I have been coming to Ricks Cabaret for almost a year. Rachelle is the best front door girl and makes the rooms super fun! Come on Thursday and Friday to see the super duo Rachelle at the door and Val on the floor these two these two will make your afternoon the best! Just make sure you are there early because these two are early and not late! Dont forget to see ricks. Afternoons earlier in the week for super cool afternoon food specials and see all the rest of the super sexy girls!

I was planning a bachelor party and looked up top rated gentleman’s clubs in downtown Minneapolis. Ricks was the first club to pop up, so we made a reservation and decided to try it out. WOW!!!The service was top notch.The girls were on a different level.I felt like a VIP from start to finish.Truly an unreal experience and I will be back but this time without all the boys 😉. What an awesome experience!

An amazing and titillating experience. The hairs on my arms stood erect with the intimacy and sensuality of being in the presence of one entertainer in particular, who went by Kat. Wow. She brought it all- fun, excitement, and an all around amazing night. Ended up splurging in a VIP bottle package to have her attention more and it was money well spent. If you want to have a good night, this is the place. The food was amazing too. I’ll definitely be going back, and asking for Kat 🤤😍

Beebee is the most amazing woman there! Shes so kinda and nice!!!!! She is one of the best person there and she super friendly! I love going there to just chat and have fun with her.

I think its a great place but they over charged me when I looked over my bank account the next day seeing more than 10k when Im sure I only spent around 8k had to file fraud alerts, but overall it wasnt bad it just my bank that gave me the confusion through it all. I totally recommend the place.

Walked in with $1k expecting a good time, walked out only spending $19.. 10 for entry and 9 for a shot of soda... not one girl came over and offered a dance or anything, once i was done with my shot of soda.. i was asked to leave, tf? guess you guys dont like money, so weird.. needless to say im not coming back

Came in on my day off and ended up grabbing a beer at the bar, I sat next to the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in this place… goes by kat like meow. She held a great conversation, wasn’t pushy and let our time flow organically. She looked great on stage, in my lap and even better in VIP. Well worth every penny spent. She’s like the girl next door, and it was everything I had dreamed of. Will be back!!!!! I’m coming for my Kat🤍💦

I recently visited Ricks and I couldnt have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the great customer service was evident. Elise, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. Definitely going back soon!

I reserved a table, almost a month in advance prior to an event, and was promised a table near the stage. Two groups came after us, and we’re seated in front of us for some reason and ended up taking the last of the tables. We went to the manager and he told us we had a couple options but none of them were options we wanted to pursue. While my group and I talked it over the manager came back and not only resolved the problem, but overdid what was needed and got us right next to the stage. Customer service is above and beyond and I was very pleased with how they handled it. They took full responsibility, saying it was on them, but also making it right in the end. I would give a 10 out of 10 just for customer service alone, but also a 10 out of 10 on the food and dancers as well.

Today is WING WEDNESDAY(fire)! When I come in Elise is always amazing on Wednesday I get to see her beautiful face and chow down on some wings 2 of my favorite things! Whenever I have out of town guests I always send them to Ricks, Elise will always make sure they are good and they always have a wonderful experience! Go to Wing Wednesday ask for Elise she will take good care of you! Tell them Maria sent you!

I paid $30 to get in after 1 am… Club close at 3… I paid $22 for a Long Island that was watered down… Celine tricked me into a $20 dance I did it ask for… WAYYYY BETTER STRIP CLUBS OUT THERE… They not even naked lol this a lil kid club 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Rick’s is my favorite stop whenever I’m in Minneapolis. Great food, great drinks, beautiful servers and dancers. My most recent experience was beyond exceptional thanks to my server, Elise. She was attentive, professional, and ensured my Rick’s experience was top tier!

