Five stars to Andrea for her professionalism, attentiveness and great relaxing/therapeutic massage. She knows what she is doing and will ask you where you feel pain. I came out rejuvenated from massage and highly recommend her. Got a manicure too but not as impressed. No massage on hands or arms and lady was not too friendly. Will go only for massages if Andrea is available.

I recently visited Senses Beauty Lounge and had an amazing experience with hairdresser Madolis. She listened attentively to my preferences and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm to do my brows. I come in on time and am told that my appointment was at 4:15 and the brow lady had another client at 4:30. I know my appointment was at 4:30 because my boyfriend heard it too, I was on speaker. This is the THIRD time this has happened at Senses. The brow lady is also extremely rude. “My client that showed up on time is here, i’m gonna serve her” No way to speak to your clients. Especially since i’ve been coming here for years. She doesn’t even recognize me or act nice ever. Always rude. Receptionist also gave me nothing but “Sorry you can come tomorrow”. No, I booked an appointment in advance for a reason. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m assuming they double book by mistake and then just pick one client to serve if they all come in. I will not be coming here again. Don’t come here if you like good service. Horrendous.

First time here to get a massage and Alicia the massage therapist was absolutely fantastic. Asked what I wanted to focus on with regards to any pain and focused on that but the whole massage was relaxing and amazing. Gentle but firm. Zen atmosphere while getting the massage. Alicia thank you so much! You’re wonderful 😊

If you get a 50 minute massage., theyll give you a 35. I had a massage at 12. I didnt enter into the room until 12:10. I was finished with the massage at 12:45 They also dont give anything greater than light pressure. A waste of time. I told the missus that I would like medium pressure. She replied that if I needed more pressure I should upgrade to a deep tissue massage. I will say the studios nice with the heated table

You HAVE TO VISIT!!!! This is a hidden gem. The moment you walk in it exudes cleanliness and relaxation. Everyone was so sweet. They offer a plethora of drink options while you wait from wine, chilled champagne, water, sodas, etc. Great opts for manis, pedis, facials, massages, and waxes!!! Your TRUE one-stop-shop. I absolutely loved Jenny. She was amazing and actually listened when i asked her to be gentle on my arthritic feet. She did amazing work and the best part is, they use NEW tools on each guest. Ive found that hard to find here in Miami. Cleanliness is next to godliness!!!! Glorie did a fantastic job on my volume lashes! Its the first time Ive had them done, and the whole experience was much more calming than I expected. My lashes look amazing and she made sure to answer all of my questions and was very very meticulous and detail oriented! I couldnt be happier!

I have been here (Kendall location) several times. The owners have always been nice enough to greet me, the nail services are decent; but I am giving it 2 stars because I have done some waxing and facial services which have always been horrible. I always get burned or cut, They (the aesthetician) never asks preliminary questions,, she always rushes through the work, and doesnt provide any aftercare treatments or advice. Its honestly so amateur. Dont waste your money OR time with those services.

If you want to get a high quality service this is the place you need. Senses is clean, affirdable and the staff is very professional. Ive been going to this salon for a few years and wont change it. Everytime I go I leave extremely satisfied.

Worse experience EVER! Went to do an eyelash lift and tint and my lashes curled back they are NOT lifted. I am furious!!! The technician left me in the room alone for over 30 mins instead of staying in the room and brushing them up so they could stay lifted. I have done this procedure in other salons and that is what they do they dont leave you alone Horrible

Ive been a customer of Senses for over 7 years. I like that they keep the place super clean and modern. The staff is professional and provide good service, and the owner offers great discounts and packages.

I have been going to Senses Lounge for some time already. All the technicians are professional and friendly. My favorite is Mignoris, but I promise they are all great. The ambiance is relaxing, and the place is clean and organized. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I appreciate their effort to respect their customers time and run on schedule. I highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here for a while and oh my it is one of my favorites! They have so much diversity of the services they offer from massages to eyebrow tints. Each technician whether it is waxing or my nails do an excellent job and are fairly quick too! The prices are pretty standard as well. I would recommend Alexa for gel mani/regular pedi. The only negative i can say is that my manicures don’t tend to last me the full 2 weeks however, i still keep coming back because of how organized the staff is and how great Alexa leaves my nails. I would recommend!

