LaDeboNa Salon and Dayspa

I have been coming here for about 6 months and Ive never had an issue. I inquired about extensions and came for a consultation. During the consultation I chose between fusion and microbeads. I chose fusion because they would last longer (5 months). I had to come 2 days later for a color match root touch up, and layers to help blend the extensions for $280. I put an additional $600 down to order the hair. I came about 2 weeks later on a Saturday and it took about 5 1/2 hours to put the extensions in. Toward the end, it seemed to take extra time to style my hair and I should have known something was wrong, but it was curled and I couldnt tell and was charged an additional $900. I washed and dried my hair Monday night and was extremely upset. The extensions and my hair were two totally different colors and not blended at all. I called Tuesday and left a message with no return call. I called back again on Wednesday and was told to come up there. I came back toward closing and she attempted to fix the color and blending for 3 1/2 hours. Most of my natural hair was cut in this process and it looked like a mullet. I scheduled a consultation at another salon after only having the extensions for 6 days and they said that the extensions needed to be removed. They stated that they were cheap with way too much glue and were not put in correctly. I spend another 3 hours getting them removed and attempting to fix my chopped layers and paying an additional $260. While at new salon I seen what correct extensions were supposed to look like and mine werent even close. I didnt expect a full refund, but at least half of my money back. The owner refused and only offered credit. This is definitely not the service I expected for $1700 hair extensions. HIGHLY recommend! I got high & low lights done and it turned out absolutely stunning. So stunning l, literally could’ve cried I was so pleased. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the salon, right up until you walk out. I have extremely dry hair and rather than just coloring & shipping me out the door, my hair was treated prior to color, after and educated on how to get my hair back to normal. Highly knowledgeable and educated professionals here! I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just money coming in the door. I felt comfortable and heard. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was - I can just advise you to go check it out for yourself! OH, they do waxing, hair, nails, facials, massage…. It’s a one stop shop! I will definitely be returning again and again. 👍👍

Paula was absolutely amazing! She did a great job and was professional and caring from start to finish. She listened to my skincare concerns and had recommendations for care even after leaving the salon. Ill definitely be back!

Color was way off from what I asked for and hair was chopped even after explaining hair goals then left like this after cutting shorter when said not to.

I had a facial this morning with Shaunna and she is magic! I have been here a few times now for facials and massages and both have been amazing experiences. Shaunna takes her time and adapts to your needs. My skin is glowing and feels refreshed and renewed and really stays this way for days. I love the brand and product the salon uses which is called Yonka. It is high quality product and I use it in my skin care routine and can definitely see a difference in my face with hydration. 10/10 recommend LaDeBoNa for your skin care & massage needs.

My wife made an appointment for 8:30am. When she arrived, the door was locked and no one was there. She waited for 20 minutes before leaving.

If youre looking for a place that is clean, kind, and professional to get your next massage, LaDeboNa was absolutely perfect. Lashaunna did a great job with my deep tissue massage today, my birthday. Cant speak highly enough about how hospitable the staff was and how easy the online booking was.

Everyone in our family of 7 has gone here for 16 years. The stylists are kind, attentive, and very careful. The offer a full range of services, all of which are first rate.

I was in need of a trim badly. My hairdresser got sick that day and I was celebrating my birthday dinner so I wanted to look nice. I had been to 5 other places with no luck of any walk ins until I remembered this place. Paula was able to get me in and did a wonderful job! She saved the day! Staff was very curtiois as was Paula. Kaitlyn is amazing! First time ever getting a facial, but definitely not my last! Kaitlyn was so sweet and accommodating to my needs and it was just an all around great experience!

How this place got a 4.6 rating is beyond me. Worst place in town to have you hair dyed. If you want hair like this, be sure and ask for Sylvia. When I found a new hairdresser she was absolutely livid at how sloppy and lazy it had been. She kept asking over and over why would someone do this?

After seeing my moms hair and how she treated them after Her big mistakes color and cutting her hair, I would strongly warn anyone from going to this salon. Stay far away!

My girlfriend is always so beyond happy when she gets home from her facial appointments from here. Kaitlyn always works wonders on her and always leaves her feeling stress-free and beautiful! Ask for Kaitlyn if visiting!

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Paula cut my hair, it looks great and smells terrific. I have also have had facials by Lashaunna and massages as well.

I was seen today by Aubrey. She did an excellent job on me and my daughter. Were new to Midland and she has 2 new forever clients. I was referred to her by a friend and she was spot on!!!

Worst experience of my life! Went in for a cut and color and after almost 6 hours there I walked out looking like a clown! If you want to waste your time and money then this is the place for you!

Waited 30 minutes after my appointment and was never helped. Treated very poorly and will never be doing business there ever again. This is apparently the award that you receive for trying to support local.
