Downtown Cabaret

I visited this establishment a couple of years ago on a business trip. I am 99.9% sure I was drugged. I left after a private dance and found myself absolutely disoriented and confused for hours, wandering the streets of downtown Minneapolis. I had no idea where I was or how to get to my hotel until 5:00 or 6:00 am, and most of the memories of that night are extremely fuzzy at best. I was severely over charged for the service. This physical reaction is not something I have ever experienced from having a few drinks. I have been deeply traumatized by this experience and would strongly suggest no person (man or woman) go to this (or any) club alone.

If youre looking for a spot with top-notch food and drinks, look no further than this club! The cook whips up some seriously delicious dishes. The bartender Jen makes great drinks. Its a cool place for anyone who appreciates good food and drinks in a vibrant atmosphere!

Every time I come here I have an amazing time! A great place for a girls night out, I feel safe and taken care of. The drinks, atmosphere and the location are perfect. Shout out to Chris and Missy for always making sure I have a good night!

By far the best club in Minneapolis. We came from Boston and had checked out a few but this one was the best staff was friendly and welcoming..entertainers as well. The only issue I had was we ran a tab and my card was charged 350$$ before we even cashed out. I spoke with the manager she said they run 50$ each round of drinks, the problem was one was for 150$ although they did all fall off my account my bank picked it up as fraud, and closed my card out and being in MN without an active debit card made it harder not being able to access funds. The first night we went that didn’t happen so it was a bit of a shock. Still when I’m back I’ll be stopping in again, just know to use cash.

My favorite place to get a drink...truly the best staff ever! From management, to the servers, bartenders, DJs and beautiful entertainers...everyone is professional and there to make sure you have an amazing night out! And the food is delicious and the perfect way to help you soak up those incredible drinks they serve. Pro tip - order a green tea shot or five, haha. Wow. Was excited about the $10 cover charge. Went to get one shot of a tequila that usually costs around $8 a shot and a Modelo which usually costs around $5-$6 any other club I have been to that serves alcohol. It cost $29 dollars. $12 for the Modelo and $17 for a single shot. Are you kidding me? Where in the world do you get off charging that extreme of price for alcohol? Then we went to sit at the stage. Put up around $20 singles and the girl barely paid us any attention, waited for the next girl, put up another stack of ones and she paid us zero attention. She was dancing for everyone that wasnt sitting at the stage. What is this? I dont get the reviews. Because they have a light show? Whatever. We wasted money, wont be back ever.

I went there for the first and will be last time going! I bought two Bud-light beers which are $11 bucks each so a total of $22, I bought them separately from each other. And gave a $2 tip each time! The total should have been $26 all together So today I wake up and check my bank statements as usual , just to find that I was actually charged $16 for one , and $15 for the other which is a total of $31. There’s no honor among THIEVES and I strongly encourage everyone who visits this place to be careful with your credit card. THIEVES,THIEVES,THIEVES. And I will DISPUTE this B.S!! #BE CAREFUL with these ppl

Awesome Club! I was here on a Sunday, as soon as I walked in the door I felt the Vibe of this Club. The music, the lights, the Building!!! Old architecture, Huge, Beautiful ceilings, antique Massive chandelier, library bar with shelves of books to the ceiling.Thats without looking at the scene!!Gorgeous women, everywhere. Had 2 managers welcome me & ask how Im doing, brought to a table between 2 stages, the Dj was playing Solid Hits from EVERY genre, I love that about strip clubs!!! This is a well run club, very professional. I highly recommend!!

While in town visiting we came across this lovely gentleman’s club and was very impressed! Chloe the bartender is absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and introduced us to some beautiful entertainers. A must VISIT whenever you’re in the area!

One of my favorite clubs in the cities! From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and ready to show us a good time! We came on a Saturday night, it was busy but plenty of nice tables to sit at to have some drinks and enjoy some dances. At some other clubs we havent gotten any attention because we are a couple, but at DTC everyone was so great to us! The girls are gorgeous and so sweet! If you come bring lots of cash, the dancers are fantastic and worth every penny! Wonderful hospitality from all of the staff! We cant wait to come back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful night! Great establishment. From the gentlemen at the door to the all beautiful women inside. Management treated me like a regular and accommodated me and my party very well. Adriana was very respectful and made sure I had everything I needed for a GREAT time! Highly recommend.

