Club Aqua Miami

After the pandemic this place became horrible, someone bought it and removed the jacuzzi, the steam room is always closed and the sauna and pool are the only things that work, they dont provide mouthwash, not many people go and the price went up, its not worth the money. Its a shame I liked it on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, many beautiful African Americans visited it, I love them, I havent been there for a year.

This place needs serious attention! The rooms are falling apart, mirrors hanging , broken light fixtures, stained sheets and towels. The pool stinks, steam room and sauna closed , there’s no jacuzzi , mold everywhere. The showers handle are broken so are the soap dispenser or better say watering soap dispenser (so make sure to have your own soap).Outside you might run in to rats, and the play are outside stinks urine.The staff is very rude and abusive so is the manager who is always yelling at the staff and customers.Make sure to don’t bring valuables such as watches, jewelry or cash they will get in to your room and steal from you.I truly can’t believe any of the good reviews I have read, or they are not real or whoever wrote them have really low standards which I respect.Aqua is a very decadent place and dangerous. Hopefully that place will be closed down soon! For the sake of people who wish to have a good time e there and the neighbors that deserve a much better neighborhood!

After being a guest here many times, it’s ironic that I’m just now leaving a review on the only night that I’ve ever had an issue at this establishment. However, I’m not sure any of the details because the issue was Resolved by a young lady who runs the place named Anna? She is the only reason I’m giving club aqua five stars instead of three or four. She took the time to listen to my issue, corrected it, and even gave me a complementary locker for the night. I’m going to assume the issue I had will never happen again at Club aqua. If so, I will continue to visit and Aqua will continue to be my favorite men sauna in South Florida!!!

Buddy of mine built the back deck here. it is a pretty cool place but I would much rather go to club haunted house. I hear they have a trap door.

This place needs urgent cleaning and maintenance, and pass a city inspection. The showers are never clean and are in poor condition. Outdoor areas you must be careful with the amount of rats there are. .There are closed facilities that do not warn at the entrance and the areas are dirty.

After taking an Uber to get there, and the employee quoted me the $27 price I saw a sign on the window that the sauna and the steam were both out of order. I asked him what about the Jacuzzi, because somewhere I read online there was a Jacuzzi and he said that Jacuzzi hasnt been here for years. I asked him for a discount because some of the things were not working and he said we dont do discounts. I asked him to call the owner and ask about a discount for me and he. I told him I spent money to come here and I had the option of going here or the other place and I chose here. He says well lots of people spend money to come here ...I work here and I have to spend money to come here. He said if youre going to have that kind of attitude maybe you shouldnt come in. Well reluctantly, I paid because it would have been over $20 to get to the other location, The Gaythering. There was a spattering of people there and I made the best of it. I will say as it started to get dark there are several exterior steps that are not highly visible if youre not familiar with the location and so as darkness crept in (I had gotten there in the afternoon) I left. I hope when I visit Miami again I remember not to go to that place.

Had great time… met some local men and relaxed… Outdoor pool was heated and good place to just unwind.Dark room was the busiest and where everyone was hanging out. Crowded on Saturday night I had to wait for a room since they were sold out.

I had such an amazing time with some wonderful hot, local guys. The place was clean, well-maintained and BUSY!! I just wanted to play , and I did, but there was such a nice atmosphere and the outdoor maze area was great for play. Ill be back as soon as I can!

Been coming to Club aqua for years… always a good time for me. I like swimming in the pool and meeting new guys. Friendly staff . Very relaxing, lots of frisky guys!

Unfortunately no recent reviews. Place was dead - On a weekend - And remained dead the whole day and night.This is basically a shell business (look it up, I wont go farther into details). People there into drugs and not fun (ask if I party then leave after I say no).They sealed over the hot tub area (just tiled floor now). Never busy, and the scant few there have an attitude. Dirty and not updated (thats the least of it). Sad being in such a beautiful city (Miami) this place is dead and disappointing :(

Huge facility but very poorly-maintained. Pillows have blood stains. Dirty everywhere. Steamroom out of order. Do not recommend. They could take a lesson or two from Club Houston/Club Columbus.

Tried it out for the first time. Had a relaxing time. I haven’t always been interested in this sort of thing but after my experience at club Aqua I think I’m going to frequent, it ended up being very fun, not what I expected. Things livened up a bit over my weekend visit and I made some great new friends. 5/5 experience, thanks to the staff for being such great hosts too.

