Been to plenty of massage therapists, but this place beat them all . Barbara took care of me and it was the best massage I’ve ever had ! I lift in the gym 5 times a week and cut hair all day long so the deep tissue by her was way better than I expected ! Guys if you want deep tissue book with her! Worth the money !

This place is awesome. Ive had several massages at Tao so far, including hot stone and Swedish massages. Antonio is my go-to masseur, and hes awesome. He takes the time to get to know the problem areas Im having, check in on me throughout to ask if I want more or less pressure, and deliver outstanding service. The rooms are also clean and and well-kept, and the lobby is chic. Cant wait to keep coming back here for my monthly massage!

I had an incredible experience at Tao Spa Miami. My therapist, Antonio, gave me a 120-minute Deep Tissue massage that was absolutely perfect. He found the right balance of relaxation and pressure, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff here are all very friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. I only wish I could visit more often. We had massages today with Antonio and Eder. Both were AMAZING!The facilities at Tao Spa were superb and luxurious. I had two massages here. The first was very good even though the woman working the check in desk tried to get my mother and I to do a couples massage set up moments before walking in. My second experience was terrible. I had booked two massages again, one for me and my mother online at a specific time, with specific massage therapists. I received a call about an hour after booking asking us to change times. We did as we were assured the therapists would remain the same. As we are on our way to the location I received another call confirming my mother’s appointment, with no mention of mine. Red flag already. We get into the location moments later and they said I did not have an appointment even though I had spoken to someone at 10 this morning confirming both of our appointments just changing the time. So now they are saying their system messed up my appointment and my therapist was no longer available and they pulled a random therapist to take care of me instead. I asked them to explain what had happened to my appointment since 10:00 and they said they weren’t sure. I get into the massage which was only okay, definitely not what I had booked, and the massage did not get finished as my therapist had a knock at the door and she hurried up to end the massage stating she had another client. All the way around disappointing and unprofessional experience. After the massage the woman at the desk told me that they had given my original booking to someone else moments before I got there. I’m still stunned on how poorly this was handled. Before leaving the woman said next time I book to ask for her directly, if she couldn’t give me an honest answer about everything that went wrong for my appointment today, how can I trust them with my business? Will not be returning for all of the reasons stated above. I would rather spend my money on an establishment worthy and honest.

Just had another amazing massage at Tao. I just started working out again and really needed a good deep tissue massage. I had a 90 min massage by Eger M. It was perfect. I loved that he used oil and hot stones and just the right amount of pressure. My only regret is not booking 2 hours.

The service at this spa was fantastic. We were late for our appointment due to an over 2 hour flight delay. The front staff were so kind and held our luggage in the back for us during our appointment. Our therapists, Maria and Antonio, were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They took their time with us and really helped us to relax following our stressful journey. We had the couples renew and refresh package and loved it. The place was clean and offered a shower afterward. Great atmosphere, great people, great quality, great price. We will definitely come back again when we are in Miami Beach.

One of the best experiences of my life. I normally don’t prefer massages or facials in Miami because I haven’t had the best experiences, but this time around thanks to Monique and Maria, I loved it! Best massage and facial I’ve had ever in Florida!

I just had an amazing massage with Tony. I have been experiencing really significant back and leg pain and he did a great job. He listened to me, understood my concerns, and alleviated so much tension. He used perfect pressure and was overall wonderful. I will definitely book another massage here, especially with Tony.

I had a great experience yesterday at Tao spa with the therapist Maria! I didnt have an appointment though I would suggest getting an appointment because I just walked in never hearing of this place before and the lady at the desk was very friendly and walked me through the process and got me immediately in with the therapist Maria. Maria was very understanding and competent and explaining the program and delivered one of the best massages Ive ever had in my life not only the right pressures but also a variety of stretches to get me loosened up and healed in all my tight and hurting places in my body. We definitely recommend this place to anyone whos in this area

Booked a 90 min couples massage and it was great. They kept us comfortable and I was so relaxed by the end. They gave a quick aftercare information and we were on our way. It was pretty pricey but it’s Miami so that was expected

Tao Spa is truly one of my favorite spas ever! Every time I’m in Miami, I book their massage & facial special — and I’m never, ever disappointed. It’s got the feel of a nicer spa and their massage therapists and aestheticians are top notch, all of this is done without making the spa too pricey or feel slightly too stuffy like you can occasionally find with places like this. Their service is impeccable, and every time I’m there, I think to myself, “this is the best massage ever”… and then I say it again every time I go!! Today, I had Maria who was simply lovely. She did an incredible job!! The massage with her was amazing, and even though extractions are never fun, she absolutely nailed it. My nose and chin blackheads look muuuch better! Hahah. Plus, she was so sweet and kind. Cannot recommend Tao Spa & Maria enough!!!!

