Elements Massage

Ive had multiple massage therapist. They have all been great. I have my favorite, but I know if I need to get worked on, first available will not be disappointing.

Came to this location because they had far more availability than the one closer to me. Found out they also have a couples room! Tried Michelle and she did so well Im doing 90 minutes next time! Felt SO good!

First time at Elements and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michelle was awesome! She delivered top notch service💯%!! The entire team was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The 90 min massage wasTHE BEST EVER!

Its very peaceful, relaxing and calm. When I called to make an appointment I received a VM, I decided not to leave a message and figured I would just call back later. But I did not have to do that, because I quickly received a call back when they saw they missed my call. That to me is service! My massage therapist was amazing. She listened to my concerns and asked me if the pressure was good or not and ALWAYS made me feel comfortable. If I needed.something adjusted or I needed the bed warmer warmer, she was on it. At the end, I loved it so much I signed up for a monthly membership, where I can use at any location. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone and everyone!

The location is very convenient and the environment was comfortable and inviting. The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and easy and kind to work with. I was really pleased with my therapist and her ability to work out my pain points and apply deep pressure.

I was scammed! There is no corporate phone # to file a complaint. A national resentative told me I could only see their code of conduct handbook if I bought into the franchise at $15,000 and then she ghosted me when I asked for the customer complaint phone #. Its a predatory business and from what Im seeing, there are the exact same complaints at multiple locations. I canceled my membership in 2022 at the location on Signal Butte but they continued to charge me while I was in hospital for 13 more massages which totaled over $1,500. As soon as I canceled ( For the 3rd time) they wiped out all massage credits and didnt even offer a gift card. No one would return my calls and they purposely lost my cancelation form. The owner only called me back when i tracked her down on Facebook. I explained that I am an unemployed mother on government food assistance and they were taking money that I had borrowed to support my kid. The manager sent me a contract that wasnt even my signature and then ghosted me. No one will help me.

I’m never happy with my service at this location and frustrated with the company in general. Highly recommend going somewhere else

They are not master level, So do not waste your time or money, And if you cancel your membership you have sixty days to use all your hours send time and money before they take it away from you... Then im bored never satisfied and this location.. No deep tissue.. Find a better location

Very friendly staff. Leccxy, the therapist, was very informative and a great listener, really understanding my problem areas and discussing mini stretches I could do to help with the tense muscles. 100% recommend Elements Massage!

The owners were so nice and extremely helpful. We showed up early and received a tour prior. The massage therapists were really professional and polite. At the end of the session we even got care cards that recommend what we need to work on and which areas they recommend for next time.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I want to start off by saying the massage itself was awesome and the therapist Kiera was very thorough and did a great job. This review does not reflect her service at all.I called into Element Massage earlier this week and the girl I spoke to asked me if I had ever been to Elements before. I told her I had at a different location. She took my name (she should have been able to see then that I had as well) and when I asked her prices, she quoted me $79 for 60 minutes and $139 for 90 minutes. I have it written down because I thought that was quite a jump in price for 60-90 but she agreed when I repeated it. I scheduled a 60 minute on Friday 3.31.23. After the massage, Jess (according to the receipt) at the front desk proceeds to tell me the massage is $119. I told her I was told $79 and in a very condescending tone and look, she says Well, youve been here before. I looked her in the eye and said I am very aware I have been to a Elements before (not this one), and in fact, I used to be a member a few years ago. I also told her the girl I spoke to on the phone quoted me $79 and I think its only fair I pay what I was quoted (I had no idea $79 was the first time rate). She told me I had to wait for her manager who was going to be coming in soon. I looked at her and said, you dont have a manager here at all times and she said no. I had to sit down and wait, not very long, maybe 10 minutes. I saw no her call no one, but whisper to her other coworkers and I saw only one girl come in at that time but if that was the manager, she should have spoke to me herself so I doubt it was. Finally Jess calls me back up and says my manager said we can check you out for $79. Never saw this phantom manager and would have liked to talk to her myself but I had places to be and couldnt wait. While I stood there waiting to check out, I glance down and on a yellow pad of paper is written She said to check her out at the $79 and then make a note in her profile not to schedule her again. I would assume that was about me and must have been a note from this phantom manager. Well, after this awful customer service experience, a note in my profile is not necessary, I WILL NOT be scheduling there again. I liked Kiera so much, I was going to talk to them about starting up my membership again but I refuse to deal with a business that treats customers like that. The funny thing is I am very reasonable and had Jess not come at me all condescending at the beginning, I would have likely just paid the $119 and then again, had a manager decided I was important enough to speak to, I would have agreed to pay the $119 and would have most likely been back. But seeing how this situation was handled, I will not be back and will not be adding this to the list of businesses I recommend for all my groups. I felt dismissed and there was no accountability taken on their part. steer clear if you want to be important or heard.

