Had an issue with a puffco peak not holding a charge. I came into the store and the employee quickly grabbed the owner. I was worried I’m not even going to lie. After spender nearly 300 dollars on it. I was greeted with kindness and understanding. And the problem was solved with a brand new unit. That to now has held a charge.Thank you# the hook up boca Fam

I travel around the country for work and this is the best vape/head shop Ive been to. They have everything you possibly need and most of the crew is very knowledgeable in the products. Kyle is my go to if hes in. Hes professional and very knowledgeable but if hes not I havent had any problem with anybody else they all are very nice and can help with anything I need. If you are around I highly recommend stopping by and giving them your business

I walked in for a specific medical device that most people do not carry or specialize in. They were out of stock at the time when I was seeking service as this is a popular item; a gentleman there, whose name I do not know, took my name and number down and assured me that they would call me back as soon as they got the item back in stock. I was skeptical, as this type of service is rare these days; so I left my name and number. A couple of days later I had a friend to call the store for me when I was busy and they were not in stock. I was frustrated, thinking that they sold the item out from under me without notifying me because that happened before to me with salesmen. It wasnt thirty minutes after that call and one of the head guys called me back and they left me to do service with Lonnie when I arrived. I have not experienced service like this in quite some time. They also have a new hire there, and Im sure she will do well. Her name is Maddie and she assisted me in a very brief and professional way to make sure that I left happy. This place even has a rewards program. You dont have to spend a million dollars to get a ten dollar coupon either. This is an excellent shop!!!

I’m conflicted while writing this review. The shop is very warming and welcoming, and their selection is nice to say the least. However, I recently purchased a product that was $50, (which is a lot of money for someone that has a budget), but the product did not perform up to my expectations... when asked for a refund, apparently there isn’t a return policy for vaporizers. The product was purchased the same day. With that being said, great selection.. but be careful what you buy.

By far one of the best shops within a few hour radius. I drive all the way from Louisiana for their high-end glass selection and the knowledgeable owner. I have been incredibly satisfied with every visit to this shop. Its really nice to know there is a connection to the high-end glass market in the south, so if you wanna get hooked up fat, for sure hit up this shop.

This place has the best juice prices in town. Great vape juice selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of Awesome pipes for smoking. The store itself is very clean and inviting. If you havent been here yet, definitely stop by and check it out. Youll be glad you did.

This place is the best place to go if you need smokes of all types. They even have a handful of cigars. This is the alternative smoke shop that has staff who are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and actively helpful. Based on costs at other places they have the costs down too. Great visits. If this keeps up Ill be a regular.

They are absolutely amazing people, I mean everyone that work there and the owners. Very knowledgeable about their products and are out to help you as an individual not to ring the register (if you know what I mean). They have the very best in vaping juices and what an awesome selection.. I have never seen so many high quality products in one location.I had lost the tip to one of my vapors and you cant just buy the tip easily, so one of them gave me theirs.5 STARS.. They had a lot of nice stuff. They were very knowledgeable of their products. They werent very personable though. I shop at another tobacco store in Mobile, but I stopped in there because its closer to my house. I tried making conversation with the guys in there and they just werent personable. However it was just towards me and the person I went in there with. I wouldnt go back, I will drive the extra 20 minutes to my regular store.

The guy helping was rude and was no help at all! He over charged me on a nail saying it was $19.99 and then charged me $29.99. He also didnt give me a receipt so I couldnt easily see that I was over charged. This was my 3 time shopping there and every time was a crappy experience. I went back 3 times thinking it would be better but it never was. My friends and I will be shopping more online and I hate that cause I try to buy local as much as possible

Prices are higher than Up N Smoke and selection is basically the same(brand wise). Up N Smoke stays open much later which is awesome. The staff at Vapors is awesome which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I dont care for the price gouging on chinese glass.

I once had a great review for this business but I digress. For the past several weeks Ive been going in there to get my vape needs to to learn they are outta stock!! Mobile #1 vape and smoke shop IMO.

For the longest time, I was going to other vape shops because they were a bit closer to me, but their customer service was never up to par. Now me and my husband exclusively go to Vapors, since the workers there really try to help out everyone who walks in. They are all really kind and will happily explain anything you have questions on. Plus their prices arent too bad!