Me and my friends decided to grab a few drinks here and it was the best decision we made!!! The manager cam made sure me n my girls were taken care of and our server shay was such a doll!! She definitely made our night! Highly recommend this place for a fun time!

We were in town for a xmas party and were referred to the Downtown Cabaret after our event by our hotel. The manager Chris went up and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and any concerns were addressed. Downtown Cabaret is lucky to have him! The entertainers were great and very classy! Overall the experience was well beyond what you normally come to expect from a gentlemans club! I HIGHLY recommend this as a definite stop for the night.

What a treat this place was to visit. We were in town and went in on a Thursday night, boy it was an awesome time. The sound and light system rivals that of any nightclub I’ve ever seen, but more importantly they had a great selection of beautiful and fun ladies to party with. My buddy and I opted for bottle service in one of their party booths and just had the best time. Probably spent too much money but nobody’s regretting any of it. The service could’ve been a bit faster but they were pretty busy for the night, otherwise it was adequate. Definite recommend on this club

The good Katie the server was awesome. The bad damn doormen doubled the cover charge from 20 to 40, the kitchen was open but only burgers were available.

I can’t remember the last time I had that much fun on a night out. From the outside, the place looks like a fortress. Inside is an experience hosted by some incredible talent. The ones we hung out with were all super fun and hot. I don’t usually leave reviews for places like this because there was never a reason to, but we were treated really well by the staff here. After a wild night, they arranged a driver to get us back to our hotel. Will definitely be back!

While in town for business my co-workers and I visited all the clubs and top bars in Minneapolis and this one has to be the best overall party vibe & atmosphere! We got bottle service after being greeted by managers Dylan and Adriana! Bartenders Joe and Hoover are very pleasant as well as the smoking hot entertainers!Will definitely be back to VIP at DTC Everytime in Minneapolis!🔥

This is the place to be from the servers Sierra and Jen, the bartenders Hoover and Joey and management staff Kam, Chris, Dylan and Adriana always take care of me and make sure it’s a great time. I patronize this place often. Best vibes in the city!

I went to this place on Tuesday (10/4/2022) and took a private room (suit) (dont remember her name but she was born in Thailand and raised in Australia). They charged me $1300+ for one hour and dancer hardly spend 35 min. When I talk to manager, she is not at all helpful and when I ask manager her name, she said her name is Jamie, but when I talk to other dancer she mentioned that manager name is Adriana. Manager even lied about her name. This is completely cheating. I wouldnt recommend this at all, completely waste, they simply take more money. For this worst service they even took $145 as tip.

It’s a really beautiful building. Lots of hot girls who know how to work it on stage. Tons of variety, there’s definitely someone for everyone ;) They play great music, they pour awesome drinks, and the food is magically delicious!😁 I’ve been to a couple clubs in the area, this one is by far my favorite!

Decided to stop by DTC for only the second time in almost a year on a Monday evening. When I first walked in a little after 7 pm there was one entertainer on the floor and no customers. Waitress eventually found me on the floor and I ordered a rum and coke which was watered down with almost no alcohol. Then, to top things off asked for a menu and was told the cook wasnt coming in until around 10 pm. Are you kidding??? This is supposedly one of the best clubs around and doesnt have a cook on duty when they open. Spent about 90 minutes at the venue and left hungry and frustrated. On positive notes the staff from main door to waitresses are all friendly, professional and pleasant. Their mens bathroom has greatly improved from my last visit with new sinks, toilets and urinals installed. Its also a much cleaner rest room compared to 2021. If I was DTC management would either make sure you have a cook on duty when your doors are open or just completely end your food service. Cant have it both ways. How can you let a cook dictate when they want to come in and work? Customers want food and bar service when they walk thru that door and you should be ready to deliver no matter what time of day youre open

My fiancé and I are a younger couple who recently visited this gentlemans club. We throughly enjoyed the entire visit and we were given the treatment of a VIP. The entire venue is extremely unique. The building is historical and they have done everything to keep it that way, inside and out. Inside is a nice long stage to watch the girls, and a multiple VIP locations as well. The building does not have a pole for girls, on the main stage (one is in the VIP), which provides an unbelievable experience as the dancers must improvise to get your attention. The staff was friendly and extremely respectful with us. The bathrooms were amazing with attendants inside (something weve never encountered at other clubs). Management handled our one issue quickly and went far beyond what would have been expected. The bar was fully stocked and we got drinks in a timely fashion. The girls themselves were amazing and there is a wide variety of girls to fit anyones type. Overall our experience was amazing, especially compared to other clubs we have been to together. I highly recommend this club to anyone, its uniqueness and style make it well worth the time!