I love Tao Spa and have for several years.I had a scheduling conflict and Lynn accommodated me beautifully.Upon entering, a staff member who I had never encountered before was aggressive with me for absolutely no reason. I wanted to purchase a gift for my friend and had seen a workout set the last appointment and decided before even entering that I wanted to purchase it for her. The staff member aggressively and persistently declared that I HAD to try on the set before purchasing. It was extremely uncomfortable and he continued. Even after my service was executed he conveyed to staff that HE wanted me to try it on. He insinuated that there was “no refunds” which I did not ask nor inquire about.Upon leaving I discovered that he changed the set from the Medium that I picked up to a Large.This entire interaction was extremely uncalled for. With as many positive encounters I’ve had here I refuse give Tao anymore business as long this person is there.I was just made aware that the person from the encounter is the owner of the establishment.Which makes the treatment even more disappointing.

Monique was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She is truly incredible. I don’t live in Miami and want to travel back just to get a massage by her again. The entire experience was 1,000% worth it. Thanks Monique!

Violation of privacy!! Pick anywhere else. I received a gift card from here, so excited to go. Comes to find out they called person who gifted me the card to “ask permission” if I can have the service. Gift card was under my name and not expired. No reason to disclose time and type of service being provided. Complete violation of state codes. Owner completely rude “I can do whatever I want in my spa”. If you wish for your personal information to be provided to anyone as they seem fit because it’s “their spa and can do whatever they want with it” this is your place. Such a bad experience wow

My experience here was horrible. It was not a deep issue, I left with my body still feeling sore and discomfort, the male massage therapist is definitely unprofessional. Not worth the price at all.

So I will say this. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because it’s a great massage but it’s not a big fully equipped spa day kind of place that you can spend time at other than just the massage. I got an hour massage with my girlfriend and got added a scalp massage & salt body scrub and the total with a 20% comes out to $432. That’s a lot for that in my opinion if you aren’t get a bunch more things or spending the day entire. The actual massage and body scrub was very good! So they did their job well and it was very clean and comfortable for both of us. I would recommend it if you want to get a massage then it’s a good spot just ready to get into your pockets.

Ive been traveling for 10 straight days, my feet were SWOLLEN and my back was aching. Not to mention when i walked it it was a downpour. The foot massage made me feel alive again, they also gave me a warm neck press AND THEY THREW MY SOAKED CLOTHES IN THE DRYER! Sad i dont live in Florida because i would love to come back

My boyfriend and I went for a 60 minute couples massage, and it was amazing! If we weren’t in from out of town, we’d be regulars. Also, I researched several spas in the area prior to booking and this spa was the most reasonably priced and within walking distance from most hotels on Ocean Drive.

I got the lymphatic drainage massage and was 100% pleased. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The massage was fabulous and I felt great after! I’ve only ever gotten a lymphatic drainage massage one other time in NYC and I think this one was wayyyy better and more affordable!!

The ladies all seem great and professional, skilled at their job. I waited while my husband received services. However, a tall bald manager stepped into to environment and was quite off putting to me. He is rude, his social skills are subpar and he is a micromanager to the staff. Insulting to their intelligence. It was just my experience. I hope not to hinder the staff but he needs a lesson on how to manage humans

Staff that provided the service showed lack of technique and knowledge of of the service. This place need to have professional staff that knows exactly what they’re doing. I don’t think I would recommend it.

My mom and I received full body scrub and full body massage at Tao Spa. We truly enjoyed our experience. We fill so refreshed and rejuvenated. We are from Houston and as part of our leisure time in Miami we decided to get massage and scrub. We discovered Tao Spa and we so glad we did. We did run late because we were walking looking for spot. The lady at front desk helped us out with directions. We got there offered water and we did get full time services despite we were late. Thank to our Therapists Adriana and Alex for the best body treatments. We will return.