As soon as I walk in the door, I know I’m going to be taken care from from check-in, to my massage, to check-out. The front office staff is polite and personable. Your therapists are outstanding and knowledgeable, especially Trevor and Jennifer. I look forward to my monthly appointments because there’s nothing to stress about while I’m there.

I loved that they offer different levels of massage because I like to get very light massage My massage therapist Ashley did amazing at doing this for me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also liked that they let you adjust the lights and music to your preference. I will definitely be returning.

This Elements location is by far the best massage spa I have ever been to. The entire staff is amazingly friendly, they make you feel SO comfortable and at home the minute you walk in the door. The atmosphere of the lobby is So relaxing and beautiful. The owners are always on site and they make sure that you are completely satisfied with your entire experience. They offer add ons to your massage, but are NEVER pushy about purchasing anything extra. I personally LOVE my massage therapist, Marissa. She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen to you, and focusing on problem areas and even offers things I can do at home to help with my back issues. She is simply wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for an overall perfect massage experience!

Their customer service is absolutely amazing. From the phone to walking in you feel so welcomed. They make sure to walk you through the entire process and set realistic expectations. Their prices are amazing which leaves room to tip your therapist extra. Every therapist I have had as been amazing and I always feel refreshed after I leave. Ive already referred everyone I know to them. Keep up the great work guys!

First time going to Elements Massage but not my first massage. From beginning to end, the experience was great. Booking is simple and viewing massage therapist profiles were helpful as I chose someone who not only could meet my needs but was into the type of massage techniques I was looking for. Communication was great with completing the paperwork as a first-time customer and the front office staff were all very friendly. My massage therapist was Jennifer and she was amazing. Makes you feel very comfortable and she really ensured she was targeting the areas I needed to be addressed the most. I liked that she asked me mid-way if she I wanted to have her continue on a problem area on my back or move o to other areas. Initially, I wanted a full body massage but decided the I needed extra work on the problem so I appreciate her checking in. This individualized approach is a nice touch. Afterwards, I felt soreness and relief which is common. I hadn’t gotten a proper massage in a few years so there was a lot of knots to work out! I signed up for a membership so I’ll be back as the whole experience was great.

Jennifer is the best! I feel taller every time I leave. I had to put my membership on hold for a bit but she remembered all of my preferences when I came back and the whole process was very easy. A membership here is totally worth it!

Cozy and Personalized. Nice staff. Wendy gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had, and Ive had many. I didnt feel like she had a canned routine. She used different gentle techniques to relieve tight areas and listened to my body taking the time not to push through muscles prematurely. She was quite knowledgeable and confident. I felt so relaxed after the massage and was not sore the next day. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked in the door I immediately felt welcomed. Very professional, informative and kind. The entire facility is spotless and organized. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had my fair share, Emily definitely has skills and knowledge that impressed me and will keep me coming back. I had such an amazing experience today with the Himalayan stone massage!! It relieved my stress on my upper body by a LOT! I would definitely recommend it! I love this place, it is very relaxing and clean. The therapists Ive had so far are great. I could honestly say its better than Massage Envy! Price wise and just all around.

I love how easy it is to schedule a time; cleanliness; professionalism of all staff.Naomi always takes time to speak with me about current concerns, checks in on pressure, confirms the table warmer is a good level, and even carefully avoided a recent injury area upon my request. The crew at Elements Gateway are always receptive and professional. They care about you as a person, not just a client. The service level is always top notch and each therapist goes out of their way to address your needs. They also are active in the community, which makes them a great neighbor. This place was wonderful. My husband and I both woke up with stiff necks from travel and were able to make a same day appointment at Elements Massage. The staff was very helpful and asked us questions to match us with the best practitioner. We saw Marissa and Julian and they were great! Highly recommend!