Went for my 30th birthday absolutely loved the girls. They were so sweet and gorgeous. Good job on the bottle service my best birthday ever. Only complaint please get these girls and your customer heat lamps out side we live in mf MN you also have a lot of out side state customers who are not use to the the weather thatswhy the 4 starts. You can afford too dont be cheap.

My husband and I came together and it wad amazing from the moment we walked up! We have found our new favorite place to go together. Chris, the performers and the servers are phenomenal. This is the place to go for a good time.

I went in for the first time and was instantly blown away by the amazing 10/10 guest service and wonderful dancer, everything was beyond expectations, the bartenders, the servers and the other guests as well were very welcoming; It’s easily become my new favorite club.

Check your receipts if you use a credit card!! Barkeep wanted to keep my card and ID in her bra and the floor waitress disappeared with my card and ID for nearly an hour! We had to track her down before we left. Two charges for $23 each were increased to $30 and $40 by the next day. Fortunately I kept my copy of the receipts. We wont be back nor recommend this establishment, ever. There needs to be a zero star rating.

The guy at the door was very friendly and welcoming. The guy behind the front desk was rude and condescending. I wouldnt suggest going here especially when the Seville is only a couple blocks away. The Seville has prettier girls anyways. The girls at downtown cabaret were standoffish and just as rude as the guy at the front desk. If you ask me the guy at the front door and the girl behind the bar are the only decent customer service people working there.

Girls were friendly and beautiful. Staff was great from management to the bathroom attendant. Drinks were strong and the food was delicious (get the tacos!!). Will be back!

Had a wonderful time with my great friend at this gentlemans club. It was a bachelor party event and the evening was fabtastic. Pleasant staff, drinks came fast. Very attentive waitresses and bartenders. Big props to Rachael Ray for entertaining us from behind the bar. Numerous beautiful dancers and fun stage shows.

It was a great time. I stopped by the bar and was soon joined by a dancer. We chatted for awhile and then headed back for a 30 minute private dance. It was spendy with tip but one of the only clubs I,felt it was worth the money. Touching is up to the dancers discretion so maybe another dancer would not have been as much fun. Will definitely go back.

Loved it! There were great aspects of the place. Every girl was hot from the desk to the stage. The girls are very passionate of their job by their dances and theyll have a conversation.This was very convenient from the Hotel of Minneapolis, only 1/2 of a block away. The only problem I had was that the bartender sucks, always seem to be in a bad mood and the servers were never there when you needed another refill. I had to always walk to the bar to get another drink. I visit to the Twin Cities once a month and at least stop by one of the strip clubs downtown. Overall, LOVED IT!

I have enjoyed this establishment a few times in the last year, and I must say that it has always been top notch. The ladies are beautiful, the place is clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable! In particular Faith and Hannah have made every trip well worth it! Highly recommend visiting them!

Music and lighting are great, drinks are a little expensive compared to some other places. My only problem with this place is the lack of blondes. I have been there several times in the last few years and have yet to see an attractive woman. I like tall slim blonde women with blue eyes, and have had better luck at Spearmint Rhino at finding such types. The lighting and sound at Downtown Cabaret is unmatched by any other strip club in the area in my opinion, however that is about the only thing to bring me there, not the women unfortunately.

Buyer beware! The bartenders overcharge you and the bouncers are looking for a payout to fix such issue. You will be fighting disputed charges if you use a card for months (very shady).The bouncers try to fight you to get the girls paid. If you need to go to a gentlemens club stay away from this place. This isnt a copy pasted review for another club. Of course you wouldnt recommend this as a real experience of our venue. A spade is a spade as is this review.

Someone told me about Downtown Cabaret, so I thought I would give it a shot. I was approached by a redhead named Victoria. Let me tell you that based on her, I will never go back to this place again! She kept hitting me up for a private room, when I said I was not that interested. She kept harassing me! When I finally relented, she walked away from me when I gave her the money, said she had to go on stage. When she came off, she went and gave some other guy a simple lap dance! The girls there are subpar at best! If you want a better experience, go to The Seville or Spearmint Rhino! At least the girls wont rip you off and treat you like garbage.