Went over the weekend and so happy I did met a few guys and had a great time! Both dry sauna and steam room were open and relaxing. Open 24/7 on the weekends which helped. During the week it’s only open from 10-10 which makes it a bit slower but the weekend is the time to go I will be back guys ! Thank you

I have been to a few clubs like this in the miami area and nothing compares to club aqua Miami... The service is great. Private setting that makes me comfortable. Lively people that keep the party going. Such a great establishment, i would definitely recommend to anyone!!! Definitely going to be a regular! Love the atmosphere and hospitality!!! The staff should remember to wear their masks. It’s a shame when they remind a customer but forget themselves as they are potentially exposing all of the customers they come in contact with amongst one another. Aside from the mask issue, a lot of stuff is out of order or not maintained well, it looks like some if it didn’t work pre-pandemic and they are using it as an excuse. Very disappointed with the overall facility; definitely wouldn’t recommend it. One of the staff actually said Ft. Lauderdale had a better one so next time I come to Miami, I’ll make the 30 minute trek north for a cleaner facility.

I had a wonderful time. There are no challenges. Everything happens timely like it should. We all need a place to go as men and enjoy others that are in the same frame of mind. I have no complaints at all. in fact, I give it 10 stars. People that complain have their own issues in life. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Please keep up the great work. Thanks again. Well I keep coming back so it cant be that bad. The club has some nice features such as an extremely relaxed dress code for the workout room. The other clubs are much more strict. Also it has some nice semi-private lounging areas which is kind of like a maze.Pool is nice and so is the staff. It depends what one is looking for. Always the pricing they give me on the phone is correct.

This place is awesome!Visited on Monday expecting to be dissapointed, because of the day and reading other reviews.The place is very big, like a beach house. Outdoor pool, full fledged gym, jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna. There are large patio areas with places to get busy in, though it had rained the night before so they werent all that clean.Even though it was a Monday there were lots of cool people to hang out with. The staff was also friendly.The only things I could nitpick would be that there are no free indoor beds/rooms, you gotta pay extra if you want a room when you arrive. Also the location. I had to take a bus and a train to get here (1 hour from South Beach). But the good far outweights the bad in my opinion.Will be coming back next time Im in Miami!

“Hands down” the most open and relaxing environment I’ve experienced since leaving the farm back in podunk, BFE, scared of any change including daylight savings, Indiana!! The premises are clearly well kept! My partner and I noticed that the spa area was definitely regularly pressure cleaned and the interior “fun rooms” were kept sanitized daily. If you are in the Miami area, you should absolutely swing by and check it out! Ask for Max, he’s a doll! Cheers.

A total disaster, since you call the phone they serve you very badly and uneducated, when you arrive bad treatment and when you enter very dirty, with a bad smell and dirty floors, it is a shame that a sauna in the United States is in those conditions

The dry and steam saunas are not working. The pool has bugs and the lounge areas are Nasty!

DISAPPOINTED, theres this guy member of staff called CARLOS, who treated me bad twice in just one week. CARLOS shows that he hates talking to clients. It seems like he is used to treat like that to everyone. I talked to another member of staff to try to know what was going on with prices because when I asked CARLOS about deals and pricing, CARLOS didnt explain me well, he just implied rudely that if I want to get in, I have to pay and showed me clearly that he hated talking to me. However, CARLOS didnt like that and approached me to talk about it in front of a client at the entrance and another worker, telling me that he has 3 years in business, and he wasnt rude. Also, he asked me why I didnt talk to his manager, and it was obvious because at that moment I didnt know if there was a manager. Employees like CARLOS are harmful to this nice place, which I visit every since I visit Miami.

This is the worst bathhouse ever. The place is run-down. Several facilities aren’t working. They refuse to update their prices, as well as being racist.

Some of the workout equipment is rusted and poorly kept, some machines dont even have pins of the weights.Website needs to be updated because I dont know how $17+tax translates into $33.17.The pool was temperatute regulated so the water was warm even though it was outside so that was pleasant.Hell for what I paid I might as well have gone to Club Fort Lauderdale, at least then itd really be worth it.*Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were pretty good, basic but functioned well. *I would recommend calling before going and confirming prices beforehand as to not make the trip on the assumption that the prices are the same.

This club would get five stars if it had not failed in two major areas. My basis for comparison is my own experience and that of my boyfriend at Ybor Resort and Spa, which is a facility of the same nature. The hot tub while very pretty is tiny and circular, so eye contact with the people around you is inevitable. Further, the size of the facility and extensive pathways you can traverse disperses the population so much that regular socializing is made difficult. A minor complaint but still notable is that the deck area varies in height while lighting is poor. Near-tripping and toe-stubbing was frequent until I learned the layout.It should not be overlooked, however, that its membership dues, locker, and room rates are very affordable and competitive. Just as well, the entire facility is kept very clean and janitorial staff is on-duty constantly.My suggestions are to expand the hot tub, minimize the depth of the maze layout, and provide some kind of lighting when the deck height changes to improve safety.

