would’ve dropped my membership if it wasn’t for the great massages that Rachel gives. If Rachel leaves, so do I.

For my first massage it was a enjoyable and relaxing experience. I will definitely visit this location again. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Super job by Rachel on Signal Butte in Apache Junction. This gal instinctively or through a lot of practice knows how to give a good, relaxing and therapeutic massage all at the same time. She uses just the right amount of lotion, the correct pressure to use for each area, is quiet which contributes to the relaxation experience, and gentle and respectful when she moves you. She is the perfect masseuse in my opinion, the total package. I always get my money’s worth with Rachel.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the second massage I’ve had at this massage envy and they are by far the worst 2 massages I’ve ever had. I am more tense and stressed (and most likely will bruise) than when I went in to get a massage. The pressure was so hard even after asking for it to be lighter 3 times. I gave up at that point. So much oil was used that I feel certain it was the entire bottle and I still feel oily after a long shower. The bottle was also dropped on the bed after use each time, so it kept hitting my leg which was annoying. I will go back to a much nicer spa for a much nicer massage with quality massage therapists. There’s so much more I could say, but I will leave it at that.

Another great massage with Rex!I splurged for a 90 minute session and so appreciated the extra time for my shoulders.

I’ve been to plenty of massage envy’s before and this location is by far the best. Alyssa, one of the front desk girls, is amazing! She is so welcoming, answers any questions you may have, and just top notch customer service. If you are interested in looking into the wellness program, it has been so beneficial for myself, then go into this clinic and speak with Alyssa. Your company is so lucky to have someone just as amazing as her! Love this place!

Ive been a member for a few years and never had anyone consistently, just took whoever was available for deep tissue. Ive had good massages and just okay massages. A few weeks ago, I got Kim. She was awesome. Best massage Ive ever had. Period. Better than any resort spa where Ive paid hundreds. Went again last night, amazing! Cant wait for my next appointment. Thanks, Kim!

I would like to preface this with, most people, if not all, who get a massage do so to feel better going out rather than going in. This was not the case for me tonight. I actually went in with zero pain and came out feeling so bad that I had to take pain medication and also use my STEM machine for my upper shoulder muscles. My time was with Dana this evening and all I can say is she really needs to work on her massage skills. After my massage was over, I informed the manager of what had transpired and she thought maybe she wasnt a good fit. No, she isnt a massage therapist. She is someone who doesnt have the proper skill necessary to be doing this for a living and she could seriously hurt someone. Slapping lotion on customers and putting your whole body weight on them is not my idea of a good time. I have gone to this location many a time, and have not reported concern about my other normal therapist before - because for the simple fact that she knew what she was doing. Nor have I complained about any of the therapists Ive had in between. This one, she was a different story. You cant not have a skill and then get mad at someone for calling you out about it. I am writing this review only after discussing with your manager on duty this evening, because I feel she didnt sufficiently address any of my concerns. I even repeated to her that I dont find that we werent necessarily a good fit, instead that Dana absolutely did not have the skill to be doing what she is doing. When I told my therapist person throughout the massage that she actually had hurt me, she got argumentative with me rather than address my concerns. At one point I asked for the time during my session, because I couldnt wait to get up and get the hell out of there. This was not a good ordeal.

I signed up for the membership because of how amazing Lester the massage therapist is. Also, the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. I dont mind the prices going up if that means my massage therapist is getting paid more! 10/10 location and of course, Ill be back!

I sincerely struggle when expressing dissatisfaction in the service industry… I just paid $150 for a microderm facial at this Massage Envy and the esthetician missed areas of my face in general, missed the requested target areas (T zone), and then only treated me from 11:12-11:38 when it was supposed to be a 60 minute facial at 11… I used to frequently get facials at Massage Envy a few years back (before a lot of products and procedures changed). I politely shared with the girls up front that I was “not a very happy camper and would like to understand if it’s the new normal or just this experience…” I tried to politely explain what was different from the video I watched of the microderm process with Massage Envy and as I was trying to explain myself, a gal who had been using her phone and drinking coffee up front interrupted me to start justifying the differences I noticed. Then she told me that they’d just “make a note for next time”. So I said something like “no thank you. That won’t be necessary. You’ve made it clear this is the new normal, so I’ll just be sure not to get another facial here.” And the girl just went back to her phone. Most service industry complaints from polite and sincere customers would get offered a corrective service or something to ensure a satisfied client (especially considering I’m a paid member). But I got interrupted and told my esthetician followed processes. I literally am crying in my car as I’m typing this. I was just trying to politely express I wasn’t satisfied and I was made to feel like an idiot. I at least managed to hold in the tears until I got to my car, but I don’t want to come back. For any services. The front desk is who you have to pass through for any and all services. If I cannot safely share with them my honest feedback then I’ll find another location or massage parlor who will. This was a very stressful and unfortunate experience that I pray nobody else has to experience. The esthetician Megan was nice, I just didn’t like the experience for numerous reasons. It was the people up front that I felt disrespected me.