I was not sure what to expect when I booked the services, given the website is unassuming.I booked a Pre-Natal massage for my bestie and a deep tissue for myself.The spa is very clean and serene! It was a relief from the extreme heat outdoors! The receptionist was welcoming. We didn’t have to wait too long, we arrived 10mins before and our session started right on time!Our therapists were knowledgeable and knew the pressure spot!I was mostly asleep through my session, they let me rest for another 5min after the hour and I wasn’t rushed out of the room.Overall the experience was top notch and I will certainly recommend Tao Spa!!!

I just left this place and have to write a review because if you were on the fence about checking it out, I’m here to tell you that it is SO worth it! The staff is friendly, place has good vibes and most importantly Alejandro gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten!! If you are experiencing knots everywhere and you love hard massages, this is it. He knows where he needs to put pressure and his techniques just feel incredible! Added bonus was the heated bed, heated eye cover and the essential oils with relaxing music. I was completely in another world, only feedback I would give is that at times I could hear everything the receptionists were saying which would bring me back to reality and kind of cut the flow.. but I think it’s because the room I was in was right behind them. Regardless, great experience. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to everyone I know! Thank you Alejandro!!

I came to Miami on a solo trip for my birthday. I wanted to treat myself so I booked a massage here because it was walking distance from my hotel. My experience was AMAZING! From the moment I walked In the environment was so relaxing and calm. My Massage Was With Alajendro And he Massaged my entire body so well. I recently started working out so my body was very tense. By the time I left I felt so relaxed I had to go take a nap lol. Highly recommend this place and I will for sure come back when I visit again. Book Now!!

The absolute worst staff of any place I’ve ever been to. The manager should be working the late shift at a Jacksonville Waffle House, not handing customer service or clients. I bought a package, they booked me in the wrong massage and after my massage literally yelled at me and lectured me on how I need to know the difference and tried to force me to pay instead of use my prepaid massages. The therapist came out and explained to her he does the same massage, it’s not a problem and she told him to stay out of it ! Last thing you want when you get out of a massage is to fight with the staff over nothing. It gets so much worst, but trust me, avoid !! got a refund on all myMassages will never come back and you shouldn’t either.

Booked with them for my anniversary and we showed up and they say they are fully booked and don’t have a therapist for one of us. So unprofessional and really messed up our day! Don’t book with these people if you’re on vacation.

So unprofessional!! We were in town for limited time and booked a couples for our anniversary. We took time out and drove to the spa to be told they could only see one of us. Really disappointed and No we didn’t want to go separately either. If we would have cancelled on them we would have been charged this is sad.

Ok, So.. My wife and I enjoyed an amazing massage at Tao Spa. Rode bike and we celebrated our end of a great Winter break. We are both teachers and we heard great things so we took the plunge and decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. So we drove bike to Montys and were enjoying a delicious lunch when we received a phone call from Roland the owner. I looked at my wife thinking, wow that is great that the actual owner wants to see how our massage was. But, wow, total opposite. He was calling, in an accusatory manner asking if we took or saw the air freshener in the bathroom, telling us that there are cameras outside the bathroom and one way or the other he is going to find out who did it. First time, mind you. New customers and he accused us of stealing of all things, an air freshener. If I were you I would find another spa. We are still in shock. We went back to see the negative reviews and its mostly about him being aggressive with customers.

We booked the R&R and let me tell you it was fantastic, we truly left feeling relaxed, refreshed and silky smooth. They scrubbed our bodies and Ive never been scrubbed so well before during a spa experience. I went for a 1hour massage while on vacation. Dariia was amazing. She fixed all my muscular issues that I have been struggling with. I actually have been pain free since. She gave me some advice on how to work on my own body at home to alleviate the pain that I have been having. She was super sympathetic and extremely talented in her art. If I visit Miami again, I will for sure visit the spa again to see Dariia.

What a lovely place. Soothing atmosphere and very friendly employees. Our masseuses were very skilled and very attentive to our experience. We got the mini-massage which was very enjoyable and thorough for its length. Very reasonable prices for a massage, which is what brought us in, but not a budget atmosphere.

I recently booked a spa day to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family at Tao Spa Miami. The massages are awesome and professionally done. I enjoyed how friendly the staff was from beginning to end. Although my reservation was a bit hectic due to lack of poor planning on my end, nevertheless, the staff made sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend!

Reached out to them about booking and doing a collaboration together and the staff was super rude, condescending and aggressive towards me. I would not recommend this to anyone if you want a polite and pleasant experience. It’s a bummer. Did not end up trying the spa because of this.

