Friendly staff, great selection of glass, vape products, cdb, kratom, nitrious, tabacco, etc. Every Wednesday is Wacky Wednesday and is the best day to go since almost everything is on sale, sales changes from month to month Its always super busy this day so some things like cbd sell out so go early if you can. One of the few places that sells DJeep lighters.....

Now I switched to the geek vape legend that taz recommend and with a sub ohm tank way better due to my high use of the vapeing this works way better for me love the mod and the honesty from taz go see him at wild bills you won’t be disappointed I’ve learned so much in last 6 months . Wish I could work for these guys that’s how great the store and workers are 10/10. 6 months cigarette free !! Never felt better .

Went in to buy mystery bags and was told by the manager Gavon that there was a 2 per person limit. When I asked if it was per day he said yes. I have never heard of this policy at any of the locations I have bought from before but wasnt going to push back too hard. I went home and came back the next day for the manager to stop me again and say that it has to be 24 hrs. Wasted gas and time dealing with a manager who wants to make up his own rules!!!I called the location up the road from them to verify the information the manager quoted to find out that there is no policy! This manager is full of himself and should definitely get better training.- AVOID 100 S. Mission location (0/10 Recommend)- Drive the extra mile to go to 2003 S. Mission location, Better management and customer service (10/10 Recommend)

I went to both Wild Bills locations in Mt. Pleasant. I’m a big fan of glass and they told me that they had a 40% off sale going on. I asked if pendants were I clouded with the sale, and the man had to go ask his manager. He came back and said that they were in fact included. I was super excited and ready to make the purchase when he rang up the item and then informed me that it actually was mot included. I asked if there was anything he could do since he already offered the 40% off and he said the best he could do is 20% off. Very unprofessional way to do business and definitely not going back.

Staff is always knowledgeable, but got my cart battery from this store.Has a magnetic atomizer and figured shoot if they sell the battery w/atomizers theyd have the individual atomizers as well.To my disappointment they do not sell them.Great store just wish they sold the replacement parts for the items they sell

Been to a lot of Wild Bills locations and this isnt a bad one. Great selection of products and knowledgeable staff. Staff spends way too much time chatting then getting customers in and out though. Im sure they are informing the uninformed but it can be annoying as you wait for what shouldve been an in and out trip.

Its alright. Overrated perhaps. I still get my atomizers from here though.Edit. Changed to one star. They will literally lie to you to sell a product. Was told they never run out of atomizers for the Drag S when I bought it. First time going into the shop to pick up a new atomizer and they told me they dont have them. Be careful.

Tried to get a price over the phone but they wouldnt give one, but they had the item I wanted. walk in to buy it and told them of what I thought of their policy as I have been in business for myself for 40 years the attitude they had Ill never set foot in their store again also they didnt give a receipt or a bag to put the purchase into ,Owner beware you might have a silent partner and also I would discourage any one from shopping there.

My fiancee and I have been weekly patrons at the Mount Pleasant location for going on three years now. Three days ago I went in after purchasing a battery from a distrubuter I have come to trust. I had my receipt. I had purchased the Yocan battery from them a week and a half prior. Two days before going into the store I picked up my rig and noticed a piece of the plastic by the battery port had chipped and come off and I had the piece with me. It was easy to examine by eye see there were no other skuffs or blemishes on the battery what so ever. Only damage was that described and I only wanted a replacement. The cashier that helped me was hardly kept with his mangey looking beard and unkept hair. Laughably though he had perfectly manicured fingernails that were longer than that of a woman. They were also painted much like a woman would go and have her nails done. They seemed to be giving him issues due to the length. Regardless, he told me that he couldnt replace it because the damage was cosmetic and he couldnt tell if I threw it on the ground intentionally. That to me was an insult. I take the utmost care of my things so for him to say something like that was just plain rude. My utensils are all kept in a padded case for traveling protection. Rarely do I put my batteries in my pocket, but when I do there is nothing else in the pocket and I wear a goose down coat. The padding around it then is more than adequate to keep it safe from breakage like that. I just would have thought that because of the length of patronage and money I have spent in that store I might have been treated a little better over a $15.00 battery. Needless to say I will be thinking twice before buying such devices in there again due to the return policy and lack of judgement on the employees part in making hasty customer service decisions that cost your store good business.Sincerely,Misty RebecP. I came to purchase Kratom but somewhat disappointed. I usually get a different brand elsewhere and found the product at Wild Bills is not near as effective on pain. I will need to go find the better product elsewhere.

Big selection of vaping products, a ton of different juice choices, just a great store to visit all around. Check them out as soon as possible!

I knew nothing about Cigars so I asked for help and received great service! Everyone was wearing a mask (correctly), the store was clean and well kept. And their Wednesday sale is a great deal.Ill be back

Went in to make an exchange as I have done before. Instead of customer service, I received condescending comments from the 3 guys behind the counter. No manager to speak with... I will not be taking any business to these guys ever again. I would highly recommend going to the Mr. Vapor up the road.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The manager is really cool, I told him I bought a 30ml of a really gross juice from their overspill and didnt expect him to do anything about it and he was so generous by giving me a $10 discount on a 120ml of one of my favorite juices

Chick with the blue hair banned me today after she asked me specifically if the flavors I was buying were my favorite and I said like I always do they are for my husband she looked at my ID then said she needed my husbands ID to verify he was of age (even though I am almost 40..)to sell them to me. Soo..kind of entrapment to ask in the first place.. she could see i was annoyed and i asked her why she would even ask..and that it was a new store policy for the last week..but I followed her rules and showed her his ID also then she said in her super condescending tone when I left to have a great day and I under my breath to myself said (almost to the door)will have a better day now that shes done being a btch to me. She yelled super loud from behind the counter that I was banned and not to come back to the store, followed and ran to the door so she could then take a pic of me in my vehicle...idk why she needed a pic of me if I was on camera which she also told me...anyway just ridiculous just to buy a vape pen. I will go to the other store from now on.