This has been one of the best clubs in the twins cities and I’d have to say it’s because of the bartenders and staff. One in particular is Shelby, she takes care of you in every way you expect a bartender to. Never had to wait for drinks or felt like I wasn’t being seen! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Casual Sunday - Upon arrival (9:30pm) Staff promptly informed me premium parking is $50. Theres a cash only $10 cover-charge. Be mindful tipping is expected at the door. ATM charge is $6. Dances $20. Alcohol 🍺 🍷 is served. 1-sprite, a drink or shot for the dancer approximately $24 x 2, or $44.Small, tiny two-seater tables crowded about 45 people together by (8 x 8 stage) and roped off all of the couches except one reserved for bottle drinks at $150. The manager promptly offered and reminded me and I declined and stood alongside the wall until two ladies offered their entertainment services at the same time.I attempted to accommodate them. One chair for the 3 of us. No booths. So, I paid them for 3 songs x 2, or $60 each and went home.45 minutes $225

Always a good time! The last time we went, Shelby the bartender was particularly great. Very attentive and friendly, everything we needed to enjoy our night out.

My and my husband stopped by before our flight , Jerome was the manager in duty he welcomed us in with a big smile. The bartender rachelle was a blast, introduced me to some new drinks that I have to take back home with me! The server Vanessa was absolutely amazing she had us laughing all night! I first want to start off by saying this is a great club for couples! My husband and I came to the club for date night. From the time we walked in the door Manager Johnny warmly greeted us and sat us down. He constantly checked on our table to make sure we were having a great experience. Our waitress Tyra was impeccable! Not one time did she leave our glasses empty. She was very knowledgeable about vip and what girls we wanted. The girls were Beautiful and the music was good! We would definitely be back!

Came in town for a work conference and found myself needing a late night drink, so I stopped in and had Tyra as a server! She was so awesome and fun to chat with! the entertainers were beautiful and friendly! Max, the manager on duty, came and checked in on me and introduced himself as well. Very professional touch, very professional establishment, and my “one nightcap” turned into a night to remember!

This was my first time at a gentleman’s club with my partner and I was pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the experience. The managers Jerome and Max were awesome. Also, shout out to our servers Justus and Ciara! They never missed a beat! Can’t wait to revisit!

While in the area my friends and I decided to stop by and check the club out. Max the manager was very hospitable and attentive and our server Vanessa was very friendly and on top of our drinks! The girls were beautiful and the club was very clean and had great music!! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Ashley and Jerome are the most hospitable and dedicated people Ive met in any service industry. Justus took amazing care of my friends, about 6 of us. i would walk up to the bar to order some drinks just to mingle and Bee, (Just the letter B) provided the utmost, respectable, fun, and beautiful service.

A group of friends went here after the game. The door guy was rude and demanded we pay cover. My husband normally doesn’t pay cover which is why we went. The manager Shane was called to the front. He was extremely rude as well. We was all getting annoyed so we paid the cover. Once entering the girls didn’t even allowed us to get a drink or anything before asking for a dance. It was not many customers and so many girls we felt pressure to get dances in Vip room which the prices are extremely ridiculous so we didn’t agree. We tip a couple girls on stage and had one drink and left immediately. All ima say is don’t go to Rick’s at night. We were upset of the horrible experience. Ended up going to Downtown Cabaret and had a blast. That’s the place to be at.

Was out of town with some friends and stopped in for a night of fun. Our entire experience from beginning to end was top quality! Jerome the manager took great care of us to the point we felt like regulars not out of town-ers. Our server Tyra was also top tier! Looking forward to visiting again soon, thank you guys!

Beware. You’ll be asked to disclose your PIN if you care to pay for drinks using a CC. This is like handing over your signature and in contravention to CC PCIDSS security protocols. When I brought this up, my wife and I were asked to leave, which we were pleased to do. We were asked to leave, after paying $32 USD for two drinks. $20 cover wasn’t refunded despite the request.

I had a great time, the door lady was very polite, friendly, and beautiful. Soon after entering I got a drink, which was reasonably priced for a gentlemens club. After getting my drink I was greeted by the manager who went out of his way introduce himself and shake my hand, he was friendly. I proceeded to get a dance from one of the girls, all girls there on a Wednesday late afternoon where beautiful polite and friendly, this is not an exaggeration. Overall I had a good time, I could see a patron going to ricks just for drinks without the entertainment. The other patrons there where well dressed and seemed respectable. Not sure why Ricks has negative reviews, I would assume the people leaving negative reviews are going to Ricks in a bad mood or expecting some kind of service. Dances are priced typically for a gentlemens club, drinks are cheap compared to similar establishments. It was a nice clean place, in my experience, the employees and management provided better customer service than every restaurant or bar I have been to in the twin cities. I can tell custom service is a priority at this establishment I dont think some of these reviews on here are a fair assessment.