Great with the hands and elbows, and adjusts pressure based on patient preferences. his fingers have GPS to find those little nooks and crannies. I left totally relaxed and free of stress. I came here back in April and absolutely loved it here. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed the experience. I thought this would be my go-to spa.Unfortunately my second experience was not as amazing. The room they had me in was bigger since it had a jacuzzi. I liked the room they had me in the first time since it was smaller and gave a more pleasant vibe. Also when I get a massage they start with my back. When I got it done this time I was told to turn and they started on my front. These bothered me since I wanted the experience to be the same as the first time but is not something I hold against them.Honestly the only thing that really bothered me was that they did not have the heated table on. I was just laying on the table debating if I should say something (wasnt 100% sure if they had it last time). Eventually half way into the massage I did ask since I was really cold and the person did not realize it was off and turned it on. After this visit I did not feel relaxed like the last time. I still think that overall this is a great spa despite my last visit.

My favorite massage spa in Miami, where I have been going for years! Very relaxing atmosphere, professional masseurs and clean space! My first time getting massage after the pandemic started and I was happy to see Tao Spa had many safety procedures in place and all employees wearing masks. Highly recommend them. Today I had an hour sports massage with Tania and it was amazing!

My husband and I were in Miami for our baby moon and really wanted a relaxing massage. We booked a deep tissue massage with Ginalee and a prenatal massage with Joal. We couldnt have been more impressed with our massages. Both my husband and I said it was the best massage of our life. I was a bit nervous getting a prenatal massage, but Joal made me feel so comfortable and was very informative and professional. They had accessories for the massage to make my massage as comfortable as possible being 27 weeks pregnant. My husband said his deep tissue massage worked out many stress points and Ginalee was very informative. My prenatal massage was relaxing yet worked out so many areas of pain I have had recently with extra weight on my body. It felt like Joal knew exactly the areas I needed worked out. It was perfect and I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was the best massage I’ve ever received! Andres has mastered his art! As a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous massage therapists. Too often, I’ve had masseurs who use “time filling” movements or repetitive motions and seemingly don’t accomplish much. Everything Andres did was extremely intuitive and intentional; It’s very evident that he has thorough familiarity with musculature and how the human body carries tension. I left feeling beyond rejuvenated! I wish I would’ve gone 90-120 minutes instead of 60. I visit Miami frequently and I will absolutely be coming back for a longer session with him!

Very relaxing and professional experience with Tao Spa Miami. I booked about 4 hours worth of services for a day at the spa, and I enjoyed every minute. From booking to the every end, the staff was helpful in answering my questions and communicative about the process. Andres is extremely knowledgeable and great at all he does. Andrea is so sweet and has such a calming aura about her. Laura the Spa Manager at the front desk was so friendly and patient with me with all of my questions and getting lost on the way there. She even gave me recommendations of places to eat after my spa day and waited for my Uber to show up before leaving as it was dark out and time for Tao to close.

Excellent experience! I had a 90 minute massage and scrub with Jamie and she was amazing. I was in Miami on a short get away to recharge and decompress and this was a highlight of my trip. Its a short drive from South Beach, if you are looking at this as an option for an after beach or sun massage. It smells amazing inside, the atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. There isnt a lounge area for relaxing before or after your treatment that is the only downside.

Tao spa was amazing, the lovely smell that tickles your nose when you walk in will make you feel at home, followed by the sweet receptionist ready to help anyway they can!!! Omg my facial left my skin glowing and flawless when I arrived back to my hotel, I received several compliments. During my facial Tania talked me through each process and made sure I was relaxed!! Juan was super personable, and very attentive the swelling in my feet decreased after my massage. I would definitely recommend Tao Spa, make sure to check them out!!!!

Andres was the massage healer I needed during this time of crazy. He was a therapist that customized the massage to my limiting physical abilities and also gave me some stretches to do to keep my body from tightening up again.I will drive two hours to see him again. BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!!!! It brought me so much joy to see that. Not only are they very professional from the front desk receptionist to the therapist, but they take the time to cater to your specific needs. My massage was incredible and I left feeling so much better. Knowing that we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, special precautions are taken to make sure that all staff and guests are completely safe and healthy. Not to mention the facility is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! So glad I found this spot and I will for sure spread the word!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Andres. I’ve had chronic back pain pretty much all my adult life and have never been able to find a massage therapist that could quite get to all of my problem areas. I always just settled with “good enough”.Well, during my short stay in South Beach (visiting from NYC), I booked my first appointment with Andres (based on the reviews) and then ended up booking 3 more with him for that same week. I feel better than I have in years and my headaches have gone away. He’s a genius with his hands; you will NOT regret working with him.As for the rest of the experience at this location, the space was impeccable, the staff was super friendly, and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.

