Extremely disappointed. First off, I was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation. When I was finally able to get a confirmed appointment, after filling out required forms, I was approached by the receptionist staff that my massage therapist wasnt comfortable with something in my health history and cancelled my massage with no further explantation. I was blind-sighted, I have had multiple massages prior with no problems with my health history. It was extremely unprofessional and frankly, immature to have someone else deliver the bad news without further discussing and explaining with the client. I was insulted that someone took a yes or no answer on a health history form as a reason to cancel my massage. If my scheduled massage therapist, Keyera, who I never even met would have taken the time to discuss further with me her concerns, as a professional should, we could have had an open discussion and I would have been happy to continue to support the business. I would not recommend.
Took sooooo long online to book. Finally book, they call to cancel claiming the website is all wrong as far as open times. I was three minutes late and rather a hello, it was your session will be short. Tried to make me re-do the same questionnaire that took forever online.Employees claim online is not compatible to the instore I pad. So why spend the time home online doing it?!?!
I called yesterday and I was pleased that they were able to book me for what I thought was to be 90 minutes for the next day. The woman told me my session was complete and I got up and looked at the clock and it has only been 1 hr. I left feeling as though I had not had my back really worked on. She focused on my thighs ,legs and arms more than anything when my main focus was for my back in general...so much for this being for my birthday massage. All they could say was they wanted to reschedule me for the remaining time. No thank you. Waste of money in my eyes.
Well the hours online said 10 am, so I was there at 10 am. A lady didnt open the door until 1015....ok fine, it happens. When I walk up to the door its locked, lady comes to the door, she says were closed...okay but the hours say 10 am, and im just trying to get a gift card for my fiance before I have to go to work....but yeah were closed right now...a simple transaction...im a chef, and in the hospitality industry...not the service I would want at my business.
I have been a member for a few years now and I love this location! The front desk staff is always friendly and responsive and the therapists are excellent - Jason, in particular, is extremely professional and capable. I would highly recommend his services.
Absolutely awesome. I was leery of going to a chain place and I think their membership program is kind of weird, but I had a gift certificate. Teira was EXCELLENT. I needed a therapeutic massage for a hip injury and the work she did with assisted stretching was amazing. Firm pressure, totally custom massage for my needs, and extremely efficient. She did so much great work on my body in only 60 min. Will be back. Thank you!
I booked an appointment for my daughter. They changed their policy to not allow anyone under 18 to get a massage without a parent; however, they never asked when the appointment was made. My daughter drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told the policy changed and she couldnt get a massage. Their custoemr service needs help!
I agree that their customer service needs overhaul. I emailed them twice for information, allowing 48 hours for response each time. No response. For comparison purposes, I also emailed Bay Shore and Greenfield. No response from them either. Apparently, they have all the business they need or want. My advice: take your business elsewhere.
I cancelled my service in March of this year and all of a sudden I started getting charged again on my credit card. This place is very difficult to work with and appears to be dishonest.
The place is always clean nd quiet. I feel I am able to unwind the second I walk in.The staff are amazing!