I recently started coming here about 4 months ago by a recommendation of a co-worker. I have to say I love this place. I’m not sure about the other reviews but I see them always working on perfecting the schedule to accommodate people. You need to definitely make your appointment weeks ahead to assure you have a slot which shows the great service they provide and how customers keep coming back. All the equipment they use on my feet are always sterilized and clean, they have a huge nail color selection, the girls really focus and aren’t talking and chatting like every salon in Miami, they are focused on you as the client alone and making sure the work on your hands and feet are done RIGHT! I also got a prenatal massage which was honestly phenomenal, the lady made me feel so comfortable, worked every area and It was so clean and serene in the room. The manager is always coming around making sure everything is clean, wiping things down, asking if you need anything. The front desk girl, i think her name is Sasha is amazing, they are lucky to have someone like her, i never see her complain when asked to serve the guests coffee, water or whatever it is, she attends to you so kindly and you can tell she is one hard worker! My mom was a nail professor for 12 years and I know a great nail place when I see one! Thanks Senses Beauty Lounge for your hard work, irs appreciated!

The nail technicians are great! The lady massage therapist is AMAZING too, and the spa is beautiful and clean! …….However, the receptionists are clueless and fail to do a good job at communicating…. during my last visit for a massage, they didn’t think it was important to tell that the female therapist I requested could not make it, and instead they assigned me a male therapist (which I did not find out until I arrived…) Further, they didn’t think it was important to let me know that the appointment after my massage had canceled and I could had extended my session from 30 minutes to 1 hour, which I had originally requested a week ago. Instead they had told me I could only do 30 minutes(told me a set price already) ; but then they automatically extended it without notifying me in advance and charged me for the full hour (assuming I still wanted the full hour). Obviously, I’m not keeping track of time during the massage and did not realize an hour passed by. I didn’t find out until check out after they charged a different amount than what they originally told me. Lack of communication and common courtesy at its finest. This is why I lowered my 5 star rating to 3 stars.

The massages are really good and stress releasing. The facials are amazing she takes everything out and she does things at what feels comfortable to you. Everything was professional and the lady doing it makes sure you feel relaxed while keeping it professionally. It was very clean I highly recommend going there.

At the time I booked an appointment with the manager I advised him that I wanted to get an appointment for a pedi and to do some type of nails that I could not remember the name of (Gel nail extensions). He put me down for gel and said that I could figure out the type of nail service with the technician. Once I was there about an hour into the appointment my tech Yanet (whos amazing), called over the manager to let him know we would need more time for my appointment; he became defensive and said he would not be able to do anything for me and that it was on me for not having obtained the correct type of appointment. He finished the conversation by saying he would look at the schedule to see if anything could be done. After 15 mins or so of not knowing what would happen, my stress levels began to increase. The manager finally returns with, your only option is to come back at 3:50 (3 hours after my scheduled appt). I responded with, this is my appointment time and I explained to you the situation before coming and it was not an acceptable solution. He said ok well the next person is coming and there is nothing we can do (again rude tone). I cried. I have trouble getting me time without the kids, and typically only get a regular mani/pedi.. this was a treating myself day, that he really made a terrible experience. I felt anxious the whole time I was there and then horrible by the way management treated me. When he returned to find me crying, which I am very embarrassed about, he decided to call the next client to ask that they come later. The manager and I did not exchange another word after that. At that point, I had already had a terrible experience and wanted to leave as fast as I could. I have been coming to this salon for a while for facials and massages, and decided to try the nail salon side of the business as it would have been such a convenience to have all of my services done in one place. I could not believe this mistreatment for a paying and loyal customer.

Massages are the best in town. Like every time, Andrea is super good. Thank you so much.

I have been to plenty of nail salons and none have had the same impact like Senses. From the moment you walk in everything is clean and organized. The workers here having amazing customer service and friendly! I specifically do my nails with Liz and she truly is a nail technician, the crazy nail art and designs I’ve had her do and every single time she delivers. The receptions in the front are always helping me out with appointments and cater to my schedule. If you wanted to be pampered while sipping mimosas, this is the place to be.