I got a sport massage by Tibisay and she was absolutely amazing! I had a bad neck injury and the massage helped a lot. Might be the best massage in south beach! The salon is very nice but I think it would be even better if they also had a sanctuary with jacuzzis and saunas. Overall I had a great experience, aside from the blonde girl at the front desk. She had a bad attitude. However I would still come back because Tibisay is the best!

I have used many massage therapists over a period of nearly 40 years - in Boston, New York, Portland Oregon, and elsewhere. John at Tao Spa is absolutely the best one of all by far.In one session, he released years of shoulder and chest tension from overwork at a computer. Usually that would take several sessions - at the very least.That evening, for the first time in years, I sat in completely relaxed and still meditation without any interference of tension anywhere in my body. For the weeks since, I can release tensions in my body as they accumulate - whereas before my massage with John the tensions were so intractable and deep-set to be released at all.I cannot recommend John highly enough. He is also very personable and likeable, understands healing and the mechanics of the body very well, and we conversed easily in both English and Spanish.If I could afford to, I would fly down to Miami Beach just to have massages with John. Really.I booked at Tao Spa because they made the appointment process so easy on a Saturday morning at 7 AM before any of the massage places opened. Their site let me select effortlessly from appointments available that day and book one that day quickly so I could go to the beach with that done. All prices and costs were stated upfront and clearly and those were the charges and costs actually charged at the appointment.WONDERFUL.

I was very disappointed. I booked a couples massage on Valentine’s Day. We specifically requested massages from Andrea and Barbara (which I still have email proof of). We even called to verify that not only were they going to be the ones doing the service, but we specifically requested that we didn’t want male masseuse.When we get there they tell us that we are scheduled with two men (which we specifically stated we didn’t want). We ask for the manager and she pretty much told us that we were lying and that we didn’t make any request. Then tells us to show her proof. I show her the email clearly showing her what we requested and instead of apologizing or showing any sort of empathy about the situation, she pretty much tells us to take it or leave it.We did end up getting our money refunded but the lack of empathy, professionalism and customer service was very unacceptable. Especially since it was a mistake in their end, you would assume they would at least TRY to attempt to right their wrong. I would never refer anyone of my family and friends to this company ever.

This place is terrible. At first glance it looks nice but the staff are all miserable. The other people waiting in the lobby were loud and obnoxious from being left over drunk and the staff didn’t ask them to keep quiet. I booked a massage and facial a couple days in advance. The massage was marginal and when I was done, no one was “available” to do the facial. They had a “problem with the system.” The real problem was the group of idiots running the joint. Do not go to this dump.

I booked celebratory massages at Tao to celebrate a friends bachelorette. Half of the group opted for Swedish massages and the other half went with hot stone. We were super impressed with Andreas, Sierra, Alexandra and Barbara. They were all very skilled and professional -- each of us walked out of the experience glowing and in a complete daze. The masssge therapists were very good and the staff was friendly. The 3 stars were because: The beds were on the warm side, in conjunction with the rooms being warm (a little sweaty) and there was a buzzing noise that kept going off and on near my ear, so I couldnt get quite comfortable. We did the couples massage. I paid for 75 mins and was disappointed that we didnt get our full massage time. Our appointment was at 3:15. We got back in the room at 3:30 because they had to clean up the room. We were taken back and were given instructions. We took our clothes off and got situated. I assume we got started around 3:35 or so. When we finished, we put our clothes back on and I fixed my hair, which was put up so it wouldnt get in the way during the massage(which I assume took 5 mins or so) and we were out the door at 4:43. Our massage may have been 60min or a little less, so I overpaid for the service we received. I did ask the receptionist, who kind of stumbled on words, when she looked at the time on the receipt. It was Fathers Day and I didnt want to raise a fuss in front of my fiance so...I just left.UPDATE: 6/27/18. I received a call from Roland, the owner/manager of Tao Spa last week, after he seen my review. The fact that he called and was sincerely concerned with my experience was awesome. He genuinely cared that his therapists were doing a top job and wanted to know how they could do better, as a whole. He explained the noise(was the aromatherapy machine) and is working on that. The beds, he explained, can be adjusted at our request. Next time I will let them know if it is too warm. He also said he would put minutes on my account for any time that was lost..and they will add it to the next massage. It was a simple misunderstanding that was resolved with excellent customer service skills! Thank you Roland.