You guys are very professional about what you love and are there for the caring needs of your clients and so forth I would highly recommend you to anyone that asks about getting a professional massage as I believe you guys love what you are doing and know what you are doing. When I think about getting a massage Elements is where I always want to go. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the owner truly cares about the service you receive. In addition, the facility is beautiful and very clean which shows the staff takes pride in what they do. I absolutely enjoyed my massage with Cassandra, and without a doubt will be back to see her in the near future. Thank you!

I believe my appointment was with Kelsey. For the life of me I cannot remember and it was not in my email or on my card that she gave me when the session was over. She was amazing! I expressed my concerns with pressure since Im very small and let her know what all was hurting. She constantly checked on the pressure as my entire was body was very tense. I reassured her that pressure wise she was doing amazing. When it came to my neck, I had tension headaches from my neck hurting so bad (30 days straight) that when I had walked into my appointment, that was actually the first day I had not experience the headaches (thanks to Excedrin migraine). Which is great. she expressed concerns on my neck with the amount of tension that was there and what she called crinkles. Like little bumps. She gave some helpful advised that I had already been considering. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I feel a lot better after my massage 5 days after. Still experiencing pain but not from her and its very little now. My headaches are dissipating more and more but because of the tension that occur. Just not as bad. I even scheduled another appointment 3 weeks out with her and I cannot wait. Thank you!!!! Hope she sees this!!

This was my first massage ever. I wanted to do something for self care that was also out of my comfort zone. The staff at Elements made me feel very comfortable and were very informative. My massage therapist was professional and provided a phenomenal experience.

Love it! For being a franchise they make it feel very personable. Carolyn at the front desk is awesome. She makes you feel very welcome! Wendy is great with prenatal massage as well as any other massage. The staff all seems very knowledgeable and well educated!

The two- star rating is not because of a bad massage, I didnt even make it that far. I called to find out about their services, availability, and rates and the receptionist was so unpleasant to speak to. If youre not a peoples person, you should stay away from working with the public in any way, shape, or form! Its extremely difficult to want to visit a place for relaxation, when this is your introduction.

My massage was great. Julian was very attentive to my trigger points and areas of need. He checked with me several times to make sure I was happy and I was. The room and the soft music was very relaxing and all of the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return.

I had a great experience here last week! It was my first time at this massage place and I had a massage with Naomi, she did a great job. She told me about my problem areas that she was noticing and showed me some stretches I could do to loosen those areas. The massage was great and relaxing. I also appreciated how thorough they were with figuring out your problem areas so that they can really work on those areas that are causing your pain. I felt very comfortable there and it helped my experience of being able to just enjoy my massage instead of feeling uncomfortable in the environment I had never been. I deffinately reccomed Elements Massage if youre looking for a great massage!

The four stars only comes because they had to reschedule my first “membership appointment” that was pre-booked a month prior, that was disappointing. But, I was rescheduled with Michael, who by the way gets 5 stars, he is a master at his craft! Very great massage therapist!!

My fiancè and I visited Elements for the first time today for a couples massage and we had a wonderful experience. From making the appointment to our therapists (Julian and Naomi) we are 100% satisfied and will go back soon! Everyone is very friendly and professional and focus on keeping you relaxed from beginning to end. We highly recommend our local Elements massage!

Everything. From the minute you walk in the door feeling frazzled and tired and worn out to feeling rejuvenated beyond words when you walk back out the door. The staff, especially the owners, are so caring and want nothing more than your best experience when you receive their services. Especially now with the new restrictions placed on businesses because of the Covid-19 virus, I felt completely safe and relaxed during my massage knowing they were taking the necessary precautions to protect me as well as their employee who took care of me. Try them - you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here every 2 weeks since they first opened, and my experience has been wonderful! The owner and front office staff are so pleasant, and I’ve found an excellent therapist here (Brandon). I’m a dental hygienist, and I have chronic neck, shoulder and back tightness/pain, but Brandon has helped to loosen these areas and decrease my pain. If you’re hesitant to have a male therapist, I’m sure that Brandon will change your viewpoint. Not only is he very professional and kind, but he pays attention to detail, makes sure to address your main areas of concern, is experienced in deep tissue therapeutic massage, and also has experience working in a chiropractic setting. I would definitely recommend Brandon and this Elements location!