This club is by far the best in the area. The girls are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the building is gorgeous. They have great drink specials and an awesome menu, even late night. There is no other club Id go to.

Manager is a greedy crooked Pimp! I Paid top dollar for a VIP room with a nice dancer. I even gave a nice $25 tip to management because i didnt want there $300 bottle of Champaign trying to limit drinking being on medication. After we were kicked out of VIP I was still talking to the dancer and he came grabbed he drink and her and made her leave. I hope he at least used my $25 tip to pay for her cab/uber.

Everyones friendly. Beautiful girls. Dress good and you even get bumped ahead of the line. Had several dances yet unfortunately one girl did pickpocket out of my suit pocket 40 bucks. Approached her later and she vanished for rest of the night. Keep money in your wallet and pants pockets! But will be back with money tie clipped too my nutts

Went there last night for my sisters Bachelorette party. We were invited into VIP got offered drinks and we were drugged. Definitely will not be going back to this establishment.

Was charged a different amount of money than I was told I would be charged for each VIP dance that I received. The amount was higher. I certainly didn’t feel like a “VIP” to say the least. I was spending money so why be greedy?

Took my beautiful girl friend to this club sat evening paid the cover charge and sat down ordered 2 drinks vodka/ cranberry the drinks arrive and they are in glasses the size of kids Sippey cups ! They had 3 sips in them at best for $17 for the round10 min later I ordered another round , waitress brings it and says $19 please? I said you just charged me $17 for the first round for the same 2 drinks why is it now $19 she starts an argument with me that no way did she charge me $17 for the first round , I said ya you did because I paid you with a $20 and told you to keep the $3 dollars as tip which you did on round #1Now you want more ? I gave her another $20 and told her to go away.It would really be nice if the Minneapolis gentleman’s clubs would stop all the scamming and BS with in their clubs ! It’s really getting old dealing with cocktail servers that are constantly trying to scam you out of more $ at every turn. Not the dancers as much as the servers !!I’m an excellent tipper and I always tip servers but it seems if you hit any of the gentleman’s clubs in Minneapolis your going to get scammed.Obviously their business model dosent work with out all the BS the scams.Would really be refreshing if you could go into a club pay your cover pay for drinks tip the girls watch some hot girls dance and sit back and not have to worry where the next hustle is gonna come from.All Minneapolis gentleman’s clubs are far from being quality clubs and been seeing it get worse as the years pass.Too bad most clubs just can’t figure out how to operate with out always the big hustle !

They do not respect the dancers and expect more than what is up front. Im not a dancer but Ive witnessed what goes on there up front. Going to turn them in for what has been happening there. WOW! is all I can say. Started out with an old mafia looking guy guarding the door lol newspaper in hand and all. Very chill in a word no ones pushy. Laid back, and just good future times to come. Clean VERY. Help full staff and not getting approached every 5 seconds like at some spots. But for real! Read this! After taking it all in and was ready to go. Old mafia door guy straight pulled out a RAMP for a gentleman in a wheel chair. Helped with doors and all BUT!!! put up a ramp for their customer! NEVER EVER SEEN something like that b4. Chill place, play at your style, but that act! Blew me away!!! coming back for sure! The pure level that they take care of their guests... Your in good hands here people. Come.

Plenty of attractive dancers. All friendly and play by the rules. But the foods and drinks are a little pricey, and the facility is a bit too small compared to many other clubs.

Dont believe the reviews. Maybe I havent been to many strip clubs but this is a sub par performance at best. Dont spend 260 for vip unless you want to talk a lot.

This business is located in what used to be called The Farmers and Mechanics Savings Bank. It was built in 1891 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Very nice spot, very nice DJ selective songs and ladies are not bad too.Will definitely do a bDay party here if given a chance its #2 on my list to always hit up.

The club is 100. The pics of tuxedo boy are legit. Pics of the fat dude in grey suit are a turnoff. Dude in fat grey suit needs to get off website. If he is present at the club, he shouldnt be.

The worst thing there is here in Minnesota. There is Rasism on the part of all the employees, mainly the manager, that is the most disgusting thing there is, they should shut it down.