My boyfriend and I were very disappointed. So my boyfriend booked a couples massage for us on Valentine’s Day. We specifically requested for our massages which included getting serviced by 2 women, not men, masseuse.We understand that mistakes happen and communication may have been off between the staff especially since it was Valentine’s Day. But the lack of customer service & professionalism from the manager was unacceptable.Instead of admitting they were wrong, they pretty much told us that we never made the request and even after we showed them proof, you would think they would at least attempt to correct the situation.Again, I totally understand that mistakes happen but I’m sorry, there’s no excuse for piss poor customer service.

We were in Miami celebrating a birthday and we got massages at Tao. The massages were the best! Roland and Tatiana were very attentive and gave the best massages. It takes me forever to relax so we got the 90 min massage and we loved every minute. My friend loved the extra special attention for her birthday. They are not a super plush fru-fru spa. I visited Miami for my birthday on 1/10/18 with my mother. We received deep tissue massages by Claudia and Roland. It was an a amazing relaxing experience for both of us. I came in with my friend for a couples massage and facial. The spa was clean and smelled wonderful. I had Claudia as my masseuse and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I liked and kept in mind the pressure throughout the entire hour massage. Afterwards I was pampered with Karina my aesthetician for a fantastic facial. I suffer with rosacea and she worked her magic to alleviate the redness and provide a wonderful treatment that left my skin cool and glowing. Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. Did some research before booking and all the reviews mentioned Andres. I ended up having him and what they say is true, hes the best! Prices were fair too.

So I went there yesterday since I needed to get some knots out between my shoulder blades. The reason why Im ok with one star is because the staff is just super nice and the place was clean.Before we started the girl asked me what I needed to get worked on. I told her specifically my shoulders and especially my shoulder blades. We started the massage. I paid for a deep tissue 90 minutes. For starters this was not a deep tissue. Ive been getting deep tissue massages for years because I constantly have knots at the same places. I do know what Im getting myself into asking for a deep tissue and I enjoy the feeling after the knots are out so I dont mind the pain in between to get there.She started working on my lower back which I thought was just her starting point. Ive personally never seen that or experienced it that way but I Gabe her the benefit of the doubt. Working on lower back is very dangerous if you dont know what you doing. And granted I should have stopped her at one point.. It did hurt but since my back was kind of messed up I let it happen thinking she know what shes doing. Little did I know that shes gonna stay on my lower back the entire time and is not going to work on my knots like I needed to get worked on. On top of that I have so much pain at this point that I cant even lay on my back or touch it. Im having a hard time getting up and have pain at places I didnt have pain before I got the massage. Like I said the staff was nice but nice staff is not gonna fix this at this point. I cant do my work out since I cant really move at this point and I just feel horrible.Definitely not going there again.

Great experience and staff. I called from out of state to make a reservation. The receptionist was very pleasant and even went out of her way to check my hotel’s proximity to the spa. I enjoyed my hot stone massage and felt comfortable.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unaccomodating. I also tried to make an appointment online but the calendar didnt show any dates, so I had to call to book an appointment. I had to pay a 50% deposit to book and they wouldnt even give me any flexibility in changing my appointment.

Naomi has the hands of an Angel but with the precise pressure to alleviate even my toughest areas in my neck and shoulder region. Havent felt this sense of tension relief in well over 15 years. Spa visit was great. Called to make appointments and they easily accommodated us. Girls at spa were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were attended to at all times. Definitely a nice added touch to our MIA vacation! Highly recommend Tao Spa!

I had a 90 minute massage with Claudia while here on vacation. Booked the night before and got in no problem. Staff was friendly and let me in shortly before they were supposed to open. Great massage from a knowledgeable massuese, Claudia was amazing.

I found this place as as alternative to the super ritzy day spas in south beach and could not be happier that I decided to come here for great service (and better on the wallet). Omg if you are an athlete or just trying to get in shape- go here and get deep tissue by Elvita. She stretched my legs and rubbed my arches in my feet which is a tiny miracle. Plus- the salon is adorable and walkable in South Beach.