This is a pretty decent “bathhouse”. It’s definitely 2nd place for best gay sauna! It’s amenities are nearly on par with The Club Fort Lauderdale. Amazing and beautiful outdoor area! It transports you away from Miami for brief moment!Unlike The Club Fort Lauderdale, this sauna isn’t poisoned by its Staff. The Aqua crew is very patient and understanding. They are respectful and appear to strive to offer “the guest” a great experience. I’d have to say when it comes to staff this “bathhouse” is definitely number 1, in 2nd place for amenities, the rooms are decent. Mattresses are decently thick and provide a comfortable amount of cushion. The only really let down here would have to be the channels on the TVs. Any other place has minimum of 3 here your restricted to 1. But due to the “entertaining playground” offered the lack of digital entertainment is hardly missed or noticed. I had fun!

OMG. NO. I have been to clubs like this throughout the country and world. This was by far the saddest. There was almost no one here on a Friday night. I did not believe the other reviews. But I will not be back. So sad.

I consider this place iconic, to me its the Stonewall of Coral Gables and it shows that there is an openly gay friendly connection in that community.

Very nice place staf is on top of everything from customers service to keeping everything clean and organized. The maze is a little confusing but overall the experience was great. I recomend The experience!

Maybe it was a off night but the Saturday night I was there was surely a slow one. The place is dated and needs repairs ( Shower handle broken). Nothing left a impression to return.

The facilities are ok, but they are nothing special, the welcome was not courteous. The atmosphere was bad, the type of people there were not good, except for a few. Ive only been once, so I dont know if other days it will be better, but I didnt like it today. I dont think Ill go back

First, they dont tell you that the jacuzzi is closed, the saunas, the dark room there is a horrible manager falling behind you and scolding you if you are not wearing a mask, yes in normal times it is not a big deal now in times of covid 19 the worst thing is I dont come anymore, It is wasting money miserably.

I was at Club Aqua today and found it to be a nice quiet place. Clean and workers. Friendly. And my stay was very pleasant. I recommend it. Very much the club if you want to have a pleasant time and meet new people and friends too.

Terrible, its a bad spa, there is no sauna or steam room, they are always out of service, it seems the owner doesnt care, the services they offer have been bad for a long time.

It is the most horrible place I have ever seen. To make matters worse, the showers have cold water, the place that gives gas is the one that charges unpleasant, they do not accept debit or credit cards, there is no staff to assist you because only the one who charges is the one who is an employee and very unpleasant. I was there on Saturday March 18, 2023 and I do not recommend that dirty and low place to anyone. It has 1 Star because otherwise the application does not allow me to express my criteria

Very clean, super attentive employees, but the place needs some repair, there are broken furniture, doors that make noise. I do not see well that there is a recording camera in the ticket office area. Occasionally a woman enters the most private areas who is supposedly the owner and is somewhat uncomfortable. They should put a few touches on the decoration. It is my experience and opinion. Thank youI have returned to the Club after a while thinking about improvements....nothing at all...what a shame it is for the owners of a place so abandoned that even the lids of the water tanks in the bathrooms are cracked...the furniture in the club interior glued to carelessness, the roof of the awning in front of the pool glued in the same way... Of course, the attention of rating @+++ as well as the cleanliness. I hope its owners manage to improve the facility taking into account that in addition to being in a very good area, it is the only one in all of Miami....I hope they invest and improve because it really deserves it.😱😱

The price is absolute highway robbery. You think you pay 14 dollars for the cabinet (only 7 on offer) and then you have to take out a very expensive membership. They never say an accurate number of the approximate number of clients inside, there is no sauna, there is no Turkish, the pool is green, a few strange people trying to touch you, the vending machines are useless. The ATM is a joke. The service of those ladies who serve is terrible. The water in the showers has to be pressed with one hand for it to work, some televisions cost two pesos and you cant even watch the movie and after doing so they have the nerve to charge almost 40 the same as the one in Fort Lauderdale which really is a sauna . It is a very disappointing place. The appearance of the staff is unpleasant. Inside, all the people are older. Small crowd on a Saturday night. Truly a horrible experience. I will never return.

On weekends it is very expensive just to be there, they have been eliminating services so they charge $27 every day including weekends, the truth is that they have decreased a lot

The maintenance is terrible, not even the showers work, much less the sauna, they told me that part of the sauna, the ceiling is falling down, now its Friday the 7th of 2021 and this is boring and the only older adults there are, there are like 5 of them, even they are there. upset and angry

I went once...it was a Thursday...I arrived at the place and the majority were grandparents...they got the name wrong...instead of calling it sauna they had given it a residence for the elderly...horrible...that smell of chlorine even the toilet paper had chlorine