THIS BUSINESS SELLS COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE! I purchased an expensive vaporizing device from Vapors, It did NOT work out of the box. I returned the device the next day, only to be directed to the manufacturer warranty. THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMS THAT VAPORS SOLD ME A COUNTERFEIT DEVICE, and therefore isnt eligible for warranty. BE EXTREMELY WARY OF THIS BUSINESS, THE DEVICE MANUFACTURER IS THREATENING FEDERAL CRIMINAL FRAUD CHARGES, AGAINST THE SHOP AS WELL AS MYSELF......IN RESPONSE TO THE SHOP POSITION/RESPONSE, that RIDICULOUS EXCUSE wasnt valid then, NOR now. Its a cop-out, AND a false ASSUMPTION, try proving that EXCUSE in court when I exhibit the evidence. YES, Civil Tort Procedure IS part of the law TOO. I HAVE already located several, and WILL be utilizing EVERY OBSCURE regulation, law, and ordnance that I can find, AND I dig deep. YOU NEED a lesson about the PROPER way of doing business HERE, I KNOW you have NO understanding of THAT, but ignorance isnt a defense, in law OR business HERE in America, and particularly in ALABAMA! So, HOW SURE ARE YOU that the law is on YOUR side HERE. Law Enforcement organizations are just begging for a legitimate reason to investigate a shop like yours, and YOU handed them the justification. Worst vape shop around mobile, they have a good variety of inventory but when it comes to customer service 1 star. I bought an aspire breeze 2 only 40 bucks but didn’t even get 3 days of use out of the thing the battery last an hour no more than 2 regardless if I vape it or not the company told me return it to the store for a exchange so I talked to the boss he asked me bring it in for an exchange and they’ll take a look at it the worker told me he couldn’t do anything for me and the boss will not swap no purchases items from there store. The mod was only 40 bucks so I wasn’t mad but that’s besides the point if I’m gonna spend money with u I at least want what I paid for the mod was defective and the aspire company itself told me it could be a defective unit

So I wondered into this place looking for tobacco pipe stuff. This is not that kind of place. I would have called this place a head shop in my day but they did have a lot of vaping accoutrement which is of course what they are if I had looked them up first. Having said that, the clerks?..Salespeople?....Purveyors of all things Vape? Whatever. Were all very nice and showed me anything that might meet my needs and were happy to chat with me even though I was obviously out of my element.

They always have everything I need with excellent customer service. It’s the only place I go and I tell everyone to check them out. If you haven’t done so yet, you should.

Employees are very rude. Dont buy vaping supplies here! If you buy something and its defective from the start they refuse to replace it, even though I had the receipt. I also bought a kamry 20 battery from them which is dead only 6 months later! They are like used car salesmen. Dont go to this shop unless you want to get ripped off and sold defective stuff!

Bought 2 mods from them both broke in under a week and both mods i purchased, the online warranty is no longer available so i was basically scammed for $100 dollars and they wouldnt do any exchange past 2 days of purchase so dont bother wasteing money on there box mods their outdated and faulty have had nothing but problems with them since i bought my first mod

This was a great store before the pandemic, however, as the pandemic has continued, they have continued to up their prices. The Bidi sticks have been marked up twice since the pandemic. I found them for $7.95 online.

The guy was very helpful. I was a beginner so he suggested the sub vod after I told him what type of vaping experience I was looking for. He asked if I liked candy ejuices? I told him I love laffy taffy so he pulled out an ejuice, put it in the subvod Id just purchased, I vaped it in the store & fell in love with the service, the ejuice, & the Kangertech sub vod. They laughed b/c my reaction to the vape was priceless. I do think I was overcharged, I didnt get a receipt but I paid $79.00 for a subvod & 30 ml of Taffy Man. I shouldve bought extra coils while I was there though. I know now subvods do not cost that much. I would recommend this shop but watch to see how much youre being charged.

There was one person in there who was nice and concerned about what I wanted, the others were rude. When you walk in, there is so much smoke, in there, you need a mask on your face,it is worse than walking in a club, it suppose to be a place of business, all I can say is, it is very unprofessional.

I bought an Innokin Cool Fire IV from Vapors. Loved it, it was fantastic. And one day, about a month after I bought it, it quit working. Money was tight, so I used a simple little vape pen until I had the cash to go back to the vape shop to get my Cool Fire fixed. The very nice guy at the counter said I just needed to replace the coils. I bought a pack of five, he put one in, my Cool Fire worked again. Yay!That night, it stopped working. The next day, I took it back to Vapors.The guy behind the counter looked at it while I looked around the shop. After a couple of minutes, he said it was working and that all he had done was take the bottom off. My husband told him wed like to just swap it out for a new one--Innokin has a 90 day warranty, the shop you bought your item from is supposed to honor it. The guy told me that they dont do that here, and that I need to learn about the product that I bought so I can fix it myself.Husband and I left and went to another vape shop, near an apartment we lived in years ago. I bought an eLeaf iStick 50w. The lady who sold it to me said if I had any problems within 30 days, come back to their shop to exchange it and if I have any problems after that, come back to the shop for help fixing the problem.Maybe the guy at Vapors thought Id dropped or knocked over my Cool Fire IV? I have never dropped, knocked over, or otherwise damaged it. I just wanted to swap it out. Its under warranty, and Ive been to Innokins site to see what their policy is. If Vapors isnt an authorized Innokin retailer, to quote Innokins site, the guy behind the counter could have just said that.Vapors is a five minute drive from my house, but I wont be back, not even for the delicious unicorn milk juice.

I bought a blue mist and when I went back home I realized that its not a blue mist it was something with a mint. I went back to the to replace it but they didnt do anything. What a bad experience :(