I was looking for a place for my cousin and I to have fun. So I came onto this place last night and it was almost a perfect experience. We first parked in front of the place and the doorman was asking for $30 which I didnt see a sign or something stating that. So an indication would have been helpful for a start. I gave him $40 to get me 10 back, but then he was like oh, you dont tip? I was like confused, I ask for the 10 back to work out a tip, but then he was like Im a different entity. That was just not normal. He needs to be clear he doesnt do change. The woman at the jacket check was nice and helped us with my purchase of the $100 VIP. The manager was also pleasant for both of us and brought us to our VIP table. The other guy who was servicing our table was also nice and helpful. The woman server was fun and sweet, got to join us and the other dancers to talk. It was like a guys dream come true to have multiple women at our table and having the attention and talking. We had like 3 rounds of shots in a couple of hours with the girls. I paid for like 3 dances and paid one for my cousin while he paid for more for him. We stayed until closing. The man servicing our table did thank us and we thanked him for the entertainment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Just a few pointers for the others reading. Use exact change to avoid confusion and conflict. Make it clear if somethings a tip or not. Ask for change if you need it.

Stopped in with my lady. It’s a nice club. Drinks are expensive- but what do you expect, it’s a strip club. Dancers are all pretty dang attractive. It’s a good night for a bunch of guys, or even a date night with your girl, if that’s your thing. The dancers aren’t pushy and cover is only $10. Plus, these dancers need your business, come down and help them out! :)

Had the chance to visit this joint last night with the wife and a few close friends. I really enjoyed myself! Ive worked in strip clubs for years in my 20s and visited clubs all over the world. 1st off the bouncers are angry and will place their hands on you when you tell them their club is a SHAM! This is the worst club by far! $12 for a Coors light also. My gosh, leave some money for the girls!. Do not visit this place!!

Save your money, Its one of the worst strip club Ive been to. They missed on almost every point. First off the bouncer was rude like we had done something when we had just shown up, which left a bad taste in my mouth right away but my friend insisted we go inside. So we pay the cover and order some drinks and some wings. The waitress brings our drinks which were good but overpriced, and these soggy half cooked chicken wings. I asked her if I could get a replacement and she just rolled her eyes. Then she tried to tell me my order was $8 more because they had to remake my order. No place Ive ever been to has tried to charge me to remake my food, nor should they. So I finally get some edible food when these two creatures come over and try to get us lap dances. Im alright at keeping them away with a stick but this other girl tries to sit on my buddys lap, then claim it was a lap dance and demand $20 from him. I paid her off so she wouldnt call security, then some other homely girl comes over and tries the same thing on me. Spent $120 in ten minutes and all I got was two overpriced drinks, lousy chicken wings, and a lap dance for my friend from a girl built like a sherman tank. Save your money, go across the street to Downtown Cabaret if you want a classy upscale experience for about the same price. The only redeeming factor is the bartender knows how to make a good drink.

Several of us from college decided to meet in Mpls and we chose to go to Ricks Cabaret. Im writing this because we make this tradition in many cities and the only thing that sets these place apart is the hospitality. We had a great time. We decided to purchase bottle service and the experience was well worth it. The service was top notch and the hosts and managers were there for anything we needed. Thanks again, we will definitely be back soon.

What a disappointing and frustrating experience. We had a group of around 10 people. They made half our group wait outside, in the rain, while the first half checked in.Our server was so aggressive about bottle service and said that our whole group could only pay with one credit card. The cheapest bottle was $210 for flavored Pinnacle Vodka. We repeated multiple times that our group wanted different drinks for each person and were not interested in sharing a bottle. When we asked (3 times) for time to think it over, the server kept responding, I cant believe you would consider getting anything but a bottle! She was tagged out by another server who let us get separate drinks and pay separately.There is no stripper pole and no real cabaret show. The dancers just kinda walked around on stage and stood in front of a fan that blows their hair.It took over 45 minutes to leave after we asked for our tab and only three people paid with credit card. To get your credit card *and* drivers license back, you have to sign your receipt, the bartender has to process it, then the manager has to sign it, then you get your card and license back. We had to talk to the server, house mom, and the manager to get our three cards and licenses back. It seemed like they just wanted to hold us there so we would buy more drinks and dances.If you, against your better judgement, decide to give Ricks your time and money--pay in cash and go with a small group.

