I was in there today, but two geek vapes, and I got to tell you they are outstanding way better than the kados vapes I bought before that I thought were so good. He was very informative, and very full of knowledge on every aspect of pretty much everything in that business. I give this guy five stars and I’m so happy I gave them a chance because I love my new vape. Excellent flavor in it shows you battery charge and how much vape you have left during use. Probably the best vape I’ve ever bought for a disposable rechargeable.

I dont get up here as much as I like (have one of my buddies go for me lol) but just wanted to say how awesome every experience Ive ever had here is. The absolute best vibe Ive ever had in a vape shop, like if the Friends cafe was made for vapers 😂Yall are amazing people - going to stop by today to say hi!

The owner was so knowledgeable, had a huge selection, and was extremely nice. We will absolutely be returning here when we hit Charleston again!

I have been coming here for years and he and his lady are amazing. I read the last review about helping multiple people, they do. But if I’m the immediate customer I’m going to appreciate the one on one more so then being blown off. It sucks that it sounds you didn’t plan your day accordingly but I’ve never had an issue with either one and think the store, the customer service and overall experience is amazing. Perhaps interrupting someone wasn’t the most respectful thing to do fyi.

The woman who runs this shop is the worst. The last time I went here she told me she “couldn’t help me” and that she knows nothing about vapes. The prices are pretty high, and the disposable selection is extremely small. It’s unfortunate that the closest place to me is terrible.

The guy that works here is amazing the lady is horrible. Unable to help multiple people at a time, doesnt even say hello Ill be with you in a minute. She was helping a woman with a thousand questions which is totally fine. I interrupted to say I just need 3 things I know exactly what I need I have no questions, is that okay? She said, well youre making it okay so I left. If you cant help 2 customers at the same time then you need a different job because you seriously lack any skills . Practice phases such as; pardon me while I see what this person needs.

If you are new at this, this is TOTALLY the place to go!! I recently visited this great little tucked away shop in order to get a better idea of the best way to go about vaping and quitting smoking. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing and the staff was OUTSTANDING!! They were SO helpful, patient and took way more time than they needed to to help me find the “just right” fit for my needs. They are also much more affordable than a lot of the other places that I have been to. This place is a great little place to go if you are new at this. They also have a HUGE menu of flavors to pick from! Last but certainly not least... I am retired military and they give a military discount! I didn’t even have to ask for it. The employee that was helping me, noticed my ID in my wallet and was now he reminds me to mention it every time I go to the store. Unbeatable customer service and products! Best little shop in town by far!!

I stopped by the E-Cig Depot the other day to purchase a new pen since I was having problems with my current one. The owner couldn’t have been more nice and knowledgeable (I am new to vaping) in helping me choose a new pen. To top it off, she explained to me what was wrong with my original pen and fixed the problem!! Now I’ve got 2!!! They were such a nice couple!! I love this place & will be back! I highly recommend ~ the best selection in town!

Hands-down the best smoke shop I have been to in the United States, and I am from Florida, where smoke shops are plentiful. The owner really knows his stuff. The only complaint I have is I cannot give more than five stars. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Extremely clean and inviting. Extremely high standards in a non-judgemental atmosphere. Thats exactly what vape shops should be like. I ran in for a quick juice run and wound up gabbing with the owner for over an hour. My home shop is in West Ashley but since I now work in Mt Pleasant, no other Mt P shop will get my business. Whether youre just starting or been at it for years, youll be right at home here. Highly recommended.

Previously I always went out to Johnny Dodds for my vape needs, I hated it and most of the places there feel very preditory with pricing and the attitude of their staff. I initially went here after discovering how close it was to my home, I was blown away. I love this shop, I love the atmosphere and seating, I love the staff. If you vape, or are thinking of vaping, or know a vaper who youd like to get a gift for this is the place to do it. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to some of the other shops, they are helpful and knowlagable and they care about their clientele. I go nowhere else anymore this is my new favorite shop. Its easy to get in and park, its welcoming and its the best place in the area. Just dont try and buy anything if youre underage, I know that should go without saying but they are hardasses for checking ID, as they should be.For the owners: I love this shop and I hope to continue to do business with you, however I think the pricing on your house juice is extremely high. Everything else is about right, so thank you for not doing what others do with a massive markup some b&m like to saddle people with. Keep up the good work and thanks for the service you provide.

This place is amazing! great atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. Not only is it cozy but they also have a huge selection of mods and juices. Would recommend this shop to any vaper new and experienced both.

Hands down, the best vape shop in town. Their house liquids are unmatched in quality. Tons of options in flavors, strengths, types, blends, and sizes. Also carry premium brand juice at internet prices. Beautiful selection of devices. Exceptional service in a classy yet casual spot. They even have a pair of reading glasses behind the counter for those of us with shrinking arms. These folks have integrity all the way around: quality, sevice and pricing. Plan ahead though, check their hours.

I have been a long term customer here at E-Cigs Depot. I moved about 35 miles away and tried a few other like stores in my new area, no one matches the customer service provided here and others dont even come close to the variety, selection, knowledge and comfortable environment. I continue to make the trip 35-40 miles out of my way when I am in need of anything related to my vaporizer.

I came down from Fayetteville N.C. to visit and found this place..It looks like an upscale bar inside..amazing place and its exactly what I would want my vape shop to look like..i met one of the owners and she is great..they have a good selection of everything..juice,mods,wire,tanks ect..now I have a place to visit whenever Im in Mt Pleasant..this store should be on your must go to list if you vape or are thinking of quitting cigarettes.