Amazing staff and service! Very clean salon, I absolutely fell in love when I walked in. LADIES, if you are looking for eyebrow cleaning/shaping, you NEED to ask for Lorena. She is the QUEEN of eyebrows. I am extremely picky with my eyebrows and never let anyone touch my brows. Awesome pricing I would 100% recommend.

After years of trying out different places for both nails & waxing services, Im glad I finally found a place so close to home and with such a great staff. All the nail techs are wonderful and great at what they do & genuinely care for the customer. Adria is hands down the best wax artist Ive dealt with & couldnt imagine having anyone else do my waxing other than her.Love the staff and all they bring to the table (:

Overall experience for this visit:SLOPPY, UNPLEASANT, RUDE.This is a good salon, there are very professional people working here. Try different employees until you find the one you like.Manicure done by Kenia:I was told the excess material left on my cuticles would fall off after a shower.Pedicure done by Mitnory:If you want excessively digging into cuticles, under nails, having foot file used on top of foot which is both unnecessary and painful or enjoy having your feet grabbed rudely schedule with this person.

The service is not consistent and the good techs dont last. I had a horrible gel manicure today with a tech that is supposed to be one of the most experienced there. She did not only give me a bad service but she didnt try to do anything about it. I had to complain to the manager .

Wonderful place! Just had Microblading done by Karla and it was wonderful! She took her time to make sure that I was happy with the shape and color, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Best of all the touch up is included in the price. You can’t go wrong she is wonderful! Highly recommend!

I spoke with briana she’s a receptionist at the front and her service was horrendous, I had to call 3 times to get in contact with someone she kept putting the phone down while picking up the call, I am very disappointed of the service that was provided to me and I hope she gets taught correctly how to deal with customers. I had the chance to speak with Kelly and she was great she took care of me right away and i felt a lot better speaking to her.

I got a lash lift and tint today for the first time and was amazed by the results. The lady in the front was so nice and my tech Lourdes was top notch. Lourdes explained each step in detail while she was doing the lift and tint and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Im LOVING my results very natural and I finally have lashes you can see

I have never in my life gone out of my way to do a google review. I am beyond unsatisfied with the results of my lash lift and tint. It looks as if I hadn’t even gotten the service done, other than my lashes clumping together and apart. I have long thick lashes and now look like I have lash gaps. The tech was nice and I have a hard time leaving this rating but I am at a loss of words and in full tears. My eye lids still have glue on them. I cannot believe I spent money on feeling so bad. Complete loss of confidence.

The place inside is very pleasant, the first time I went and got a full wax service all went well, so I went back hoping this place was going to become my go to spot. The second time was AWFUL, the waxing technician peeled off my skin and left me with burns. I go waxing every three weeks, for years but I’ve never had such a bad experience. In the process I asked her why would she go over and over the same place, (btw completely ignoring entire spots that I had to point out to her) she would relentlessly go on. I was charged for this service $150....I’m not a person that writes bad reviews but I’d love to post pictures of my legs, I had to get medical attention for them

I am giving this place 2 stars only because the nail technicians I had in the past were great. Unfortunately, they no longer work here because the manager is a complete nightmare. He is constantly looking over his employees shoulder and discussing schedule issues/changes in front of the customer. It created a very awkward atmosphere where people usually go to relax and unwind. His constant harassment caused many of the nail technicians I used to quit. One of the employees has a child with special needs and the other was pregnant so as to give you all an idea of their lack of compassion they have for their employees. I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice about giving their money to these people. You better believe you wont be getting any more of mine. Hopefully, their management and owners learn how to effectively manage their people.

I’ve gone about three times, twice for eyelash extension and recently did a lash lift with Karla. She was super sweet and patient with me about being nervous when it comes to my eyes. Great service, I enjoy coming here.

Horrible staff. The first time I came they literally stopped in the middle of my pedicure to help other people who were more “priority” to them. They don’t even do that good of a job with your nails. They are over priced for their services and definitely under staffed. If you can avoid going here do it!

Beautiful modern salon! Very nice staff. There was a mistake with my appt (not sure if it was me or them) so the Manager apologized for the waitime and gave me a giftcard to use on any service. Now, thats costumer service! I was so surprised! Unfortunately we are not use to such a great costumer appreciation here in Miami. Senses is going places! I will definitely keep coming here :)

Owners should really consider, observing their staff a bit closer. Few in there are lacking, CUSTOMER SERVICE!Also, they must be taught how to handle an appointment book and how to properly speak to a client without being so ignorant!!!My personal message to owners....youll see your business grow, once you remove these few individuals!