YMMV, but heres my review of my interaction with this establishment. As the best man, Ricks was chosen as the place to host the bachelor party on this past J4 weekend for my cousin and I was in charge of it. I live out of town so I couldnt visit the place before hand but I reviewed their packages online and chose to do the ELITE package. Instead of doing it on their website, I called and talked to the GM Mike. I went over how many people were coming and asked if he could accommodate. He then asked if I was going to do bottle service and I told him I was interested in the elite package. He says thats doable and that to just show up that night and ask for him at the front desk. I then asked if I needed to pay upfront or anything and he says no. Cool. Come the night of, we arrive and I ask for Mike as he told me to and he says he remembers talking on the phone but then proceeds to tell me I cant get the package because its an online only deal and since I didnt buy it online, I couldnt get the deal. Now on the bottom of the page, it says you can walk in and get any package but youll just have to wait. I guess Mike cant read. I didnt feel like arguing so I just went with it since we were already there. He takes my party of 20+ to a corner with 2 small couches and leaves. WTF. Servers come over and then realizes it aint gonna fit us all so they move us. Before moving us, I order the 3 bottles as whats somehow required of us.Server comes back and gives me the total and then wants $200 additional for tip. I thought I misheard and was like what? Let me clarify, the package I was not allowed to get included gratuity already. At this point, my 3 bottles equated to MORE than the package I wanted which included 3 bottles, tip, and more. Now, they wanted more money. The server is holding my CASH in her hands in front of her and I at this point. I then put my hands back onto my money and tell her F it, Im Audi 5000. They then proceed to tell the rest of my guys theyll then settle for the grand I put in their hands already as I walk to the entrance to leave with my money. Out the door I go and Mike asks me where Im going. Give him the I got a call to take excuse that Im sure hes used to by now from girls.I get it that normally bottle service requires that kind of tip but them trying to finesse money out of me with all this BS is just ridiculous. They have low ratings for a reason and this is why. NEVER AGAIN!

Good group of staffs from the bouncers to the girls. The bartenders arent the greatest at customer service, seems to wait on drinks a little to long. Most girls are more likable than others. Expect a little less for attention if youre young. I was barely approached by the girls than other older men. I visit to the Twin cities monthly, and at least stop over to a strip club. Overall, I was satisfied with the establishment.

First thing I noticed was the girls galore. Came in with some friends and was taken good care of. What I observed was the staff & management.. Constantly checking on guests and greeting people. Definitely different and better than other places…

I always have a great time. Being a gentlemans club your probably not going for the food. The food is excellent, they always have a great dinner special and an excellent desert. I also like to go during the day for their day time happy hour. The management and the girls always take great care of me. excellent place to go for any event.

Id leave zero stars if I could. Walk in and they talked us into buying a bottle. Which is fine. They take us to our seats and two servers come over. All this place did was try and up sell you at every opportunity they could. We were asked if we wanted crown instead of the bottle we ordered. We declined and got the original one. The waitress poured us all a drink. I remember her coming back to pour myself one more drink. Otherwise I refilled my cup and my friends cups multiple times. Some dancers came over and sat with my buddy next thing I know im getting asked by the waitress if its ok to get them shots cause my buddy said it was. No my buddy never did say it was ok. So we declined that as well. Got asked multiple times to go in the naughty room $150 for 15 min or $300 for 30. When it came time to go our waitress demanded a tip. Now I always leave a tip and planned to but now you demand one after you barely helped us and tried to constantly up sell. I asked to see a receipt and she got all snotty and finely said fine. I followed her down to the bar to get it. She was so rude so I called her out on it and called her something I shouldnt have. She walked over got a bouncer and kicked me out. They said she told them I pushed her. No I said you go check your camera then I never touched her. So at a bottle mark up of around 1250%, rude up selling waitresses, strippers that drink your alcohol, puke in the sink, and getting accused of things you did not do. I would stay far far away from this place if I was you.