The staff is very helpful in determining what type of massage fits your needs. Also, I didnt feel pressured to buy into the membership.The massage I got was for trigger points (muscle knots). My massage therapist listened to my needs and checked in with me thought out the session. I recommend going if you work on a computer all day like I do.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! It was amazing how the owner was at the site and it was 8pm! I was able to get an insight of the staff, got a tour, and the massage therapist Steve was amazing! The experience was so great I ended up signing up with their membership plan.

Among the many reasons why I like my local Elements Massage is the flexibility and talent of the owners and staff members. In addition to different types of massages offered (hot stone, Shiatsu, Deep tissue, etc.), as well as aromatherapy options, this particular Elements Massage location offers a staff that is professional, friendly, and highly talented!Some days, I can enjoy chatting during my 1.5 hour session. Other days, I require silence. Likewise, I have different pressure needs depending on how my body is feeling. Ive also just learned that I can bring my own pillow for my sessions, which are applied with a side-lay method. The fact that Elements, and my talented masseuse in particular, can accommodate any/all of my requests with a smile on their face and a song in their heart speaks volumes to the overall quality of the business.Finally, the benefits of membership! I was stunned to learn that my membership not only offered the benefit of reduced session cost for me and any massage I chose, but also for a friend or family member! Tori is so amazing. Out of everyone ive had there she is the only one who relaxes me enough to where I almost fall asleep on her. Its not only the massage but she makes me feel so welcomed and the comfortable. I tried the sweet orange aroma and it seriously smells like you just cut into an orange, its my new favorite aroma :)

Worst customer service ever! This was literally yesterday! I will not be back! Made an appointment online 2 and a half hours before the appointment time. I got a confirmation that I was scheduled with michael at 4 pm. I arrived at 336 pm as was requested to fill out paperwork and when I got there the girl at the front desk said oh sorry we can’t accommodate that today and I forgot to call you cause I was busy. I was like um... ok well then why did it say it was a scheduled appointment ? She was like well it’s only request. That was not what it said online when I made the appointment (it was for a 2 hour massage with aromatherapy btw I would have spent no less than 150 with them) I chose a time earlier than that and it took it off so if it wasn’t available then you shouldn’t be able to “confirm appointment”. I left and was sitting in my truck and I saw this girl come out and get In her car and leave- then they closed early. They just didn’t want to have anyone else because they wanted to go home early. She was rude, obnoxious and made excuses about “how busy” she was with training and didn’t have a chance to pick up a phone to call me. I’m sorry but you require I call you to cancel any appointment 24 hours in advance otherwise you can potentially be charged for not making your appointment - but you can’t call me to tell me that you weren’t going to be able to accommodate me? And on top of it your website apparently doesn’t actually let you schedule appointments ? What the point of having a system then if you might as well just call to confirm. I literally called massage envy across the street - they worked me in (granted they didn’t have a 2 hour available) but the staff was way more friendly, my therapist was awesome and they valued my time and took me back right at the time they said they would. Honestly for the rudeness of the staff I would not even bother wasting your time. Go to massage envy and be done with it. You might have to pay more but ultimately you get what you pay for and the service is much better. Elements will never get my business again. If a a manger reads this- you need new staff and people that are more customer service oriented because that was a ver frustrating and inconvenient situation that could have been avoided with 1 phone call.

I enjoyed my entire experience at Elements Massage Mesa! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming/friendly, and Julien did an AWESOME job with my massage. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage to my network and I hope to make another visit very soon :)

I love Elements as a company so much they truly care about their clients. Carolyn, one of the owners, on the other hand was incredibly rude to me when I came in to check out the studio and possibly work with her and her wife as a therapist which completely turned me off from this studio! I love Elements, but I refuse to spend my money where I am not treated equally as another therapist or a customer.

Tori is such a great masseuse , she lets you relax and communicate with only when you want to, she does not talk to you during your session , unless you decided to,she has such a great personality and knows where to message in order to get those tight muscle lose and enjoy a pain free and relaxed life, I always sleep better after a message.

My last few massages have included stretching and shoulder work. I would highly recommend Brian who has been a massage therapist for 20 years.
