We have been going here for over a year. Love the big selection of cigars, the only place we buy them. Very clean and all of the staff is amazing!

The manager is beyond amazing. She will go out of her way to help her customers and always greets everyone with a smile! She is definitely a great manager to not only her customers but her employees as well. They really need to hold onto that one!!!!

Stopped by because I havent had a good cigar in forever. Jason was super helpful and friendly in helping me navigate the selection in their humidor. Ill definitely be back.

This is my go-to store for all my glass, wraps, papers, and herbal products. The staff is extremely friendly, I often get caught up in a conversation with these guys. They are so personable. They also have great prices on some of their products. Highest quality kr8om Ive ever bought that wasnt from an online vendor and its price is comparable to most online vendors.

Used to carry some really great product now its hit and miss anything. High turn over of employees. Some new ones are good some not so good. If they would stock better bulk product Id rate them higher. Its been going downhill over a year now.

Very nice place! Lots of different brands and types of vape juices. Great prices on mods, I paid $10 cheaper for a G150 than I would have online and I would have had to pay for shipping. Theyll actually give you prices over the phone unlike the other vape shop in town which is nice. All the staff here seem pleasant and are very helpful.

I looked at some other reviews and the 1 stars are saying this person was rude or whatever. I dont think thats even close to accurate. The lady that works there is very friendly and the dude is pretty chill. They may not always have everything you need, but no store is perfect. Its the best in town.

They keep their humidor too humid. Walked into it and immediately could tell. Definitely noticed mold on some of the cigars. Picked one up and it felt like a sponge. Soooo soft and squishy. Would not recommend buying cigars here. Go to the Tobacco Shoppe they have double or triple the selection and their cigars are way better.

Not a fan! Staff is pretty unhelpful and sometimes even rude. Always an uninviting vibe. The only reason Im not one starring them is because the do have an OK selection. Not recommend, I would much rather go to Billys Tobacco across town.

Most people say the government is screwing us over. And we cant even get close to them. If u want to get screwed over and at least be able to look them in the eye go to the smoke shop. Bought a bottle of juice., which I ended up not liking, due to the nicotine be too high. Went back to get a different bottle with a lower nicotine level. And wanted to get the same manufacturer and it was 33% higher in price. Talk about inflation. Wont be back.

Took a friend here to look at hookah supplies, the staff named Kyle was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. The store is very neat and organized as well as clean. Would definitely recommend.

Every single time I go in there, not only do I walk out pissed, I also dont walk out with what I came in for. The guy that practically lives there has an attitude with me. Maybe its cuz Im not a cute 20 something. I ask real questions and either get no answer, or a general one. Ive come in for specific items that they are out of every time. They try to up sell the most expensive mods w o even knowing your preferences. If they sell certain mods, they should carry all replacement pieces all the time. Especially coils. Their prices are higher than everywhere else. The only reason Ive gone in the last few times is because of location, but Im done now. Ill drive across town to billys where they are nice, and knowledgeable. You need someone running that place that knows how to be a sales person, knows their e juice and mods, and doesnt act like its a chore when you ask questions.

Scam artists! Went to buy some cans which clearly are labeled buy one get one free. The guy behind the calendar immediately tells me hey those arent buy one get one free. Im like dude it says its buy one get one free on the label, the guy just kind of shrugs and says yeah, I know. Went to Billys Tobacco in the same cans are so buy one get one free as they are supposed to be. I used to like this store because the chick there is so helpful, but I wont be going back again considering their tactics of robbing the consumer something thats rightfully theirs.

The employee during the week is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store is full of a wide variety of glass and all your vaping needs as well. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

It’s ok. The employees are nice but they are waaayyyyy over priced on ALL their products!! They want $30 for a vape tank & I bought a vapor there (before I knew better) for $80 then found the exact same one at a different store for $50! I would only go there if I’m absolutely desperate & everywhere else is closed. Don’t waste your hard earned money here when there’s cheaper places that have a wider selection just a few more miles down the road.

Left my house for the first time really since quarantine started, the guys there were super helpful and friendly. Store was safe and clean from everything going on. 10/10

Buyer beware. Literally the least helpful people I have ever experienced in a vape shop. Poor customer service, and little to no care about customer satisfaction. Im not sure if it is due to lack of knowledge or just a blatant lack of care but I will not be spending my hard earned money there anymore. I have multiple mods that Im constantly buying juice, coils, pods, new tanks, etc. for, not to mention I enjoy frequently purchasing new mods. The amount of money I spend in a vape shop is excessive to say the least, but apparently I will be driving to Mount Pleasant from now on. I highly reccomend Inline Vape 😂

When they say “sales are final” they mean it....the owner of the store vouched for a certain design and well, long story short, I went through two whole mods and over a hundred dollars within a week. The only reason I feel as if this business should help me replace my broken vapes is because the OWNER VOUCHED FOR THE PRODUCT. And even with that being so, I only received a $20 dollar gift card (which isn’t even half of the cost of the first mod he sold me) to purchase another mod. So anyways, don’t expect these d bags to help you out when things have left the store. Even after THE OWNER PUTS HIS NAME ON THE PRODUCT. Horrible customer service and I will never ever be going back. I’ll also be telling all my friends how much you ripped me off. Thanks

The Smoke Shop of Midland tries to sell products you don’t actually need. On top of that, they don’t take returns. I purchased a battery for my vape with the promise that it exceeds standards but it was very sub par. I felt ripped off and was disappointed. I would not recommend shopping at this place.

DO NOT BUY ANY GLASS FROM HERE!purchased a piece that they wouldnt water test in the store take it home to water test and the piece is defective. Call them and they will not give money back or replace the piece for something of equal value or anything accommodate something thats not my fualt besides offering me 20 to 30 percent off my NEXT PURCHASE. How can i trust something that wont be tested infront of me anymore and wont be reimbursed or give replacement if something is wrong after point of sale, DO NOT BUY GLASS FROM HERE. I SURE WONT.

Everything i buy from this place breaks the minute i bring it home and use it. Upon further inspection their glass is shotty at best. Bubbles, holes, cracks right inside the display. If anyone wants good pieces, go to Earth Oddities in Bay City.

There breeze vapes are not real breeze they are trash will not ever return to this place extremely disappointed.Also there breeze vapes are NOT authentic tried to scan the label will not scan they say its an 18 digit code and on the packages and there is only 13 digit.

During the hours of their operation I have tried calling them numerous times with no answer. When I go into the store to make purchases, I am always greeted with not so friendly employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Duces...

On cigars - they have walk-in humidor with a varied selection. Down side is only about a third are priced.
