If you are looking for a massage therapist look no further! Ive had two sessions with Sydney and each time has been absolutely amazing. She is professional and really knows her anatomy. Do yourself a favor and try the Ashiatsu massage. Your body will thank you. The studio was clean and cozy, very cute! Im looking forward to my next visit.

Sydney has been my therapist for several years now and I cannot speak more highly of her and The Lazy Day! It is a comfortable environment and she is absolutely professional and amazing. I highly recommend you try Ashiatsu ... that was a game changer for me and some hip/lower back issues I was having. It might sound weird to have someone massage you with their feet--but I assure you, its not. Its hands down the best massage Ive ever had.

Absolutely recommend this to everyone! Friendly service and punctual with appointments is hard to find these days but Sydney is the best. I lead an active lifestyle with a family and partake in powerlifting and weightlifting and I have found it critical to reach my potential to keep a regular appointment with Sydney as a part of my self care. Great environment, very relaxing and easy to forget how long it’s been because of the great experience. Again, gym advocate or not, high priority to try it out