I dont know why this is still listed under Smokers Club as it is now Wild Bills Tobacco and Mr. Vapor. Regardless this place is great, excellent customer service and by far the best selection of e-liquid and vaping products in the central Michigan area. I purchased a tank that was not compatible with my mod and they gave me a huge discount on a new mod. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have stopped buying online because of this place. Also their Wednesday sale cannot be beat.

Bad. Employees were rude with me because my face mask wasnt completely covering my nose, this was my first time in this store and the only store to ever do that to me. Sick and tired of their management throwing me around on prices. I have been quoted prices and told I would still get them but every single time I go into the store its more money and they tell me they cant do anything for me. I am taking my business else where and I suggest you get Brian back in there before you lose all your business. The girl with the terrible makeup that runs it now has an attitude and I dont like it.

Staff was very inexperienced about their product they cannot answer any of my questions about vaping products, so I ended up buying some things that I am not happy with and I cant return it because all sales are final. They were also very rude to my wife who was wearing a homemade face mask but apparently that wasnt good enough for them and they made her leave the store

I was looking to start vaping again I went to a few different places before I found Wild Bills they are amazing there they had the juice flavor that Ive been looking for! And she wasnt pushy on me buying anything! She even answered all my stupid questions LOL and they have sales every Wednesday! Great place!

Helpful & friendly service with reasonable prices on most products. I occasionally pick up vape products for my son and they always are able to answer my questions (I dont vape). I would have given 5 STARS but they are occasionally out of the popular, high demand 1.4 coils for Smok.

Jb I believe his name was is a caring person for customer service if you happen to get him at this location. Was in and out besides our conversation. Had what I needed and taken care of immediately. First time in this location but looked very nice and clean.

Not impressed with Jessica at all. I understand carding people, I work at a gas station... but asking for IDs from a guy waiting outside with 3 kids when Im not buying anything? Then not selling to my wife because I said its not alcohol. All you did was make my wife cry all the way home. You need to do your job and drop the police act. Hopefully your boss is like mine and dont put up with over zealous employees!

Ok.. ive been very patient at this point.. But the Vape Mods sold here are complete junk, And they dont help with problems after like 6 days. First two mods, both stopped working, very nice mods 100$ +.. this last mod was the last straw, its less than 2 months old and the damn thing shorted out and almost caught my house on fire. Dont buy mods here. I dont know how they get the same brand as everyone else but theres are just sub par and dangerous.

Great place! They offer all your Ryo supplies and great bulk tobacco. They carry a huge selection of cigars and a lot of vaping products. The lounge is very comfortable and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The renovations are incredible the place is clean the new owner has my business!

Wonderful place. Really good prices. very friendly staff. They are also very modern and edgy while giving you a place to enjoy the traditional side of things (they sell cigars and have a smoke room) you can also vape here. one bad thing is that sometimes the college kids come in and exhale HUGE clouds of vape.

My boyfriend and I are a regular here (typically buy the same products when we come in as well). I came in in the morning and the employee wasn’t able to find the drop down I was looking for, so we compromised with a connector instead. Refused to sell to me because my friend didn’t have her ID with her (which I understand). What I don’t understand is why I sent my boyfriend back to buy the piece which he ended up finding the correct sized drop down and wasn’t even ID’d. I don’t understand why I was discriminated against and he wasn’t. But oh well.

Went in with my younger brother. I don’t even smoke. I forgot my wallet at home. Mind you I’m 33 years old. They wouldn’t sell to my brother and kicked us out. I wasn’t buying anything!! Most incompetent people I’ve ever felt with.

Wild Bills is a really great shop. They carry an awesome supply of tobacco & tobacco accessories, smoking supplies & also vapor smoking supplies. They have a nice selection of bagged & bulk cigarette & pipe tobacco, cigars, tubes, papers, rolling machines & trays, ashtrays & have a nice section of glassware pipes & bongs. They sell vape mods, tanks, coils, accessories etc & a large supply of vape juice.Their customer service is great. They have some really great employees that are friendly & knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this shop!

Absolutely terrible. I bought a vape 2 weeks ago and it’s broken and won’t charge. They didn’t give me a receipt and now they are demanding I have one. I have the bank statement showing how much was taken out and when. They won’t do anything for me.

One of the better tobacco/headshops in town. Not really about the vape life so cant really give any input there. But you can actually buy a whole carton/box of papers here which is super convenient rather than having to order online. Very nice displays and a usually clean enviornment. Staff seems to constantly be changing which is kinda lame but i get it.

Store was clean staff was friendly however not really the best prices for a Wild Bill. Cheapest 6oz bag of tobacco $6.49 +tax been to a few Wild Bills and usually get a 6oz bag for $4.89 +tax. My usual haunt Reds Oakridge Store Ive gotten 6oz Bags for as low as $4.49 and tubes for as low as $1.29 to me brand doesnt matter Tobacco is a leaf it grows on a tree does it really matter who picks them.

I was talked into buying this vape for quit smoking. When i get home after the store set up equipment now everytime i hit it shocks my mouth. So i call the store and theres no warranty theres nothing wrong with the unit Im just suspose put up with this thing blowing up in mouth. Im sorry i ever did business there.

Went in there looking for two batteries 18 650s for a flashlight had nothing to do with cigarettes or tobacco or vaporizer vapor puffing and you guys had exactly what I looked for I was looking for and walked right in there I had it convenient work and walked right back out with what I needed I give you a 10 5 out of 5