First time in a gentlemans club, I was really nervous but a beautiful women named Roxy was extremely patient and helpful. She did not push me into anything. There entire staff was very encouraging. I went back the next day and a wonderfully stubborn women named Elizabeth gave me my first dance. I highly recommend coming here for fun and feeling comfortable. Thanks Roxy and Elizabeth.

Business illegally uses bike lanes for valet parking activities. They value their customer’s convenience over the lives of vulnerable users of active transportation and use city resources for business purposes without compensation. Total trash.

The whole experience here is great. The girls are solid 9+/10. I went with a group of friends & we had a wonderful time. They treat you fantastic & have THE BEST chicken wings !!!

My friend and I are visitors to the Minneapolis area. We happened to stop by this bar out of curiosity. I ordered one glass of wine, and my friend ordered one glass. One of the dancers Jewel insisted that I buy her a shot, and I agreed to it. When I left I signed a receipt that had a total of $23, and I left a cash tip for the server. When I checked my statement today they’d taken out $75. Someone is a thief at this company.

Ive been going to Ricks for many years, and everything has been fine. Just recently, I have been discriminated against for NO REASON, and denied entry. Im really starting to think the head staff, one person in particular named (Manny) does not like black people. My brother and I were walking in and as we were, he approached me and said, are you getting VIP? And I responded with, not tonight, but are you still serving food because I would like to order immediately if you are with some drinks? He replied saying they were still serving food, but I couldnt get in because I wasnt getting VIP. Was that the real reason? Then I asked him was he serious, and said why cant we get in really... then he said we were out of dress code. Now mind you, Ive been going here for YEARS and this has never happened, I know the dress code well. If anyone knows the head boss at corporate or whatever, I would love to talk to him. But until then, I will NOT spend another dollar with this establishment due to the way they discriminated against me for NO REASON. Ive never caused a problem or done anything wrong! Smh.

Was passing through and a friend recommended going here for some fun. Was checking the place put when Kendra came on stage. Talk about a great personality. Not only is she stunning and built just right but she also knows how to treat a gentleman too. Though our time was brief together she got my attention. When I come through again I will definitely be stopping in to see her and have some more fun with her. She does not disappoint. Food and beverages were amazing...dancers were beautiful and it wasnt to crowded..I spent alot of money there being my first time! The buzz kill was when I asked the bartender whom I tipped out as well for a cup of water..after enjoying mutiple don julio beverages....she refused even tho I payed for the meal....I can see alot of people leaving cuz of that petty reason like I did!!

I stated WHY I will never enjoy any dancing at your establishment which constitutes an accurate way to review a place based on heavily supported evidence of what my complaint is about with this establishment. Clearly displaying you dont even read the original review. Never stated I even viewed this from youtube, nor from its platform at all, and you never even addressed what was witnessed by the OWNER of this establishment being apart of what has been witnessed now by THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. This is the best evidence yet to really display your false narrative your copy paste is trying to portrayPeople attacked that cyclist in that video because they simply have repeatedly requested it not be used as your personal valet for your establishment, which is why its so huge the owner himself was caught on camera as such! The cyclists gets told theyre a bully for standing up for their rights, they simply tried requesting we take responsibility for what this can do to other humans by illegally blocking these bike lanes. They tried so many different ways but always within their rights, but who cares about those unless its for your business right? I get it, its easy to pick on the weak, and cyclists are a pretty low hanging fruit.Well, this time that harassment towards his request of them to move escalated because enough people got riled up at him standing up for his request. Not once did the cyclist fight back, so many times you could see them waiting for him to and trying to make it look like he could have with their words, but I dont think they realize how bad their actions looked.Proving further the lack of respect they truly have for it and why so many die due to people not realizing the severity of their actions while operating these vehicles. Its insane to me how far this truly did escalate because of your establishment constantly encouraging people TO PARK IN THE BIKE LANES (yeah bouncers telling this cyclist its okay to park there means that). Its on video, and the one that you mention in the comments is something you should remember why its important to read a review before replying. Because I talked specifically about the owner doing it this time, to which I can only assume is the person typing that copy paste response hoping google will break their own terms of service agreements by removing legitimate reviews.Which makes it really hard to stress, its admittedly nice seeing what I saw with how poorly your establishment handles that lane from the owner. Did I mention the owner? Maybe if I write it in my edit you wont just do a copy paste response to your next bad review. Bro, this is not your personal valet and bike lanes are not drop off spots. Have your limo driver find a parking place LEGALLY like everyone else. Saw a police car too, but their lights were flashing and not causing a danger. Love to watch a good dance, but never doing that here.

