I understand a lot of people steal and when you own a head shop you will deal with your fair share of dope fiends, but when you treat everyone who walks into your store like a fiend and thief, it will keep the people who dont steal from coming in, Im a window shopper sometimes I just wanna look around and dont need to be asked 100 questions and stared at non stop when Im trying to find something cool to buy.. so Ill never walk into that store again

Been going here for a while now to pick up kratom. Best prices in town. Everyone seems friendly and willing to help out if you need advice on anything. I talked with the manager once about an issue and he took care of it right away. Always a great experience going in.

I’ve been so happy with the customer service that I get every single day from Rose and McKenzie. I come in and get deals on these new vapes that are so good and have 8,000 hits! As of right now there is a limit of two per customer per day! No other vale store has them. These two girls are always so helpful and patient! This store is always busy and they are fast at their jobs and great teamwork! It’s no wonder they are almost five star!

Most of the staff are very helpfu. Never waiting long for help. Fair prices on most items. If they dont have what you need they can direct u to the right places. Only issue I have is when I called to ask about an item the female worker that extremely rude w me. There is no need for that. I spend a lot of money in that place. N now I will not shop there any longer n I will tell everyone I know not to shop there either

Their personnel are very helpful with a great attitude. They are open from noon to 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week.You May want to call ahead on holidays. Beautiful Artistic glass pipes. however Most are quite expensive. On the flip side For a smaller store they have a nice selection of Inventory and price ranges for everyone.Dont forget to get new screens ,I believe they stock both stainless and brass in different sizes.I bought one item that turned out to be defective and returned with no problems, which I *highly* appreciated. Give them a try I dont believe you will be disappointed.

I went to this store for the first time a few years ago. I saw they had decent prices and some really good stuff. Then I started buying some e-coils for my wax rig and they had the best price and in the right location. But then we go into quarantine and everything shuts down. Well I emailed the owner and he was more than willing to ship me whatever I needed. Austin is the man. I love this store. And will be a customer forever.

Theyve got or can order just about anything you need from a glass shop. You obviously with the power of the internet, could order anything they have there. However, I often dont know exact sizes on adapters I need, I frequently order things i dont exactly know how to use, and i order really cheap products accidentally because i cant verify the quality of the glass before purchase.Ive found that its an all over better experience to just go in a shop and let someone that knows the products, find you what youre looking and help you make an informed purchase. The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable.If it smokes they got it. Go check them out, but be respectful of the laws they have to follow. Refrain from referencing any illegal or controlled substances in the store. Itll keep them from having to tell you personally.

Has always been a go-to glass shop for me for over 6 years! Great selection and great prices, the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the most unique and one of a kind glass art. The store is a very heady shop with all of your 420 needs and more! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing smoke shop with great deals.

Best head shop in the area

The owner know his product and with his kratom and knowledge has helped myself and many others Im sure. Prices are great and hes always got a deal. I have recently started going back looking at different items now Im not using the kratom. Hope to see more dab/wax tools and goodies then Ill never leave! Keep it up Austin!!!

Great place to go for most of your specialty smoke shop needs. From beautiful works of art, too your most basic piece they will have it. They also have scales to help you properly dosed your medication. And dont forget your whipped cream charges and apparatus. Because they have those just to help bring out the culinary artist in everyone!!!

I dont know how they fit so much awesomeness in such a small place but they do it well!! Theres a variety of things for all different types of people and the people that work there are always pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Don’t go there if you’re from out of state. Their system wouldn’t except my Arizona ID, and I am almost 30 years old. It was extremely frustrating and I left empty handed.

Bought something at the Coopersville store that was fragile, didn’t wrap it or put in bag. I dropped it and wouldn’t replace it. It was a $6 item and over that, lost a customer. Hope it was worth it. Pfft

Great store. Always clean the staff are all super cool people and smart as well. Both knowledgeable in the products that they stock as well as, They just know how to talk to people.

Great little spot! First time visit bought a pipe. Was a little grossed out as one of the employees was in back coughing profusely then came out to help with customers then went to the back again.. other than that great selection

This is an interesting place to visit even if you have no interest in smoking paraphernalia. They got some other things that could prove quite useful around the homestead.

Ive only been there with folks I know and they speak very highly of it. Also I did notice they have a great many of options of items.

Purchased a set of terp pearls. When you clean them with isopropyl alcohol they bleed the color of the glass. It will turn a paper plate red. Seems very unsafe I called twice to ask about it but they dont seem to care.

Open later than all the other shops around which made the difference for us! Awesome pieces too, well be back for a special one we found❤️

Bought a couple of things from here but my favorite item was the rubber bong, that I got around Christmas time last year. I checked a couple of other places for it, and not only did Psycle Sams have it but it was also a better price and the ora of the store was chill and the staff were very helpful, this store is definitely recommended.!

Decent and fair prices on most of everything, and so far the only place that we can find wind proof tourch lighters that are only a dollar and are refillable!!!!

This is a little quaint store that has many great pieces and every thing a head shop should have. Pipes, Trays, Rolling Papers, and much more to offer. The staff is friendly.
