Family Massage and Spa

Been going here for 3 years.. I always enjoyed the massage and was affordable 1 hour for $60 30 minutes for $30 but this last time the price went up to $45 for 30 minutes & they didn’t give me a full massage like normal. She rushed and only did one side of my body. I also agree with other reviews that it’s just a rub not a massage. The one time the lady even farted in my face. So in conclusion more money less service. I was highly disappointed I won’t be returning.

Come here often and usually don’t have a problem, but the last few times I have gotten a lady I haven’t seen before. Agree with the other review there was lots of burping, and also stopped to text for like 10 min. Did standing which I asked not to do and proceeded to just stand in one spot for at least 5 min. We also had people come in and she’d just leave to go talk to them. When she’d return she was rushed to finish cause now had others waiting instead of saying she was busy or letting someone else great new guest. Overall wasn’t happy at all.

I am an old customer of Cui and have been receiving treatment at this clinic for over two years. She has always been very patient and provided me with very good service. Recently, I have been experiencing severe neck muscle pain. Today, I went to her clinic for a massage. Cui massaged the Fengchi and Tianzhu acupoints on my neck. She is a professional massage therapist, and her massage alleviated the pain and tightness in my neck.

I just and had a hour massage at family Massage and Spa, and the woman who did the massage was very good and treated me absolutely wonderful, I would recommend family Massage and Spa if u are in the midland area and are looking for a great massage! I left feeling great and revilitilized thanks f.m.a..s

It was the worst by far that Ive ever encountered, Ive been to NY massage and linns massage, the list goes on and this massage was by b far the worst, I sho u ld have kept my money or went else where, I will give the one positive comment and its b that they were nice and polite butbthey completely failed at everything else.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the couples massage I booked for us. We both have busy schedules and needed to take time to relax and that is exactly what we did. There was a little of a longer wait after our original scheduled time but they were very apologetic and we were in no rush. For an hour for us it was only $120 and they included hot stones into the massage and most places charge extra for stones. After our massages they gave us plenty of waters, mints, candy, and a free massage for the next time we booked. Very happy we booked here!

Was able to book an evening as a “couples massage”. Very quiet, and the masseuses were very firm in their application of massages and I’ve never had hot stones before and it was wonderful. They were very good, didn’t talk much. Did have a little bit of communication problem trying to get us scheduled but other than that I definitely will go back.

Second time here, first time was good but the next time price went from $60 to $70 now and the massage wasn’t as good. The lady kept burping every few minutes, idk if she was drunk or what. Then I left a $5 tip because I didn’t feel she did a good job and she told me tips are supposed to be $10. Probably won’t be going back.

I booked a couples massage for our anniversary and it did NOT disappoint! The shop was clean, the ladies were very Friendly and I left wishing I booked a 90 minute massage. It was deep tissue and hot stones and I was in heaven. I will definitely be going back again.

I get a regular massage at least once a month somewhere else..but the last one I received here made me never go back to this place!They got us in last minute for a couples massage...went for a couples massage about 3 times. 3rd time I was touched inappropriately 3 times during my massage and I refuse to go back! ***The response from the owner is not what really happened and it was a male that touched me inappropriately.***

Did a walk in massage with my boyfriend wasn’t sure what to expect. We asked for a deep tissue massage and we definitely got it. Massage was amazing sore muscles and knots I didn’t even know are gone. Pillow under feet and pillow under the head were a great touch as were the hot stones. They consistently added oil and asked if the pressure was good. Prices were great and workers were friendly and professional the whole time. Would 100% recommend and will be coming back.

Very bad. Not clean, manager yelling outside time out at 40 minute for 1 hour massage .Never again

We came here for a couples massage for our anniversary. Our go-to massage place was booked a couple of weeks out, but Family Massage and Spa was able to get us a session scheduled no problem. We are very glad we came here, as we greatly enjoyed our experience. The facility is lovely, tranquil and pristine. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and they work hard to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. The massage therapists did a very thorough job. The hot stones and hot towel were a nice touch. We left feeling very relaxed, and we will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends.

This was one amazing deep tissue massage! They know what they are doing here. We did a couples massage. Only 2 minor things I would change...got a 90 minute and never did my feet, but hubby got his feet done so not sure. And #2 scents. Would be nice to have some good relaxing smells in there. Eucalyptus or something. Otherwise, clean, friendly, and the most amazing massage we have ever had, and we have had many!!! Highly recommend

My wife and I came in for a couples masssge because many places had already been booked out in the Saginaw area. I saw the reviews on this place and they are indeed correct. Staff is friendly, they are available, they are prompt, professional and massage is GREAT. Definitely will be going back.

Brought my mom for a girls day. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the spa. The masseuse was great at making sure the pressure was good. We were able to book quickly. Will definitely go back.

The staff here is WONDERFUL! Very accommodating for appointments. If youre looking for a great traditional Chinese massage, this should be your Go-To! Please note that you may recieve back walking, extensive glute 🍑 massage and the masseuse climbing on the table so they can offer you the best massage.

I come here 3 times and I love the lady who did my massage. She is very passionate and did a good job, always make me feel so much better after.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s relatively new, is beautiful inside, and the owners are so kind. Legitimately the best massage I’ve ever had…and for a great price!! Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll be supporting a great local business.

I just had my massage today with the lady I’m not sure how to write her name “CHUI” she’s amazing n thank you for the Chinese tea set gift n cold water after massage. I took 90 minutes n this is my 1st time massage here. I searched on internet the best massage near me and showed Family Massage. Highly recommend and for sure I will be back .. Thank you 👌

I’ve known LiuCui that works here for a long time, and she is such a hard worker. She really cares about the people that come and wants to do the best she can do to make people feel comfortable and help them to feel better. If everyone works as hard as she does, then this massage parlor is an amazing place to go anytime you need a break to regroup and de-stress.