I love this establishment. The service and environment has always been good to me. Prior to COVID, their HH was one of the best in the Twin Cities. Hopefully, they will reinstate their pre-COVID prices when the pandemic is under control.

4 stars because the drinks are way over priced. The stadiums dont charge nearly as much for the same drinks. But everyone is super nice, the girls, the bar tenders, and the bouncers. The girls are very pretty too of course.

Imo best spot in Minneapolis, great selection of ladies, booze alittle pricey but so are nightclubs and all. Seat are great to watch the dance floor. And Im in love with dancer named May, to bad last time she told me she wasnt gonna be there much longer. Id recommend this spot to pretty much anyone who looking for a good time with very respectable and nice ladies.

I have been to Ricks several times, more than a half dozen I would say. I am generally disappointed with the women there. The women are not that attractive and there are not enough blondes in my opinion. The drinks are overpriced compared to other strip clubs I think. The biggest problem I have with Ricks is that the music is way too loud and there is not enough bass for the volume of the music, compared to DTC. I have spent many hours and hundreds of dollars at Ricks but probably wont go back. The type of women there are just not my type I guess. I like petite blue-eyed blondes. I prefer Spearmint Rhino now, that is my favorite and I have become a regular at the Rhino now. The only thing I actually like about Ricks is the location. I know where I can park for free on weekends not too far away, which is nice. But that is not enough to bring me back, in light of all the negative things I dont like about it. Dont really care for the bathroom attendant thing either. They dont really have a pole there, and that is kind of unique and what makes Ricks what it is, but I dont really care for that myself. I dont see that as a plus. Its not a bad place, but I have found places I like more, which now is mostly the Rhino.

Please consider the feedback.Establishment has bouncers outside the entrance who make the place feel unwelcoming. Patrons will block traffic in order to pick up or drop off at the entrance.

I came into ricks on a Friday night and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were having a charity event and donating half of their proceeds to a local womens shelter I had great drinks beautiful servers and some impressive dancing entertainment!

Clean venue. good food. beautiful women. Sat at the bar and Tokyo & Emma took great care of me. music was pumping. great all-around vibe.

The club has run all the good looking women out. Greedy Corporation steals all the dancers tips so they end up leaving to go to better club which pays them fairly from there dances. Avoid this club if your a dancer and you want to keep your money.

We got there at 140am on a Saturday, paid $40 went inside, went straight to the bar only to get told they were not serving any more alcohol when they close at 3! Sure would of been nice if they told us that when we walked in that they werent serving anymore instead of spending $40 for nothing.

For years has employed thugs and endangered public safety on a daily basis. Encourages illegal and violent behavior among its patrons. Directly allowed my personal safety to be jeopardized countless times when my commute still brought me near their establishment. I would never patronize a business while it cares so little for every member of our community.

Went here for my brother’s bachelor party and the hospitality was phenomenal. We prepaid for 6 bottle service and the hostess, bouncers, and ladies were very accommodating. Highly recommend it.

This place is a dump,/valet/bouncers rude and a noxious n there humerus is not like by anyone. Charge more than what they should of on my bill and had to get that back after I seen what the receipt read. Turned them in for better business Bureau. Never go here again.

My experience with Ricks Cabaret had a lot to be desired. This is from the owner of Ricks Cabaret: [Ricks Cabaret] staff is not involved with the traffic problem created by drivers. This is a clear and intentional lie: Ricks Cabaret staff is involved with traffic problem created by drivers on a regular basis. Their outdoor security deals with traffic issues in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. It is gross.

BEWARE!!! My husband and his friend were drugged (per physician drug test) and the manager tried to approve over $10k in lap dances ($2k per dance!!) on their credit cards (which werent returned to their wallets, but were stolen)!! Then they put them in a cab and sent them to a hotel and used there card to buy them a room.BEWARE!! You may be drugged, stolen from and taken advantage of at Ricks!

Nothing but meth-heads go and work here, if you want to be assaulted and threatened, go here. The owner knows and does not care and you can see them aggressively attacking everyone who is leaving a review.