My wife gave me a Fathers Day Gift Package including message, manicure, and pedicure. It was awesome, their very professional and efficient. The place was spotless. Very impressed, definitely would recommend.

I dont even know where to begin. Detailed service, quality care, and attention to detailed client needs is beyond superb. Its difficult to find good work for a good price and this beats that expectation plus adds a luxury touch....wine while serviced. They have amazing deals going on usually, and offer a variety of just move in and relax services (mani pedi, massage, facial, waxing, eye lash extention). Everyone is super sweet, everything is super clean and well organized with sterilized and packaged tools. If you like gel but fear the price here you can do mani pedi gel for 50 not including whatever deal they have going on. And they have a no obligation membership where its 59 a month for a service of your choice between massage or facial, if you miss a month it rolls over to the next month, no contract, and no pressure to buy (on the contrary the manager wanted me to come in and do a try before you buy because he wanted to ensure I spent money only if I was pleased with the Service, which that alone sold me because it shows they truly care about their clients being happy and not just making a quick buck) definitely coming back again and again im so pleased! I lived in colorado and near Seattle for some time and you can easily spend 80 or 90 on a mani pedi with gel for a mediocre quality of service, so needless to say Im beyond impressed with these people. Love love love love love!

Rose did my nails she did an amazing job, I give her five stars.Liz did my eyebrows and SHE left them so uneven, she practically massacred them. When she was done she didnt even hand me a mirror so I could look at the work she had done. I would not recommend her to anyone sorry to say. I give her zero stars. If I knew how I would upload a picture of what she did to my eyebrows. Just horrible.

I wish they will make appt for eye-brow tinting on saturday.Is very hard to go on the week when you are working. But everyone there is nice.I think this is something you guys need to look into. Is very hard to get appt with this person she also does nails, so she very busy.

I do my acrylics with hazel and she does them so clean professional and over the top good I recommend this salon for the lady’s who want to go and get there mani pedis and waxing and etc they have my 5 stars !

Nice place and nice people. This place is set up for the younger clientele. Chairs are high and the set up to get a pedicure has a big step to get in and out of the chair, you need to be very careful if you don’t want to break your neck when getting a pedicure. 😬

Ive gotten brazilian waxes at several other places such as European Wax Center,Uni K Wax, and a few others but Senses Beauty Lounge is the only place that has wipes available for your use, a towel and pillows for your knees! Love it plus the actual salon is modern and beautiful.

I’ve been using the three products I bought in early August... the eye cream, face cream and eye serum and I can see the difference in my skin. Issac is knowledgeable and the products speak for themselves. I’m a convert! Thank you!

This an amazing place to do everything in one day! I advise you to book an appointment ahead of time if you plan to do multiple services. Everyone is professional and well knowledgeable. I personally will be going back frequently.

Go see Sandra amazing at Brazilian wax so detailed takes her time nothing like anyone I have done a wax with makes sure you aren’t getting burned very clean. Polite you won’t regret it.

Alicia is an excellent masseuse. She’s attentive to your tender spots and applies the right amount of pressure. She makes sure you’re comfortable. The massage tables are comfortable and heated. Also, she makes certain to provide the full 50 minutes. Appointments are easy to make and if you buy a package, they keep it on file. I’ve been a customer since mid-2020.

I visited this place. And the first time I liked how the girl did my nails. They are always talking to each other and two days later they broke up. I went to have the girl fix it and she spoke to me in a bad way. Making me feel very bad, I didnt say anything, I just apologized to her. For taking away your time and never returning. She has no idea what customer servicing is. I dont know her name but she is Cuban with Indian traces. She says that she recently arrived from Cuba and I understood that she doesnt know how to deal with the customer.

In this place the service of each of the girls is fabulous, they are very friendly, but the reason why I give it a star is because what you have to be careful about in how they serve you is the manager (who is one of the supposed owners of the business) imagine if the owner treats you in a despotic and aggressive way, imagine! At least I dont give my money to people like that! A shame because the girls do a good job.