Was never told about 24 hour cancellation policy. Got busy at work, alarm didn’t go off and missed appt. Receptionist was not understanding and just made excuses. Was charged for a service I didn’t receive.

I have had some knots in my back for over 10 years and in just 5 visits with Lester he has managed to work them out. He has made it easier to live my life.

Best experience ever! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was peaceful, cool, and quiet. My husband and I went here for our first massage and were so impressed by Nicky and Lincoln. We were able to be in the same room and felt so pampered! Highly recommend coming here!

My whole family (hubs, 3 teen daughters, and I) all enjoy this location. I get regular facials and my husband gets regular deep tissue massages. A couple of times a year, our girls get massages or facials for a special treat. The therapists weve had have all been skilled, professional, and kind. The front desk staff is friendly and not pushy with promos and such. We always look forward to our appointments.

I recently had a 90min massage with Eugene at this location. I normally am the customer that will always ask for a female masseuse. It’s my way of guarding from having a bad experience. Eugene has a calming aura, he’s very respectful, and is very professional. I would schedule with Eugene again with ease knowing that he is a professional and it shows. Thank you Eugene!!! Just returned to Massage Envy after some time away visiting other massage locations. Im glad that I made my return today, as the location has been renovated yet Baily and staff made my visit feel like a welcome home. The massage was much needed and Enrique did not disappoint. Overall great experience

I have had a membership at this location for over 4 years now. I have always had wonderful service (from front desk staff to massage therapists) and have always been treated with the upmost respect. From my pregnancy to just general stresses, Ive always been impressed with the therapists at this location. Although my favorite therapists are Reece and Jody, I have yet to find a therapist that wasnt able to address my specific problem areas/needs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff makes you feel at home. Highly recommended!

I had Loreen for an hour massage. She was awesome! The ladies at the front were very helpful and professional. I even signed up for a membership after my massage since I need to start taking better care of myself and this massage envy is about 5 mins from my house. I will be getting a facial the next time I go in as well as a 30 min massage from Loreen. Great place, highly recommend.

My first massage was with Sara an 8 yr veteran. She was very pleasant and did a 90 minute full body massage. She performed some deep tissue techniques as well as skin rolling. Although this wasnt my best massage it wasnt the worst. She is a good starting point. I am disappointed that this company does not have a current list of all of there masseuse and techniques they are trained in and years of study and application.

Megan did a phenomenal job. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Definitely going back!

Ive been going to Massage Envy for a couple years now... and I do find that most of the therapists are good. I have my favorites - the ones that do more than a basic massage - and really get down to the nitty gritty of deep tissue therapy and helping to relieve pain in sciatica and back. I like the membership, as it keeps me going regularly, which I need. The staff is always friendly too!

Member since moving to Arizona in 2005, and its one of my most favorite franchise concepts ever! Sure would have been great to have gotten in on the ground floor of this Arizona-based company. For the last 10 years, Ive primarily visited this location in Superstition Gateway on Signal Butte. The team is always friendly, and there are several excellent massage therapists on staff. Im a regular here every couple of weeks to keep my fibromyalgia in-check. I highly recommend this business, location and staff. Youll have a great experience, Im sure!

The best place for a stretch, massage and facial. Strongly recommend trying all three, signing up for a membership and boys you gotta try the Mens face wash kit 👍 you will thank me later!

If you can get scheduled with Dez, do it. She is an excellent massage therapist. I was a short notice request and they were able to fit me in. I had just spent the previous 3 days riding MTB trails in Oregon and my body was crying about it. She got me right as rain within an hour.

So this was my very first time getting a facial & i was not impressed at all. I actually probably won’t come back again. My esthetician was nice but i felt she cared more about selling me products and membership than what was best for me and my skin. She tried to sell me under eye cream, when my only concern was about my acne. Also I didn’t get the full hour i checked the time of when it started to when it finished. Overall spent a lot of money but was not impressed and not worth & i don’t recommend. I should have looked at the reviews before i scheduled.

