I have gone to nearly every vapor shop looking for a specific flavor(still can’t find it) but at first I called to ask if they had salt nic lemon ice. He was very friendly and said no. I ended up calling back and apologized for calling twice. He was still very nice I asked about ICE flavors. He said he has a lot so I ran over there and he recommended a few ice flavors that ppl like I bought 2 of the favorites.. he was quick which I needed becuz Im actually at work around the corner. I will return and purchase much more in the future mainly becuz they have several options n the guy was really nice

I had been having issues with my vape for 3-5 years. I couldn’t get a good coil that would last longer than 1-2 days. I have been to many different stores across the south and in OR. I had some success with a store in MD but was still having issues. I live in the Murfreesboro area and have dealt with Kaleidoscope in the past. Last week I went in and still having issues I just decided I was going to change my coil daily because that was about all the use I could get. So last week I bought my five boxes of coils and went on my way. I woke Friday frustrated cuz I was using so many coils. I decided I would go back to kaleidoscope and talk to someone just to see if there was something else I could do. Quinn was in oh my he went way beyond he listened patiently, seemed genuinely concerned and acted with great customer service. After we talked about 5-10 minutes he made a final recommendation. It worked!!! He worked to talk to me and understand my exact problem. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. He fixed an issue that others had just blown off. He listened to everything I said to figure it out! Thank u Quinn, u saved me!! I will never forget your great customer service!!!

Though the worker was very polite, he wasn’t very knowledgeable in the products that he was selling. I asked about a juice I saw on display (mind you they had an extremely limited selection of salt nic juices and i was specific about wanting to purchase 50 salt nic menthol with a fruity flavor) none of the juices were 50 nic and he couldn’t even tell me what the flavor of the juice was that I asked him about. And when I asked for coils only one of the coils were the correct size that i asked for, the other one wasn’t. Overall it was probably the most wasted 40 dollars and some change that I ever spent, 10/10 wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about the quality.

Went in looking to purchase a vape to help quit smoking. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. This type of atmosphere immediately made me want to make a purchase. Walked me through several mods, in detail for what i was looking for. Definitely will be coming back for everything else. Thank you!

I visited a few other shops today and nobody was as friendly or as helpful as the lady at Kaleidoscope! I told her what type of flavor I was looking for and she made it right there in front of me and she nailed it! The prices for ejuice are very reasonable I will definitely be going back!

I recently purchased a new set up and paid $135. I realize later that I overpaid for the set up that I purchase, after visiting other shops. This obviously put a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be spending money at this vape shop! My advice is to look around before you spend your money

Consistently low stock, or out of stock, at least when it comes to coils. It’s the closest shop to me; however, due to the fact they never have what i need i don’t shop there a lot. Also not really to much of a selection of anything really, any other store in the area will have about twice the amount of variety and four times the stock. so sad.

This place has really gone down hill, the service used to be great knowledgeable honest staff. Now they are pushy and misleading they no longer will even tell you the cost of a device over the phone. I have up to this point exclusively purchased devices here to support local vape shops but today was my last visit.

I went in with a really awful headache with my friend who lives close by. They sell CBD now, so we each got a CBD pen and I also got some CBD honey. Seth was incredibly helpful and honest with us, he was not there trying to upsell us and he gave us both a great deal! I am really happy with my purchases and my headache went away within about an hour of taking some CBD. I will absolutely be coming back here for my CBD needs because not only was it a great experience, but the prices were so reasonable. Absolutely recommend!

This is the only shop I go to. If you do DIY e-liquid, this place is PARADISE when you want to try something new without wasting money! Its also wonderful when I run out of nicotine to be able to mix up what I would be mixing up at home. This is the only place in the Boro I know of where you can do this.Everyone Ive ever interacted with here has been very friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of devices and CAP/TFA flavors. Just wish you guys stocked FlavourArt!

This is my new favorite vape shop.Ill drive 30 mins to it no problem.bruce banner is my favorite everyday juice.great prices and the cbd sticks are really good too.

Asked for identification but didnt ask anyone else who came in after me and my fiancé. Never left our side acting like we were gunna steal something. Very rude on the service.

The employes are knowledgeable and friendly, products are at a very good price. The juices are super tasty! It is my new fav place to buy all my vapor needs and hang out with my friends.

This guy slick only sold me 1 Orion q pod in the 2 pack.. it’s already overpriced at almost 15$ FOR ONE POD!?!? Never returning again

These guys are extremely helpful in all ways. Helping decide the equipment you need, finding the right juice, etc. If youre new to vaping I would definitely recommend Kaleidescope!

People there are always helpful and friendly, I get my coils from them and they always have whatever I need In stock and ready to go.

A V O I D ! ! ! Blatant Price Gougers.Purchased a Kanger NEBOX from Kaleidoscope Custom Vapor Lounge only to find out they charged me well, well over retail value for it. Needless to say, I wont be giving them another dime.

Love this place. I make my own juice but I just like stopping in and talking with the people who work there.

They have a lot of selection and the juice is ok for the price. It tasted a little stale, but better than at least one other shop in Murfreesboro.

You guys should really think about opening your doors earlier than 10am.... Just seems like bad business when people want your service or product at the time of day they have to be out (and not a pleasureful 10am) but maybe like 7 or 8? I just dont understand why all of the vape stores do this, how do yall make any money!?!?!