Been going to this location for over a year now. When I first went everyone would know your name, now its hit a miss , getting better.However the massages are always very professional and amazing. The lady I see is friendly, alway a good conversation or somedays when i dont want to talk she can do that too. Very helpful. Suggestion bring your own water bottle. Water fountain there is dirty.

My place to relax and get a message to wind down the week. Message therapists are great, you should call and ask for a recommendation for the message pressure and technique you are looking for. Sometimes it takes a couple of visits to find a therapist whos message technique matches what you are looking for. I just found a therapist who uses the technique and pressure that I was looking for. Now ever time I go it is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The therapists are great but the front desk staff is worthless. Three different months they deducted money from my account and double charged me. The first time it happened, I understood. But by the third time I would assume theyd have their glitch under control. On top of it, Jodie (manager?) doesnt return calls like she says shes going to. Apparently shes not as concerned with fixing my account like I am. Also, dont bother setting an appoint on their website. It takes three days for them to get back to you. And even then, your time is still up in the air. If you dont call a week in advance, chances are, youre not going to get the slot you want. Bottom line: Pay out of pocket and go when you want but dont let these people have any control on your account.

I got my first Massage Envy massage at this location yesterday. The front desk staff were fun and helpful and the massage was AH-MAZ-ING!!!! I woke up this morning and for the first time in I dont know I woke up and my lower back (Ive had sciatica on occasion) wasnt tight and painful. The massage therapist who worked on my back, Niky, also was able to get rid of two knots in my shoulders that had been hampering the work that my chiropractor has been doing! I feel great!

This month ( sep27 2023) and Last month (Aug 2023) I got a massage with Gabe. He was awesome.

After 3 week on the road I REALLY NEEDED a massage and wasnt disappointed. Enrique is wonderful!

I was rather disappointed in the overall experience, particularly how they handled my feedback. Cassandra, my therapist was fantastic; friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The company used the very aggressive sales pitch on my first visit and Cassandra obviously had the corporate directive to press the upsell on the first meeting. They tried to rush me into the next appointment and membership with the assumptive close,etc. Found that rather annoying given I came to just relax and get away from all of that. Then they sent the customer service survey email, I gave them poor ratings explaining all of the above. I never even recieved acknowledgement of the feedback. I also asked to be taken off their marketing database. A rude receptionist called my wife today to confirm my next apppointment and explained that it was clearly our error that the appointment was not cancelled. They seem more about driving revenue streams than earning a client for life.

They spent time exclusively on my feet. And allowed me to get a 75 a month membership: 2 1/2 sessions a month.

Terrific massage! They are always prompt, patient and friendly .

I walked in and was asked if I was there to check in and I said, no. The associate turned her back on me and walked away. I stood there for a few more minutes no one else acknowledged me so I left. I will never go to a massage Envy again. I feel wrong having to give a one Star I received no service and was ignored after I was addressed.

Lester is a true professional with a warm a caring personality and intuitive touch.

Way too expensive. They have steadily raising their prices the last couple years yet the actual massage therapists do not receive any extra income. Massage was decent but way overpriced. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I have been going to this facility since they opened and have had nothing but excellent service. Appointments are usually available same-day, unless you want a peak time appointment in winter season, but that is still not too bad.The facility is lovely and convenient.

I’m not unhappy but felt my expections were not met I have owned a salon and spa for 38 years and am now retired I received two massages as a gift I went and had one massage one hour full body she did a good job on my back barely touched my glutes or my upper leg did not massage the front of my legs arms chest or face everywhere else I’ve gone they always worked my whole body I have one more gift card so I will go back and try someone different

This is a terrible place. They use some 90s style gym policies to cancel. Why should I have to fill out a form so you stop charging me? Avoid at all costs.

Had a gift card for a 90 minute massage, got 55 minutes of cold oil and tiny hands that was super unsatisfying and THEN got cheated up front by being charged 55 on top of the gift card! So disappointed in the lack of enjoyment today

Turning away all healthcare professionals is not ok. Very disappointing. Take the precautions we do and you will not get Covid, as I do not have Covid because I take the proper precautions.

Way too expensive. Get a Thai foot massage, they are way cheaper for just as good of a full body massage. Or get a massage at your chiropractors office and get a way better specific massage treatment for your money.

Hard to get an experienced tharipist, so not the greatest place if you actually have medical issues... but if ur just looking for convince and affordability, you probably wont be disappointed.
